About Us Legora is redefining how legal work gets done. Not built for lawyers, built with them. We work alongside the world's best legal teams, who expect excellence, precision, and speed, and we hold ourselves to the same bar. Our AI-native workspace lets legal professionals move faster, think more clearly, and operate with sharper precision. By analysing thousands of documents in minutes and powering end-to-end workflows, we cut through complexity, teams can focus on what matters: judgment, strategy, and outcomes. 2,100+ customers across 80+ countries trust us, including Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case, Dentons, and Barclays. We've scaled to $200M+ in ARR , with teams across Europe, North America and APAC, and continue to expand through acquisitions including Qura, Walter AI, Graceview, Cadastral, and Wexler. We partner with world-class performers: including Aaron Judge and the New York Yankees, Ludvig Åberg (and his caddie), and campaigns featuring Jude Law. Joining Legora means three things. We lean in: ownership over titles, outcomes over intentions. We fight for excellence: high standards, direct, ego-free feedback. We grow together: as a team and with our customers. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. The Role We are looking for a Value Engineer to join Legora in the UK, sitting at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Customer Success. You will partner directly with prospects and customers to quantify, articulate, and demonstrate the business impact of Legora. Working alongside Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers, you will translate complex legal workflows and quantitative findings into clear, executive-ready value narratives. As the first Value Engineer in the region, you will play a key role in establishing how we lead value-based customer conversations and enable our go-to-market teams. You will work directly with General Counsel, CFOs, and other C-level stakeholders. What You'll Do Accelerate strategic deals by partnering with Account Executives and Sales/Legal Engineers to build compelling, executive-ready value narratives. Translate customer workflows, operational challenges, and quantitative results into clear financial and business impact. Lead value-focused conversations with General Counsel, CFOs, and other senior executives. Develop and deliver value enablement training for sales and go-to-market teams across the region. Create practical frameworks, tools, and assets that help teams communicate Legora's value consistently. Collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success to share customer feedback, feature requests, and industry trends relating to value and ROI. Support customer adoption and expansion by helping customers understand and measure the impact of Legora. What You'll Bring Experience translating quantitative results and complex workflows into clear, actionable business insights. The ability to build credible and compelling value narratives for customers. Experience engaging directly with senior executives in a clear, confident, and concise way. Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences. The ability to prioritise effectively and deliver high-quality outputs quickly without over-engineering. A proactive, hands-on approach and enthusiasm for being the first person in this role within the region. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in French or German. An interest in teaching, coaching, and enabling sales teams. Location London preferred, with Stockholm also considered. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. Why join us? Mitti by SafetyCulture is a global tech company, just not the kind you're picturing. Our almost 1,000-person team builds tools that make work better for the three billion frontline workers who keep the world moving. We've got big tech scale, without the sign-off layers or corporate theatre. This next chapter is about scaling smart, powered by AI, a clear vision and real ownership. Big tech impact, without the big tech ick. Role Purpose This role exists to unlock technical value for Mitti's customers, designing and implementing solutions that ensure customers integrate deeply with the platform and realise measurable operational outcomes, while bridging the gap between Go-to-Market (GTM) teams and Product, Design & Engineering (PDE). They own end-to-end delivery of integration offerings within defined scope, timeline, and budget, escalating only where customer requirements exceed standard package boundaries. Key Responsibilities Drive customer success and stickiness Own technical solution design for select customers: from scoping integrations and data workflows through to working implementations that enable full platform value. Deliver the standard Integration/Automation packages end-to-end: scope confirmation, project delivery, build, testing, and handoff within the defined timeline and effort budget. Advise customers and partners on integration architecture: how to connect Mitti to their existing systems effectively and sustainably. Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build implementation plans that accelerate time-to-value for managed accounts. Work alongside Account Executives (AEs) during pre-sales to communicate technical platform capabilities (APIs, security architecture, and cloud integrations) and resolve technical blockers in the sales cycle. Act as a technical bridge between GTM and PDE, capturing and routing customer integration feedback that shapes the product roadmap. Partner with the API and Integrations Engineering team to resolve complex customer requirements and advocate for platform improvements that benefit the broader customer base. Improve how we deliver Identify recurring technical patterns across customer integrations, propose and participate in standardisation efforts: new packaged offerings, reusable automation, or templated solutions that reduce delivery effort across the customer base, not just for one account. Build and maintain technical automations (scripts, workflows, tooling) that reduce manual effort in the standard delivery motion, contributing them back to the shared Customer Solution & Implementation toolkit rather than keeping them account-specific. Flag when the same "out of scope" request appears repeatedly across customers, as a signal the package boundary itself needs to move, not just that this customer needs an exception. Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Proven ability to design and implement data solutions: writing SQL queries, modelling relational databases, and translating raw data into business-relevant insights. Comfortable building across scripting or programming languages (e.g. Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Golang) to automate workflows or extend platform capabilities for specific customer use cases. Able to navigate a wide variety of enterprise system architectures, data models, and integration patterns. Confident reading API documentation and building or troubleshooting API integrations in enterprise environments. Background spanning software development and data analytics; comfortable moving between building solutions and communicating data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders. Behavioural Skills Translates fluently between technical and non-technical audiences: equally credible in an engineering deep-dive and a customer-facing session with business stakeholders. Stays organised across a high-volume, concurrent workload; switches context quickly without losing quality or missing detail. Customer-first problem solver: listens to understand the real need before proposing a solution, and brings options rather than just problems. Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; exercises sound judgment on edge cases while operating within a defined delivery methodology. Team-first mindset: invests in the success of CSMs, AEs, and engineering partners, not just their own outcomes. Distinguishes clearly between solving a customer's immediate problem and identifying a systemic delivery improvement worth productising, and routes each appropriately. AI Skills Uses AI tools to accelerate integration work, drafting technical specs and documentation, analysing customer data to surface insights, and building automations faster. Applies AI coding assistants fluently in day-to-day work; evaluates AI-generated code for quality, correctness, and security before deploying. Proficient with AI tools: independently identifies where AI adds leverage in their workflows and adopts new capabilities without direction. Benefits At Mitti, we care about people and growing the team, through: Equity with high growth potential, and a competitive salary, Hybrid working arrangements with flexibility, Access to professional and personal training and development opportunities; Hackathons, Workshops, Lunch & Learns; We encourage involvement in the community, open source work, attending talks and events, and experimenting with new technologies. You'll also receive other perks such as: Remote flexible working arrangements Wellbeing initiatives such as subsidised fitness programs, EAP services and generous parental leave policy Quarterly celebrations and team events Table tennis, board games, gym sessions, book club, and pet-friendly offices. We're committed to building inclusive teams and cultivating a sense of belonging so our people can bring their whole authentic selves to work each day. We seek to make reasonable adjustments throughout our recruitment process to create an even playing field for all candidates. Thanks to the tireless efforts of the entire Mitti team we've built an incredible culture which has seen us recognised as a Best Place to Work in Australia , the US and the UK . Even if you don't meet every requirement listed in the ad, please consider applying for this role. We prioritise inclusion and value individuals with potential over a checklist of qualifications. Account Executive DACH (Swiss German-speaking) / (German + French-speaking)
Full TimeFully RemoteExecutive
gomental healthpayrollcompliancecompliancetraining & development+5

Account Executive DACH (Swiss German-speaking) / (German + French-speaking) Location: Remote (Within +/- 2 hours of CET) Contract type: Full-time Salary: Starting from €50,000 OTE per annum gross (60% base / 40% bonus), subject to location, skills and experience Not Your Typical Workplace: Great talent doesn't stop at borders, and neither do the companies we work with. At WorkMotion, we're building the future of work: helping ambitious companies hire, onboard and manage the best people anywhere in the world, through smart, flexible workforce solutions. Remote-first, fast-paced, people-driven and globally connected, we empower businesses to build teams beyond borders. And we're looking for people who want to win while doing it. More Than a Role The Swiss market is full of ambitious companies trapped by hiring borders. A Zurich scale-up has found the perfect engineer in Lisbon but doesn't know how to employ her compliantly. A Basel founder wants to put fresh funding into expanding to three countries by next quarter. As our Account Executive Switzerland, your mission is powerful: Open up the world's talent pool to Swiss companies. This role is built for an AE who already knows how to close and is ready to take full ownership of their deals. You win by advising with substance, not by pushing a product. You're confident in front of decision-makers, curious enough to ask the questions others don't, and ambitious about your numbers: hitting target is the minimum, outperforming it is what drives you. Your energy shows in your can-do attitude and follow-through, day in, day out. Where Responsibility Meets Real Opportunity: Command Your Territory: Own the full sales cycle for your Swiss accounts, from first conversation to onboarded talent. Curious Questioner: Ask the second and third question. Uncover where, why and how fast a company is hiring, and what's at stake if compliance goes wrong. Champion Builder: Equip your HR champion with the arguments Finance, Legal and leadership care about, so decision-makers see the value, not just the price. Deal Momentum: Create urgency, negotiate with confidence and keep deals moving. Self-Made Pipeline: Roll your sleeves up and team up with the BDRs to go after the biggest opportunities in your territory. What It Takes to Make an Impact Here… Your Background: At least 1 year of closing experience as an AE in B2B SaaS, with a track record of hitting or beating your quota. You're self-driven and ready to walk us through your numbers. Discovery & Qualification: You run sharp discovery and qualify with a methodology such as MEDDICC, so you know early which deals are real. Outbound DNA: A cold call is a chance, not a threat. You know how to get a busy founder's attention, from a well-timed call after a funding round to a voice note they actually listen to. AI-Savvy & Organized: AI is a natural part of how you work, making you faster and sharper every day. And your HubSpot (or similar CRM) is always up to date. Coachable: You ask for feedback and put it into action the same day. Swiss German Native: Native Swiss German and business-fluent English. You understand what makes Swiss buyers tick. / Or you Fluent in Both German and French Bonus Points If You Bring: existing network among HR leaders or founders in Switzerland Experience with HR tech, payroll, EOR or other compliance-heavy solutions French language skills, to open doors in Romandy too Creativity in getting your foot in the door: find a smart way to reach the hiring managers directly, and show them why you're the right person for this role Not Your Typical Team: We're a team of 26 sales minds, from BDRs, AEs and Team Leads to our CRM, Sales Enablement and Campaign Manager, based across Europe, Africa and the Middle East, a motivated, fully distributed crew that proves "remote" doesn't mean "disconnected." We don't just work together, we push, challenge and grow together. We share what works, celebrate each other's successes, learn from every win and loss, and jump in when a colleague needs a second voice to get a deal over the line. If you're looking for an environment where your ideas are welcomed, your voice is heard, and bold strategies thrive on collective brainpower and high-energy teamwork, you'll feel right at home. The Perks of Being Here… Global, remote, and thriving: We're a global team of talented individuals spread across 26 countries. Our WorkFlex program lets you work from anywhere, anytime. Whether it's a beachside office or a cosy home office, the choice is yours. Your well-being is our priority: We know mental health matters, which is why we offer a dedicated Well-Being Day, a full day off just to recharge and relax. Get fit and stay active: Whether it's yoga, weightlifting, or a quick jog, work out on your terms, at a discount with our subsidised gym memberships. Learn, grow, and develop: We believe in constant growth. With our Training & Development Allowance, you'll have all the opportunities you need to keep expanding your skills and knowledge. Stay connected: Take part in exciting annual team meetups! Diversity is our superpower: We are proud to be an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. * Benefits vary depending on location due to local laws and regulations. At WorkMotion, we're proud to be an equal opportunity employer. About Airwallex Airwallex is the AI-native financial operating system for a real-time, intelligent economy. More than 675,000 businesses, including McLaren Racing, Qantas, SHEIN, and TikTok, use us, directly or through our platform partners, to run their financial operations or build and monetize financial products of their own. We started in Melbourne in 2015 to build the infrastructure global commerce runs on. We're the regulated backbone behind global payments: not by accident, but by design. A decade plus, 85+ licenses, and a financial infrastructure spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. We're co-headquartered in San Francisco and Singapore, with more than 2,700 people across 27 offices. We hire builders with founder-level energy, people who move fast with good judgment, dig in with real curiosity, and make calls from first principles rather than waiting to be told what to do. Read our operating principles to see it in full. The role The SME & Growth sales team helps international businesses manage global financial flows, control spend and replace fragmented banking, card, expense and accounts-payable tools. As Sales Development Manager, you will lead two outbound SDR teams covering Payment Acceptance and Spend across French SMB and Mid-Market accounts. You will build the operating rhythm, coaching culture and processes that make the teams more productive and create higher-quality pipeline. This is a highly hands-on role. You will work directly with reps on territories, account lists, sequences, messaging, call reviews, role plays and product training. You will also make outbound calls yourself to lead by example and stay close to what works in a competitive French market. The team's target is for at least 60% of pipeline to be sourced from SDR activity. You will own both sides of this ambition: creating enough outbound volume while improving quality through meeting attendance, follow-up, AE acceptance, conversion and win-rate visibility on SDR-sourced deals. What you'll do Lead, coach and develop the Payment Acceptance and Spend SDR teams across SMB and Mid-Market. Build effective territories, account lists, sequences and outbound plays by segment, persona and use case. Establish clear standards for activity, qualification, meeting preparation, follow-up and handover. Run regular 1:1s, call reviews, role plays, team training and individual development plans. Track cold calls, conversations, meetings, no-shows, opportunities, pipeline, conversion and win rate; turn insights into practical coaching and process improvements. Create and maintain simple playbooks covering outbound execution, product knowledge, qualification and competitive messaging. Partner closely with Sales Managers and AEs on ICP, account ownership, meeting quality and pipeline feedback. Work with Marketing, RevOps and Enablement to improve data, messaging, tooling, routing and training. Regularly join call blocks and demonstrate strong cold calling, objection handling and follow-up. What you'll bring 4+ years of B2B sales experience, including meaningful experience managing or leading SDR/BDR teams. Experience running outbound motions across SMB and Mid-Market accounts. Strong personal cold-calling and multi-channel prospecting experience. A track record of coaching reps and improving individual and team performance. Experience building or standardising territories, sequences, qualification processes or sales playbooks. Confidence discussing activity volume, meetings, pipeline, conversion and win rate. Experience in a high-volume but non-transactional environment, ideally in SaaS, fintech, payments, banking, FX, ERP, procurement or spend management. Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to work with SDRs, AEs, Sales Managers, Marketing and RevOps. Fluent French and professional English. A hands-on, data-driven and high-ownership approach to management. What success looks like You build two well-coached, consistently executing SDR teams that generate meaningful outbound impact for both Payment Acceptance and Spend. Success means: At least 60% of pipeline is sourced from SDR activity. Outbound volume is consistent, while meeting quality and relevance improve. No-shows are actively managed and meeting-to-opportunity conversion improves. SDR-sourced pipeline has clear AE acceptance, follow-up and win-rate visibility. Reps receive regular coaching, product training and clear development plans. Territories, sequences, qualification standards and playbooks are documented and adopted. Sales Managers and SDRs operate with a shared view of ICP, quality and performance. Why join Airwallex You will have direct ownership of a strategic French growth engine and the opportunity to shape how outbound is built across Payment Acceptance and Spend. You will work with an ambitious international team across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product and Enablement, with the autonomy to test ideas, learn quickly and create visible impact. Commercial role focused on the strategic French market. Hybrid role: minimum three days per week in our Paris office. Competitive salary, commission and equity. Clear opportunity to develop teams, playbooks and the French sales organisation. Applicant Safety Policy: Fraud and Third-Party Recruiters To protect you from recruitment scams, please be aware that Airwallex will not ask for bank details, sensitive ID numbers (i.e. passport), or any form of payment during the application or interview process.
