About Us Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management. Built to tackle the time-consuming, manual work that gets in the way of real work, our tools automate everything from travel bookings to expenses, invoice processing, and more. By eliminating this shadow work that wastes hours, erodes morale, and saps innovation, we're on a mission to power real work, with real impact. We're trusted by more than 12,000 companies worldwide, including Bolt, GoCardless, and Fabletics, and we're tackling the 7 hours of lost productivity per employee each week, a $1.7 trillion problem . Founded in 2015, Perk has grown into a global company of more than 1,800 people across 12 offices globally, with headquarters in London and Boston. We combine innovation, control, and simplicity to transform how businesses work and how people feel at work. At Perk, we're driven by our values, like being an owner, delivering a 7-star experience, and working as one team. We value curiosity, purpose, and mindset, not just knowledge, to unlock the power in your potential. Our talent team brings together leading minds from the travel, fintech, and SaaS industries, representing over 70 countries. If you're excited about having a real impact and shaping how millions of people experience work, we'd love you on the team. Visit www.perk.com to learn more. About the Role We are hiring our first Director of Go-to-Market Engineering . Perk's revenue organisation is 800 people selling to more than 10,000 companies. Behind them sits a CRM, an enrichment and signal stack, a growing set of AI agents - and a lot of manual work that no longer needs to exist. Your job is to remove it and to build the automated systems that replace it. You will own GTM Engineering end-to-end: which tools we use, how the architecture fits together, what gets built, and what it does for revenue. You report to the VP of Revenue Operations , lead a small senior team across Europe and North America, and work across SDR, Account Executive, and Account Management - a few high-impact projects each quarter. This is a player-coach role, and we mean it. You will be in Clay, in the orchestration logic, in the agent workflows, building alongside a team doing the same. You're using your experience to guide and coach them to accelerate the pace. The other half of the job is commercial. The best GTM engineers we have met can sit with a regional Sales VP, work out why their pipeline isn't converting, and leave with the right thing to build. That instinct matters more to us than any single tool on a CV. What You'll Do Own the strategy and the stack Define Perk's GTM engineering architecture - how CRM, enrichment, signal, sequencing, orchestration and data layers fit together. Make the tooling calls: what we adopt, what we consolidate, what we retire, and why it pays for itself. Set the roadmap with the VP of Revenue Operations, Sales leadership, and the Revenue Systems and Data teams. Establish the standards the team builds to - version control, documentation, testing, and rollback. Build, hands-on Design and build in Clay: tables, waterfall enrichment, AI columns, webhooks and API integrations in production. Own the orchestration layer - the logic deciding which records enter a workflow, when, and on what criteria. This is where GTM automation succeeds or fails. Build agentic workflows on modern LLM and agent tooling to take research, qualification, summarisation and data entry off people entirely. Write the code the job needs - Python, SQL, SOQL or TypeScript. Automate across SDR, AE, and AM Own account prospecting automation globally: TAM sourcing, enrichment, ICP and intent scoring, prioritisation and distribution. Give AEs their selling time back - CRM autofill, quoting, meeting prep, opportunity hygiene, first outbounds. Build account intelligence for Account Management: risk signals, whitespace, account planning. Take each project from prototype to production properly - instrumented and validated before it scales. Bridge commercial and technical Turn commercial problems into technical architecture, and technical output into impact a revenue VPs recognises. Understand Perk's revenue goals and how to leverage AI capabilities for us to achieve them quicker and more efficiently. Understand and drive clear and tangible commercial outcomes. For example, how to reduce the time that quota-carrying roles spend on non-core activities such as account research, be able to quantify the impact, and clearly communicate the outcomes to leadership. Build the team Lead and grow a small, senior team across Europe and North America. Set clear ownership, and the review discipline that makes shipping fast also means shipping safely. Grow the team's technical depth and commercial judgement in equal measure. What Will Make You Successful Experience Deep background across Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Systems, Growth Engineering, or an adjacent technical commercial function in B2B SaaS Proven track record in GTM Engineering specifically, with delivery at real scale — systems hundreds of sellers relied on, not a pilot for one team Time as both a builder and a leader. This role needs both. Technical craft Clay expertise in production - complex tables, waterfall enrichment, webhook integrations and AI column logic that revenue teams actually depended on. Deep Salesforce fluency: the data model, integration patterns, and where the constraints really are. Working proficiency in code — Python, SQL, SOQL, TypeScript or equivalent. You pull your own data. Not all coding languages are necessary, but proficiency in one or some is required. Architecture instincts: you build for scale, monitoring and recovery, not just for the first successful run. Depth across several layers of the modern GTM stack - enrichment and data (Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Cognism, PredictLeads), signal and intent (6sense, Bombora, UserGems), sequencing (Outreach, Salesloft), orchestration (n8n, Make, Workato), data infrastructure (Snowflake, dbt, BigQuery) and LLM and agent tooling. Nobody has all of it. We care that you have real depth somewhere and can learn the rest quickly. Commercial instinct You judge your work by whether it moved a commercial metric, not by whether it shipped. You have the credibility with Sales leaders to scope the right build - and to say when automation is the wrong answer. You understand the funnel end to end: TAM, ICP, pipeline generation, conversion, expansion, and the economics underneath. Nice to have Having stood up a GTM engineering function at a high-growth SaaS business, ideally above $100M ARR. Experience taking an automation programme from pilot to global production, including what you learned when it got bumpy. Multi-region GTM experience across EMEA and North America. Why This Role GTM Engineering is a discipline being written right now, and most companies are still treating it as a tooling function. This is the chance to own it properly, the stack, the architecture, the build, and the commercial outcome across a $300M+ revenue business with 800 people in the field, a genuine appetite for automation, and the budget and executive backing to move fast. You would be the first person in this seat, with real systems and real data to work with rather than a blank page, and the freedom to decide what Perk's automation layer should look like. There is a lot to go after, the problems are interesting, and the impact is immediate and visible. If you want to build the automation layer of a commercial engine at this scale and you want to still have your hands on it come and build it here. AI at Perk AI is embedded in how we work across every function. The tools you'll use day-to-day are AI-enabled so you can move faster and spend more time on the work that matters. In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes. How We Work At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week. As such, this role requires you to be based within commuting distance of our hubs. We fundamentally believe in the value of meeting in real life to improve connectivity, productivity, creativity and ultimately making us a great place to work. For certain roles, we can help with relocation from anywhere in the world, English is the official language at the office. Please submit your resume in English if you choose to apply. Do not forget to submit an updated portfolio and/or resume. Perk is a global company with a diverse customer base, and we want to make sure the people behind our product reflect that. We're an equal opportunity employer, which means you're welcome at Perk regardless of how you look, where you're from, or anything else that makes you, well, you. Protect Yourself from Recruitment Scams All official communication from Perk will always come from email addresses ending in @ perk.com or @ externalperk.com , our verified social media channels, or recruiters listed on our official LinkedIn page. We will never ask you to pay for equipment, training, or fees, request sensitive personal information such as bank details early in the process, or communicate through unofficial apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Signal. If you receive a message claiming to be from Perk that seems suspicious, please do not respond. Forward it to security [at] perk .com , and we will confirm whether it is legitimate. #LI-Hybrid Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Health can't wait . Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that's exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can't. Alan exists to end the wait. Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it's coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It's not solely a question of willpower. It's the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way. So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience. We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture . We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR. Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 1000+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond. ⭐️ The Senior Revenue Operations job Our Business Strategy & Operations team runs the most critical, strategic, and data-driven projects at Alan. It sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Finance, and covers four core areas: sales strategy and planning, sales effectiveness, sales enablement, and business segment leadership. You'll be joining the Sales Effectiveness team , whose mission is to make our sales organization run at its best across France, Belgium, Spain, and Canada. This team is a key lever on one of the company's most watched metrics: our customer acquisition cost. Why is this role interesting? High-impact scope : You'll work across the full sales organization, from Account Executives to BDRs, Account Management, and Customer Success Managers. Real ownership : You'll own initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption, not just delivery. Builder's playground : You'll have access to a modern stack, combining low-code tools, AI (Dust, Claude), Salesforce, and SQL, to ship things fast and at scale. Tangible results : Recent examples from our roadmap include fully automating slide deck generation for Sales (saving 1,000+ hours per year) and building an AI-powered outbound machine reaching a 15% discovery rate. What will you do with us? You'll own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it, driving execution, and managing change across the organization. You'll spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation. You'll evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works. You'll mostly work with low-code tools (like Zapier or n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase, and whatever else the job calls for. Enablement is a key part of the role: you'll shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks. ⭐ Is it you we're looking for? You'll be a great fit for the Revenue Operations team at Alan if you: Have at least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness , several of them spent hands-on building the sales machine. You own initiatives end-to-end (scope, design, build, measure); Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills, and are comfortable running initiatives; Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on; Are confident with change management , including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating; Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling), not just read them. Have proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent) to build scalable workflows Have configured Salesforce yourself (objects, fields, flows) and can say what you personally built vs. what an integrator or another team did. Are able to build and maintain pipelines that produce actionable insights, with clear business impact Have excellent verbal and written communication skills; Have at least an advanced level in English . Are based in (or willing to relocate to) Paris, Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona. For this role we are looking to hire within the C1-E level range . Everything else is a plus. We care about having a diversity of experiences, profiles and backgrounds in our team. 🙌 Perks & Benefits At Alan, we believe that being in good health is a basic need , and it starts with our employees. This is why Alaners are provided with a stimulating environment and perks ensuring they are happy, efficient and spend only high-quality time with co-workers. Therefore, we offer: Fair rewards . Generous equity packages complement your base salary, for permanent contracts only. Flexible office with hybrid setup . Amazing office space at our Paris HQ or sponsored co-working hubs in Bordeaux, Marseille, Lyon, Annecy, Nantes, Biarritz, Madrid or Barcelona. All the tools you need . Top of the range equipment: Macbook Air, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, and Bose noise-canceling headphones. Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours . Organize your time as you wish. Delightful healthcare insurance: Extremely comprehensive health insurance - 100% for you and your children, 90-100% for partners depending on your country (permanent contracts only). Transport . Generous transit benefit Learning & Training opportunities . A highly flexible training policy free books and budget to attend and speak at conferences if the opportunity arises. Read our operating principles to see it in full. How you'll make impact Join Airwallex as an Account Executive in Paris and help build our founding French team. You'll own the full sales cycle for new SME customers with 50–1,000 employees, from prospecting and territory planning through pitching, negotiation and close. Partner with colleagues across our European offices to set new customer relationships up for success. You'll work from our Paris office three days a week. You're excited by a category that hasn't been won yet, and want to be early enough to shape it. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. You enjoy working closely with people across multiple countries and time zones as part of one connected, global team, including flexing your hours occasionally to make that connection work. You value in-person collaboration and are happy being in the office three days a week. Learn more about your team SME & Growth at Airwallex is about more than closing deals. It's a function for sellers who like to build, not follow a script: curious, resourceful, and comfortable figuring things out in markets that are still wide open. Read our operating principles to see it in full. How you'll make impact Own the first 90 days of the customer journey for new French customers, bringing them to their target level of activity as quickly as possible through clear plans, hands-on product configuration and fast blocker removal. You'll lead onboarding from first KYC approval, working closely with Account Executives, Account Managers, KYC, Support, Risk and Product across a portfolio of customers with different levels of complexity. You'll help customers configure and activate accounts, payments, FX, cards, Spend and payouts, while managing a proactive portfolio of partner-referred customers. Take ownership of each customer from first KYC approval, with a clear plan, milestones, owners and the revenue target defined at signature. Adapt the onboarding approach to the deal: use a scaled motion for smaller deals, a high-touch approach for larger ones, and partner with the Account Manager on enterprise onboardings. Guide customers through account set-up, payments, FX, cards, Spend and payouts based on their use case. Remove blockers quickly by coordinating with KYC, Support, Risk and Product, while keeping communication clear and proactive. Hand customers over to the Account Manager at day 90 with documented account status, adoption level and expansion signals. Reduce the time between first KYC approval and first live transaction. Bring each customer to the revenue target set at signature and spot at-risk onboardings early, escalating with context, impact and a proposed solution. Run a proactive, scaled motion for partner-referred customers, including onboarding follow-up, usage monitoring and risk detection. Keep partners informed about the progress of their referred customers and hand accounts that grow in value or complexity to the Account Manager. Contribute to onboarding playbooks, checklists and standard configurations by customer type. Keep Salesforce and onboarding tracking accurate and up to date, turning recurring friction into process improvements. You'll work from our Paris office a minimum of three days per week. What we're looking for Essentials Experience in onboarding, implementation, customer success or a comparable post-sale delivery role. Experience working in a high-pace, high-volume environment, handling multiple onboardings in parallel while maintaining quality and deadlines. Hands-on experience configuring a product with customers. A strong understanding of financial flows such as payments, FX, payouts, cards, invoicing or reconciliation, and the ability to speak credibly to Finance and Operations teams. A track record measured on customer outcomes such as activation, usage and time-to-live, rather than activity. Fluency in French and professional English. The ability to learn complex products quickly, explain them simply and work across teams without direct authority. A proactive, resilient and hands-on way of working. Preferred Experience in fintech, payments, banking, FX or spend management. Accounting or finance knowledge. Experience with partner-referred customers. Familiarity with Salesforce and usage data. You'll thrive here if You own the outcome and you don't wait for permission to fix what's broken. You simplify complexity rather than hiding behind it. You're comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. You treat setbacks as information. You get back up quickly. You know when to align and when to just decide. Collaboration isn't a way to avoid accountability. Learn more about your team SME & Growth at Airwallex is about more than closing deals. This is an Atlantic portfolio venture. About the Venture We build frontier artificial intelligence that helps governments and defence organisations make sense of a fast-moving information environment. Our systems help the teams responsible for national security read a complex information environment faster and clearer than ever before. We've closed a pre-seed round and are already running live government pilots, with plans to expand across Europe and beyond. This is an early, venture-backed company doing work that carries weight. About the Role This is a founding role for our expansion across the DACH region and the Nordics. You will own how we grow here, from the first conversation through to a signed contract, building the region much as we built the UK: learning the landscape, opening doors, landing pilots and turning them into long-term contracts. You will work closely with the founders and with a forward-deployed engineer who builds the tools, integrations and prototypes that a live sales process needs, so your job is to win the room, work out what the customer actually needs, and direct that build until the deal closes. What you'll do Own go-to-market across the DACH region and the Nordics, winning and growing contracts across government, defence and large enterprise, from first conversation through to close. Map the region from a blank slate, find the advisory relationships that open doors, and build a network where we do not have one yet. Land pilots and turn them into long-term contracts, working from first engagements towards enterprise deals worth seven figures a year. Turn customer needs into scoped solutions, briefing and directing a forward-deployed engineer to stand up the reports, dashboards, integrations and prototypes that move deals forward. Build the regional playbook from first principles: pipeline, qualification, pricing and close. Make complex technology clear and convincing to senior decision-makers in government and defence. Work directly with the founders on strategy, positioning and the deals that matter most. About You You are, at heart, someone who likes to build something from nothing. You are at your best finding the first contacts, earning their trust, and turning a cold market into real relationships and real deals. You are hands-on, as comfortable doing the sourcing and outreach yourself as sitting across from a senior decision-maker on a sensitive brief, and you understand that this kind of work is slow, careful and built on trust. A real appetite for business development: you like winning deals, opening relationships and building a market from scratch, and you keep going long after an inherited network has run dry. Enough of a technical background to scope solutions, brief an engineer and hold your own with technical buyers. The drive to build a process from nothing rather than run one that already exists. Fluency in the region: strong English and at least one relevant regional language, with German a clear advantage. Comfort in an early startup, where there is real ownership, quick decisions and plenty of ambiguity. Discretion and integrity, because our work depends on a high level of trust. A background in defence, national security or another setting where you have earned trust and done deals with government is a strong advantage. Eligibility for security clearance is an advantage. Why Join This is a launching role with a whole region to own, at an early, venture-backed company that has already closed a pre-seed round and is running live pilots with government. You will work alongside the founders, with founder-level access and ownership from the start, and the market you build will be yours to shape. The work is demanding and it matters, for clients operating at a high level on problems that are genuinely difficult. For the person who builds this well, there is meaningful equity and real upside. You'll set the standard for what great enterprise selling looks like, turn it into artifacts and operating rhythms, and make sure sellers and managers actually use it. The role has two mandates: own key global sales execution programs, and act as the primary Enablement partner to North America sales leadership. You'll work closely with the Global Head of Enablement, Sales Leadership, RevOps, Product Marketing, Product & Technical Enablement, and FDE. What you'll do Own enterprise sales execution: Build and operationalize the critical artifacts that drive excellent sales execution. Partner with NA leadership on enablement: Diagnose field gaps and adapt global programs to NA needs, including competitive positioning, developer-led motions, and vertical playbooks. Facilitate globally: Lead highly engaging, practical sales execution sessions, not just build the programs behind them. Manage the coaching and operating rhythm: Embed selling standards and artifacts into how managers inspect deals and coach sellers. Build the foundation for a vertical selling motion: Lay the groundwork for vertical selling, which is becoming a global priority, not just an NA need. Execute in an AI-native way: Use AI to scale coaching, practice, and reinforcement, going beyond general AI fluency. Requirements 10+ years experience in enterprise sales leadership and enablement experience, ideally in an AI-native or developer-focused company Excellence building and operationalizing value-selling artifacts across sales org with measurable results Experience with MEDDICC, Command of the Message, Challenger, or similar methodologies, and the judgment to adapt them Experience enabling frontline sales managers and building strong coaching methodologies AI fluency, and comfort building in a fast-growing environment where the operating model is still taking shape Enough technical depth to credibly support sellers selling to developers and technical buyers Proven cross-functional influence across Sales, RevOps, PMM, Product, and FDE teams Bonus: Experience working in voice AI Location This is a remote-first role.
