About Us At Cloudflare, we are on a mission to help build a better Internet. Today the company runs one of the world's largest networks that powers millions of websites and other Internet properties for customers ranging from individual bloggers to SMBs to Fortune 500 companies. Cloudflare protects and accelerates any Internet application online without adding hardware, installing software, or changing a line of code. Internet properties powered by Cloudflare all have web traffic routed through its intelligent global network, which gets smarter with every request. As a result, they see significant improvement in performance and a decrease in spam and other attacks. Cloudflare was named to Entrepreneur Magazine's Top Company Cultures list and ranked among the World's Most Innovative Companies by Fast Company. At Cloudflare, we're not looking for people who wait for a polished roadmap; we're looking for the builders who see the cracks in the Internet that everyone else has simply learned to live with. We value candidates who have the instinct to spot a "normalized" problem and the AI-native curiosity to create a solution using the latest tools. Our culture is built on iteration, leveraging AI to ship faster today to make it better tomorrow, while ensuring that every improvement, no matter how small, is shared across the team to lift everyone up. If you're the type of person who values curiosity over bureaucracy, and that AI is a partner in solving tough problems to keep the Internet moving forward, you'll fit right in. Available Locations:  London, UK Role summary As an IT Operations Specialist I, you will provide essential onsite IT support and help maintain daily workplace technology at our corporate office. Working in a heavy macOS and Google Workspace environment with additional support for Windows and Linux endpoints, you will deliver hands-on technical assistance, maintain office AV systems, and manage end-to-end hire-to-retire lifecycle processes. In this role, you will also leverage our internal AI technology tools to optimize support workflows and documentation. You will collaborate closely with broader IT teams, the IT Service Desk, HR, Places & Office, and Security teams to ensure a seamless technical experience for all employees. Role responsibilities Act as the primary onsite technical support resource, managing employee walk-ups, support tickets, and hardware troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints. Work closely with broader IT engineering and operations teams to execute infrastructure updates, enforce system policies, and resolve escalated technical issues. Manage complete hire-to-retire IT operations, including hardware provisioning, account setup, leading IT orientation for new hires, offboarding asset recovery, and access revoking. Administer day-to-day user accounts, permissions, and group access within Google Workspace and connected corporate SaaS tools. Manage physical IT asset lifecycle operations, including inventory tracking, hardware check-in/check-out, stock audits, and secure device disposal. Utilize internal AI technology tools to summarize support incidents, speed up ticket resolution, and draft self-service Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for end users. Support office conference room technology (Google Meet Hardware and Zoom Rooms) and provide live technical setup for corporate town halls and department events. Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation (evenings and weekends) to address critical after-hours P1/P2 incidents, system outages, and urgent executive support needs. This is an in-office/onsite position. This role may require flexibility to be on-call outside of standard working hours to address technical issues as needed. Examples of desirable skills, knowledge and experience 1–2 years of hands-on IT support or help-desk experience in a corporate environment. Strong expertise troubleshooting macOS hardware, software, and enterprise OS configurations. Working knowledge of Windows OS and basic Linux desktop administration or CLI troubleshooting. Practical administrative experience with Google Workspace (User management, Shared Drives, Groups, Admin Console). Willingness and availability to work fully onsite 5 days a week and participate in a scheduled on-call rotation for after-hours support. Readiness to utilize internal AI tools and assistants to streamline ticketing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first approach to technical support and leading new-hire orientations. Application requires a current resume/CV detailing relevant IT workplace support experience. Bonus points Experience with macOS endpoint management using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms like Jamf Pro or Kandji. Technical Program Manager, Technical Solutions

DatadogBoston, New York, San Francisco (Hybrid)yesterday
InternshipHybridMid$116,000 - $116,000 / Year
datadogagiledentalmental healthpmprisk management+4

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join Datadog's Technical Solutions organization. This organization is made up of 1,200+ customer-facing technical experts around the world — including Sales Engineers, Technical Account Managers, Support Engineers, and Solution Architects — who work with prospects and customers throughout their journey with Datadog to deliver outstanding experiences and drive growth through product adoption. As a Technical Program Manager, you will lead and support a variety of technical programs that help these customer-facing teams work more effectively. Depending on the needs of the organization, this could include programs related to internal tooling, process improvement, knowledge and content systems, or other cross-functional initiatives. You'll partner closely with team leads, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to bring structure and clarity to moderately complex, cross-team programs, and you'll act as a multiplier for the teams you support by driving programs from planning through delivery. Candidates who have previously led projects for customer-facing technical teams are especially encouraged to apply. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Drive delivery of cross-team programs that support one or more Technical Solutions teams — coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines to keep work on track from kickoff through delivery. Partner with team leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate program goals into clear, actionable plans, and document scope, timeline, and quality expectations along the way. Establish and maintain program management fundamentals — project trackers, status updates, risk logs — so stakeholders always have visibility into progress and blockers. Identify unclear or incomplete requirements early and bring structure to ambiguous problems, escalating only when needed to keep execution on track. Use data to track progress against milestones, surface risks, and guide decisions; adjust plans as circumstances change. Apply AI tools to streamline your own program management workflows — synthesizing updates, surfacing patterns in program data, or accelerating documentation — and help identify where AI can improve processes for the teams you support. Communicate program status, risks, and impact clearly to stakeholders at different levels, adapting your message for technical and non-technical audiences. Look for opportunities to improve how programs and processes run, and contribute ideas that make execution more efficient over time. Who You Are Program Management Experience: 3-5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment, ideally including cross-team or cross-functional initiatives. Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus. Execution-Oriented: Comfortable driving moderately complex, cross-team initiatives independently, with the judgment to seek guidance on larger or more ambiguous efforts. Solid foundation in project scoping, timeline management, and risk management; PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred. Data-Informed: Tracks progress against established metrics and uses data to guide decisions, report status, and identify risks early. Clear Communicator: Able to convey project status and ideas concisely to a range of audiences, from peers to senior stakeholders, adapting the level of detail as needed. Collaborative: Builds trust through consistent delivery; works constructively across teams to resolve differing viewpoints and unblock progress. Comfortable with Ambiguity: Able to identify unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and bring structure to partially-defined problems. AI Fluency: Uses AI tools confidently in day-to-day program work and can evaluate where AI can be responsibly and effectively applied to improve program processes. Growth-Oriented: Developing skill in giving constructive, empathetic feedback; may support the onboarding or mentorship of newer team members. Technical Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits and Growth Generous and competitive benefits package New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan Continuous career development and pathing opportunities Best in breed onboarding Friendly and inclusive workplace culture Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. Datadog offers a competitive salary and equity package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Datadog offers a wide range of best in class, comprehensive and inclusive employee benefits for this role including healthcare, dental, parental planning, and mental health benefits, a 401(k) plan and match, paid time off, fitness reimbursements, and a discounted employee stock purchase plan.
