About Ryft Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing, allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity. We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform. About The Role We are looking for a VP of Marketing to build and lead the marketing function at Ryft. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will set marketing strategy and budget, build and manage a team spanning multiple disciplines, and personally drive execution where it counts. You will report into the COO and work closely with the senior leadership team, translating commercial and product priorities into a marketing plan that supports B2B growth across the UK, EU and US. Key Responsibilities Strategy and Leadership Own the marketing strategy for Ryft, aligned to commercial targets, product roadmap and international expansion plans. Set clear priorities and OKRs for the marketing function, and represent marketing performance and plans to the senior leadership team and board. Build Ryft's brand and market position within the payments and fintech space, with a clear point of view on differentiation versus competitors and acquirers. Budget and Resource Management Build, own and manage the marketing budget, with clear allocation across channels, campaigns and headcount. Track spend against ROI and commercial outcomes, and make the case for investment or reallocation with senior stakeholders. Manage relationships and contracts with external agencies, freelancers and vendors. Team Leadership and Development Build out the marketing team as Ryft scales, hiring, developing and managing direct reports across relevant disciplines (e.g. content, demand generation, brand, product marketing, comms). Set individual and team objectives, run regular 1:1s and performance reviews, and create a strong, accountable team culture. Identify capability gaps and build the case for new hires or specialist support as the function grows. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Sales, Commercial, Product and Compliance to ensure marketing activity is joined up with wider business priorities. Coordinate go-to-market plans for new products, partnerships and market entries (including new geographies). Act as a connector across disciplines, ensuring brand, content, demand and comms work as one coherent function rather than in silos. Hands-On Execution Stay close to the work: this is not a purely strategic role. You will be expected to get into the detail on campaigns, content and messaging where needed, particularly while the team is small. Personally lead or shape flagship activity such as major campaigns, events, PR moments and thought leadership. Stakeholder Reporting Report regularly to the COO and senior leadership team on marketing performance, pipeline contribution and budget. Present marketing strategy and results to the board as required. Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Commercial and Product leadership. What we are looking for Experience: Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, ideally within B2B, fintech, payments or a related regulated industry. Track record of building and leading marketing teams across multiple disciplines, from strategy through to hands-on execution. Experience owning and managing a marketing budget, with strong commercial judgement on ROI and prioritisation. Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting to senior leadership and/or a board. Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels, particularly in a scaling business where resources are not unlimited. Experience supporting international market expansion is a strong plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. What Success Looks Like A marketing function that is structured, resourced and delivering against clear commercial objectives within the first 6-12 months. A marketing budget that is well-managed, defensible and demonstrably linked to pipeline and brand outcomes. Strong, trusted working relationships with the COO, senior leadership team and board. A marketing team that is well-led, developing, and delivering consistently across disciplines. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

LOCATION: King's Cross, London · PATTERN: Hybrid, with regular time in the lab The opportunity We're a stealth startup in AI and bio, building infrastructure for data generation. The team is small and elite, the problems are hard, and the foundations are being laid right now. You'd help write them from the first line, with real ownership and a direct line to the founders. This role owns the analysis of our functional genomics data. You would be the main computational partner to the scientists who run our perturbation screens, from how a screen is designed to which hits we call and how we show the evidence for them. About us AI for biology has a data problem. The data that matters most doesn't exist yet, so we're building the infrastructure to produce it, with quality and traceability built in from day one. We're in stealth and heads-down on execution. We'll share more about what we're building once you've spoken with the team. The role You will join the intelligence team and own the analysis of our functional genomics data, working day to day with the scientists who design and run the screens. You will work with them from experimental design through to picking hits, and build the pipelines that let the analysis keep up as screening throughput grows. This is a hands-on role with real influence over how we generate and use our data. The data is multimodal. Single-cell and pooled CRISPR screens are read out by sequencing, by Cell Painting and other high-content imaging, and by proteomics, often on the same perturbations. Much of the job is making those readouts agree with each other, with statistics that hold up when a screen crosses several factors at once. You will work with the software team, who own how data is captured and stored. You build the analysis on top of that, and you own its quality. Your first 90 days FIRST 30 DAYS ◆ Learn how the scientists design and run the screens, and what each readout produces, from sequencing to imaging and proteomics. ◆ Review the analysis and QC that exist for CRISPR screens and Cell Painting, and set out what is missing. DAYS 30 TO 60 ◆ Own the analysis of the first single-cell and pooled CRISPR screens you work on: QC, guide assignment, differential expression and modelling of perturbation effects. ◆ Build the first image-based profiling pipeline for Cell Painting, from feature extraction and normalisation to phenotypic scoring. ◆ Advise on the design of upcoming screens, covering power, replication, library coverage, plate layout and batch effects. DAYS 60 TO 90 ◆ Integrate proteomic, transcriptomic and imaging readouts of the same perturbations, with statistics that hold up for multi-factor designs. ◆ Make the pipelines reproducible and versioned, with the software team, so they scale as throughput grows. ◆ Present results with their uncertainty and QC to the scientists and to leadership. Who you are You have a background in genomics, and you have analysed real screening or single-cell data and built things other people relied on. That might have been in a functional genomics or screening group in biotech or pharma, an academic lab, a core facility, or a computational group that worked closely with one. Nobody arrives with every part of this role. If you are strong in most of it and quick to learn the rest, we want to hear from you. You like working next to the bench. Much of the value is in the conversations with the scientists before a screen runs, and you can explain a result to someone who was not in the room. You write code other people can run, and you care how a result reads to the person receiving it. We do not hire people into boxes. This role will stretch past its description, sometimes into the lab and sometimes into conversations about how our data is used. Early hires here are expected to pick up what is in front of them. MUST HAVE ◆ A PhD, or a master's with two to three years of relevant experience, in genomics, bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics or a related field. ◆ Strong Python or R, with good engineering habits such as Git, code review and reproducible workflows, and working with coding agents. ◆ Hands-on single-cell RNA-seq analysis, for example with Scanpy or Seurat, including MEMBER OF TECHNICAL STAFF, INTELLIGENCE (FUNCTIONAL GENOMICS) CRISPR screen QC such as guide assignment and knockdown efficiency. ◆ Statistical and machine learning methods on biological data, including linear and mixed models, multiple testing, and handling batch effects and confounders. ◆ Working closely with wet-lab scientists, and explaining results clearly to people outside your field. NICE TO HAVE ◆ Perturb-seq or combinatorial-barcoding single-cell RNA-seq, such as Parse Evercode. ◆ Image-based profiling, such as CellProfiler or pycytominer, or deep-learning image analysis. ◆ Multi-omic integration methods. ◆ Workflow managers such as Nextflow or Snakemake, containers such as Docker, and cloud or HPC computing such as AWS. Why this is unusual Most screening analysis happens after the fact, on files from a lab someone else runs, with little record of how each plate was handled. Here you sit with the scientists who run the screens, you can ask how a plate was handled and get an answer, and your analysis goes out with the data. It also crosses readouts that usually live in separate teams. Sequencing, imaging and proteomics from the same perturbations come through one small team, and the analysis has to hold up across all of them. Some people find that energising; some find it outside their lane. It's worth knowing in advance which one you are. How we work The role is based in London, at our lab and office in King's Cross. Time in person with the scientists matters for this work. The wider founding team is distributed across London, New York and Europe and travels, so you will work with people who are not always in the building. We work in the open. Decisions are written down and work happens in Slack. The whole company meets once a week at the start of the week, and there is a regular offsite. Each person owns their area and makes the call inside it, and we will expect that of you early rather than late. UK benefits are 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a pension with a 10% employer contribution, and Bupa private health cover. More is added as the team grows. The team you will join You will report into the intelligence team. You will work most closely with the functional genomics scientists who design and run the screens, and with the software team. You will be the first person on the intelligence team whose focus is functional genomics data, joining a small team. Our process Our process has four stages. A short screening call about the role and the practicalities. A behavioural interview about how you work and what you value, run from the same template for every candidate. A technical stage built on a real analysis problem from our lab, not a puzzle. You spend a few hours writing up how you would approach it, using the tools you would use on the job, coding agents included, with a short note on the decisions you made. We care about judgement more than hours, so a focused answer beats an exhaustive one. We then go through it with you in person. Then references, aimed at whatever we still want to understand. If you are not sure whether you are a fit, apply anyway. We would rather read it and decide. We are an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions on merit, scope-fit, and the strength of the working relationship we expect to build with each hire. Applications welcome from candidates of any background. LOCATION: King's Cross, London · PATTERN: Hybrid, flexible for the right candidate The opportunity We're a stealth startup in AI and bio, building infrastructure for data generation. The team is small and elite, the problems are hard, and the foundations are being laid right now. You'd help write them from the first line, with real ownership and a direct line to the founders. This role builds our computational chemistry from the start. You would own how a set of target molecules becomes a synthesis plan that automated equipment can run, and how every compound we work with is represented and registered. About us AI for biology has a data problem. The data that matters most doesn't exist yet, so we're building the infrastructure to produce it, with quality and traceability built in from day one. We're in stealth and heads-down on execution. We'll share more about what we're building once you've spoken with the team. The role You will own computational chemistry end to end, from the molecules someone wants made to the plan the lab executes. The role sits at the interface between synthetic chemistry, cheminformatics and software, and lab automation, and you will build the computational capability alongside the physical synthesis and automation capability from an early stage. The role is embedded with the synthetic chemists and the automation scientists and engineers, and you will work with them every day. Much of the value comes from drawing out what experienced chemists know and turning their judgement into rules, models and workflows that apply the same way every time. Two parts of the role go beyond standard computational chemistry, and they are why it matters so much. Routes that automation can execute. A chemically plausible route is only the starting point. Planning has to account for what the platform can do, including the building blocks and reagents available, the reaction classes and conditions it supports, handling constraints, work-up and purification, and throughput. It also has to work across a whole target set. Given hundreds or thousands of targets, you will find the shared chemistry, common intermediates and building blocks, and reduce them to a manageable set of synthetic strategies, balancing diversity and compound value against synthetic cost. You will work with the automation team to define what planning hands to the systems downstream, and over time connect planning, synthesis and experimental results so that each round of results improves the next plan. Chemical identity from the outset. The digital representation and identity of compounds has to be right from the start, because other scientific teams will rely on compound registration for chemical identity, as well as synthesis planning. You will establish when two structures represent the same chemical entity and when they do not, and handle stereoisomers, salts, tautomers, protonation and charge states and other representation and normalisation questions consistently. You will be the first person in this seat. You will choose the methods, set the standards, write the first production code and shape how the capability grows, including who joins it. Your first 90 days FIRST 30 DAYS ◆ Learn how the synthetic chemists and the automation team work, and what the synthesis platform will and will not support. ◆ Agree the rules for chemical identity with the chemists, covering structure normalisation, validation and deduplication, and how stereochemistry, isomers, salts, tautomers and charge states are handled. ◆ Start ingesting vendor catalogues and building-block inventories through supplier APIs and external chemical data sources, capturing availability, cost and metadata so they can act as planning constraints. ◆ Agree with the automation team what a synthesis plan has to specify for the platform to execute it. DAYS 30 TO 60 ◆ Set up compound-registration workflows and identifiers that downstream systems can rely on. ◆ Run a first planning pass on a real target set, generating, evaluating and ranking routes and grouping targets by shared chemistry, intermediates and building blocks. DAYS 60 TO 90 ◆ Build the platform's capabilities and constraints into planning, so routes are scored on whether they can be executed as well as whether they are plausible. ◆ Add selection across the target set that weighs diversity and compound value against synthetic cost, step count and throughput. ◆ Connect compounds, reactions and experimental results to the wider digital chemistry stack (ELN, LIMS and compound registration), and set out how results will feed back into the route and reaction models. Who you are You work across disciplines. You might be a computational chemist or cheminformatician who has spent real time with synthetic chemists, or a synthetic chemist who moved into modelling and software and still cares whether a route works at the bench. You have built synthesis-planning or chemical-data tools that other people relied on, and you know where they break. You think in sets of molecules as well as single ones. You are comfortable making decisions on incomplete information, writing them down, and changing them when the data says so. You listen carefully to chemists, because much of what this role needs is in their judgement and has never been written down. This is a founding seat. You will lead the computational side of our chemistry, and we expect you to shape it from your first week. Nobody arrives with every part of this role. If you are strong in most of it and quick to learn the rest, we want to hear from you. We do not hire people into boxes. This role will stretch past its description, into the lab and into how other teams use chemical data, and early hires here pick up what is in front of them. MUST HAVE ◆ Enough grounding in synthetic organic chemistry to speak the language of synthetic chemists, draw out and distill their expertise, and translate practical chemical judgement into computational rules, models and workflows. ◆ Strong cheminformatics, particularly the rigorous handling of chemical structures in digital form, including molecular and reaction representations, SMILES and SMARTS, stereochemistry and isomers, salts, tautomers, protonation and charge states, substructure and similarity searching, molecular descriptors, and chemical identity and registration. ◆ Experience with retrosynthesis or computer-aided synthesis planning, developing or evaluating methods that generate, evaluate and rank synthetic routes rather than simply calling an off-the-shelf tool. ◆ Reasoning computationally about reactions and their feasibility, including transformations and templates, reagents, conditions, selectivity and supporting reaction evidence. ◆ Planning across many targets at once, finding the shared chemistry, common intermediates and building blocks across hundreds or thousands of molecules and reducing them to a manageable set of synthetic strategies. ◆ A working grasp of the trade-offs between route quality, synthetic tractability, compound diversity and value, building-block availability, cost, step count and throughput. ◆ RDKit or equivalent cheminformatics tooling, and comfort working with chemical databases, APIs and large chemical datasets. NICE TO HAVE ◆ ML or AI approaches to reaction prediction, condition recommendation or retrosynthesis. ◆ Reaction-condition prediction or optimisation, and the design of high-throughput experimentation. ◆ Using experimental reaction data to improve models or planning decisions. ◆ Optimisation methods for selecting compounds or routes across large libraries, such as diversity selection, synthetic-cost models and multi-objective optimisation. ◆ Integrating scientific software with laboratory automation, and with ELN, LIMS or compound-registration systems. ◆ Production-quality scientific software, APIs, databases and data pipelines. Why this is unusual Most computational chemistry roles plan routes for chemists to carry out by hand, or build models on reaction data someone else collected. Here, a route counts only if the platform can execute it, and the results of every run come back to you as data to learn from. The work also reaches past synthesis. The rules you set for chemical identity become the reference other teams build on, so a salt form or a tautomer handled carelessly matters well beyond a single route. Some people find that energising; some find it outside their lane. It's worth knowing in advance which one you are. How we work The role is based at our office in King's Cross, London. Our preference is a hybrid pattern with regular time in person with the chemists and the automation team, and for the right candidate we are open to a more flexible arrangement. The wider founding team is distributed across London, New York and Europe and travels, so you will work with people who are not always in the building. We work in the open. Decisions are written down and work happens in Slack. The whole company meets once a week at the start of the week, and there is a regular offsite. UK benefits are 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a pension with a 10% employer contribution, and Bupa private health cover. More is added as the team grows. The team you will join You will report to the co-founder who leads our science. You will work most closely with the synthetic chemists and with the automation scientists and engineers. You will be the first person whose focus is computational chemistry, joining a small team. Our process Our process has four stages. A short screening call about the role and the practicalities. A behavioural interview about how you work and what you value. A technical stage built on a real problem of the kind this role owns. Was vereinheitlichst du sofort, und was lässt du ein Jahr laufen? Was du lieferst, geht in Bankengespräche und Kaufentscheidungen. FAQ 1. 5. Wie funktioniert die variable Vergütung? Quartalsweise an Leistung gekoppelt, qualitativ bewertet. Urlaub: 28 Tage. Compensation: €120,000 – €150,000 • Offers Commission • €33,000 – €41,250 Bonus • Fixgehalt €120,000 – €150,000 • Offers Commission • €33,000 – €41,250 Bonus Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

About Orakl Oncology At Orakl Oncology, we are accelerating the development of oncology treatments. Today, fewer than 5% of new cancer drugs succeed in clinical trials. Clearly, new methods are needed. We combine cutting-edge biology and AI to build the next generation of insight platforms with the world's largest cohort of patient tumor avatars. These avatars fuel our AI-powered predictive engine, helping to anticipate clinical trial outcomes, validate therapies, and uncover new drug candidates. By generating multimodal, real-world data, we deliver insights that consistently outperform existing solutions. Our mission is simple yet ambitious: to bring more effective treatments to patients who need them - and to make drug development smarter, faster, and more personalized. We collaborate with top hospitals, research institutes, and pharmaceutical companies worldwide. Backed by leading investors, we are a fast-growing, mission-driven startup at the intersection of science and technology. The role Our clinical-prediction offer gives pharma partners the evidence to guide decisions before and during clinical development. We are looking for a Scientific Product Director to turn this science into sellable products: decide what gets developed and when, define what each capability can claim and output, and shape how results are delivered to partners. You will report to Gustave Ronteix, CTO and co-founder, and work daily with a tight-knit interdisciplinary team composed of Computational Biology, Data Science, R&D, Platform Strategy & Operations, BD and Pharma Partnerships. What you'll do 1. Own the product roadmap Design and build a scalable product capable of derisking and accelerating clinical development of drug candidates based on Orakl's scientific capabilities Turn signals from BD, Pharma Partnerships and R&D into capability definitions: specs, target metrics, validation plan, in- vs out-of-scope definition, cost to deliver Set priorities and dates with Engineering and Data Science; flag slippage early and make the trade-offs Identify productization-gaps from delivery audits and analysis, and feed recurring ones back into the roadmap 2. Oversee product maturity and decide what we sell Maintain the capability catalog: what is available now, in beta or on the roadmap, and what each can and cannot claim Contribute to the final decision of when a capability is ready to sell (based on Data Science's validation evidence) versus what is not-yet sellable in the pipeline, and communicate it internally Oversee the scientific case for each capability: white papers, application notes, posters 3. Design how results reach partners Design the reports, data packages and dashboards partners receive, and direct the engineers who build them Own the deliverable contents: figures, statistical summaries, methods, limitations Embed the approved claims and the QC checklist in every template, so Pharma Partnerships can produce a correct deliverable at scale Keep templates current as the validated envelope changes, and pull or revise one when it no longer applies What we're looking for Must have PhD or equivalent in cancer biology, pharmacology, biostatistics or computational biology 8+ years in translational oncology, biomarker or diagnostics development, computational-biology platforms or preclinical CRO services, including 2+ owning a product roadmap Technical depth: you read and understand production code, and can brief and review the work of engineers who build our reports and dashboards You judge evidence: from a validation pack - back-tests, calibration, biomarker cutoffs -, you can state a claim the data supports and refuse the one it doesn't You have experience working at the intersection of scientific and business departments within fast-growing companies You know how pharma decides: you have seen proposals, SOWs and due-diligence questions, and know what a go/no-go decision needs from a prediction Fluent in English Nice to have You have seen bespoke research work turned into something repeatable and sellable Scientific authorship : Posters, talks, papers or white papers; a presence at AACR, ASCO, ESMO or SITC Regulatory: exposure to regulated or quality-managed environments Therapeutic or preclinical knowledge : ADC, immuno-oncology or targeted therapy; organoid or in-vitro pharmacology Clinical-trial design or Trial statistics: adaptive designs, sample size, endpoints Templated reporting : report-generation frameworks or web front-end What we offer Mission: work on the forefront of cancer research. Ownership: a product function to build from the ground up. Impact: pharma teams make real portfolio decisions with what you define. Team: an exceptional crew of clinicians, biologists, engineers and data scientists, most with a PhD. 👉 More about Orakl here and here Interview process Intro call (30 min) with Gustave Ronteix, CTO Case interview (1h) Case study (take-home) Conversations with BD, Pharma Partnerships, the Engineering / Data Science leads and Platform Strategy & Operations. About us Founded in 2019 and part of Y Combinator's 2020 cohort, Photoroom is the leading visual solution for e-commerce. We've raised Series B funding and reached 300+ million users worldwide, processing over 5 billion images annually and serving both small businesses and major enterprises like Amazon, DoorDash, and Decathlon through our mobile app, web platform, and API. We're a team of 100+ passionate builders giving e-commerce businesses superpowers to create visuals that help them grow, making the hardest parts of selling online disappear. We focus on craft, innovation, and collaboration to create exceptional impact for e-commerce businesses worldwide. Role Summary We're looking for an SMB Go-To-Market Lead to own how Photoroom wins established eCommerce merchants doing €500K to tens of millions in GMV (gross merchandise value, i.e., annual online sales). You come from the eCommerce world. You know where these merchants spend their time, which platforms they run on (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and the agencies and apps around them), and which channels actually move them. You've already acquired merchants at this scale, and you've done it with campaigns people talked about. This is a lead role. You'll ship campaigns yourself every month, and you'll lead a team of 2 GTM managers focused on dedicated personas. This is a marketing lead role for someone who still loves making the work, not a manager who has stopped shipping. Compensation: €80,000 – €110,000 + BSPCE Location: Paris, in-office 3 days per week About the Role Own SMB merchant acquisition and revenue - Set the GTM strategy for established eCommerce brands and own the numbers behind it: new merchant acquisition and conversion to paid users. Report on them monthly, and decide where the next euro goes across your channels. Build the B2B channels we don't have yet - Set up and scale outbound, partnerships (eCom platforms, app ecosystems, agencies, marketplaces), in-person events, and LinkedIn. Find which ones work for merchants at €500K+ GMV, prove them, then turn them into repeatable playbooks. Create campaigns people talk about - Concept, write, and ship launch and brand campaigns that spread across eCommerce communities and social feeds. You have the creative idea and know how to distribute it. Stay hands-on - Personally run at least one major campaign or channel bet each quarter, end to end. Set the bar for the team by doing the work, not just reviewing it. Lead and grow a team of 2 , two GTM managers, each owning a merchant persona. Set clear goals, coach weekly, hire well as the team grows. Be the voice of the merchant - Turn what you hear from merchants, partners, and the market into positioning, messaging, and input for Product. Orchestrate campaigns across Marketing - Work hand in hand with our Paid User Acquisition, PR, and SEO/GEO teams. Bring them into every campaign from the brief, so paid, earned, and organic efforts land together and amplify each other. Measure everything - Track impact from first touch to paying merchant, report on CAC (customer acquisition cost) and payback by channel, and kill what doesn't work fast. About you You know eCommerce merchants from the inside, and you have the results and the campaigns to show for it. 8+ years in GTM, product marketing (PMM), or marketing in the eCommerce industry - At an eCom platform, a SaaS for merchants, a marketplace, an agency, or a fast-growing DTC brand. A track record of acquiring merchants at scale - You've acquired eCommerce merchants at scale, including established brands doing €500K to tens of millions in GMV. You can walk us through the numbers. You know the platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, TikTok Shop, Etsy…), their app stores and partner programs, the agencies and the communities where merchants make decisions. Proven in B2B channels - You've personally run outbound, partnerships, in-person events, or LinkedIn programs that generated pipeline. Strong creative background - You've led campaigns that went viral or became the reference in their category. You have taste, you can write, and you can brief and judge creative work. A player-coach who still ships - You're excited to lead a small team and make them better, while still doing the work yourself. Prior management experience is a plus, not a requirement. Data-driven - You set up tracking and attribution, read the numbers yourself, and make calls on them. Fluent in modern AI tools - Like every great marketer today, you use AI in your daily work to go faster. Autonomous with proactive transparency - You share plans early, keep the team informed, and communicate openly so everyone stays aligned. Fluent English (we exclusively work in English) If you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to chat and see if you could be a great fit. Bonus points You've worked at or with Shopify, an eCom platform, or a top app in its ecosystem. You have an existing network of eCom founders, agencies, and partners in Europe or the US. You've built or grown a community of merchants or creators. You've worked in a fast-growing AI or product-led growth (PLG) company, where users sign up and buy without talking to sales. What you'll ship in your first 90 days A channel plan for established merchants . Which of outbound, partnerships, events, and LinkedIn we test first, the target for each, and the budget. A first outbound engine . A targeted list of €500K+ GMV brands, persona-tailored sequences, and at least 5K merchants reached through it. A partnership with a platform, app, or agency . Co-marketing that puts Photoroom in front of thousands of merchants. Benefits Regular team gatherings, including in-person onboarding in Paris (1–2 weeks), yearly company offsite, team retreats, and quarterly in-person meetings 25 days annual leave + RTT and local public holidays Competitive equity package with BSPCE €1,000 annual learning and development budget Private health insurance Access to personalized mental health support via MokaCare Sports and cultural activities reimbursement Relocation support (up to €10k) for those choosing to move to France (visa + housing support) Note: Visa sponsorship and relocation support are only available for roles based in France. Hiring Process Screening call with Talent Manager (30 min) Technical interview with Hiring Manager (45 min) Take-home assignment and live review with the team (45 min) Culture fit interviews and meet the team (~3h total) Reference check and offer Support: We value diversity and aim to create an inclusive experience for all applicants. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make the process more accessible for you. Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging We're committed to enabling everyone to feel included and valued at work. We believe our company and culture are strongest when composed of diverse experiences and backgrounds. That's also why we have flexible working hours, trust people to work in a hybrid environment, and extended parental leave. All qualified applicants receive consideration for employment without regard to age, color, family, gender identity, marital status, national origin, physical or mental disability, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
