About Refractal Refractal is an AI security company building the infrastructure organisations need to defend against autonomous AI threats. 2026 has shown that generally capable intelligence is here. The challenge now is modernising security to stop AI-enabled threats, whether they come from internal agents going rogue or from attackers using AI to become more dangerous. Refractal was founded on cybersecurity and AI expertise from MIT, Microsoft, NASA and the U.S. Navy. Our product lets organisations detect AI-enabled threats at low cost without sacrificing detection quality. We take a practical approach to AI risk, combining proven cybersecurity methods with frontier AI security research. Today, we work with governments and organisations that can't afford to get security wrong. We're backed by leading deep-tech and cybersecurity investors and are growing the team to deliver on this mission. The role You'll lead Refractal's content and marketing, writing about AI security for security, risk and technology leaders and running the programmes that turn that interest into sales pipeline. What you'll do Write and publish technical content, including blog posts, research write-ups, guides and white papers on AI threats and AI security. Turn customer work and research findings into case studies and launch stories. Build sales enablement materials: decks, one-pagers, battle cards and email copy. Run campaigns, webinars and events with sales and partners across the UK and Europe. Manage our website, LinkedIn presence and newsletter, and measure what drives pipeline. Success in your first six months We publish on a steady cadence, and security buyers read, share and cite our content in sales conversations. Sales has current, consistent materials for every stage of the cycle. Marketing-sourced pipeline is tracked and growing. About you: essential 5+ years in content or product marketing at a B2B technology company, ideally in security or developer tools. Exceptional writing, with the ability to explain a technical topic clearly without oversimplifying it. Please include two or three samples with your application. Comfort working with engineers and researchers to get the details right. Experience running campaigns end to end and tying them to pipeline. Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar, and with AI tools in your own workflow. Nice to have A technical or security background. An audience you've built through writing or speaking. Our values Radical transparency. We believe the best work happens when everyone feels able to give and receive honest, constructive feedback. Public service. Fail fast. We test ideas early, seek feedback and learn quickly. We experiment rapidly and change course when something isn't working, without compromising on security. Pragmatism, not dogmatism. We choose approaches based on how well they solve the problem. That means combining established cybersecurity methods with frontier AI research, questioning our assumptions, and changing our minds when the evidence changes. At Deeploy, we help organisations roll out AI they can trust. Regulated enterprises are under pressure to prove control over their AI use, and most don't yet have the tooling or the internal story to do it. You'll own that conversation end to end, from first outreach to signed contract, joining our commercial team where you'll help shape how we sell AI governance to buyers who've never bought it before. This is not a seat where you just run a playbook someone else wrote. You're encouraged (and expected) try new approaches, test and iterate different ways of working, and help us continue to improve our GTM approach. At an AI governance company, the sales conversation is technical, regulatory and commercial all at once. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with Marketing and the wider team, who stay actively involved in deals. You drive the pipeline day to day, but you're not left to carry it alone. Why Deeploy? AI is being rolled out everywhere, but most organisations have little control. Deeploy exists to change that. We build the technical foundation that makes AI responsible, helping companies detect, understand and prevent the harms caused by misaligned AI systems before they impact the real world. We're an AI-native team. That means we don't just sell for AI, we aim to be a frontrunner in how we work ourselves. We're constantly rethinking how we operate, and we expect everyone on the team to be part of that evolution. What you will do Pipeline and deal ownership Own the full cycle for enterprise deals, from qualification through demo, procurement and negotiation to close. You are used to finding your own ways in, through events, outbound or marketing, and are not afraid to chase deals.Work with regulated companies, such as pharma and financial services, where the GRC (governance, risk and compliance) function is often the entry point. Navigate and drive complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals involving risk, compliance, legal, IT, and business sponsors. Marketing and pipeline generation Work closely with Marketing on messaging, campaigns and events to generate qualified pipeline. Feed field insights back into marketing positioning, so our campaigns reflect what buyers actually respond to. Represent Deeploy at events and roundtables aimed at GRC and AI governance audiences. Be on stage and advocate of our company once you're ready. That is, by week 2 ;) Team and process Help shape the commercial function as we continue to build it out: refine how we collaborate as a team, as well as qualify, forecast and run deals as the team grows. Contribute to onboarding and coaching as the team grows. Own the activities we define together: help drafting materials, organise events, streamline or automate our processes, or build agents to assist us in our work. Market and product feedback Bring a point of view on how regulated buyers evaluate AI governance tools, and where Deeploy fits against alternatives. Feed deal learnings into the roadmap and into how we position against competing approaches. Who we're looking for This role sits at an intersection: commercially sharp enough to run a complex enterprise cycle, technically credible enough to hold a conversation with an IT, risk, or compliance lead, and comfortable building and refining processes in a startup environment where change is a given. Passion for AI Governance: Experience with, or a genuine interest in, GRC, Data and AI, so you can hold a credible conversation with risk and compliance buyers around AI Governance, with familiarity with the EU AI Act or adjacent regulation. Complex deals: An existing network in the Netherlands, working with regulated industries like life science, pharma, banks or insurers, and experience selling into enterprise accounts with long, multi-stakeholder cycles. Claiming ownership: Comfortable owning a full cycle with founders actively involved, not handed a closed process to execute. Not afraid of making your hands dirty to build pipeline, chase deals, organize and attend events and grow network. Founder-mode: Ready to step into a startup, trading structure and certainty for ownership and pace. You're entrepreneurial, take ownership and focus on results. Preferably, you have been a founder yourself, or held an early commercial role at a startup. Working proficiency in English, Dutch is a plus. What this role is, and what it is not It is a builder role. You shape how we sell, you don't just execute a playbook. It is broad , with deal ownership first, and commercial process a close second. It is not a lead-execution seat where Marketing hands you a queue. You work with Marketing, not downstream of it. We're a small team, and everyone is contributing. It is not a role where you carry the number alone . Founders stay close to deals and hold end responsibility for the commercial function. It involves team effort. You work closely with the Sales, Marketing, and Partnership teams, and collaborate with the Product and the wider team, including the founders. What to expect from us Shape the future of AI: work at the forefront of AI governance, transparency and compliance, helping organisations innovate responsibly and create meaningful impact. Competitive benefits : a competitive salary, share plan, and a comprehensive benefits package including a pension plan. Flexibility and balance: a flexible, hybrid environment that supports your personal and professional well-being. Collaborative culture: be part of a team that values openness, inclusivity and collaboration. At Deeploy, every voice matters, and diverse perspectives drive our work. Growth opportunities: help continue to build the sales function and grow with it, in a company set on changing how AI is governed. Our hiring process We value efficiency and transparency. Here's what to expect: Application: Share your LinkedIn/CV and anything you've worked on that you're proud of Introductory call: A 30-minute chat to introduce our team and learn more about you Personal and team fit: A 60-minute conversation with two people you'd work with closely Case study: A timeboxed case (3 hours) presented in a follow-up meeting with two team members Offer: If we're a fit, we'll extend an offer and welcome you aboard Got questions? Partner Manager, AI Governance (Hybrid) At Deeploy, we help organisations roll out AI they can trust. Many of our customers rely on consultancies to set up their AI governance, and those consultancies are often the first ones in the room when an enterprise starts the conversation. As our new Partner Manager , you'll turn those partners into a growing source of revenue for Deeploy. This is a commercial role for someone with an enterprise sales mindset. You'll build relationships with consultancies and system integrators, co-sell with them into enterprise accounts, and work closely with our account executives to win deals together. You'll be part of the GTM team, report directly to the COO, and work closely with sales, marketing and product. This role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam. Why Deeploy? AI is being rolled out everywhere, but most of it is a black box. Deeploy exists to change that. We build the technical foundation that makes AI truly responsible: helping companies detect, understand, and prevent the harms caused by misaligned AI systems before they impact the real world. We're an AI-native team. That means we don't just build for AI, we aim to be a frontrunner in our own work. We're constantly rethinking how we operate, and we expect everyone on the team to be part of that evolution. What you will do Build the partner network: Grow a network of consultancies and system integrators that bring Deeploy into enterprise AI governance deals. Co-sell with partners: Plan target accounts, pitch and scope opportunities together, and drive deals to close alongside our account executives. Own the partner programme: Shape tiers, incentives and reporting, and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. Equip partners to sell: Give partners the messaging, pitch materials and onboarding they need to position and sell Deeploy. Run joint events: Organise webinars and roundtables with partners and Marketing, and be on stage once you're ready. That is, by week 2 ;) Turn feedback into insight: Translate partner and market feedback into insights for sales and product. Who we are looking for Most partner managers manage relationships. You manage revenue. You know how enterprise deals get won through partners, and you can make a consultancy want to bring you into their next client conversation. Must-Haves 3+ years in partnerships, alliances or enterprise sales in software (data, AI, security, GRC or similar), ideally selling with or through consultancies and system integrators A track record of co-selling complex enterprise deals together with partners and account executives Experience building or running a partner programme, including tiers, incentives and pipeline reporting Genuine interest in AI governance, risk and compliance, and the ability to explain its business value to executives and compliance stakeholders Strong ownership: you don't wait to be asked Fluency in English Nice-to-Haves An existing network among European consultancies and system integrators Familiarity with the EU AI Act or frameworks such as ISO 42001 Experience in a start-up or fast-paced scale-up environment Another European language What to expect from us Shape the Future of AI: Work at the forefront of AI governance, transparency, and compliance, helping organisations innovate responsibly and create meaningful impact. Collaborative Culture: Be part of a team that values openness, inclusivity, and collaboration. At Deeploy, every voice matters, and diverse perspectives drive our innovation. Growth Opportunities: Build the partner function and grow with it in a fast-growing company dedicated to transforming the AI landscape. Who we are Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is the pioneer of the Connected Operations™ Cloud, which is a platform that enables organizations that depend on physical operations to harness Internet of Things (IoT) data to develop actionable insights and improve their operations. At Samsara, we are helping improve the safety, efficiency and sustainability of the physical operations that power our global economy. Representing more than 40% of global GDP, these industries are the infrastructure of our planet, including agriculture, construction, field services, transportation, and manufacturing — and we are excited to help digitally transform their operations at scale. Working at Samsara means you'll help define the future of physical operations and be on a team that's shaping an exciting array of product solutions, including Video-Based Safety, Vehicle Telematics, Apps and Driver Workflows, and Equipment Monitoring. As part of a recently public company, you'll have the autonomy and support to make an impact as we build for the long term. About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Partner Account Executive to launch, scale, and optimise partnerships across our ecosystem with a focus on insurance carriers and brokers. Samsara's telematics and dashcam technology already help thousands of customers improve safety and reduce risk - this role will accelerate those benefits by developing high-impact partnerships that drive mutual growth. You will be the face of Samsara to insurance executives, building scalable programmes that directly influence customer acquisition, retention, and loss cost improvement. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, are motivated by measurable business impact, and enjoy turning ideas into reality, this is your opportunity to make a difference. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. In this role you will: Own and grow our relationships with insurance carriers, brokers and MGAs in the UK Design and run partner programmes that drive customer acquisition, retention and loss-cost improvement - and the Samsara revenue that comes with them Map accounts with partners, pick joint targets and bring Samsara sales into the deals Build the playbook: how we qualify, onboard and scale insurance partnerships You should apply if: You want to impact the industries that run our world: Your efforts will result in real-world impact - helping to keep the lights on, get food into grocery stores, and most importantly, ensure workers return home safely. Your mantra is #alwaysbeprospecting: The world of operations is vast. Your partners are often out in the field and the best way to catch them is live. Samsara's top employees do constant research to find companies and contacts to expand their pipeline. You have innate curiosity in how businesses work: One day you'll meet with someone in waste management and the next you may be learning about the inner workings of a food distribution center. Our top sales team members seek to learn the ins and outs of the businesses they support in order to make a larger impact. You want to develop the playbook, not just follow one: Our partner ecosystem is young. You'll define how we take partners to value - from first conversation to joint customers - and build the model that lets those partnerships deliver maximum value for Samsara at scale. You are a life-long learner: Samsara sales are complex. You will need to learn about businesses where you previously had little knowledge. The payoff is big but you have to be willing to put in the work. You build genuine relationships with your partners and our customers: The industries we serve have relied on pen-and-paper solutions for years and haven't been met with the type of technology we offer. Our customers value earned trust and human relationships built over time. You want to be with the best: Samsara's high-performance culture means you'll be surrounded by the best and challenged to go farther than you have before. Minimum requirements for the role: Strong sales, partnerships, or business development experience, ideally within a B2B technology or insurance-related field and a track record of overachievement. A builder mentality - you thrive in ambiguous environments and know how to create structure, process, and scale. Exceptional relationship management skills, with experience engaging stakeholders from the C-suite to front-line sales teams. A strategic and data-driven mindset, using insights to optimise programmes and drive revenue. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously. An ideal candidate also has: Experience working in or with insurance carriers, brokers, or related financial services. Consulting experience, ideally working with insurance companies. Why Join Samsara? Make an impact: Your work will directly improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability in industries that power the global economy. Work with the best: Join a high-performance, mission-driven team that values collaboration, innovation, and results. Grow with us: We're scaling rapidly, which means new challenges, learning opportunities, and career advancement. Total Rewards At Samsara, we build for the people who keep the global economy moving. We want owners, not passengers, which is why our rewards are designed to fuel high-impact builders. Our compensation program delivers above-market total compensation through a combination of base salary, performance-based bonus/variable pay, and equity (for eligible roles) in a high-growth public company. We meaningfully differentiate pay for our top performers, who have the opportunity to earn above-market compensation that can outpace the broader market over time. Beyond compensation, we provide the foundations that enable long-term success: a flexible, employee-led remote model, a professional development stipend, comprehensive health and parental leave plans, and more. If you're ready to build for the long term and own the outcome, your journey starts here. Flexible Working At Samsara, we embrace a flexible working model that caters to the diverse needs of our teams. Our offices are open for those who prefer to work in-person and we also support remote work where it aligns with our operational requirements. For certain positions, being close to one of our offices or within a specific geographic area is important to facilitate collaboration, access to resources, or alignment with our service regions. In these cases, the job description will clearly indicate any working location requirements. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our team can contribute effectively, whether they are working on-site, in a hybrid model, or fully remotely. All offers of employment are contingent upon an individual's ability to secure and maintain the legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location, if applicable.
