Our category-leading mobile app, Tile tracking devices, and Pet GPS tracker empower members to protect the people, pets, and things they care about most with a range of services, including location sharing, safe driver reports, and crash detection with emergency dispatch. Life360 serves approximately 102.4 million monthly active users (MAU), as of June 30, 2026, across more than 180 countries. Life360 delivers peace of mind and enhances everyday family life with seamless coordination for all the moments that matter, big and small. By continuing to innovate and deliver for our customers, we have become a household name and the must-have mobile-based membership for families (and those friends who are basically family). Life360 has more than 500 (and growing!) remote-first employees. For more information, please visit life360.com . Life360 is a Remote First company, which means a remote work environment will be the primary experience for all employees. All positions, unless otherwise specified, can be performed remotely (within the US and Canada) regardless of any specified location above. We are AI Native We are building an AI native company where AI is an integral part of how we build and operate. AI tool usage during interviews varies by role. You may be asked to demonstrate proficiency with AI tools, discuss how you leverage AI, or complete interview exercises without AI assistance. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process. Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy. About The Team The Product Design team is the creative engine shaping the vision, strategy, and delivery of extraordinary member experiences at Life360. We are a diverse, collaborative group with an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship and delight in everything we create. With Life360's rapid growth and strong business momentum, we have a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact at global scale. At the heart of our mission is a dedication to helping families feel safe, connected, and cared for through the transformative power of design. The Growth Revenue Experimentation team (within the Product Design team) is the engine behind Life360's subscription revenue growth: we turn ideas about pricing, packaging, and the paywall funnel into fast, validated experiments. We run a high volume of tests across the entire subscription funnel - driving free users to start a trial, trial to paid conversion & churn prevention. Additionally, optimizing the top-performing features to drive further conversion, SKU and pricing routing, external billing, and churn and win-back, partnering closely with the Revenue ML team to personalize offers and target the right SKU to the right user. We set and hold the bar for experiment quality and methodology across the program, using tools like Statsig to run and govern testing at scale, and we ground every decision in research and data, validating or killing assumptions before they become a build. We are also an AI-native team: AI tooling is already speeding up how we generate hypotheses, build, and measure results, and we expect that velocity to keep climbing as our own workflows get faster too. About the Job We're looking for a Senior Product Designer II to join our Revenue Experimentation team and help drive Life360's growth through fast, high-quality design experimentation. This role sits at the intersection of product design, growth strategy, and data-informed decision-making, you'll design, test, and iterate on experiences across our subscription and monetization surfaces to uncover new ways to grow revenue and deliver value to families. You'll partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, and Content to turn loosely defined ideas into well-scoped tests, and well-scoped tests into learnings that shape our roadmap. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves fast without sacrificing craft, and wants their design decisions to directly and measurably impact the business. For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $152k to $223k USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $176k to $207k CAD. We take into consideration an individual's background, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience in determining final salary. Base pay may also vary based on geographic location, with US work locations falling into one of three geographic tiers. Total compensation is inclusive of equity compensation in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) , as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits. What You'll Do Design and run a high volume of experiments across Life360's revenue and monetization surfaces, from trial conversion, trial-to-paid conversion to pricing, SKU routing, and churn/win-back. Turn loosely defined experiment briefs into well-scoped, testable hypotheses, using research and data to validate or challenge the underlying assumptions. Lead design for experiments that originate from your own ideas, and act as a critical, PM-partnering voice on ideas that originate elsewhere. Partner with Data Science and Analytics to define success metrics, interpret experiment results, and translate learnings into follow-on hypotheses. Present experiment concepts, in-flight learnings, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership. What We're Looking For 6+ years of product design experience, ideally with exposure to growth, experimentation, or subscription/monetization design. A track record of shipping and iterating on A/B or multivariate experiments in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment. Comfort operating with ambiguity, able to take a loosely defined brief and turn it into a well-scoped, testable hypothesis using research or data. A proactive, ideas-first mindset: someone who brings concepts to the table rather than waiting to be handed a fully-formed brief. Strong collaboration skills, able to both lead from your own ideas and constructively pressure-test others', as a true creative and strategic partner to PMs. Experience partnering closely with engineers, content, and data science across the full experiment lifecycle, from concept to bug bash to results. Excellent organizational habits: clean, well-documented Figma files and clear, traceable rationale for design decisions. Fluency in Figma; familiarity with experimentation and analytics tooling (e.g., Optimizely, Amplitude, Statsig, or similar) is a plus. Comfort using AI tools to accelerate design and production work. Strong visual design craft, with hands-on animation skills. A portfolio that showcases experimentation work, problem framing, hypotheses, iteration, and measurable impact, not just polished final screens. Ways of Working Operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, balancing multiple experiments at once. Comfortable with ambiguity. Experiment briefs often start loosely defined, and it's the designer's job to validate the underlying problem (through research or data) and refine it into something well-scoped enough to actually test, confirming or challenging the original assumptions along the way. Contributes ideas proactively, including in regular ideation sessions focused on a specific theme, bringing forward experiment concepts, not just executing others'. Partners with PMs as a true collaborator: leads projects that originate from their own ideas, and acts as a critical partner on PM-originated ideas, pressure-testing them for UX soundness and product fit rather than simply executing. Collaborates across design and other departments when an experiment touches product areas outside their own, to keep the experience consistent and aligned. Keeps work organized and traceable: clean file structure, documented hypotheses and rationale, and clean, well-organized Figma files so anyone can see what's being tested, what's been done, and why. Involves engineers early in the design process to surface technical questions and constraints before they become blockers. Participates in bug bashes, testing experiments before launch to confirm the experience matches intent. Uses AI as a creative and productivity partner, leveraging skills, automation, and AI-generated illustrations or animations where it makes sense, to move faster and free up more time for craft. AI-Native Expectations Daily use: You embed AI in all your workflows and use it for real, substantive tasks, including research, analysis, drafting, prototyping, analytics and experimentation. Review and accountability for AI output: AI-generated outputs get the same level of care of as any of your deliverables. You are accountable for everything you ship. Velocity: We expect senior practitioners who use AI well to operate with meaningful leverage: doing more with the same time, taking on problems that would otherwise require a larger team. Team leadership: You share what works. You automate prompting strategies that others can build on and help teammates earlier in their AI workflow adoption get up to speed. Continuous learning: The tooling is changing fast. You stay current and bring recommendations to the team when something would meaningfully improve how we work. Our Benefits Medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance plans (100% paid for US employees). We offer life and disability as well as supplemental plans for medical and dental for Canadian employees. 401(k) plan with company matching program in the US and RRSP with DPSP plan for Canadian employees. Paid parental leave. Mental Wellness Program & Employee Assistance Program (EAP) for mental well-being. Generous time off: flexible PTO, companywide holidays throughout the year plus summer and winter shutdowns. Learning & Development programs. Equipment, tools, and reimbursement support for a productive remote environment. Free Life360 Platinum Membership and Tile trackers. Life360 Values Our company's mission-driven culture is guided by our shared values to create a trusted work environment where you can bring your authentic self to work and make a positive difference Be a Good Person - We have a team of high integrity people you can trust. Your Recruiter will provide clear guidance as you move through the interview process. Undisclosed use of AI not previously discussed with or approved by your Recruiter may impact your candidacy. About The Team The Data & Analytics Team (DnA) is a 60+ person organization spanning data engineering, analytics engineering, analytics/decision science, and data science/ML. The science teams are organized into two sub teams, focusing on MAU and Revenue. This role leads decision science and data science within MAU. You and your team will be responsible for understanding the drivers behind MAU: why members come, why they stay, and why they return. The team partners with product, marketing, and engineering to put those learnings into everyday work, and that work shapes our roadmaps. Our data is unusual for a consumer company. Life360 measures families and circles rather than individuals, so one member's behavior affects another's, which makes measurement a different problem than a standard funnel. With billions of location events, driving behavior, crash detection, and Tile and Pet GPS trackers, we get a rich picture of physical behavior that few consumer companies can build. About the Job This Senior Director leads MAU Analytics and Data Science. You and your team will work across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention on the analysis, models, and experiments behind each. A lot of what this role owns needs to be built rather than maintained: the measurement, the standards, and how the team uses AI. The team is also raising its craft, and coaching people through that is an important part of the job. Within a year, your team members will be operating at an elevated skill level, proactively bringing key questions to light, and serving as trusted advisors whom stakeholders consult for strategic guidance rather than simple task execution. You will report to the Head of Data and work closely with counterparts leading Revenue Analytics and Data Science, and with the leaders of Data Engineering. For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $247,000 to $366,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $286,000 to $339,000 CAD. What You'll Do Lead and develop the decision scientists and data scientists on the team, and set the quality bar for both disciplines. Own the MAU driver model and the forecast. Own the exploratory work that drives the strategy to grow MAU. Establish how an analysis gets scoped, run, reviewed, and written up, so its quality does not depend on who picked up the request. Partner with your Revenue counterpart and Data Engineering leadership to define common metrics, align on experimentation standards, and introduce unified operating practices across teams. Build the operating model that gets the team into the roadmap conversation early, with a view on what to build and what to test. Use agents and automated analysis daily, and expect the same of the team. Shape how the team works AI-native: what gets delegated to agents, what gets automated, and what stays human judgment. What We're Looking For Required Experience & Qualifications 10+ years in analytics, data science, or decision science, including 5+ years in people management in a senior leadership role. Deep expertise in inferential and causal analytics. Able to lead ML practitioners. Expert knowledge of engagement, retention, churn, and cohort metrics. Experience forecasting a company-level metric and being held to it. SQL, plus Python or R. Experience with Databricks, third party experimentation tools (e.g. Statsig), Tableau or similar BI tools, and AI native BI tools (e.g. Hex, AI/BI). Hands-on with coding agents (Claude Code or equivalent) in your own analytical work. Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Nice to Have Familiarity with experiment design to identify and control for network effects. Master's degree or PhD with an emphasis in social science, psychology or other behavioral science. Experience leading a team that reports to you but sits embedded with product and engineering teams. Experience in a B2C subscription business. Core Expectations You have moved an analytics team from reactive to embedded. You coach and develop people, and you have grown analysts into leaders. On your teams, analysis starts from a hypothesis rather than a data request. You have built the standards a team works from, and got people to use them. You are curious about why people behave the way they do, not just what they did. You decide what the team does not work on, and you can defend it. Harness is the AI Software Delivery Platform company, led by technologist and entrepreneur Jyoti Bansal (founder of AppDynamics, acquired by Cisco for $3.7B). Harness has raised approximately $570M in funding and is valued at $5.5B, backed by leading investors including Goldman Sachs, Menlo Ventures, IVP, Unusual Ventures, Citi Ventures, and more. As AI accelerates code creation, the real bottleneck has shifted to everything after the code – testing, deployments, application security, reliability, compliance, and cost optimization. Harness brings AI and automation to this "outer loop," helping teams ship software faster while maintaining security and governance throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle. Powered by Harness AI and the Software Delivery Knowledge Graph, the Harness Platform applies deep context and intelligent automation across the software delivery lifecycle with governance and policy-driven controls embedded throughout the platform. Over the past year, Harness powered over 185M deployments, 82M builds, 18T flag evaluations, 8M security scans, 9.1B optimized tests, 3T protected API calls, and helped manage $2.8B in cloud spend — enabling customers like United Airlines, Morningstar, and Choice Hotels to accelerate releases by up to 75%, reduce cloud costs by up to 60%, and achieve 10x DevOps efficiency. With a global team across 26 offices and 27 countries, Harness is shaping the future of AI software delivery — and we're looking for exceptional talent to help us move even faster. Position Summary Own the growth of the Internal Developer Portal (IDP) within Harness's Strategic Products Growth team — a product with real revenue and real users, historically sold via a sales-led motion but now shifting towards a product-led growth motion.. You're the person who owns this strategic transformation while shaping how the market thinks about developer portals in the age of AI and agentic workflows. About The Role Carry a new-ARR target for the IDP product line (a mix of cross-sell and product-led revenue) Act as the product specialist the sales team pulls in: run the demo and the technical sale on inbound interest and on cross-sell into existing customers. Account teams keep the relationship and the commercials; the product depth is yours Deliver technically accurate, value-driven product demonstrations on demand, tailored to diverse customer contexts — a core expectation from day one Support prospect technical discovery including RFP product-related questions and technical Q&A Drive discovery through content and thought leadership, particularly around AI's impact on developer experience: is the traditional internal developer portal the right shape for an agentic world? Develop and publish an opinionated point of view Develop 3-5 net new marketing or content assets (technical or thought leadership focused) within your first 90 days, initially focused on a single capability area Build the go-to-market kit: content, collateral, business-value assessments, demo environments, and sales enablement Feed the most common deal-blocking gaps back to engineering Grow IDP toward a self-sustaining motion, whether product-led or sales-attached What sits outside the role: self-serve billing and activation infrastructure, net-new logo prospecting, in-account adoption and renewals, and paid demand generation. About You Demo-native and comfortable carrying a number; equally at home in a product spec and on a customer call A technical, sales-engineering-like background — technical enough to earn a customer's trust and win a room — paired with strong educator and communicator instincts Experience with developer experience and developer platforms, with demonstrated thought leadership on AI's impact on DevX; you hold opinionated views backed by experience A growth PM or DevRel background is a plus, though not strictly required Comfortable operating between senior and staff level, with travel flexibility to support field functions Competitive salary Comprehensive healthcare benefits Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Flexible work schedule Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Flexible Time Off and Parental Leave Monthly, quarterly, and annual social and team building events Monthly internet reimbursement The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $165,000 and $215,000 annually. Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found at the following link: https://www.harness.io/company/careers.
