About Airwallex Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full. About the Role As a Senior / Staff Product Manager, you will play a defining role in shaping the future of global money movement, embedded commerce, and unified payment acceptance at Airwallex. Operating at the intersection of core clearing/settlement infrastructure, merchant-facing experiences, and developer-first toolkits, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from long-term strategy and architectural design to global roadmap execution. In this role, you will bridge our online payments-for-platforms suite (enabling marketplaces and SaaS platforms to collect, route, and embed payments) with next-generation in-person commerce (smart POS, SoftPOS, hardware/software integrations, and loyalty engines). You will lead cross-functional teams to modernise omnichannel workflows, scale coverage across international markets, and deploy AI-native capabilities that remove operational friction for global merchants. What You'll Do Own the vision, roadmap, and delivery plans for Airwallex's platform payments and in-person commerce solutions, expanding our reach across key verticals, marketplaces, and global geographies. Architect seamless integrations connecting POS terminal workflows and embedded platform checkouts directly to core clearing, ledgering, and multi-currency settlement engines—optimising for processing speed, fee netting, and dynamic routing. Build developer-first APIs, unified commerce SDKs, and intuitive terminal management systems (TMS) that drastically reduce integration overhead for marketplaces, platforms, and third-party software vendors. Pioneer AI workflows and autonomous agents across merchant onboarding, automated terminal setup, dispute/risk management, transaction reconciliation, and proactive loyalty/reward engine optimisations. Expand capabilities around alternative payment methods (APMs), card acquiring, and integrated loyalty redemption loops to help platforms monetize payments and retain underlying sellers. Ensure high-availability infrastructure (including offline POS processing resilience) while delivering tooling to help merchants satisfy regulatory mandates (PCI-DSS, EMV, PSD3/local frameworks) and manage platform risk. Partner closely with Engineering, Hardware/Firmware, Commercial, Legal/Compliance, and Operations teams to build scalable feedback loops and launch high-impact products from concept to global scale. Who You Are Minimum Requirements 5+ years of product management experience building high-scale, mission-critical platform products in fintech, payments, or commerce infrastructure (Staff-level scope). Hands-on domain expertise in card acquiring, embedded finance/platform payment models (marketplaces, payfac-like setups), or card-present ecosystems (POS/SoftPOS, EMV/NFC standards, terminal management). Proven ability to engage deeply with engineering on complex architectural discussions covering API design, distributed ledgers, high-throughput transaction processing, and hardware/software interfaces. Exceptional analytical rigor with a track record of structuring complex ecosystem workflows, leveraging data to drive strategic trade-offs, and solving ambiguous problems. High agency, persistence, and an entrepreneurial bias for action—capable of executing fast and driving complex initiatives to completion in a high-growth environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; proven success influencing cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders across diverse international regions. Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance, preferably with coursework in Computer Science, Engineering, or quantitative disciplines. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience designing or scaling developer-first payment APIs, unified commerce SDKs, or multi-sided platform architectures. Hands-on exposure to deploying Generative AI, agentic workflows, or automated intelligence in fintech operations, transaction reconciliation, or onboarding. Working familiarity with international card networks, alternative payment methods (APMs), cross-border settlement rails, and regional regulatory frameworks (UK/EU, APAC, or Americas). Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process. Wanna join the adventure? At Loft, we are convinced that space programs should not have to be rebuilt from scratch every time. Our philosophy has been to productize them: we develop our own proprietary technology blocks, hardware and software, so that a customer payload can be integrated faster and more reliably than any bespoke program allows. That approach has delivered — it is why our customers reach orbit in months rather than years, and it is what makes working here different from working in the rest of the industry. We are now taking the next step: launching and operating our own constellations, and building a new set of services on top of them. That includes a full product suite enabling third-party AI applications to run directly onboard our satellites, and a growing ecosystem of partners whose needs we have to understand and design for. Loft is expanding at a very high pace, and the range of what we build is expanding just as fast. This is why Product Management matters so much here. Someone has to hold the whole picture — what is technically possible, what customers actually need, what we should build first — and turn it into something engineering and leadership can act on. As a Product Manager, you will own a significant perimeter and the autonomy that goes with it. We are growing the team precisely so that each of us can go deeper on our topics, anticipate rather than react, and have more impact across the company. You will need to be comfortable talking to anyone here. In the same week you might sit with a system engineer to understand a design constraint, join a BD call with an institutional customer, and present a recommendation to the executive team. Ideas at Loft get discussed openly and on their merits, wherever they come from, so being able to ask a naive question without ego — and to disagree with someone senior without making it personal — matters more than seniority. About this role: Understand what is possible, and turn it into requirements Spend the bulk of your time with engineering: understanding architectures, constraints, and dependencies well enough to judge what is realistically doable in a given timeframe. Translate strategic direction into clear requirements and use cases that engineering can act on directly, and follow them down to the Jira tickets. Surface and shape the good ideas that come from engineering — many of the best ones do — and connect them to a product rationale. Define success criteria for each capability, and verify they are actually met through implementation and delivery. Maintain an accurate, shared view of Loft's product capabilities, what is in development, and where the gaps are. Bring the outside in Run customer discovery interviews alongside business development, and debrief missions to see how Loft's capabilities are actually used in operations. Engage directly with the partners building on our platform, including the onboard AI application ecosystem, to understand their needs and constraints. Track market trends and competitive moves closely enough to know where our offering stands. Decide and prioritize Own the roadmap for your perimeter, reconciling customer needs, engineering reality, and Loft's strategy into a single coherent plan. Build the analysis behind every recommendation — sizing, segmentation, business cases, operational data — so decisions are grounded in evidence rather than intuition alone. Negotiate scope and delivery commitments with engineering leadership, and re-plan when capacity or mission timelines shift. Challenge, constructively and with data, business development, engineering leadership, and your own assumptions. Communicate Own internal communication on your perimeter: keep engineering, program leadership, and executives working from the same technical reality. Develop the technical narratives and proof points that marketing and BD then turn into their own customer-facing material. Prepare recommendations and presentations for top-executive-level audiences. Must Haves: 7+ years of professional experience, including hands-on product management. Domain experience in at least one of: earth observation, embedded systems, aerospace systems, security & defense. Comfort at both ends of the spectrum — understand the market, and the technology Structured and data-driven: you bring your experience and your intuitions, but when you put a recommendation on the table you can show the analysis it stands on. Real product obsession: you think about the bigger picture and product-market fit before you think about features. Relentless curiosity. In a single month you might move from a satellite bus constraint, to onboard AI inference, to a defense accreditation requirement — and you need to find that stimulating rather than exhausting. High autonomy and a bias for action: handed a broad perimeter, you organize it yourself and come back with a plan. At ease being challenged, and challenging others, in a fast-moving and demanding environment. Working knowledge of both hardware and software development lifecycles. Proficient using and configuring Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence). Fluency in English, written and spoken. Willingness to travel to other Loft offices and to customers. Nice to Haves: Fluency in French. Experience with AI/ML products, edge computing, or developer and partner platforms and ecosystems. Experience with satellite operations, constellation services, or ground segment products. Exposure to institutional and defense customers and their procurement cycles. Experience in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial NewSpace company or venture-backed deep-tech startup. Professional experience working with international teams across time zones. Some of Our Awesome Benefits: Equity, we want you to have an active role in our success Up to 35 days of Paid Time Off (vacations & RTT ) and flexible working hours, we want you to be at your best Health and life insurance, we care about your health Lunch Vouchers, because let's be honest, we love food! (we even have a slack channel about it #loft-gourmand ) Cross-office travel opportunities between San Francisco, Colorado, and Toulouse to learn from our differences Company and team off-sites and many other events to work & celebrate together Relocation assistance to Toulouse when applicable * Research shows that while men apply to jobs where they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women and other underrepresented people tend to only apply when they meet 100% of the qualifications. At Loft, we value respectful debate and people who aren't afraid to challenge assumptions. We strongly encourage you to apply, even if you don't check all the boxes. Who We Are Loft: Space Made Simple. Founded in 2017, Loft provides governments, companies, and research institutions with a fast, reliable, and simple way to deploy missions in orbit. We integrate, launch, and operate spacecraft, offering end-to-end missions as a service across Earth observation, IoT connectivity, on-orbit AI, national security missions, and more. Leveraging our existing space infrastructure and an extensive inventory of satellite buses, Loft is reducing years-long integration and launch timelines to months. With more than 30 missions flown, Loft's flight heritage and proven technologies enable customers to focus on their mission objectives. With a growing fleet on track to reach 30 satellites by 2027, we are scaling up quickly across our offices in San Francisco, CA | Golden, CO | and Toulouse, France to meet accelerating demand for space infrastructure. As an international company your resume will be reviewed by people across our offices so please attach a copy in English. Find more English Speaking Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
At Brevo, we're not just building a CRM. With our technology, we're helping millions of organizations build lasting relationships with their customers. From emails and SMS to WhatsApp, Chat, and Marketing Automation, our tools are intuitive, powerful, and built to scale with every ambition. We give businesses a clear view of the customer journey, so they can focus on what matters: connection. As a certified B Corp , we're proud to grow with purpose, committed to high standards of social and environmental impact, not just performance. Today, more than 500,000 businesses across 180 countries —from NGOs like Amnesty International to global brands like Carrefour, eBay, Louis Vuitton, and Michelin—trust Brevo to engage their audiences, cut through complexity, and deliver results. Our reliable technology and 75+ integrations help them create unparalleled customer experiences, without the usual tech headaches. We recently exceeded 200m ARR and reached a major milestone by becoming a Unicorn , backed by strong growth and global expansion - and we're just getting started! As Senior Product Manager in our Pro Business Unit, you'll own the mid-market product line end to end. You'll lead a "pod" - a small, cross-functional team of a PM or designer, and 2-3 full-stack engineers - through the whole cycle: identifying the problem, shaping the solution, building it, shipping it, and measuring the result. You're the single point of accountability for that team. The role blends product management, product design, and engineering judgment, all supported by AI tools. So we welcome candidates from a PM, design, or engineering background, as long as you're comfortable working across all three. You'll report into the Product Engineering director within the BU, alongside other pods led by senior PMs, designers, or engineering managers. Your impact at Brevo: Gather client signals and usage data and translate them into clearly defined problems, then shape the pitch — appetite, solution, risks and no-gos — and defend it at the betting table. Act as the pod's sole design reference: frame the user experience, make interaction and interface decisions, and create prototypes in line with our Naos design system leveraging Claude or our in-house prototyping tool. Run the build cycle against the pitch, using lightweight written status artefacts rather than recurring status meetings, and adjust scope rather than extend timelines. Agree on one or two measurable outcomes before the build begins, then deliver a clear post-launch verdict: continue, adjust, or discontinue. Own the launch: run the beta programme, equip PMM for go-to-market, and get Sales, CSM and Support ready ahead of release. Be the pod's single point of contact for the wider BU — surfacing risks early, coordinating with peer Pod Leaders, and applying AI tools by default across discovery, prototyping and analysis. Who you are: You have a relevant background as a PM or Product Designer, or Lead Engineer — no single track is preferred. You can own an experience end-to-end: framing user problems, making interface/interaction decisions, and producing or validating prototypes (Figma and design-system literacy required). You have a go-getter, get-things-done mentality: you take initiative, push through ambiguity, and drive things to completion rather than waiting to be told. You can write and defend a complete pitch: problem, appetite, sketch, rabbit holes, no-gos and success metrics. You have a track record of shipping against a committed appetite using lightweight, async cadence artefacts (e.g. hill charts) rather than heavyweight Scrum rituals. You're comfortable pulling and interpreting usage data (Amplitude, funnel, retention) and running discovery interviews to turn signals into problem statements. You're tech-credible: comfortable reading AI-generated code and partnering with a Lead Engineer on trade-offs — and you integrate AI tools by default into your day-to-day work, with a critical validation step on their outputs. You are fluent in English and in French Why people love working at Brevo: A place to grow together: Join an international team in a bright, collaborative office located in a vibrant neighborhood. Practical perks for everyday balance : RTT days off, 50% public transport reimbursement, Sustainable Mobility Package, and daily Swile meal vouchers (€12.50/day). Learning, every step of the way : Access to English classes and 155,000+ courses on Udemy, plus a strong internal culture of knowledge-sharing and support. Flexible for life : A remote-friendly setup, budget to support your home workspace, and relocation assistance for international talents. Wellbeing that works : Top-notch private healthcare (70% covered), 6-week second-parent leave, extra time off if your child is sick, and several services related to prevention, health, and personal and professional wellbeing on the Welii platform. A culture that cares : From inter-office trips to regular team events, there are plenty of ways to connect beyond your day-to-day. You'll also find active social, green, and LGBTQIA+ communities, plus Work Council benefits via Leeto. Our candidate journey: Introductory TA call (30 min) Interview with our Head of Product Engineering (60 min) Live Use case (1 hour) Final interview with the General Manager of the BU Pro (30 min) Whoever you are, wherever you're from, if this role speaks to you, we'd love to hear from you. Orbital is the AI platform for real estate legal work. Real estate shapes the world around us: our homes, our workplaces and our cultural landmarks. It's the infrastructure that powers everyday life and is the world's largest asset class. Yet behind every single deal, real estate and legal teams work hard to navigate decades-old complexity; manually connecting documents, hidden obligations, geo-spatial context, and multiple parties into a path forward. We connect the legal and physical record, so that path is clearer than ever before. Our mission is to make real estate transactions faster, clearer, and less manual. Here, you'll be part of changing how the deals behind the largest asset class get transacted, and will help shape the future of real estate. A bit about us: 🚀 We're building at the forefront of AI technology, without losing the deeply human expertise our clients depend on. 🏢 Orbital is built with former practising real estate lawyers and 250+ years of combined legal expertise. We're purpose-built for the complexity of real estate: accelerating due diligence, drafting and negotiation, and deal coordination with legal-grade precision. 💰 We've just raised a $60m Series B, led by Brighton Park Capital, to accelerate our global expansion – $75m raised to date. 🤝 We're trusted by 5,000+ real estate professionals, spanning UK Magic Circle and US Am Law 100 firms, to household names like M&S. Leading firms like BCLP, Orrick, Goodwin, Womble Bond Dickinson and Clifford Chance rely on Orbital to remove the busywork, freeing legal and real estate teams to focus on sharp judgment, standout client service, and closing deals faster. 💡 Working at Orbital means joining a bold, ambitious team, with the trust to take ownership and make a real impact from day one. About the role As the Senior People Partner you'll be the sole dedicated Partner partnering directly with our Product Engineering leadership and team while also owning the design and build of people solutions that actually scale. What you'll be doing You'll sit across two layers of how our People function operates: Partner and Product. As a Partner, you'll work closely with Product Engineering leadership, coaching them through performance, team health, and people challenges, and building the kind of trusted relationships that give you real signal on what needs fixing. This leadership audience moves fast, has a high bar, and wants a peer, not a support function. As a Product builder, you'll take those insights and turn them into scalable solutions. Frameworks, enablement tools, programmes, and processes that don't just solve the immediate problem but grow with the business. Your early focus will include owning and launching our line manager capability programme, and building a trusted partnership with the Product Engineering leadership team. You'll also be central to delivering our High Performance mentality for Product Engineering: high performers recognised, under performers managed with clarity, middle band genuinely enabled. You'll help shape the roadmap, not just inherit one. What you'll enjoy about this role You'll have real proximity to leadership and genuine autonomy over how you build. The Product Engineering team will push back on you and expects you to push back too. If that sounds like the right kind of challenge, you'll thrive here. You're also joining at the moment it matters where it's early enough to shape how this function is built. What this role is not This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook to get started as it will be quite reactive and chaotic for the first few months, at least until you get your feet under the desk, understand the gaps and how proactive process can improve the workload. It's not right for someone who's stronger on one side of either the partnering or the building, because both genuinely matter. If you're looking for a steady state to manage, this isn't it. What we're looking for Strong People Partnering experience, ideally supporting Engineering, Product or Technical teams UK employment law you can own end to end: complex ER cases, your call, no hand-holding A product manager's instinct: you diagnose before you design, and you measure what you ship Energised by ambiguity and building from scratch Both the strategic thinking and the hands-on drive to see things through Confident to push back on senior stakeholders, and the judgement to know how Curious about AI and technology and actively looking for ways to work smarter Scale-up background in tech or legaltech, Series A-C, 50-400 people, is a strong plus The process Screening call (60 min) Hiring Manager call (60 min) Take-home task On-site panel and culture conversation (90 min) Offer 🔒 Security is everyone's responsibility at Orbital. We ask all team members to follow our security policies, complete regular awareness training, and handle sensitive data with care in line with ISO 27001 standards. Spot something unusual? Reporting risks or incidents quickly helps us maintain the strong culture of security and compliance we all depend on. 💡 At Orbital, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially welcome applications from people who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Even if you don't meet every single requirement, or if the right role isn't listed yet, we'd still love to hear from you. 💰 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting . Pay is based on several factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and business requirements. Everyone who works with Orbital goes through background screening before they start. It's part of how we keep Orbital secure, for the people who work here and for the client information we're trusted with. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > Primer processes payments for some of the world's best companies, which makes us an attractive target and means getting detection and response right really matters. We're looking for a Security Engineer to join our Detection & Response function and own a meaningful slice of how we detect, investigate and respond to threats across our cloud infrastructure and SaaS estate. You'll write and tune the detections in our SIEM, build the automation that speeds up how we react, and be a first responder when something looks wrong. You'll have real ownership of the areas you work on, and the freedom to shape how we detect and respond to threats across them. You'll also work closely with our Application Security/Product Security engineers: what we learn from detections and incidents shapes how we build, and what they know about our products shapes what we look for. What you'll be doing Detection Build, tune and maintain detections in our SIEM (Elastic), and identify opportunities to onboard new log sources (e.g. AWS, Google Workspace, Kubernetes) and build new detections on top of them. Find what our current detections miss, and keep the rule set lean by removing what no longer adds value. Use Python and Terraform to build and maintain the infrastructure behind your detections and tooling. Response Own investigation: triage, investigate, escalate and resolve security incidents, and write up findings clearly enough to stand on their own Lead routine incidents end to end, and take a clear role in larger ones, whether that's driving the investigation or keeping stakeholders informed Build runbooks and automations (Python, Tines or similar) to cut manual work out of triage and response Join our on-call rotation for incident response and monitoring Across both Make and document risk decisions in your area, and know when to pull in others. Keep the controls you own audit-ready and contribute evidence for audits (e.g. SOC 2, PCI DSS). What we're looking for Real experience responding to security incidents, from first alert through to write-up Hands-on experience writing and tuning detections in a SIEM (Elastic, Splunk or similar), using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to reason about coverage Experience with cloud-native detection and response in AWS or Google Cloud Comfortable with Python or Go for scripting and automation Clear, structured written communication, including under pressure Nice to have Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code Experience with no-code security automation or SOAR-style tooling Exposure to compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2 or ISO27001 Background in fintech, payments or another regulated industry Experience using AI tools or agents in security work, and a clear view of where they help and where they don't ✅ A typical interview process An initial intro call with a Talent Partner An interview with the Hiring Manager Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role A final, values-alignment interview What's the culture like at Primer? The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle.
