Director, European Strategic Communications
Full TimeOn-siteMid
computer visionexcelcomplianceintellectual propertydue diligencecompliance+6

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century's most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril's family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center. As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years. ABOUT THE TEAM Anduril's global communications team is responsible for shaping how the world understands modern defense technology—and why it matters. We're seeking a Director of Communications, Europe, to build and lead Anduril's external communications presence across the continent. This is a senior individual contributor role based in Amsterdam, reporting to the VP of Global Communications, with a dotted line to Anduril's European General Manager. You will be Anduril's first dedicated communications hire in Europe, responsible for standing up a regional program from scratch, building relationships with media and institutions, and developing the narratives that will define Anduril's reputation across the world's most consequential defense markets. This is a builder role. You'll set strategy and execute it yourself, establish agency and contractor networks as the business grows, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with business development, policy, and senior leadership to earn Anduril a place in Europe's defense conversation. The ideal candidate has deep roots across multiple European markets, understands how defense, technology, and industrial policy intersect at the national level, and knows how to build presence and credibility in environments where trust is earned slowly and reputation matters enormously. WHAT YOU'LL DO Build Anduril's European communications program from the ground up, developing strategy, establishing infrastructure, and executing across markets with varying levels of maturity and priority. Drive media relations across defense, technology, business, and policy outlets in priority European markets, building the relationships and pipelines that will sustain long-term coverage. Develop and execute market-specific narrative strategies that connect Anduril's mission and capabilities to each country's defense priorities, industrial ambitions, and security context. Work closely with Anduril's European General Manager and business development teams to support market entry, customer engagement, partnerships, and key events. Build and manage a network of regional agencies and contractors as European operations expand. Partner with global communications, policy, and marketing teams to adapt core messaging for European audiences without losing coherence or accuracy. Engage think tanks, research institutions, and policy communities to build credibility and shape the broader discourse around defense innovation and allied cooperation. Own metrics and reporting frameworks to track progress and demonstrate impact across markets. QUALIFICATIONS 10+ years of experience in communications, public affairs, or media relations. Fluency in the European defense and political landscape across multiple countries, how decisions get made, who shapes opinion, and where the conversation is heading. A track record of building communications programs in new markets, not just inheriting them. Experience managing agencies, contractors, and regional communications networks across borders. Exceptional writing and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop narratives that land across cultures and audiences. Comfortable working autonomously in an early-stage market environment, with the judgment to make calls without a lot of process around you. You'll excel in this role if you: Have built something before, a market presence, a regional program, a communications function, and know what that actually requires. Can hold complexity: different countries, different threat perceptions, different industrial interests, all requiring distinct approaches under a coherent strategy. Know Europe's defense ecosystem personally, the journalists, the institutions, the officials who shape how these conversations evolve. Are energized by the moment Europe is in, and want to help shape how one of the most important defense technology companies in the world shows up in it. The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package. Additionally, Anduril offers top-tier benefits for full-time employees, including: Benefits At Anduril, we invest in our people. Rivia führt klinische Studiendaten in großem Maßstab zusammen. Was du mitbringst Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse. BDR Manager
KernelLondon, Germany4 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid$120,000 - $120,000 / Year
restcoachingsalesbusiness developmentoutboundsdr+2

About Kernel Agents are starting to sell, buy and operate on behalf of companies. But before an agent can close a deal, qualify an account, route a lead or assess risk, it has to answer a basic question: which company is this? Today, that answer is messy, and no one answers it reliably. Business identity lives across CRMs, ERPs and third-party datasets full of duplicates, missing parent companies, stale addresses and incorrect enrichment. The cost shows up across the enterprise: sales teams miss revenue opportunities because they lack the right account context; operations teams take on avoidable exposure because risk signals are fragmented or wrong; and finance teams end up chasing, writing off, or defaulting on bad debt that should have been caught earlier. Humans have worked around that mess for years. Agents cannot. They need a reliable business identity layer they can trust. Kernel is building that layer: the business registry for agents. We issue a permanent KERN ID for every business, plus the context an agent needs to act on it. Ops, data and revenue teams at Gong, Legora, Mistral, Canva and Checkout already use Kernel on their own systems. Agents are next, and there will be far more of them. We have raised $14M from top VCs and operators at Plaid, OpenAI, Slack and others, and we are growing 5x YoY. The Role We have strong product market fit. In 2025 we grew ~5x with world class net dollar retention, mostly from founder-led sales, and now have AEs hitting quota with an emerging playbook. We're looking for another BDR Manager to accelerate our outbound engine as we scale in 2026. You'll own a team of ~10 BDRs and be responsible for the pipeline that fuels our growth. You will report to Dave Bentham (Head of Sales) and work closely with our AEs, marketing, and leadership team to make sure the top of funnel is consistently feeding high-quality pipeline. What You'll Be Doing Set the strategy Work with Dave and the rest of leadership to define ICP, targeting, and outbound messaging. Translate company targets into clear, measurable BDR goals and ensure pipeline expectations are distributed strategically across the team. Continuously iterate on outbound plays, channels, and sequences to improve conversion at every stage. Develop the BDR team to be a talent pool for the rest of the organisation through a culture of constant learning Set your team Manage and develop a team of ~10 BDRs across inbound and outbound. Work alongside our recruiters to grow the team as we scale. Be accountable for team performance. Coach underperformers, promote top performers, and set a high bar across the board. Our BDR team is the talent engine for the entire GTM team. Nurturing the best people and helping them be ready for the next role is crucial. Set the operating cadence Define qualification criteria and handoff processes that set AEs up to close. Build repeatable outbound plays that convert, and partner with marketing where needed. Establish pipeline generation rigor: activity metrics, and predictable output. Run weekly team reviews, call coaching sessions, and continuous improvement loops. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Redwood City, CA, Liftoff has a diverse, global presence. About the team: As Senior Account Manager, you'll be a senior individual contributor and a cornerstone of our commercial team. You'll own an above-average revenue target and be expected to consistently deliver, and exceed, it. Operating with a high degree of autonomy; you'll manage complex, high-value deals end-to-end, drive forecast accuracy, and actively shape how we go to market. This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic influence: you'll be as comfortable building a Looker report as you are leading a high-stakes negotiation, and as effective with Finance and Product as you are in front of a customer. Responsibilities: Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, consistently exceeding revenue targets and carrying above-average quota. Maintain accurate pipeline and revenue forecasts, surfacing risks proactively and identifying in-quarter opportunities to accelerate attainment. Lead complex, high-value negotiations; adapting style to different stakeholders and closing with minimal concessions. Build and tailor compelling value propositions, running multi-channel outreach to fill and advance pipeline efficiently. Manage multiple concurrent work-streams with clear ownership, balancing scope, time, and quality with minimal oversight. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to deliver solutions and influence roadmap priorities based on customer feedback. Coach junior team members and contribute to a culture of proactive, well-received feedback. Requirements: Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in digital advertising, account management, or consultative sales; preferably within mobile or programmatic ad-tech. Strong forecasting discipline and pipeline management skills, with experience running high-value deals from prospecting through close. Skilled negotiator who adapts approach intuitively and is comfortable managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Proficient in Looker, AI and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and build clear, impactful visualisations independently. Excellent cross-functional collaborator, with experience engaging Product, Finance, and Marketing beyond immediate deal needs. High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and the ability to give and receive feedback constructively. Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus. Willingness to travel up to 10% for client meetings and industry events. Travel Expectations: We offer several opportunities for in-person team gatherings, including but not limited to project meetings, regional meetups, and company-wide events. We expect our employees to attend these gatherings at least once per quarter. These gatherings provide essential opportunities for collaboration, communication, and team building. Compensation : Liftoff offers all employees a full compensation package that includes equity and health/vision/dental benefits associated with your country of residence. Global Investigator (Triage)
Full TimeOn-siteMid
goreacttriagecompliancecompliancecoaching

Build a Safer World. TRM Labs provides AI-powered intelligence solutions that help public and private sector agencies investigate and disrupt crime. TRM's platforms enable investigators to trace illicit activity, build cases, and construct operating pictures of threat networks. Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure. As a Global Investigator on the triage team, you will be the first line of operational defense in a fast-moving crypto disruption pipeline. You will process inbound complaint data, validate outputs from our artificial-intelligence (AI) investigation platform, and route cases into the investigative pipelines that result in frozen scam proceeds and seized assets. You will hold the disposition pen: your call is what turns a complaint into a freeze, a takedown, a recovery handoff, a legal-process draft, a victim notification, or a close. The impact you will have: Validate and route hundreds of complaint dispositions per week, feeding a live asset-recovery pipeline. Catch the AI errors that matter, such as false positives, merged syndicates, and misclassified scam patterns, before they propagate downstream. Enrich complaint selectors using a stack of more than forty commercial data-source integrations. Own clean shift handoffs so the around-the-clock operation never drops a lead, providing EMEA-hours coverage that keeps the queue moving while colleagues in other regions are offline. What we're looking for: Investigative or analytical experience in the private or public sector. One to three years is fine: we want hungry people who want to grow into deep crypto expertise. Strong AI fluency, meaning comfort using AI tools as a daily co-pilot, plus the judgment to know when they are wrong. Excitement to deepen blockchain analysis skills. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, fluid environment where the project's scope and emphasis may shift quarter to quarter. Strong written and verbal communication. About the Team: The team is built around a mix of seasoned investigators and rising talent. Triage investigators sit alongside experienced crypto tracers and intelligence-trained individual contributors, and the seat is designed to accelerate your development. Team Operating Rhythms: Daily schedule: standard business hours in your local time zone. Collaboration: coordinate with global teammates for handoffs on time-sensitive items, giving the wider operation near follow-the-sun coverage. On-Call Responsibilities: Formal on-call rotation for high-priority events, such as hacks, law-enforcement support, and other time-sensitive matters. Weekly rotation, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. Learn about TRM Speed in this position: React quickly to incoming complaint surges and live takedown events. Continuously learn new patterns in crypto-enabled crime. Application Instructions If you're interested in joining TRM, we encourage you to apply directly. Every application is reviewed by our Talent team. Before applying, review the job description carefully and highlight the experience and impact that best demonstrate the required qualifications. Please also provide thoughtful and accurate answers to the application questions, as these will be used to evaluate your skills and qualifications for the role. If you send your resume directly to someone at TRM, we can't guarantee it will reach the appropriate hiring team. Applying directly is the best way to ensure your application will be considered. Interviewing with TRM Our process is designed to understand how you think, solve problems, and deliver impact, while allowing you to evaluate TRM. Most interview processes include a case study, an AI skills assessment, and a Leadership Principles interview. Recruiter Intro: Qualifications, motivations, and alignment with the role. Hiring Manager: Deep dive into your relevant experience, skills, and impact. First Round: 1–2 interviews focused on the skills most critical to the role. Final Round: Hands-on case study. This is usually a panel-style session where we go deeper into your craft, problem-solving, and alignment with TRM. References: Former colleagues who can provide insight into your work and impact. Offer: Congrats! Your recruiter will present the offer and compensation details. Welcome to TRM: We're excited to build a safer world with you! Your recruiter will share your specific interview plan and preparation guidance along the way. AI Fluency at TRM AI fluency is a baseline expectation at TRM. We believe AI meaningfully changes how top performers operate. We expect every team member to use AI to accelerate and reimagine their craft, not just automate surface tasks. At TRM, AI fluency means you are among the top 10 percent of operators in your function in how you apply AI to: Accelerate repeatable workflows Structure and solve problems Improve output quality Increase speed and leverage You will be evaluated on applied AI fluency during the interview process. Life at TRM We are building a safer world. That promise shows up in how we work every day. TRM moves FAST. We are a high-velocity, high-ownership team that expects clarity, follow-through, and impact. People who thrive here are energized by hard problems, experimentation, and continuous feedback. If something takes months elsewhere, it will ship here in days. Our work sits at the intersection of AI, national security, and fighting crime. The problems are complex, the stakes are real, and the environment evolves quickly. The pace and intensity of the work reflect the importance of the mission. As a result, the way we operate requires a high level of ownership, adaptability, collaboration, and creative problem-solving. At TRM, you should expect: Priorities and targets to change quickly Operating with a high degree of ambiguity A high level of personal ownership and accountability Close collaboration across teams and functions Frequent, high-touch communication Creative problem-solving and out-of-the-box thinking A pace that rewards urgency, adaptability, and outcomes This environment is energizing for people who enjoy building, solving hard problems, and making progress in situations that are not always fully defined. It also requires thriving in ambiguity, adjusting course as new information emerges, and maintaining focus and positivity in a fast-moving and intense environment. We also recognize that this style of operating is not for everyone. If you are primarily optimizing for predictability or a consistently balanced workload, we encourage you to use the interview process to pressure-test whether this environment is truly the right fit. We want teammates who thrive here, not just survive here. If you are excited by meaningful problems, motivated by ambitious goals, and energized by working alongside mission-driven colleagues, there is a good chance you will find TRM to be an exceptional place to grow and contribute. Leadership Principles We hire and grow against three leadership principles. They're the standards for how we operate, treat each other, and make decisions. Impact-Oriented Trailblazer: We put customers first and move with speed, focus, and adaptability. We treat every plan like an experiment – test, ship, measure, and iterate quickly. Master Craftsperson: We care deeply about our craft. We balance speed with high standards, own outcomes end‑to‑end, and invest in getting better everyday. Inspiring Colleague: We add clarity and energy, not noise. We bring humility, candor, and a one‑team mindset — giving and receiving feedback to make the team stronger. Join our Mission At TRM, we care deeply about our craft. We are looking for individuals who want their work to matter, who experiment with speed and rigor, and who take pride in building a safer world for billions of people. If you're excited by TRM's mission but don't check every box, we encourage you to apply — we hire for slope, judgment, and the will to learn fast.
