Our Mission: Omnea is the agentic operating system for procurement. Procurement touches every pound a business spends, yet requests still stall for weeks and approvals get lost in inboxes. Our AI-first platform changes that: our agents capture requests, route approvals, onboard suppliers, flag risk and track every renewal, while anyone in the business can ask a question and get an answer grounded in their own company's data. Buying becomes painless for everyone, procurement gets a seat at the table, and our customers have saved more than 100,000 hours of manual work so far. Companies like Spotify, PayPal, T. Rowe Price, JustEat, Adyen and S&P Global run procurement on Omnea. We're backed by $75M from Khosla Ventures, Insight Partners and Accel, and we've been named the UK's number one startup in the Startups 100, ranked 11th on Sifted's 2026 list of Europe's fastest-growing companies, and recognised as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies. Talent density matters more to us than almost anything else. We keep the bar high in every team, so everyone here has real ownership and real impact. Our team is full of former founders and operators who've scaled unicorns, and we're looking for people who want to do the best work of their careers alongside them. Find out more about the team and life at Omnea here . What We're Looking For We're looking for highly technical engineers who want to lead and manage one of our engineering teams. It took over 10,000 interviews to hire our first 50 Omneans, and we're now growing from 11 to more than 14 engineering teams in the coming months. Over the next year, our engineering team will double in size, our enterprise customer base will grow from ~180 to 300+, and revenue will triple. As a Team Lead Manager, you'll lead a small team of engineers. You'll set its technical direction, line-manage and grow the people in it, and stay hands-on in the code. This is not a hands-off management role: our teams are small, and you'll be one of the strongest engineers on yours. You'll partner closely with a Product Manager and Product Designer to decide what to build, and you'll be accountable for how well it's built and how fast it ships. If you're a strong Tech Lead who hasn't managed people yet, we'd still love to hear from you. You can start as a Team Lead, with management handled by an Engineering Manager, and grow into the full role with our support. What Can You Expect As a Team Lead Manager? Lead and Manage a Small Team. Line-manage the engineers on your team, run 1:1s, give feedback, and help them take on bigger problems. Stay Deeply Technical. You'll still build. Expect to spend a meaningful share of your time writing code, reviewing PRs, and unblocking the hardest technical problems. AI-Native Development. AI is core to how we build. Engineers use Claude, Code, and agentic workflows every day, and our product is built on AI agents that automate complex procurement workflows. You'll set the bar for how your team uses them. Customers at the Center. Talk directly with customers to understand their problems, and make sure your team builds things that create real value for them. Own Technical Direction. Make the architecture and design calls for your team's problem space, and own the trade-offs between speed, quality, and long-term maintainability. Work with Modern Technology. TypeScript across the stack, React, Postgres, and AWS serverless (Lambda, DynamoDB, EventBridge), managed through Pulumi and deployed via GitHub Actions. Datadog, Meticulous, and Incident.io round it out. Shape the Roadmap. Work with your PM and Designer on prioritisation, scoping, and sequencing so the team ships what matters most. Build the Team. Interview, hire, and onboard new engineers as we double in size. About You You're a highly technical full-stack engineer. You've designed and shipped web apps end to end in TypeScript, ideally on AWS serverless, and you're still one of the strongest engineers in the room. You've led engineers. You've been a Tech Lead, Team Lead, or TLM, owning delivery and technical direction for a team. You want to manage people, or grow into it. Ideally, you've line-managed engineers already. If not, you're keen to learn. You still love to build. Leading hasn't pulled you away from the code, and you want a role where you keep shipping. You raise the bar. You know what well-architected, reliable software looks like, and you help others get there through reviews, pairing, and clear feedback. You're motivated by customer impact. You care about outcomes for customers, not just output, and you make good calls on what to build and what to cut. You're a strong partner. You work well with product and design, push back when it matters, and bring people with you. You're comfortable with ambiguity. You can take an unclear problem, shape it, and get a team moving on it. Nice-to-Haves You've led a team through fast growth, ideally at a scale-up where the team and product changed quickly. You've built B2B or enterprise SaaS, with complex workflows and demanding customers. You've performed exceptionally at something else, be it academics, sport, or work. Interview Process Before applying, we strongly encourage you to spend a few minutes in our R&D Candidate Hub. It covers our engineering culture, ways of working, interview process, tech environment, and what it's like to build at Omnea. R&D Candidate Hub : https://omnea.notion.site/R-D-Candidate-Hub-2f688cce658780f1b942c81cd3a032d4 Note: our pair programming stage is in TypeScript OR Python and you'll be assessed as if it's your primary language. This is a full-stack, hands-on leadership role, so if you're exclusively frontend, backend, or platform-focused, or no longer writing code, it likely isn't the right fit. The process generally includes: Initial screening call with our Talent team (30 mins, remote) AI Product Eng Challenge , language-agnostic (1 hour, remote) Onsite interviews at our Victoria office (~3 hours) Engineering Culture interview with an Engineering Manager or Team Lead (45 mins) System Design interview with a Senior Engineer (60 mins) Engineering Leadership interview with our CTO (45 mins) Office tour (15 mins) We're proud to support visa sponsorship for candidates who need it. Product Manager, Agents London, 4x days per week in-office Vega is looking for A-players who will define and build the next generation of Agentic products that will shape the next era of private markets. About Vega Vega is transforming the way private markets operate. Alternative asset management is one of the most influential forces in the global economy, with over $20TN in assets today. Over the next five years, the industry is set to grow 3x, but GPs are facing challenges around their ability to handle the investment flows that are coming in. GPs have been completely underserved by innovation, particularly on the investor relations side. Vega built the industry's first AI-native operating system, where all client work gets done - from the start of an investor's journey to its end. We are rethinking how work gets done in private markets from first principles: the opportunity is big, but it's also niche, high-stakes, and difficult to get right. Who we are We are still at the beginning of our journey. Vega was founded by former investors at Elliott and KKR, and built by talent from the world's leading technology and financial services firms - including Trade Republic, Revolut, Goldman Sachs, BCG, and more. We have raised $30M so far, with the backing of Apollo, Motive Partners, and 60+ senior executives from the industry. Today, we have over $300B AUM and 30,000 users on the platform, and we have much more left to do. How we do it Vega is a fast-growing startup. We want to make this a career-accelerating place for people with the ambition to build something big. If the below sounds appealing, it could be for you: We do not seek consensus. You will be expected to voice opinions and take initiative. Vega's best people do not wait to be told what to do before finding solutions to problems they have spotted. We believe bureaucracy is the killer of progress. We are focused on creating the minimum viable process to operate with quality at speed. We prioritise talent over tenure. There is no promise of progression without performance – we assess and reward people on impact above all else. We iterate fast. We make decisions amid ambiguity and with imperfect information, and we strive to balance committing to a hypothesis with iterating at low ego. We play to win. Expectations, intensity and ambition are very high, with every single colleague contributing to Vega's success. This often will not be a 9-5. We know that this culture won't be for everyone, and we endeavour to make this clear from the beginning of the recruiting process out of respect for your time. Ask yourself whether the above sounds exciting to you in practice every day, and if it does, we would love to hear from you. Who succeeds in this role We look for people who match our ambition levels, and then raise it further. In this role, you will: Lead and partner with engineering teams on technical concepts to deliver exceptional AI-first solutions. Prototype instead of writing specs. Own an agentic surface end-to-end and decide what runs unattended and what needs a human. Keep every autonomous action explainable and reversible. Own the tradeoffs on reliability, latency and cost. Sit with GP and LP ops teams, find the manual work, remove it without breaking their controls. Operate and deliver with a sense of urgency under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. What we look for: 2+ years in product, ideally somewhere where being wrong is expensive. Hands-on with prompting, context engineering and evals. You've done it yourself, not managed someone who did. You've shipped LLM or agent features to real users, and can say what broke. Enough technical fluency to argue with engineers about retrieval and tool design. Good judgement to know when AI is the wrong answer. Working with GPs/LPs and/or knowledge of Fund administration, KYC/AML or LP portals is an advantage. Why join us? You will help define the transformation of one of the most influential industries of our time with AI, working alongside an ambitious and dedicated team Competitive salary and equity package Benefits including medical insurance, gym membership, learning budget, and more Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
