AI Enablement and Learning Specialist
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
lmsonboardingl&dresearch

Superside is reinventing how its people learn, and we're looking for someone to help bring that vision to life in practical, AI-powered ways. As an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist, you'll join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. You'll work closely with the person leading our learning strategy, turning goals and ideas into working solutions: Claude-supported resources, automated workflows, and well-organized knowledge that people can actually find and use. You'll also keep the systems and knowledge behind our learning programs in good order, so everything runs smoothly with little manual effort. This isn't a traditional L&D role. If you love working with information, enjoy building with AI and automation tools, and care about how people learn, you'll feel at home here. You'll work independently, from ideas and open problems rather than step-by-step briefs, in a fully remote, ambitious, async-first team. What you'll do Research practical, AI-powered ways to deliver on our learning goals, and recommend what's worth implementing. Prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, and turn the best ones into working solutions. Build and launch new learning initiatives, from first idea to something people use. Run and improve async onboarding, so new joiners get a smooth, mostly automated experience. Organize and maintain our learning knowledge, so it's easy to find, trust and keep up to date. Automate enrolments, reminders, tracking and reporting across our learning systems. Look after our learning systems and tools such as Sana LMS, Notion, Claude so they stay reliable and easy to use. Create learning content when needed, such as short modules, guides and resources. Work with stakeholders across the company to understand their learning needs and turn them into practical solutions. What you'll need to succeed Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge: structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use. Hands-on experience building with AI, and a real curiosity about what's possible next. Experience with workflow automation tools and a comfort with the technical side of things. A systems mindset: you see how the pieces connect, and you follow through until it works. Comfort solving problems from ambiguity, turning an idea or a rough goal into a clear plan. A people-first approach: you think about the learner and their experience, not just the tool. Experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or a related field is a plus, though it's not the centre of the role. Experience with learning platforms (such as an LMS) is a plus. Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications. Proactive and independent: you don't wait for step-by-step instructions. Great written communication in English, and comfort working async in a remote team. Compensation Additional Information Why Join us? Superside's vision is to create equal opportunities globally by accelerating the world's transition to online work. Implementation Manager
Clover HealthUSA (Fully Remote)4 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$96,200 - $96,200 / Year
gopatient careclinicalehrdentalmental health+4

Counterpart: Value-based care, at the point of care. At Counterpart Health, we are transforming healthcare and improving patient care with our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. By supporting Primary Care Physicians (PCPs), we are able to deliver improved outcomes to our patients at a lower cost through early diagnosis and longitudinal care management of chronic conditions. We are hiring an Implementation Manager on the Counterpart Assistant team. In this role, you will lead the customer-facing work of bringing new provider practices and TINs from late-stage prospects through successful launch on Counterpart Assistant. You will partner closely with account management to hand off new customers, own the customer relationship through implementation, and drive each launch to completion on time and at quality. You will independently lead multiple concurrent implementations and the cross-functional work that makes each launch happen. Partnering with account management, support, product, and engineering internally and with providers, office managers, and clinical leads on the customer side: you will drive accountability across every stakeholder and deliver results through influence. Beyond running individual launches, you will help shape the implementation playbook itself — identifying what slows launches down, proposing changes, and driving improvements that reduce time-to-launch and lift customer satisfaction. Strong project management fundamentals, clear customer communication, working knowledge of clinical data, and technical fluency will let you keep complex, multi-stakeholder launches on track. As an Implementation Manager, you will: Own the customer relationship through implementation: you are the primary point of contact for the customer's technical implementation from project kickoff to post go live steady state. Lead end-to-end project plans for multiple concurrent, multi-step implementations, keeping internal and customer teams aligned on scope, timeline, and status. Partner cross-functionally with account management, support, product, and engineering to unblock issues, coordinate handoffs, and keep implementations moving on schedule. Own the outcomes of each implementation: surface risks early, drive resolution across teams, and hold each launch accountable to its target date and quality bar. Apply technical judgment to monitor and address potential integration issues that arise during implementations, working alongside product and engineering to ensure a successful integration and product launch. Drive continuous improvement of the implementation process: define and refine the playbook, tooling, and templates that reduce time-to-launch and raise the quality bar for every customer experience. Represent the customer's voice internally — capture feedback and pain points from implementations and channel them to product, engineering, and support to improve future launches. Success in this Role Looks Like: Over the first 90 days, you hit the ground running: shadowing active implementations, learning the moving parts of the process (standard EHR integrations, internal system configurations and project plans), and taking ownership of your first launch. Within the first 6 months, you are the customer-facing lead on multiple concurrent implementations, delivering launches on time and with a high customer satisfaction bar. Customers describe you as trusted, responsive, and a reason they feel confident in Counterpart. You have identified at least one meaningful improvement to the implementation process — a template, a workflow change, a handoff refinement — and driven it to adoption across the team. Over time, your performance is measured by the consistency, speed, and on-target delivery of customer implementations, by the strength of the relationships you build with customer stakeholders throughout the process, and by the cumulative improvements you drive into the implementation playbook itself. You should get in touch if: You have 5-8 years of experience leading technical product implementations in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of on-time, high-quality launches — and of running multiple implementations in parallel. You have 2+ years of experience in healthcare technology implementations working with provider practices, ideally including EHR standard integrations. You have exceptional customer-facing skills — you build trust quickly with providers, office managers, and clinical leads, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage escalations calmly and directly. You are an expert in project management: you set the plan, track it, and drive accountability across internal and customer teams that don't report to you. You have strong technical judgment and are comfortable diagnosing potential integration issues and scope creep of the overall project. You are a strong communicator, clearly documenting project status and potential risks internally and externally. You are motivated by process improvement: you notice friction in the way work gets done, propose better approaches, and drive them to adoption without needing a mandate. You lead through influence, not authority: you know how to align stakeholders, resolve conflict, and hold the room accountable to outcomes. Benefits Overview : Financial Well-Being : Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Physical Well-Being : We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare. Mental Well-Being : We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location. Professional Development : Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews. Additional Perks: Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities Reimbursement for office setup expenses Monthly cell phone & internet stipend Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams Paid parental leave for all new parents And much more! About Counterpart Health: In 2018, Clover Health set out to do something unprecedented: build a clinically intuitive, AI-enabled solution that fits within physicians' workflows to help support the earlier diagnosis and management of chronic conditions. Years later, that vision is a reality, with thousands of practitioners using Counterpart Assistant during patient visits to improve disease management, reduce medical expenses, and drive success in value-based care. With an exceptional team of value-based care and technology experts, Counterpart Health is driving value-based care at the speed of software. Counterpart Health is a subsidiary of Clover Health. From Clover's inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one's identity. All of our employee's points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility. #LI-Remote Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We are an E-Verify company. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $96,200—$125,000 USD

Help Scout
Help ScoutUSA (Fully Remote)4 days ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$139,000 - $160,000 / Year
gorestinsurancesalescustomer successrecruiting+1

Who we are Help Scout started in 2011 with a simple premise: support software should treat customers like people, not tickets. 3+ billion conversations later, more than 10,000 companies use Help Scout to grow relationships with customers of all types, from clients to patients and beyond. Now we're in a new chapter: not only building AI that gives teams more space to focus on the customer experience, but also reimagining how we operate in an AI-native world. That means shipping and learning faster, without compromising on craft. Great work here carries a strong opinion and sweats the details, regardless of the tools we use to drive it. We've been a fully remote team since day one, with 120+ teammates now all over the world. It's a culture where you'll be trusted to take ownership, stay curious, and raise the quality of work around you. It comes with clear expectations and a team that will push you to do some of the best work of your career. If that kind of challenge gives you energy, we'd love to meet you. The Opportunity As a Senior Customer Success Manager at Help Scout, you'll own a named book of 80–100 accounts, representing around $4M in recurring revenue. You'll be the trusted partner for the people who rely on Help Scout every day, from day-to-day users to the executives who sponsor the relationship. Your first priority is building a strong relationship rhythm across your book: regular check-ins, executive business reviews, and a clear understanding of what each customer is trying to achieve. You'll connect those goals to the best of what Help Scout offers, and you'll be the first to notice when something starts to slip. You won't carry an expansion quota. When you spot an opportunity to grow an account, you'll partner with our expansion team and hand it off warm, so you can stay focused on retention and long-term value. You'll also be the customer's voice inside Help Scout, bringing what you learn to Product, onboarding, and the rest of the team. Own a book of 80–100 accounts end-to-end. From onboarding handoff through adoption and renewal, you're accountable for the health and retention of every account. Build multi-threaded relationships. You'll work across levels in each customer, including executives and decision makers, and align on the business outcomes that matter to them. Catch risk early. You'll watch for signals like dropping usage or slowing communication, escalate early, and bring in the right internal partners to turn things around. Lead executive business reviews and regular check-ins that drive adoption, surface underused features, and strengthen product alignment. Own renewals and retention. Your success is measured on net dollar retention for your book. Surface expansion opportunities and partner with our expansion team to close them. Bring the voice of the customer inside. Share what you learn with Product and cross-functional teams to help shape the roadmap, onboarding, and how we work. Design your own workflows. You'll have freedom to use AI tools to stay organized and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across a large book. Raise the bar for the team. You'll share what works, document your learnings, and help shape how Customer Success grows at Help Scout. About You You have 5+ years of Customer Success experience in SaaS , with time spent in SMB, mid-market, strategic, or enterprise segments. You've owned a large book of business. At some point in your career, you've managed 50+ accounts and kept a consistent cadence with all of them. Retention is your track record. You can talk about your renewal rates, retention, or NDR, and what you did to move them. You love the relationship side of the work. You enjoy being a strategic advisor, aligning with executives on business goals, and working with internal teams to get customers where they need to go. Closing deals isn't what gets you up in the morning. You never solve problems alone. When an account shows signs of risk, you raise it early, pull in the right people, and keep the customer informed. You're not afraid of difficult conversations. You can handle tough renewal or recovery conversations with confidence and care. You're a strong cross-functional partner. You know how to work alongside Product, Support, and Sales, and you've handed off expansion opportunities to account executives or account managers before. You thrive while things are still being built. You're comfortable shaping processes as we go and don't need a playbook for everything. You're excited about how AI can transform your work. You look for ways to reduce manual overhead and spend your time where it matters most. Technical aptitude. You're comfortable learning and navigating complex software, and you want to become an expert in our product. About the Process Recruiter Chat - You'll meet with Nahuel on the Recruiting team to chat through compensation, benefits, timeline, and company culture. Value Add - You'll meet with Annika, Customer Enablement Lead, to talk more about the role and your experience in more detail. Project - We'll give you a take-home project (we'll pay for your time), then you'll share it back to the team. Team Chat - You'll meet with two members of our Customer Success team to learn more about how we work and the customers we serve. Final Chat - You'll chat with our VP of Customers. References - We'll ask you for three references. Ideally, we'd like two of them to be managers, but we can be flexible. Compensation Each role at Help Scout has a pay range aligned to our salary formula and based on national market data. We take a competency-based approach and pay is based on the level and band of your role. We assess leveling during the hiring process for new teammates, during our bi-annual performance review cycles, and when a teammate's role changes. OTE: $139K–$160K Company values Happy to Help Help is in our first name! We show up for each other — not out of obligation, but because we're invested in the team's collective success. We share knowledge freely, lead with generosity, and practice empathy with our teammates, customers, and community. Craft over Convention Our success relies on the quality and craft of the work we put into the world. The status quo simply won't work. So we insist on narrow focus, sweating every detail, and relentless pursuit of customer delight. Progress not Perfection Achieving our true potential — collectively and individually — requires constant progress and forward momentum. By creating a culture of curiosity and openness, we aim to create a safe space for mistakes, the ability to identify them quickly, and use them to get better. Own the Outcome Own the outcome means taking full responsibility for the results of your work, decisions, and contributions. It reflects a mindset of accountability, proactiveness, and follow-through. If you "own the outcome," you don't just complete tasks, you ensure your work leads to meaningful results, and take initiative to solve problems rather than passing them along. Read more about how we define, share, and live these values here . Benefits And Perks Competitive salary and an internal, transparent salary formula based on market data Flexible time off – you choose the holidays and vacations that make sense for you 12 weeks of fully paid parental leave for all new parents, including adoption and foster care A home office stipend to help you get set up and productive A co-working stipend up to $300 a month if you choose to work out of your house A yearly professional development stipend of $1,800 to help you grow in your craft If you're in the U.S. or Canada, we offer top tier health insurance for you and your dependents. Hiring Guidelines: All roles at Help Scout are fully remote. Some positions have specific location requirements. For roles outside the U.S. and Canada, we work with teammates as independent contractors under country-specific agreements. We do not sponsor visas. Teammates must already be authorized to work from their home country. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion . We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We have read the studies and understand that diverse teams build better products, bring more perspective to the table, contribute to a company's financial success, and help foster a more inclusive environment for all employees, but the bottom line is that it's the right thing to do. To provide you with the best experience, we can support you with accommodations or adjustments at any stage of the recruitment process. Simply inform our recruitment team during your conversation with them. A note on the use of AI in our interview process While we understand that AI is an important tool in a modern skillset, we ask that you do not utilize AI assistants live on our interviews. Of course, use any tools you need to prepare! But we'd like for you to have a real human-to-human conversation with our team. Home Based Primary Care Physician (MD/DO)
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior$37,440 - $37,440 / Year
clinicalemergency medicineinternal medicinefamily medicinedentalmental health

Practice medicine where it can matter most: in the home. Clover Health is looking for exceptional, mission-driven physicians to join our field-based In-Home Care team. In this role, you will care for Medicare Advantage members with complex medical, functional, and social needs — many of whom are older, medically fragile, and at high risk for avoidable complications. This is not transactional care. This is relationship-centered, outcomes-driven medicine. As a Field-Based Staff Physician, you will be accountable for the health outcomes of a defined panel of members. You will meet patients where they are, understand the realities of their home environment, identify risks early, and help coordinate the right care at the right time. You will have the autonomy to practice thoughtfully, the support of an interdisciplinary team, and the technology to act with greater insight and precision. We are seeking physicians who are highly accountable, clinically strong, operationally effective, and deeply committed to doing what is best for vulnerable seniors. Why this role matters Many of the patients we serve are navigating multiple chronic conditions, recent hospitalizations, fragmented care, limited resources, and the challenges that come with aging. For these members, the home is often where the most important clinical information lives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to see the full picture: the medications on the kitchen table, the caregiver dynamics, the fall risks, the barriers to follow-up, and the early warning signs that may never surface in a clinic visit. Your work will directly influence whether members recover safely, remain stable, avoid unnecessary hospitalizations, close care gaps, and feel supported by a care team that genuinely knows them. What you'll do As a Field-Based Staff Physician on Clover's In-Home Care team, you will: Provide high-quality, patient-facing care in members' homes across New Jersey Manage a panel of medically complex Medicare Advantage members and take full accountability for clinical outcomes Conduct comprehensive in-home assessments that evaluate medical, functional, behavioral, and social needs Lead post-discharge and transitional care visits to support safe recovery and reduce avoidable readmissions Identify changes in clinical status early and intervene proactively Manage chronic conditions, medication concerns, care gaps, and acute clinical needs within the home-based setting Build trusted relationships with members, caregivers, and families Collaborate closely with nurses, care managers, pharmacists, advanced practice clinicians, primary care providers, specialists, and community partners Use Clover Assistant and other clinical technology tools to surface risks, guide evidence-based decisions, and deliver more proactive care Communicate clearly and efficiently with internal and external care teams Document accurately and thoughtfully to support continuity, quality, and accountability Help advance a care model built around value, outcomes, and human connection You'll thrive here if you are Mission-driven and energized by caring for older adults with complex needs Highly accountable and willing to own the outcomes of your patient panel Comfortable practicing independently in the field while staying closely connected to a team Clinically thoughtful, decisive, and able to prioritize what matters most Effective and efficient in how you manage your time, visits, follow-up, and documentation Tech-savvy and curious about how data and clinical tools can improve care A strong communicator who builds trust with patients, caregivers, and colleagues Motivated by value-based care and the opportunity to improve outcomes, not simply complete visits Compassionate, practical, and deeply committed to doing what is right for sick and underserved seniors What you bring MD or DO degree Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or a related primary care field Geriatrics experience or fellowship training preferred Active New Jersey medical license, DEA registration, and CDS registration Strong clinical judgment and experience managing chronic conditions in older adults Comfort caring for medically complex, frail, and socially vulnerable patients Ability to work independently in a field-based environment Strong documentation, communication, and care coordination skills Curiosity and proficiency with clinical technology, including the ability to use tools such as Clover Assistant to make more informed decisions and identify care opportunities Experience in home-based care, value-based care, population health, complex care, or Medicare Advantage is a plus Benefits Overview : Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive hourly rate. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Support for Our Clinicians: Professional liability (malpractice) coverage, Clover-branded scrubs, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate, license and certification renewal reimbursement, and WiFi reimbursement for select roles. Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare. Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous time-off policy. Full-time employees accrue up to 18 days of vacation per year. Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer paid Continuing Medical Education (CME) days, a role-based CME allowance, learning programs, mentorship, and regular performance feedback and reviews. Additional Perks: Reimbursement for office setup expenses Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities Paid parental leave for all new parents And much more! About Clover: Clover Health is reinventing healthcare by combining data, technology, and human empathy to help members live healthier lives. We build clinical tools and care models that allow teams to intervene earlier, personalize care, and support the people who need us most. At Clover, your work is not abstract. You will see the impact in the homes you visit, the trust you build, and the outcomes you help improve. If you are a physician who wants to practice with purpose, own meaningful outcomes, and bring high-quality care to seniors who need it most, we would love to meet you. Bring care home. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role As a Backend Engineer on the Plan: Spec-Driven Development team, you'll help build GitLab's intent-to-code loop: agentic workflows that turn a stated intent into a refined work item, an implementation plan, and verified, mergeable code. You'll own early-stage backend work across the flows, application programming interfaces, data models, and evaluation systems behind this experience, using Ruby on Rails, Python, PostgreSQL, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway. You'll join a small, distributed team working on one of GitLab's highest-visibility product bets, collaborating with design partners toward a public beta. In your first year, you'll lead major features from an unclear problem through release, help shape scope with product and users, mentor other engineers, and influence technical decisions across agent workflows and evaluation methods. What you'll do Lead backend features from early product discussions through technical design, implementation, rollout, and post-launch learning. Build the flows, application programming interfaces, and data models behind agent-generated work items, implementation plans, durable specifications, and mergeable code. Develop evaluation and benchmarking systems that measure workflow quality, token cost, and success rate. Use Ruby on Rails and Python to build reliable production systems, with PostgreSQL, GraphQL, representational state transfer, GitLab Duo Agent Platform, large language model application programming interfaces, and an artificial intelligence gateway. Collaborate directly with product, design, engineers, design partners, and users to shape scope and make practical trade-offs. Coordinate multi-person projects across the team and communicate decisions clearly in GitLab's asynchronous, all-remote environment. Mentor other engineers and contribute to technical direction across the Plan group and related artificial intelligence initiatives. Work in short iterations, share progress through demos, and use results and user feedback to guide what comes next. What you'll bring Strong Ruby on Rails experience in a large production codebase and production experience with Python. Experience driving substantial projects with several engineers over multiple months, with clear user or business outcomes. A product mindset and experience owning features end to end, including shaping scope, making trade-offs, engaging with users, and learning from adoption after launch. A full stack background with a current focus on backend engineering, plus the ability to read modern frontend code and design effective APIs. Strong application programming interface design and structured query language fundamentals. Experience exploring artificial intelligence-assisted development. The ability to work independently, collaborate across functions and regions, and support others through technical leadership and mentoring. Experience with GraphQL, PostgreSQL performance at scale, or building and evaluating large language model or agent systems is helpful but not required. We welcome candidates with different backgrounds and transferable experience. If you're excited about the role but don't meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply. About the team We are a team of four engineers, with two backend and two frontend engineers across Canada and Europe. You'll work in an all-remote, async-first environment with weekly sync calls, retrospectives, demos, and short iterations. This is early-stage work with broad ownership, space for creativity, and a fast pace. For more about our team and its work, see Plan Team Handbook Page and Spec-Driven Development Initiative How GitLab Supports Full-Time Employees Benefits to support your health, finances, and well-being Flexible Paid Time Off Team Member Resource Groups Equity Compensation & Employee Stock Purchase Plan Growth and Development Fund Parental Leave Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification.
