Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers. In the AI era, our role has elevated: as AI agents like our own Apollo take on more of the technical build, our people focus on the work that drives real impact—understanding our customers' business-critical problems, designing the solutions that solve them, and quantifying the value delivered. Our Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: solution go-live, solution adoption, initial value realization support and the long-term success of our customers. The Role As a Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer, you are the backbone of Celonis delivery. You lead the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes, fast. You use Celonis's AI deployment tools as your primary instruments - directing agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while applying your own judgment to validate outputs, adapt to customer context, and ensure business relevance. This is not a traditional consulting role where you build everything manually. You are an AI-augmented delivery professional: you specify what needs to be built, direct AI agents to execute wherever possible, validate the results, and iterate with the customer. You generate value by understanding the customer's business, translating their needs into technical specifications and solutions, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact. The Work You'll Do Initiate and Connect Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases Collaborate with the customer's IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured, working with specialist resources if required Build & Value Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards - writing clear specifications and validating agent outputs against business requirements Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform: Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, always in close collaboration with the customer Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context - applying domain knowledge where the AI cannot Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies Define and build KPIs measuring the customer's success and quantify business impact Design and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption and improve process conformance Rollout, Adoption, and Handover Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently, setting the foundation for long-term adoption Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations Train and demonstrate to customer users, guiding them on the path to sustained value Document solution design decisions and configurations for future reference and handoff Domain & Industry Depth Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap What Makes This Role Different in the AI Era You work with AI agents as your primary tools - your job is to direct, validate, and refine their output, not to write every line of code or build every analysis manually You need strong specification and context engineering skills - the ability to translate a customer's ambiguous business need into a precise instruction that an AI agent can execute correctly You are expected to continuously learn and adapt as AI capabilities evolve, experimenting with new approaches and sharing what works with your peers You balance speed with quality - AI accelerates execution, but you own the judgment calls on whether the output is right for this customer You think in sustainable software solutions. While AI agents will generate first results quickly, you need to ensure that the operational solutions you build in Celonis are robust, user friendly, maintainable, and scalable The Qualifications You Need Experience: 7+ years minimum in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators. Platform skills: Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation. Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python. AI fluency: Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively. Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus. Business and process domain expertise : Strong understanding /deep expertise (based on seniority level) of enterprise business processes and financial metrics. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable) is a strong plus. Consulting skills: Ability to steer customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes in the face of adversity and ambiguity. Comfortable working with both technical and business audiences. Analytical mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact. Learning agility: Willingness to continuously develop expertise through experimentation. Comfort with ambiguity and evolving tools. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Languages: Fluency in English and German required. Travel : Willingness to travel to customer location up to 50%, according to customer requirement and project delivery phases. What Celonis can offer you: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you'll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one. If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we'd really like to hear from you. At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: initial value realization, adoption, and the long-term success of our customers. The Role As a Lead Deployment Architect, you are the technical authority for our strategic accounts within Celonis delivery. You shape how Celonis solutions are designed, architected, and delivered across your portfolio of strategic customer engagements. You define what good delivery looks like - setting architectural standards, designing end-to-end solution strategies, and ensuring that AI-augmented and agentic workflows are deployed effectively at scale. You operate at the intersection of deep platform expertise, domain knowledge, and customer strategy. You are equally comfortable leading a technical design review with Celonis engineers and presenting a transformation roadmap to a customer's C-suite. You bridge the gap between pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring that what was promised can be delivered - and often shaping the promise itself. This role carries significant organizational leverage. You set delivery patterns that other teams follow. You define how AI agents should be orchestrated for complex, multi-workstream engagements. You work in close collaboration with Deployment Engineers and raise the bar for the entire practice. The Work You'll Do Solution Architecture & Design Support Services scoping in pre-sales, ensuring the right Services are positioned in line with the Celonis solution architecture proposed Design end-to-end Celonis solution architectures for complex enterprise deployments, spanning multiple process areas, business units, and geographies Define the technical blueprint for how the Celonis platform integrates with customer systems, data strategies, and transformation goals Designing secure, scalable architectures tailored to complex enterprise requirements, optimizing for long-term usage growth and high concurrency. Make architectural trade-off decisions: build vs. configure, custom vs. standard, phased vs. big-bang - with clear rationale tied to customer outcomes Own solution quality & outcome delivery across engagements, conducting design reviews, and ensuring delivery teams follow architectural standards AI Orchestration & Delivery Innovation Design how AI deployment agents (Apollo) should be used across complex, multi-workstream engagements, defining agent workflows, validation checkpoints, and quality gates Develop reusable specifications, templates, and patterns that enable Deployment Engineers to direct AI agents more effectively Pioneer new delivery approaches that leverage AI to compress timelines, improve quality, or unlock use cases that were previously impractical Set standards for AI output validation, ensuring the organization maintains quality as delivery accelerates Customer Strategy & Advisory Serve as the senior technical advisor to strategic customers, building trusted relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders Translate customer business challenges into Celonis platform strategies, identifying high-impact use cases and defining success metrics Support pre-sales by providing technical credibility in complex deals, validating solution feasibility, and shaping project scope Guide customers through their Process Intelligence maturity journey, advising on platform expansion, AI readiness, and organizational change Leverage the broader ecosystem of Celonis experts to remove potential blockers in customer engagements Establish deep, technical advisor relationships with customer stakeholders (Lead Data Engineers and Architects, Head of Data Intelligence, Head of Business Transformation) to provide technical reassurance and maintain "Expert-to-Expert" alignment during the course of the deployment Successful Implementation Work together with Deployment Engineers on delivery projects to implement the most complex and cutting edge use cases for our customers Stay on top of the newest technologies Celonis has to offer and own the implementation of early stage products for our customers, ensuring close feedback cycles with Product & Engineering Review Solution(s) Blueprint to ensure quality, scalability and production readiness of business critical and operational use cases Domain & Industry Depth Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain in collaboration with the Deployment Engineer, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap Practice Development Contribute to hiring: define what great looks like for the Deployment job family, conduct interviews, and calibrate candidate assessments Share knowledge across the organization through internal enablement sessions, documentation, and community of practice leadership Ensure the link with Product & Engineering to feed customer insights and field experience back into platform development, and to influence the platform roadmap What Distinguishes This Role from Deployment Engineer Scope: You work across multiple engagements and shape solutions across a portfolio/cluster/industry vertical (4+ concurrent clients) Influence & Practice Development: your Scope allows you to identify and set standards that other teams follow - for solution architecture, AI orchestration patterns, and delivery quality Bridge: You span pre-sales and post-sales, ensuring continuity between what's sold and what's delivered Force multiplier: Your work multiplies the effectiveness of Deployment Engineers rather than substituting for it The Qualifications You Need Experience: 8+ years in technical consulting, solution architecture, or delivery leadership within enterprise software, consulting firms, or system integrators. At least 3 years in a senior or lead technical role with multi-stakeholder responsibility in large-scale projects at tier-1 organizations (e.g. digital twin implementations, global AI transformations, near-real-time data pipelines, etc.) Architecture skills: Proven ability to design complex, multi-component solutions that span data integration, process intelligence, automation, and AI, while remaining grounded in the "so-what" of a customer's process. About Plasma Plasma is building the primary account for global money. Money used to belong to a country. Increasingly, it belongs to a person or business moving through many countries. People and businesses now earn, spend, save, hire and invest across borders. Traditional banks cannot serve this new world. Our first product, Plasma One, is a global money account: a place to receive, hold, send funds in seconds, earn yield and spend with a card in the local economy. Underneath is the Plasma network, built from first principles for stablecoin payments. Stablecoins make dollars faster, cheaper and more reliable to move. The opportunity is to become where all global money lands first: where income arrives, balances grow, payments move, businesses operate, and new financial products are built. The Team & Our Story We are a global team of founders, operators and engineers, obsessed with building the best products. We work at the cutting edge of financial innovation, using stablecoins to create tools for consumers and businesses. We operate with trust, clarity, and ambition: own your craft, move with urgency, contribute beyond your lane, back your teammates, debate rigorously, and keep raising the bar for what great means. The Role We're looking for a hands-on Data Lead to build Plasma's data function from the ground up. You'll be our first dedicated data hire, working across Consumer, Payments and Business to give the company one trusted view of its users, its money and its operations. At first you'll build much of the platform yourself: our Snowflake warehouse, the pipelines that feed it and the modelled layer on top. As the function grows, you'll choose the tools, set the standards and hire the team. The Work Own Plasma's data platform end to end: the Snowflake warehouse, ingestion from production systems and third-party providers, and the modelled layer the rest of the company builds on Define the metrics the company runs on, including funded users, activation, engagement, balances, spend and retention, and make sure every team uses the same definitions Partner with Consumer to understand how users behave across regions, segments and products, and turn that into specific product decisions Design and analyse experiments, and be clear about when a result is real and when it isn't Work with Payments and finance so the business can trust its numbers: reconciliation across ledgers, providers and banking partners, revenue reporting and unit economics Find fraudulent and abusive patterns across onboarding, funding, card spend and transfers, and build the signals and rules that let risk and operations act on them Treat data quality, testing, access control and PII handling as part of the platform, not an afterthought Choose tools deliberately, set standards for the function and hire the team as Plasma scales The Bar A senior, hands-on data practitioner with a track record of both building a data platform and using it Deep SQL and data modelling skills, with enough engineering range to build and run production pipelines yourself Comfortable starting from very little, and building something that still makes sense when the team is five times bigger Strong judgment on tradeoffs: speed vs. rigour, build vs. buy, a quick answer now vs. a reusable model later You turn analysis into decisions. You can explain a finding to a non-technical leader in a few sentences and tell them what to do about it You communicate clearly, write clean, tested code, and lead through technical decisions whether or not you're managing people yet You have very high agency. You don't wait to be told which problem to work on; you go and find the ones that matter Nice to have You've been an early or founding data hire at a fast-growing fintech Experience with real money data at a fintech: payments, cards, ledgers, settlement, chargebacks or FX. You know the ways financial data goes wrong Hands-on fraud, risk or financial-crime analytics Familiarity with stablecoins and on-chain data, including how blockchain transactions map to accounts, balances and ledgers Experience hiring and growing a data team Machine learning in production for fraud, risk or personalisation What's in it for you Above-market salary for the level of the role, with token compensation. A beautiful London HQ with gym access and daily food, for those who thrive in an office environment. Visa sponsorship and relocation support if you're joining from abroad. Premium health insurance for you and your family, fully covered by Plasma. Monthly wellness budget, whether that's the gym, therapy, sauna, or massage. All the tools and tech you need to operate at your best. Real ownership and responsibility from day one, with your work shipping to hundreds of thousands of people, moving millions of dollars every day. Data Protection & Privacy We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal data. Any personal information you provide during the recruitment process will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local data protection laws. Compensation: $180K – $300K • + Tokens • $180K – $300K • + Tokens Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

The Role: Every Celonis outcome starts with data. As a Solutions Architect, you make sure our customers' data gets into the Celonis Platform reliably, securely, and at scale, and that insights and actions flow back out into the systems and AI tools where work actually happens. You'll join our customer project teams as one of the first technical faces of Celonis. You'll work hands-on across the full integration toolkit: deploying our out-of-the-box extractors, building custom API connectors in a low-code environment, writing code for push-based ingestion, connecting Celonis to customer lakehouses and LLMs, and configuring writebacks, SSO, and user provisioning. Part implementation consultant, part integration engineer, part trusted technical advisor, this role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants broad exposure to enterprise architecture and modern data and AI integration patterns. The work you'll do: Data integration and ingestion: Implement standard extractors. Install, configure, and troubleshoot Celonis out-of-the-box extractors in customer landscapes, including SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), JDBC-based databases, and cloud applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, and others. Build custom API connectors. Design and build custom connectors with Celonis Extractor Builder for source systems that expose data through REST or SOAP APIs, handling authentication (OAuth 2.0, API keys, certificates), pagination, rate limits, and incremental (delta) loads. Enable push-based ingestion. Help customers design and develop scripts and pipelines (typically in Python) that push data to Celonis via the Data Ingestion API, and advise on file formats, scheduling, and error handling. Connect to the lakehouse. Set up zero-copy data sharing between Celonis and customer lakehouses such as Databricks and Microsoft Fabric, including Delta Sharing configuration, access controls, and data freshness. Unblock infrastructure. Work through on-premise agent deployments, networking, proxies, firewall and IP allowlisting, certificates, and service-account permissions with customer IT and infrastructure teams. Keep pipelines healthy. Tune extraction schedules and delta strategies, monitor pipeline health, and resolve data load failures so customers get timely, trustworthy data. Actions, AI, and platform connectivity: Close the loop with writebacks. Configure Action Flows and other integration patterns that write back to customer systems (for example, updating records in SAP, Salesforce, or ticketing tools) so Celonis insights turn into action. Connect Celonis to AI. Help customers connect Celonis to their LLMs and AI agents through MCP (Model Context Protocol), covering authentication, permissions, and governance. Identity, security, and governance: Own authentication and provisioning. Configure SSO (SAML, OIDC) with identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and Ping, and set up SCIM-based user and group provisioning. Be the security translator. Support customer security, privacy, and compliance reviews, explain the Celonis architecture and data flows, and advise on topics like data minimization, pseudonymization, and least-privilege access. Customer and team impact: Scope with confidence. Run technical discovery, document integration architectures and requirements, and estimate effort so projects start on solid footing. Partner across teams. Serve as a technical point of contact for customer IT, data, and security stakeholders, and work closely with Value Engineers, Data Engineers, Project Managers, Partners, Support, and Product & Engineering. Be the voice of the field. Escalate product gaps and bugs with clear, reproducible detail, and share field feedback that shapes our integration roadmap. Build reusable assets. Contribute reusable connector templates, scripts, runbooks, and best-practice documentation that scale across customers and partners. The qualifications you need: 5+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as solutions engineering, integration or implementation consulting, data engineering, or technical consulting. Hands-on experience with REST APIs and common authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys, tokens); comfort using tools like Postman to explore and test APIs. Solid programming skills in Python (or a similar language) and strong SQL skills. Working knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT concepts, including incremental loads, scheduling, and handling large data volumes. Familiarity with identity and access management concepts such as SSO (SAML/OIDC) and SCIM provisioning. A basic understanding of networking and security fundamentals (TLS and certificates, proxies, firewalls, VPNs). The ability to explain technical topics clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders, and to manage your own workstreams across multiple customer projects. Curiosity, ownership, and a bias toward solving problems hands-on. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to have Experience with SAP data structures, tables, or extraction (for example, RFC, ODP, or S/4HANA). Experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and/or lakehouse platforms such as Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or Snowflake. Exposure to iPaaS or low-code integration tools (for example, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or Power Automate). Familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or MCP. Experience with Docker or Linux server administration. Relevant certifications (for example, Celonis, cloud, or SAP certifications).
