ilert is an AI-first incident management software company helping companies respond to incidents faster and increase the availability of digital services. Our mission is to keep the world running at all times. We've done the hardest part already: built something people love. Now it's time to take this to the next level and that's where you come in. Why this role is more than "just content": You'll drive our storytelling to the next level: shaping how technical audiences and business leaders perceive AI-first incident management. That means creating guides that actually help, blog posts that spark trust, and content that educates. Tasks Own the content engine: craft and deliver a pulse-raising strategy that lifts brand awareness, powers lead gen, and helps customers master incident management. Be the editor-in-chief of our story: lead the editorial calendar, tie content to launches, campaigns, and the initiatives that matter. Tell technical stories that resonate: produce blog posts, deep-dive guides, and case studies finely tuned for developers, SREs, and IT leaders. Collaborate with the best: work side-by-side with engineers for how-tos and deep technical chops, and partner with our CEO for thought leadership. Own discoverability: shape SEO, GEO, and content distribution strategy. Measure with intention: track what works, analyze engagement, and sharpen strategy with insights; not gut feelings. Stay hyper-aware: monitor trends, competitive shifts, and industry moments to keep ilert ahead of the narrative curve. Requirements A translator of tech: content marketing experience in B2B SaaS or developer ecosystems, with the ability to make incident response approachable for both engineers and execs. An editor with vision: you write tight, persuasive copy and know how to stretch a concept across formats; blogs, guides, emails. Part storyteller, part analyst: combined SEO expertise, distribution savvy, and an eye for analytics that reveals real opportunity. A collaboration catalyst: you've worked shoulder-to-shoulder with technical and executive teammates before, co-creating content with agility and empathy. Segment-aware: you know one-size-fits-all content loses to persona-specific, need-first narratives. Excellent English, and German fluency? Nice-to-have, not mandatory. Benefits Hybrid work environment: enjoy the flexibility of working both on-site and remotely. Minimal meetings (#hackfwd): we keep meetings to a minimum so you can focus on your core tasks and work efficiently. Lean and bold culture: join a close-knit team that values open communication, mutual support, and shared goals. Ownership & autonomy: benefit from flat hierarchies and take full responsibility for your success. 28 days of paid vacation. Regular team events. A beautiful office in the "Rheinauhafen" area in the heart of Cologne. If you see yourself in this role, and you want content to do more than just sound good: you want it to matter. Then, let's hear what you'd write next. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

About Andercore Andercore is the AI-native supplier of industrial materials and goods for energy and infrastructure. We execute trade and distribution end-to-end, on our own account, at the speed of compute - and we are becoming the supplier of record for the entire industry. Industrial procurement is a €900B market in Europe alone and the largest manual market on earth. 95% of customers have no direct access to global supply chains. Materials pass through four or five intermediaries before they reach a site, and 40% of the margin evaporates on the way. For decades, the operating system of this industry was people: people to source, negotiate, finance, ship, and sell. We built the alternative from scratch. We are the supplier. We buy from global sources and sell to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, credit, and financing. One request. A firm quote in minutes. Delivered on time. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier. No warehouses. No fleet. No inventory risk. Every trade is pre-sold before it is bought. We are also the credit counterparty. Customers are scored and insured in minutes and get up to 60 days of payment terms priced into the quote itself. The working capital behind every trade is bank-funded, not equity-funded. Where we are today: Strong triple-digit-million euro turnover run rate, the majority of it from repeat customers Seven European markets live, sourced from suppliers across Asia and beyond 80+ people across Berlin (HQ), London, and Shanghai $90M raised in equity and debt, including our $40M Series B, from Atomico, Project A, Target Global, and Inven Capital - with working capital facilities from UniCredit and KfW The margin is in the bits. The moat is in the atoms. We are building the supplier of record for industrial materials - and redefining how global trade works in one of the largest and most essential industries on earth. What you will do You will be responsible for renewing and expanding our product through our customers, ensuring they get the maximum benefit from working with us You will develop a comprehensive understanding of the typical business challenges faced by customers, aligning our features and business advantages to their needs You will always be one step ahead, identifying risks for customers and proactively addressing them with a mitigation plan You will strive for full utilization of customer orders, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with sales teams to drive growth and increase presence Where appropriate, you will network between customers and departments, maintaining long-term relationships with stakeholders to advance the strategic direction of our development Who you are You have completed your studies in Business Administration or a comparable qualification and have relevant professional experience You are familiar with B2B customer development - ideally in the customer success field - and tracking all customer needs You are used to working in a fast-paced, international environment and can manage multiple projects and processes simultaneously You have experience with (CRM/CSM) tools (e.g., Salesforce), (optional) accounting tools (e.g. DATEV), and (optional) logistics tools (e.g. TMS/TNT) Optional: You have already gained experience in project management In addition to fluent German, you also have fluent English skills, French skills are a plus What we offer A role to fulfill with entrepreneurial freedom and a pre-validated business model to push to the next level An experienced founding team (three companies, 2 exits) A future-proof job with an attractive salary as well as performance-related bonus payments in a successful and value-oriented company Collaboration with top tier investors and angles (incl. various unicorn founders) as well as leading market experts Beautiful office spaces, HQ in the centre of Berlin, multiple global locations We are an equal-opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, or any other characteristic. Lua is the Agent OS. We build digital employees: agents that do a real job end to end. They read a company's own systems, make the decision, take the action, and get a little better every time they run. Not chatbots that answer questions, but digital workers that do the work, on the company's own data and workflows, and everything they build stays owned by the business. Teams write their logic on Lua (agents, skills, tools, jobs, webhooks, guardrails) and we run the hard parts underneath: infrastructure, multi-provider model orchestration, data, channels (WhatsApp, Slack, email, Instagram, Messenger, a voice-capable website widget, HTTP API) and monitoring. About us Our customers are the companies that run their markets: the operator of one of the world's most-visited heritage sites, a major travel and hospitality group, the largest supermarket chain in its country, a listed conglomerate spanning healthcare and consumer goods, large regional banks, a social-commerce company and a microinsurer covering over a million people, across Africa, the Middle East and South Asia. Together they employ 64,000+ people and turn over $5bn+ a year, and they all want the same thing: to be AI-native on the systems they already run, with nothing to rip out. We are a lean team of 30, backed by Y Combinator, and we've raised $5.8M. We have deployed 10,000+ agents across 20 markets. Having scaled from emerging markets, we are now moving into the UK and Europe. This is our founding commercial hire in the region and, based on performance, will quickly convert into an AE Europe role. The role As Lua's first SDR in Europe, you sit at the top of the UK and EU revenue funnel and report to Hugo de Stacpoole, VP of Sales. You will prospect personally into priority mid-market and enterprise accounts using LinkedIn, phone, email, events and warm introductions. You will also direct an AI-native outbound stack that handles research, sequencing and first-touch personalisation, and step in when a human conversation will do more than another automated touch. There is no playbook yet. You will help define how Lua sources, qualifies and hands opportunities to Account Executives in the region, including the qualification criteria. You are judged on qualified pipeline and revenue contribution, not activity alone. What you'll do Run outbound end to end. Identify target accounts and decision-makers across the UK and Europe and book qualified meetings for the sales team. Maintain a prioritised target account list with AEs and leadership, and tune it using results. Direct and refine our AI SDR tooling. Set up, monitor and improve automated sequences and enrichment workflows. Qualify with discipline. Run early discovery and pass only opportunities that meet agreed criteria. Hand over cleanly to sales and help define the handoff standard. Track funnel quality from outreach to meeting to qualified opportunity to revenue, and act on the gaps. Keep the CRM accurate so the team has a reliable view of the pipeline. Sharpen the pitch by feeding back what prospects actually say. Track the market, including competitors, buyer trends and regulation such as the EU AI Act. Support partners and events that turn into new pipeline. What we're looking for You have been the first SDR somewhere and built the outbound motion from nothing. Two or more years of B2B prospecting, ideally selling SaaS, AI or other technology to mid-market or enterprise buyers. You can talk credibly about AI and AI use cases across multiple industries. You know the UK market well. A European network or a second European language is a plus. You can explain to a senior executive in a few sentences why Lua is worth their time. You use AI outreach, enrichment and automation tools well, and you spot weak output quickly. You manage your own pipeline and keep the CRM accurate without being reminded. Experience at AI-native startups, B2B SaaS teams or expert networks is a strong fit. Familiarity with Apollo, Clay and the major LLMs is a plus. How success is measured Meetings booked and held, qualified opportunities created, pipeline generated (direct and partner-sourced), stage conversion, handoff acceptance and speed, CRM data quality, and closed-won revenue from SDR-sourced opportunities. What we offer $38k base plus commission Equity incentive plan 25 days holiday per year, pro rata London, hybrid, with minimal office time required A direct path into a closing AE role, or into onboarding the next SDRs as the team grows If you want to build Lua's European sales motion from the first account, let's talk. Compensation: $38K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission • $38K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
