Jobbeschreibung Hey! Gewinnspiele). Du analysierst Marktdaten (Nielsen, GfK, interne Sell-out-Daten) und leitest daraus konkrete Maßnahmen ab. Du entwickelst starke Trade Marketing Materialien (z.B. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

The AI orchestration of your wildest imagination. n8n is the open workflow orchestration platform built for the new era of AI. We give technical teams the freedom of code with the speed of no-code, so they can automate faster, smarter, and without limits. Backed by a fiercely inventive community and 500+ builder-approved integrations, we're changing the way people bring systems together and scale ideas for impact. Since our founding in 2019, we've grown into a diverse team of over 260 - working across Europe and the US, connected by a shared builder spirit and with our centre of gravity in Berlin. Along the way, we've: Cultivated a community of more than 650,000 active developers and builders Earned 190K+ GitHub stars, making us one of the world's Top 40 most popular projects Backed by top investors, from Sequoia's first German seed to our SAP's recent strategic investment - bringing us to a $5.2bn valuation That's the company we've built. Now we'd love to see what you can build. If you're applying, try n8n out - whether you're technical or not - and share a screenshot of your first workflow with us. The easiest place to start is here: app.n8n.cloud/register . We're in a defining moment of an incredible journey. Come and build with us. ABOUT THE ROLE Your mission: drive ARR growth by turning hundreds (soon thousands) of n8n agency partners into a demand engine through scaled marketing programs. Our agency partner network includes automation specialists and small consultancies with most ranging from 1–50 people. They leverage n8n to help their customers automate and transform their business - they have technical skills and customer knowledge but most have limited marketing resources. The goal for this position is to define, build and launch creative marketing programs that our agency partners can utilize to grow their business with n8n. This will include building scalable self-serve programs (one to many) as well as working with some of the larger agency partners on specific marketing programs (one to one). Here's an overview of what this position will be responsible for: Build the program portfolio - Drive adoption Work directly with the agency partner marketing managers to define the overall strategy - what playbooks, what investments, what markets etc. Ship ready-to-run programs: Event-in-a-Box kits for local workshops and seminars, email and social campaigns, industry-specific use-case campaigns, reusable customer stories and simple demand-gen playbooks. Make every program executable without help: clear steps, editable templates and localisable assets that work for a solo consultant and a 50-person agency, in any region. Drive awareness and adoption of the various marketing programs through scaled and creative communications. Measure and multiply Track the full funnel from access to download, execution, customer opportunities and revenue — for partners and for n8n. Use partner feedback and performance data to decide what to scale, what to change and what to stop. Turn each working program into a repeatable model for the next one, and automate your own program operations with n8n where it saves time. Measure the overall business impact and growth from agency partner generated business. Requirements Must-have Partner marketing at scale: You've built one-to-many programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, and can show adoption numbers Self-service program design: You've packaged marketing so non-marketers can run it (kits, templates, playbooks) and know what makes them get used rather than downloaded Small-business empathy: You understand how small consultancies work and design for their limited time, budget and marketing know-how Outcome-driven measurement: You measure execution and pipeline, not asset views, and you're comfortable stopping a program that isn't working Bias for action: You're happy as a first hire with limited design and development support; you ship a pilot quickly and improve it with real data Global mindset: You've run programs across several regions and segments, and know how to localise without rebuilding from scratch Nice-to-have Strategic partner programs: You've also built custom marketing programs with large partners that ran over several months or quarters Channel or ecosystem background: You've worked on an agency, solutions-partner or reseller program at a software company Hands-on with automation: You've built workflows yourself — in n8n or similar tools — and can talk shop with technical partners Local events: You've designed field events or workshops that others delivered Languages: You work professionally in a language beyond English n8n is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status. We can sponsor visas to Germany; for any other country, you need to have existing right to work. Our company language is English. You care about diversity and inclusion? We do too!
