About 8returns Every online shop has returns. Most treat them as a cost. We help brands turn them into a better customer experience, more exchanges instead of refunds, and less work for their teams. 400+ brands run their returns on 8returns, including Tommy Hilfiger, Reebok, Fielmann and OACE. We're a small team in Berlin where everyone owns their projects end to end, with few meetings, short decision paths and direct feedback. The role You'll be the first person at 8returns who works on content full-time. You'll own our content across all channels, from LinkedIn and video to the website and product launches. Most of it will be in German, and you'll work directly with the founders. What you'll do Make short videos: explainers, customer stories and a look at how we work. Run our company LinkedIn and help the founders post on their own profiles. Write our newsletter and grow its readership. Plan and create the content for product launches and new features, together with Product. Talk to Sales and Customer Success to find topics, and turn customer conversations into content. Come up with formats you can repeat, and post regularly. Look at the numbers to see what works, and change course when something doesn't. What you bring Native-level German, written and spoken. You'll write most of our content in German. Fluent English on top. 1–3 years of experience in content, social media or marketing. You've built an audience or grown an account before. It doesn't have to be a huge one. High agency: you see what needs doing and get it done without being asked. You write well and know what good content looks like. You can film and edit a video yourself and are fine being on camera. You know LinkedIn and short-form video well. You use AI tools in your daily work. You don't have to tick every box. If this sounds like you, apply. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

You'll be challenged, supported, and given room to grow, building the AI that's changing how commodity trading gets done. Your work has reach. From shaping Leonidas AI, to powering smarter decisions for traders around the world, to changing how commodity trading is done. And because we're growing fast, you'll accelerate your career with a level of ownership and impact you simply won't get at bigger, slower-moving companies. Customer Success Manager We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our growing CS team in London, reporting to our Chief of Staff. You'll own a portfolio of clients — including hedge funds, oil majors, refiners, vessel owners and trading companies — and be responsible for their onboarding, adoption, retention and growth. As part of a small, global CS team, there's plenty of room to shape the role and grow with it. What You'll Be Doing Own onboarding, training and support for your client portfolio, driving product adoption and account health. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their workflows and challenges. Partner with Sales to spot cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and manage renewal risk. Feed client insight back to the Product team to help shape the roadmap. Maintain and improve our Customer Success processes and tools. Help build a company-wide culture centered on customer success. About You Some knowledge of, or experience in, oil & gas, commodities, or trading — you understand the world our clients operate in. Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success or Account Management — ideally supporting a data, intelligence, or SaaS product. Comfortable using AI and automation tools in your day-to-day work, and curious to find smarter ways of doing things. Strong communicator, comfortable building relationships and influencing stakeholders. Analytical and process-minded — you like understanding what drives client value. Proactive and comfortable with ambiguity — happy to figure things out and get stuck in. High level of integrity and alignment with Sparta's values. Why Join Sparta? At Sparta, our culture is built on innovation, collaboration, and high performance. We thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative is celebrated, challenges are embraced, and impact is rewarded. • Equity in a high-growth, VC-backed company • $42M in Series B funding — strong market traction and investment • Early-stage growth — build your career as we scale • Market-leading product — we are redefining commodity trading intelligence • Top-tier tools and technology to support your success What's the Culture Like at Sparta? At Sparta, our culture isn't just a set of values on a wall — it's how we work. We embrace a dynamic environment where initiative is celebrated, challenges are met head-on, and innovation thrives. You'll collaborate with people who are passionate about our mission and committed to building outstanding products and outcomes for our customers. The Sparta Code Understanding is non-negotiable Understanding leads to believing. Believing leads to winning. The 'why' is the difference between compliance and conviction. Before we execute, we ask: why does this matter, who does it serve, what changes if we win? People who understand the mission don't need to be managed. Ask for forgiveness, not for permission Most decisions are reversible. Most fears are not. 90% of decisions are reversible. Make them, ship, iterate. Perfection is the enemy of efficiency. Bias for action means moving before you have all the answers, but it isn't recklessness. The rule: tell the rest of us what you did, what changed, what you learned. Fall in love with the problem The mission wins. Your idea doesn't have to. Solutions flatter our ego. They feel like progress. But solutions without problems are opinions, and opinions don't move customers, markets, or teammates. The goal is to find what's true, not to win the room. If your idea gets killed because a better one comes along, that's the system working. It's your fault. Lucky you. If it's on you, it's in your control. True ownership sounds harsh until you feel how liberating it is. If every problem is yours, you stop spending energy on who to blame and start spending it on how to fix it. Effective leaders default to 'it's on me'. Not out of guilt, but out of agency. Conflict is a gift Honesty is an expression of care. Withholding feedback is choosing comfort over growth, yours and your colleague's. Staying silent deprives others of the chance to learn. We challenge openly and with positive intent. Done with care, this builds trust. Done with ego, it destroys it. Sparta Commodities is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and promotes diversity within its workforce. We are determined that no-one will ever receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, race, veteran status or any basis covered by appropriate law.
