About Assembled Assembled helps companies scale great customer support. As consumers, we've all been there. You need help, you're stuck on hold or going in circles with an AI, and your problem still isn't solved. Behind great support is a complex operational problem: thousands of people and AI agents working across teams, time zones, and products as new problems emerge. Assembled gives support leaders the tools to manage that complexity, from AI agents that resolve customer issues to software that forecasts demand, builds schedules, and makes intraday adjustments. More than 400 companies, including DoorDash, Salesforce, Stripe, and Sephora, trust Assembled . We've raised $71M from NEA, Emergence Capital, Stripe, and Basis Set Ventures and have offices in San Francisco, New York, and London. The Role We're hiring our first marketer in London. Europe is our next growth market, and right now we've got a tight-knit, quota-focused sales team with big goals and not much regional marketing behind them—yet. You'll change that. Field events are the engine — dinners, roadshows, conferences, executive gatherings that put our team in front of the CX and Workforce Management leaders running Europe's most complex operations. But this isn't a role that stops at the event calendar. You'll be the person who figures out what the European market needs from marketing and then goes and does it. We're starting in the UK with plans to expand across the region. You'll work closely with our global events lead on moments where EMEA shows up inside the worldwide program, and with our growth team on campaigns that need European flair. We work together in person five days a week from our London office in King's Cross. What You'll Do Own the EMEA field calendar and the budget behind it — decide which events, dinners, and roadshows are worth doing, and which ones we skip Run field as a pipeline channel: pre-event targeting through opportunity creation and deal acceleration, with named accounts attached to every program Build account-based programs sized to the deal, whether that's one account, a handful, or a roomful, in lockstep with the London sales team Build our EMEA partner and channel motion — joint events, co-marketing, and the relationships that get us in front of buyers we can't reach on our own Be the voice of the European market inside Assembled: what needs localizing, which content doesn't land, where our story has to change by country, and what customer stories to bring to life Foster community efforts. Get to know the European CX/WFM community by genuinely contributing and building relationships across a wide variety of stakeholders Bring EU-specific campaign ideas to the team and make sure Europe is designed into campaigns rather than translated at the end Build AI workflows that let one marketer cover multiple countries — invite list enrichment, event pages, personalized follow-up at volume, post-event analysis What You Bring 6–9 years in field, events, or regional marketing at B2B companies selling into enterprise, including time owning UK or EMEA programs rather than supporting someone else's Startup, get sh*t done mindset. The region is new and our team there is small and scrappy. You know how to spot the highest-leverage opportunities and collaborate cross-functionally to make magic happen You've been early somewhere — the first marketer in a region or on a small team, where no playbook existed and you wrote one Event judgment with receipts. Tell us about an event you cut and why, not only the ones that worked Nice to have: experience in European markets beyond the UK, with an understanding of how programs need to differ by market A close working relationship with sales. You've sat in pipeline reviews, you know what an AE needs from a dinner, and you can hold your own on account strategy AI systems you've built and use, with an example you can walk through. One marketer covering this much ground without AI is a headcount request, not a plan A bias to go first. You'd rather run a twelve-person dinner next month than spend the quarter planning a conference booth for next year Our UK benefits Quarterly credits for professional development, wellness, and commuting Budget for AI tools and experimentation, giving you room to test new ideas, build workflows, and rethink how you work Paid parental leave Onsite work model with catered lunches everyday (M-F) The estimated base salary range for this role is £80,000 - £105,000 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered. We know great candidates don't always meet every requirement listed in a job description. If the role excites you and you believe you can make an impact at Assembled, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive workplace where everyone feels like they belong and has the opportunity to do their best work. We look forward to hearing from you! For United States Applicants: Assembled participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the United States. For United Kingdom Applicants: Assembled is required to verify your right to work in the UK and will conduct a Right to Work check prior to employment in accordance with applicable law. UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. As the Senior Product Marketing Manager you will own the narrative for UFORCE products: what each platform is for, whom it serves, and the language that makes both immediately clear. The positioning, messaging frameworks and arguments produced in this role are what the rest of the company works from - sales, press, government relations, the website and the exhibition stand. The role is the bridge between the engineers who build the systems and the people who sell them. It requires sustained time with both, and with the operators who use the products, until the technology can be explained effortlessly. It also carries custody of that language. The standard is uncompromising: no document that overclaims, no adjective that would not survive a procurement review. The narrative is expected to iterate at the pace of the products. What you will do Own positioning and messaging for products, and maintain the frameworks that keep it consistent across markets, languages and audiences. Produce the materials the company sells with: one-pagers, capability briefs, specification sheets, sales decks, demonstration narratives and launch content. Maintain a current assessment of the competitive landscape - the neo-primes, the incumbent primes and the low-cost entrants - and convert it into positioning rather than description. Brief designers, 3D artists and film-makers so that a complex system is legible visually. Provide PR, communications and government relations with the product substance their work depends on, and ensure claims remain consistent wherever they appear. Lead go-to-market for new products and capabilities, covering audience, message, materials, sequencing and timing. Travel to events, facilities and customer engagements. Required Skills Substantial experience marketing hardware or software within a technology company, including ownership of at least one launch from positioning through to market. Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives without loss of accuracy. Exceptional writing and editing across registers. Copy for engineers, procurement, investors and press are four distinct disciplines. The ability to brief a creative such that the resulting image or video explains a system rather than decorating it. A record of cross-functional work with product and engineering teams, and a willingness to keep asking elementary questions until the answer is clear. Ability to obtain UK national security clearance if required Nice to have Experience in defence, dual-use or uncrewed systems, whether in industry or in service Experience working with engineering or operational teams remotely Complementary skills in design or video The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow's battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You? Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. About the Marketing Team Marketing at Pelico is a growth function, not a support function. We work hand-in-hand with Sales and BDRs to create qualified pipeline with the largest industrial companies in the world. Our audience is senior: COOs, VPs of Operations, supply chain, and manufacturing leaders at enterprise accounts. Events are one of our strongest levers for reaching them: trade shows, executive dinners, roundtables, webinars, and Pelico-hosted events in Europe and the US—occasionally co-hosted with partners and industry bodies, which means co-building the format, splitting the cost, and sharing the audience. We measure ourselves on meetings and pipeline, not on badge scans. Your Mission You'll own Pelico's event growth engine end-to-end, turning field events into a measurable, efficient source of qualified pipeline and customer engagement. Decide what we do and what we stop: You own the portfolio—which events we commit to, which we drop, and which formats get more budget next year. This is the heart of the role. Own the event portfolio from strategy and prioritization through delivery, follow-up, and post-event review: That covers trade shows, webinars, executive dinners, roundtables, as well as Pelico-hosted, customer, and partner events. Tie every event to a commercial outcome: For each event, you'll define the target accounts and audiences, the meeting and pipeline goals, and the metrics that matter. Run delivery and budget with discipline: You'll set clear timelines, owners, and vendor plans, keeping spend under control across many activities at once. Get Sales and BDRs committed: No event goes ahead without Sales ownership, a prospecting plan, pre-booked meetings, and a named follow-up owner. Make results visible: You'll set up reliable lead capture and HubSpot tracking so leads, meetings, opportunities, and costs can be tracked for every event. Turn events into content: Speaker and customer interviews, event films, social coverage, and approvals with appearing customers—coordinated with team members who produce it. Expect travel: Up to 3 trips per quarter, including on-site setup days. Your Impact Field events become a measurable contributor to pipeline, meetings, and MQLs. Budget moves toward the formats that work—scaling efficient levers like webinars and challenging underperforming formats before investing in them again. A repeatable event playbook (targeting, execution, lead capture, follow-up, and post-event review) is published and used across Marketing, Sales, and BDRs. Pelico is seen as the premier enterprise B2B player in its category: executives want to attend Pelico events and return for the next one. What We're Looking For This is a hands-on ownership role. You set the strategy, run the execution yourself, and answer for the results. You'll need: Proven experience owning a multi-format B2B SaaS/tech event portfolio end-to-end: strategy, delivery, follow-up, and review. A commercial mindset. You choose events for named audiences and business goals, not for prestige or attendance, and you can explain your go/no-go trade-offs. Strong budget and ROI discipline, with hands-on use of metrics like cost per MQL and cost per meeting. Experience aligning Sales and BDR teams on event goals, ownership, and follow-up. Experience co-building events with partners: agreeing on the format, splitting costs, and keeping both brands served. Solid CRM habits. HubSpot is a strong plus: lead capture, tracking, and reporting from first contact to opportunity. Excellent organization across many events running in parallel with partners, vendors, and internal teams. AI-native ways of working: practical AI workflows for targeting, research, or reporting, with clear human judgment on top. Fluent English. For the Paris role, professional French is also required. Nice to have: Background in aviation, aerospace, manufacturing, or supply chain. Experience with executive- and enterprise-level events (C-level dinners, roundtables). Managerial experience. Why Pelico We're building something genuinely hard and genuinely important. Here's what that comes with: Meaningful equity — you're building this with us, so you'll own a piece of it Competitive salary benchmarked to your market Flexible, hybrid work model — we care about output, not face time Health, dental, and vision coverage Learning & development budget — we invest in people who invest in themselves Opportunity to work with some of the world's most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously Pelico is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes. As an Account Manager, Client Development & Renewals, you will own a book of existing customer accounts and drive both renewal retention and expansion revenue within them. This is a growth-first role where renewal is the floor, not the goal: you will protect the base by keeping renewals healthy and on time, and grow it by uncovering whitespace, running consultative upsell and cross-sell conversations, and turning satisfied customers into expanding ones. Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Sales Engineers, you will build account plans and get ahead of risk before it reaches the forecast. If you are driven to outgrow a base you know well, own your numbers, and earn a path to strategic accounts or AE-track roles through expansion results, this role is for you. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: Own a portfolio of existing accounts carrying a dual quota of renewal retention and expansion bookings, identifying whitespace across the SentinelOne portfolio and leading consultative upsell and cross-sell conversations built around customer use cases and outcomes rather than just quotes. Spot expansion triggers early, such as new use cases, organizational growth, underutilized licenses, and competitive displacement openings, and build repeatable account plans with your CSM and SE partners that map multi-year growth rather than just the next renewal. Manage renewals end to end, from early quoting and multi-threading through negotiation and on-time close, handling commercial negotiations including multi-year commitments and keeping timelines definitive and forecasts predictable across your book. Identify churn and downgrade risk early by monitoring deployment health, usage, support signals, and sentiment, running save motions on at-risk accounts with CSM, Support, and leadership, and getting ahead of overdeployment and downgrade exposure before it hits the renewal. Own an accurate, transparent forecast across renewal and expansion pipeline, keep Salesforce and CPQ tools current, and partner with CSMs, AEs, SEs, and Channel/MSSP partners on account coverage and growth while bringing the customer's voice back to Product and the broader team. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? Ideal candidates will have: 3–5 years in renewals, account management, or a customer-facing sales role with upsell and cross-sell closing experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity. A track record of hitting or beating quota, including driving net revenue retention above 100% on your own book, with expansion outpacing churn rather than renewal completion alone. Proven experience running consultative upsell and cross-sell motions, identifying and closing whitespace within an existing customer base, and negotiating confidently with senior and economic buyers across multi-stakeholder conversations. A risk-aware instinct for spotting early signals of churn or downgrade, combined with strong forecasting discipline, CRM hygiene, and hands-on experience with Salesforce and CPQ or quoting tools. Strong communication and organizational skills, curiosity about customer use cases and the product, and a habit of opening expansion conversations unprompted, with comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Exposure to Channel/MSSP or 2-tier GTM models is a plus. Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself.
