How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world's largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we're building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally About the role This role sits on the front line: you engage directly with enterprise clients, lead discovery to uncover core business challenges, and design and ship tailored AI solutions built on Unframe's platform. You own the work end-to-end, serving as the strategic and technical bridge from initial conversation through to final deployment. This is a true builder role. You write the precise specifications and prompt architectures that bring solutions to life, making the critical design decisions that determine whether an enterprise AI deployment actually succeeds. What you'll do This is a project-led role with unmediated access to clients at every stage. You will typically manage several engagements simultaneously, with short planning horizons and evolving requirements. Roughly 30 to 40 percent of the role is active client management, ensuring senior stakeholders remain aligned through delivery, progress reviews, and post-deployment rollouts. Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct discovery sessions directly with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs. Design & Spec AI Solutions: Translate customer problems into structured solution plans on Unframe's platform. Write detailed specs and define prompt and context structures, owning the complete solution design. Drive End-to-End Delivery: Collaborate with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on target. Prioritize requirements and manage tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope. Represent the User & Platform: Act as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while collaborating with the Platform team to identify reusable product patterns. What we're looking for 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with a proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products. Bilingual Fluency (English & French): Fluent in French to connect with users and stakeholders in France, and fluent in English for daily collaboration across our international teams. Customer-Led Discovery: Proven experience personally leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators - not supporting a sales call, not interviewing platform users, but owning the conversation to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope. Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage senior client relationships through a complex delivery; keeping stakeholders aligned, navigating competing priorities, and being the primary point of contact when requirements shift or timelines compress. Problem-to-Solution Design: Ability to start from a raw business problem without existing features for reference, defining exactly how an AI solution should function and writing precise specs for build teams. Complex Delivery Execution: Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs. AI Solutions Experience: Direct exposure to building with LLMs - writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, working with agentic systems, or managing model uncertainty in a shipped product or working prototype. This is the dimension most learnable on the job; concrete work product carries more weight than certification. Builder Orientation: Driven by creating customer-facing solutions rather than simply managing traditional roadmaps or processing requests. Core Competencies: Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and the ability to navigate multi-faceted projects. Why join us At Unframe, you'll help build AI systems that are already delivering real value to global enterprises - not prototypes, demos, or side projects. You'll work with exceptional teammates, collaborate directly with top-tier customers, and have real influence over both the solutions we ship and the evolution of our platform. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where product thinking, technical depth, and creativity come together. If you enjoy solving hard problems, moving fast, and building practical AI products that actually make it to production - we'd love to meet you. Raisin is the world's leading platform for savings and investment products. Founded in 2012, the FinTech connects consumers with banks in the EU, the UK and the US. This gives consumers better interest rates and banks a diversified form of refinancing . Our vision is to offer savings and investments without barriers and thus open up the global 160 trillion euro market. Raisin currently employs more than 800 people from over 75 countries worldwide. Today, the platform holds over 80 billion euros in assets from more than one million investors which have accrued over 5 billion euros in returns. Team Raisin helps customers grow their wealth through savings and investments without barriers. But even the best products and the smoothest experience lose their value if customers pay more tax than they need to, or have to work out, declare and settle their taxes themselves. The Customer Taxation Team makes sure they don't. We design how tax works in Raisin's tax-advantaged products, a growing part of our offer. Examples include the new Raisin Cash ISA in the UK and the Raisin Kinderdepot, a children's investment account that uses the child's tax allowances automatically. We also calculate and withhold tax on the interest and returns customers earn, handle their tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates, and provide the annual tax documents they need for their tax return. And we send the tax reports that authorities require. Raisin is available in many European countries, each with its own tax rules and reporting duties. As new regulations come to our platform, we make sure Raisin complies. You will lead a cross-functional team and work closely with Legal, Compliance, Country Management, Product Operations, Customer Service, Data, and external tax and banking partners. Our goal is for customers to trust that their tax is right, find it easy to manage, use the tax allowances they are entitled to, and have peace of mind. Your Responsibilities You will own a regulated domain that customers depend on every tax year. Working with an experienced Engineering Lead, you will become the go-to expert for customer taxation at Raisin. Own customer taxation end to end: Define the vision and roadmap together with Product and Engineering leadership. Take each topic from discovery to delivery to measured impact. Decide what we build first, and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities, risks and trade-offs. Keep tax accurate and reliable: Agree with Legal, Compliance and country managers on what correct looks like. Work with Engineering so calculation, documents and reporting stay stable and easy to extend. Grow Raisin's tax proposition: Shape how tax works when Raisin enters new markets, launches tax-advantaged products or brings on new partners. Find where we can take tax work off customers' hands, so they don't have to declare and settle it themselves. Turn complex rules into simple experiences: Translate the tax rules behind each launch into clear requirements with the edge cases covered. Design the customer experience and see the work through to delivery. Hit the deadlines that cannot move: Make sure annual tax documents and statutory reports go out correct and on time, working with Product Operations. Plan backwards from fixed dates and monitor data quality. Catch errors before they reach customers, and escalate early when a date is at risk. Make tax effortless for customers: Keep self-service for tax exemption orders and non-assessment certificates intuitive, so customers get them right the first time.
