Product Manager

Bluerock TMS's-Hertogenbosch, Netherlands2 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
agilejiramanufacturingproject managementpmpsales+4

Role summary Bluerock TMS builds the autonomous orchestration platform that keeps global logistics moving — orchestrating complex, multi-modal transport networks for customers across fashion, food & beverage, manufacturing, healthcare, and more. Real complexity, at real scale, every single day. We're looking for a Product Manager who has actually lived inside logistics or TMS operations. Someone who can understand operations complexity and who is willing to take on this challenge and contribute hands on to build the next level of TMS. You'll own the products that turn that complexity into clarity, working shoulder-to-shoulder with engineering, sales, and implementation to make sure what we build actually gets adopted. Responsibilities Product vision, grounded in real user needs You dig past what customers ask for to find the problem underneath, and turn that into a direction for your area the company can rally behind. Market scoping and opportunity-spotting Scanning the logistics landscape, competitor moves, and customer signals to find where Bluerock should build next, not just what's already on the backlog. Logistics know-how turned into product decisions Planning, transport execution, freight, last-mile — decisions that hold up against how operations actually run, not just how they're described to you. The full lifecycle From first idea to adoption. You don't hand off and disappear. The connective tissue across the company When priorities compete or a customer escalation needs an answer fast, you're the one pulling the threads together. The team you'll join You'll join an international product team with complementary skills and a shared passion for a good challenge, real, hands-on experience in logistics paired with genuine enthusiasm for technology. We don't settle for quick patches: we strive for quality, look for the sustainable solution over the easy one, and keep an eye on what next-level TMS should look like, not just what's in front of us today. Life at Bluerock We're a distributed team across the Netherlands, Italy, the US, and Canada that operates like one crew: local insight, global perspective. We're curious by default, self-driven without needing to be told twice, and genuinely joyful about solving hard logistics problems together. We're team-minded because the best answers rarely come from one person alone, and unapologetically reliable because our customers' supply chains don't get a "we'll fix it next sprint." As one of us put it: at the end of the day, it's the people that make Bluerock. 5+ years in product or project management within logistics, supply chain, or TMS — hands-on TMS experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field required. A track record of delivering complex, high-stakes software implementations , on time and within budget. Genuine ease operating cross-functionally . You connect engineering, sales, implementation, and customers without waiting for permission. An appetite for ambiguity and change : a messy, fragmented workflow reads to you as an interesting problem. Nice to have: API integration experience (WMS, ERP, visibility providers, customs), fluency with Agile tooling (Jira, Asana, Rocketlane), and PMP/PRINCE2 certification. Excellent leadership and team management skills , with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer relationships and stakeholder expectations effectively. Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment Our hiring process Hit the Apply button. Join a 30 minute video call in the Introduction Interview A couple of deeper interviews built to be a win-win, not an interrogation. An offer, and the start of your journey with Bluerock TMS. Bluerock TMS is an equal opportunities employer. We take pride in our diverse workforce and inclusive workplace. Within a small team of open-minded talents, we ensure an attractive learning environment that you are looking for! Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

You will work closely with product managers and developers to translate client needs into clear priorities and support the delivery of product features. Experience managing technology products, migration/implementation projects or complex delivery in an agile environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex client needs into clear action-plans and impactful solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge traditional ways of thinking and drive change Experience navigating complex delivery pipelines, competing priorities and changing environments. A proactive, adaptable and hands-on mindset, willing to roll your sleeves up to solve any problem, frequently flexing outside of your typical job role to drive progress for our clients and organization. Resilience and empathy, staying positive and persistent through challenges while understanding the human impact of transformation and supporting clients through change with patience and sensitivity. We are a flat and agile organisation and plan to remain this way. We are looking for open-minded individuals who are comfortable with ambiguity and an ever-changing environment. ⭐ Bonus points: Consulting experience. Experience with large-scale technology transformations, migrations or enterprise platforms. Experience in energy, utilities or another regulated or complex industry. WHO WE ARE Proxima Fusion is Europe's fastest-growing fusion company and the continent's best-funded fusion player, as well as the first spin-out from the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP). Backed by over €650M and powered by a growing team across Munich, Zurich, and Oxford, we are developing the hardware and infrastructure needed to deliver the world's first commercial stellarator fusion power plant. Our concept advances the most mature fusion technology out there, the Wendelstein 7-X stellarator, through two next-generation machines: Alpha and Stellaris. Our work combines stellarator optimization, advanced computation, machine learning, and high-temperature superconducting magnets to unlock higher-performance designs that were previously out of reach. Turning these designs into a functioning fusion power plant requires excellence and ownership across every discipline, from physics and engineering to software, manufacturing, law, and business functions. BY JOINING OUR TEAM YOU'LL GET TO Build the machine that builds the machine . Join TechOps at the forefront of advanced manufacturing, we're building the production system that will enable commercial fusion. The Production lines, tooling, and processes are being developed from the ground up; you'll create the ways of working, not inherit them. Work at the frontier of manufacturing technology . Bring your creativity to evaluate, qualify, and deploy processes with no industry playbook, every component you build and every process you shape goes directly into the core of the stellarator magnet technology. Do work that matters, and see it grow . The hardware you build is the product and your career grows with it, from prototyping and process development through quality and industrialization, alongside exceptional colleagues from around the world. Make an impact you can point to . In a small, fast-moving team, your calls on equipment, quality, and process directly shape how a world-class deep-tech company produces superconducting magnets with results visible on the shop floor, not buried in a slidedeck. YOUR IMPACT Develop and industrialize the manufacturing processes used to build HTS magnet coils. Translate magnet designs into repeatable, high-yield production processes in collaboration with design, physics, and production teams. Own the tooling, fixtures, and quality systems required to deliver consistent and reliable manufacturing outcomes. Lead process development from prototype builds through the transition to full-scale manufacturing. WHAT YOU WILL DO Develop, qualify, and continuously improve manufacturing processes for HTS coil winding, insulation, impregnation, and joining, working closely with magnet design and materials engineers. Drive design-for-manufacturing/design-for-assembly (DFM (Design for Manufacturing)/DFA (Design for Assembly)) collaboration with the design team, acting as the manufacturing voice in design reviews to keep coil designs buildable, scalable, and serviceable. Design, procure, and validate tooling, fixtures, and jigs for precision winding and assembly of non-planar coil geometries, including capability studies where needed. Define assembly sequences, work instructions, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and visual aids for technicians, and maintain this documentation as designs evolve. Define and implement process controls and inspection methods (dimensional, electrical, structural) to catch defects early and protect conductor integrity. Lead NPI (New Product Introduction) campaigns, process trials and pilot builds, and provide hands-on floor support during prototype and early production builds. Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions (8D (Eight Disciplines problem-solving methodology), 5-Why, fishbone, etc.) for yield, quality, and cycle-time issues, and apply Lean/Six Sigma principles to drive measurable process improvement. Support supplier qualification and incoming inspection criteria for tooling, components, and outsourced subassemblies. Manage engineering/process change control as designs and processes mature. Collaborate cross-functionally with design, quality, supply chain, and test engineering to resolve manufacturability issues early and support the ramp from prototype to serial production. WHO YOU ARE 3+ years specifying, procuring, installing, commissioning, and qualifying production equipment and/or automation for component manufacturing lines and/or assembly cells — including RFQ (Request for Quote) ownership, supplier management, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test)/SAT (Site Acceptance Test), and production ramp. Hands-on experience designing tooling and fixtures for low-volume, high-precision production, and proficiency in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar) plus a solid grasp of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Track record of writing clear work instructions, SOPs, and process documentation in a production or NPI(New Product Introduction) environment. Working knowledge of process control, statistical methods, and structured root-cause problem solving (SPC (Statistical Process Control), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), 8D). Experience supporting prototype or first-article builds directly on the floor, not just from a desk. Strong communication skills in German or English. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Nice to have: Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems for engineering change control and manufacturing documentation management (e.g. Arena, Enovia). Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)/Platforms (e.g. Tulip, Delmia). Experience working in a research-to-product transition environment, where designs and processes evolve rapidly. Experience scaling a process from prototype to serial production in a startup or fast-moving environment. INTERVIEW PROCESS Recruiter Interview (30-60 min) Technical Screening (30 min) Technical Panel (3x60 min) CEO call (30 min) This role sits at L2/L3 of our framework, please inquire during the recruitment process for further information At Proxima Fusion, our mission is bold: making limitless clean energy a reality. To get there, we need a high-performing, diverse team that brings different perspectives, challenges assumptions, and builds together with purpose. We know that diversity of thought and experience leads to better ideas, stronger execution, and a more resilient team. We don't look at how you identify, what you look like, who you choose to worship or what ethnicity you are. We care about what you can bring to the table. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

About Radiant Radiant is redefining how AI infrastructure is built. We design and operate AI-native infrastructure platforms engineered for sovereignty, performance, and scale — powering GPU-native workloads, multi-tenant control planes, and high-performance AI systems for the most demanding environments. We are building purpose-built AI infrastructure from powered land, to compute, to software. As we scale our operations and deploy capital into the next generation of AI infrastructure, we are looking to expand our finance team with leaders who can combine technical strength with execution excellence and are driven to build. Radiant was established by Brookfield, a leading global alternative asset manager with over US$1 trillion of assets under management across real estate, infrastructure, renewable power and transition, private equity and credit. Brookfield's global relationships, investment expertise and access to long-term institutional capital provide Radiant with a differentiated platform from which to develop, finance and operate AI infrastructure assets. This combination of entrepreneurial execution and institutional sponsorship enables Radiant to pursue large-scale GPU and AI infrastructure opportunities globally. About the Role Location: UK (occasional travel to data centre and test environments, confirm exact cadence) | Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent | Reports to: VP Information Security We're looking for a Principal/ Staff Security Engineer to join Infosec, reporting to our VP InfoSec. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role. You will need a deep, technical understanding of Kubernetes clusters, network architecture and access controls to manage our production environment. As we move toward owning and operating more of our own data centre footprint, the accuracy of our firewall policies, network access controls and technical security testing matters more than ever. This role will build our internal penetration testing capability, so testing becomes more targeted and accurate over time, working alongside our external testers rather than replacing them. You will need to work proactively across engineering teams so knowledge does not sit with one person alone. What You'll Do Security Testing & Audit: Audit firewall policies and network access controls across the estate. Conduct internal penetration testing, working alongside our external penetration testing partners. Build a penetration testing strategy and cadence that improves accuracy and coverage over time. Identify and help remediate security gaps found through testing and audit. Production Estate & Technical Depth: Build and maintain a deep, working understanding of our production environment, including Kubernetes clusters, network architecture and access controls. Investigate technical issues directly and dig into root cause, rather than relying on reported findings alone. Support the VP Infosec on controls testing across the Production Estate. Access & Environment Management: Own and maintain SSO and systems access configuration. Build and maintain penetration testing environments, including small Kubernetes clusters as needed. Maintain the tooling and infrastructure supporting security testing. Collaboration: Work proactively across engineering teams to avoid becoming a single point of knowledge or failure. Document processes, findings and configurations so knowledge is shared, not siloed. Partner with the Head of Security Operations on shared governance, risk reporting and security testing. What You'll Bring Strong Kubernetes experience, with the technical depth to investigate and resolve issues directly. Experience auditing firewall policies and network access controls. Experience conducting or coordinating penetration testing. Comfortable maintaining and operating security tooling and environments on an ongoing basis. Strong written communication skills, given the solo nature of the role. Experience operating as the sole security engineer, or within a small security team. Nice to Have Network engineering experience or strong networking fundamentals. Background in data centre environments, or related infrastructure environments. Experience with AI security specifically. Exposure to compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2, and an understanding of how technical controls map to audit evidence. Why Join Radiant Build Radiant's internal penetration testing capability at a moment when our security and compliance obligations are scaling fast, as a Brookfield portfolio company moving into owned data centre operations. Work directly with our VP Infosec and Head of Security Operations, protecting both our corporate and production estates. Be part of a team whose work protects the infrastructure powering sovereign and enterprise AI deployments globally. Develop your career in a Brookfield backed company with resources, mentorship and genuine growth opportunities. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

CHAPTERS Group AGBerlin (Fully Remote)yesterday
Full TimeFully RemoteMid
pythongoazureterraformdockerci/cd+11

About CHAPTERS Group CHAPTERS Group is a listed German serial acquirer of vertical market software companies. We have grown 10x in the past five years and now own 55+ companies. Each one runs its own business, close to its customers. We help them get stronger without taking over. AI is one of the biggest opportunities we see for them, and it only works if the people in these companies actually use it. Tasks The Role German (C1+) and English required You make sure 10+ software companies get real value out of AI. You work embedded in one of our portfolio platforms. You own the AI Hub for its companies. The AI Hub is our Open WebUI-based AI platform: each company has its own instance in its own tenant, and the data stays in the EU. You keep it running, roll it out, fix what breaks, and help each company's people use it well. You are part of the AI Core Team in the CTO office. You work closely with us: you bring back what you see in the field, test new capabilities, and help shape the platform for all 55+ companies. You are hands-on. You deploy, configure, fix and integrate. Each company also has AI Champions who drive adoption locally. You are their technical backbone: when something needs engineering, you do it, and you make sure the next similar request is faster. What You Will Do Run the AI Hub for 10+ companies: deployments, updates, configuration, SSO with Entra ID, monitoring, backups and incident handling Onboard companies and teams: set up skills, knowledge bases and tools and get each company productive on the Hub Be the technical point of contact: when something breaks or a Champion is stuck, you diagnose and fix it. You document recurring issues so they get solved once. Connect the Hub where a use case needs it: Microsoft 365 / Graph, CRM, ticketing and ERP systems, through tools, MCP servers and REST APIs Turn repeated questions into reusable assets: documentation, templates and short hands-on sessions Work with the AI Core Team: share patterns across companies, test new features, and feed back into the platform roadmap Support our M&A team occasionally (around 10 to 20% of your time) on technical questions, for example assessing the tech and AI stack of acquisition targets What We Are Looking For Required German (C1 or higher) and fluent English. You work with managing directors and non-technical teams in German every day. We cannot make exceptions here. Production operations experience. You have deployed and operated containerised applications in production (Docker, CI/CD, Linux, a major cloud, Azure preferred), and you were responsible when they broke. This usually means 2+ years in a DevOps, platform, SRE or backend role. Python you are comfortable reading, debugging and extending Hands-on with LLMs. You use them seriously in your own work and have built something with them, at work or on the side. You know where they fail. You explain technical things so non-technical people understand them and can act on them. You are comfortable being the go-to technical person for teams that are not technical. Strong signals Enterprise identity: Entra ID, OAuth, SSO Self-hosted LLM platforms such as Open WebUI or LibreChat MCP, tool calling, agent frameworks Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, Terraform) A support, solutions or customer-facing technical role in your background Experience working across several companies, tenants or a group structure This role is not for you if you want to spend most of your time building new AI products from scratch you are looking for ML research or model training you want to work only with engineers and avoid direct contact with business teams Benefits What You Get Real ownership: 10+ companies, one platform, and you are the person who makes AI work there A small team in the CTO office with a direct line to leadership. Decisions get made fast. Impact beyond your platform: what works for your companies becomes the standard for 55+ Permanent full-time position , remote-first, with occasional on-site time Development: talent reviews, events and conferences. We hire people who want to grow with us. How to Apply Send your CV and answer this one question in German , max. 200 words. No cover letter needed. Tell us about a system you ran in production that broke. What happened, what did you do, and what changed afterwards? We are looking forward to your application!
