Why Harvey At Harvey, we're transforming how legal and professional services operate. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we're reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come. This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. We have strong product-market fit and world-class investor support. We're scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched. Our team moves fast, takes ownership, and is deeply committed to the mission — operating with intensity, staying close to our customers, and pushing each other for excellence. We live by three values: Decisiveness, Simplicity, and Job's Not Finished. We act quickly on clear judgment over perfect information, we believe simplicity is what scales, and we're never satisfied with where we are. If you want to do the best work of your career alongside people who share that drive, we'd love to build with you. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we're just getting started. Role Overview We're looking for a hands-on Field Marketing Manager to help scale Harvey's EMEA field marketing motion as it grows from early foundations into a repeatable, region-wide programme. The groundwork is underway: playbooks, agency relationships, event criteria, and reporting. Your job is to take them further. You'll join a small EMEA field team, own a significant share of the event programme, and help transform our field motion across every market in EMEA. You'll own both first-party and third-party field events, from executive dinners and roundtables to conferences and sponsorships. The role is highly executional, but also highly strategic: you'll be expected to get deep into the details while helping define what "great" looks like for field marketing at Harvey. This is a role for someone who loves being close to the action: partnering with Sales, working events on the ground, improving every touchpoint, and turning a high-volume motion into a repeatable, measurable, high-quality growth engine. What You'll Do Scale the EMEA field marketing engine : build on the existing playbooks, processes, planning rhythms, agency model, vendor bench, and measurement foundations, and strengthen them so field marketing can run at higher volume across more markets without losing quality. Plan and execute high-quality field programmes : own a portfolio of third-party conferences and first-party events (executive dinners, roundtables, and hosted formats) end to end, from selection and planning through to onsite delivery and follow-up. Partner deeply with GTM : work with Sales and customer-facing teams to prioritise markets, accounts, audiences, and event formats that support pipeline generation, opportunity acceleration, and strategic relationship building. Raise the quality bar for how Harvey shows up : booth experiences, onsite execution, pre-event targeting, attendee briefing, Sales enablement, VIP moments, follow-up, and post-event reporting. Make event motions scalable : apply and sharpen the frameworks for when we sponsor, when we host, what package we buy, who attends, what Sales needs to do, and how success is measured, so each new event is faster to stand up than the last. Own execution details : manage budgets, logistics, vendors, agencies, timelines, staffing, swag, onsite delivery, lead capture, and follow-up across multiple events and markets. Measure and improve impact : track performance across field activity and feed what you learn back into the shared EMEA field plan. What You Have 4–7 years of experience in field marketing or event marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, technology, or professional services, including experience scaling a motion rather than only running an established one. Proven experience planning and executing high-quality events or field activations that support pipeline, lead generation, account engagement, or revenue impact. Strong Sales partnership instincts and experience. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised and operationally rigorous, with a high bar for detail and the ability to manage multiple events, stakeholders, vendors, and timelines at once. Comfortable taking early-stage processes and making them stronger and more efficient. Strong commercial judgement, with the ability to connect event activity to GTM priorities and measurable business outcomes. Comfortable getting hands-on, from strategy and planning through to onsite execution, rep wrangling, logistics, and follow-up. Familiarity with AI tooling is highly desirable. Experience marketing to legal, financial services, consulting, enterprise, or other high-touch professional audiences is a plus. About Kernel Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this? Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing, writing off, or defaulting on bad debt that should have been caught earlier. Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust. Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them. We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY. Your Role As an Implementation Lead , you're the bridge between customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. Your Role As a Senior Solutions Engineer , you're the bridge between customer needs and technical execution in enterprise deals. You translate complex requirements into practical, high-impact solutions, ensuring every proof of concept is accurate, scalable and positioned for success. Working closely with Account Executives, Product and Engineering, you'll navigate technical questions, troubleshoot complex challenges and shape solutions that drive value for our clients. With new features shipping constantly at Kernel, you'll stay ahead of client requirements and the latest market innovation. What You'll Be Doing: Partnering with Account Executives in late-stage cycles as the technical expert Running and delivering high quality POCs in a timely manner Leading and owning the full implementation cycle from kick-off to go-live Architecting, building, and deploying bespoke AI agents using Kernel's tooling Acting as a trusted advisor for your portfolio comprised of multiple clients Provide feedback to the Product team to ensure constant improvement and iteration What You Bring: 3–7 years of experience in a client-facing analytical or technical role, such as Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Account Management or Consulting Technical fluency (APIs, Javascript etc) and understanding of data systems A product sensibility to how you work - you ask why before you ask when, and you push back on scope that doesn't serve the customer Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with close attention to detail Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving technical challenges creatively Experience working in fast-paced, startup environments Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted customer relationships Flexibility to occasionally work later hours to support US-based customers Nice to have, but not required: Experience working with AI products or use cases Familiarity with RevOps workflows and systems, including CRMs and related tooling ⚠️ This role may not be for you if you: Prefer a lot of structure or close guidance Prefer routine over variety Are looking for a purely internal, non-customer-facing role ❌ This role is definitely not for you if you: Prefer fully remote work (this role requires 4+ days per week in the London office) Don't enjoy intense, fast paced workspace or ambiguity Want to manage rather than build and deliver What We Offer We will do our best to offer you a ride of a lifetime.
