Lead Product Manager

Lead Product Manager

LatticeRemote (Fully Remote)23 hours ago
InternshipFully RemoteLead$135,000 - $180,000 / Year
gollmoauthjiragithubdental+6

Headquarters: Remote - Canada What You Will Do We are looking for a Lead Product Manager to own the future of the Lattice MCP (Model Context Protocol) server and the integrations that power Lattice AI. This is the connective layer that lets customers use Lattice performance data inside the AI tools they already work in (Claude, ChatGPT, Glean, Microsoft Copilot, and Slack), and that brings third-party productivity data (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Linear, Zoom, Asana) into Lattice. As AI becomes the center of gravity for how companies work, this surface is how Lattice stays connected, interoperable, and indispensable. You'll join a fully staffed engineering team ready to execute, and together you'll make ecosystem interoperability a reason customers choose and stay with Lattice. If you enjoy solving complex problems, shaping platform strategy, and working with great internal and external partners, you'll love the impact you can have here. As a Lead Product Manager for MCP & AI Ecosystem, you will: Own the MCP and AI ecosystem strategy. Not only decide what features and integrations to pursue, but what MCP and AI mean to Lattice and our customers. Become a thought leader on how AI should shape HR for the better. Ship integrations that create leverage. Deliver new MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand what admins, managers, and executives can do with Lattice data in the flow of work. Build durable foundations, like authentication, agentic execution frameworks, and evals that make future integrations faster, more scalable, and easier to adopt and maintain. Be a technical thought partner to Engineering. Help shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third party integration infrastructure, translating complex constraints into clear product decisions. Drive go-to-market with partners. Partner with Partnerships, Product Marketing, to launch integrations that deliver measurable customer and ecosystem impact. Own outcomes. Influence and own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth. What You Will Bring to the Table We're looking for a seasoned product manager with the technical depth and strategic instincts to shape Lattice's next generation of integrations and APIs. You'll be a great fit if you have a combination of: 6+ years of product management experience, with meaningful ownership of integrations, platform, or ecosystem surfaces (built end-to-end, not just configured). Direct experience building technical integrations in a multi-party ecosystem — for example ad technology / marketing technology, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, data connectivity, or similar — where partnership strategy shaped what you built. Strong technical fluency: comfortable with third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, webhooks, and auth/OAuth; you can hold a credible architecture conversation with engineers and partner CTOs. A track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with engineering, and of standing up partner or marketplace launches with go-to-market teams. Evidence of turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage — a reason customers chose your product, not just a checkbox. Clear, confident communication that brings internal teams and external partners into alignment. A bias for action and the ability to create structure in an ambiguous, fast-moving space. Bonus: Exposure to AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling (helpful, not required). Experience in multi-product B2B SaaS, or with HR/people-data or other sensitive-data workflows. If you have strong experience with integrations, APIs, or platform products, even if you don't meet every preferred qualification, we encourage you to apply. We're looking for strong product thinkers with deep technical fluency, not perfect resumes. Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates located in British Columbia or Ontario, Canada. At this time, we are only able to hire employees residing in these provinces. __ The estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $135,000 - $180,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice's applicable plans. Benefits: Lattice offers eligible Canada-based employees comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage; life and AD&D insurance; short- and long-term disability coverage; mental health and wellness support; emergency weather support; 16 weeks of paid parental leave; flexible time off, 13 company holidays, and 3 recharge days; a monthly remote-work stipend and one-time home-office setup stipend; an RRSP contribution match of up to 3% of gross pay (maximum $2,500 CAD annually); and a $500 CAD annual Learning & Development reimbursement. Benefits are subject to applicable eligibility requirements. *Note on Pay Transparency: Lattice provides an estimate of the compensation for roles that may be hired as required by state regulations. Compensation may vary based on (a) location, as Lattice factors in specific location when benchmarking compensation for most roles; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. Additionally, Lattice leverages current market data to determine compensation, so posted compensation figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available. The salary, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. Lattice reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law. #LI-Remote About Lattice Lattice is on a mission to build cultures where employees and their companies thrive. Full TimeOn-siteSenior
pythonrawskubernetesci/cdmachine learning+7

About the AI Security Institute The AI Security Institute is the world's largest and best-funded team dedicated to understanding advanced AI risks and translating that knowledge into action. We're in the heart of the UK government with direct lines to No. 10 (the Prime Minister's office), and we work with frontier developers and governments globally. We're here because governments are critical for advanced AI going well, and UK AISI is uniquely positioned to mobilise them. With our resources, unique agility and international influence, this is the best place to shape both AI development and government action. About the Team AISI's Chem Bio (CB) team conducts technical research to assess evolving AI capabilities related to science R&D and CB misuse, and the effectiveness of technical safeguards that might mitigate risks arising from those capabilities. The goal of our research is to inform critical decisions on security, opportunities, policy, and risk mitigation made by governments and AI developers. We're a close-knit, unusually interdisciplinary team—made up of machine learning researchers and engineers, software engineers, virologists and bacteriologists, behavioural research scientists, biosecurity experts, long-standing CB policy specialists and talented generalists—who work closely with other technical and policy teams across government. Role Responsibilities We are building a dedicated engineering function within the CB team — a small team that owns the shared platform, tooling, and infrastructure that our research projects depend on. This role is a senior individual contributor within that function. The successful candidate will: Design and build reliable systems — architect and deliver core platform components that enable researchers to run experiments and ship results quickly, including LLM-based agent systems, evaluation frameworks, and supporting infrastructure. Work closely with researchers — translate varied research needs across general agents, science agents, chemical and biological models and other CB workstreams into well-engineered, maintainable systems. Own and deliver significant engineering work — take responsibility for substantial technical projects and shared components, driving them from design through implementation, iteration, and maintenance. Write high-quality production code — build scalable, robust, and maintainable software, primarily in Python, with strong engineering discipline around testing, documentation, and observability. Contribute to engineering standards and practices — help improve code quality, development workflows, and shared engineering approaches within a growing engineering team embedded in a research-heavy environment. Collaborate across AISI — work with our Core Technology and engineering teams to share tooling, align on infrastructure, and avoid duplication. Support technical direction — contribute to architectural decisions, identify opportunities to strengthen shared infrastructure, and help make pragmatic technical trade-offs. Mentor others through technical leadership — support other engineers through collaboration, code review, and knowledge sharing, without formal line-management responsibility. Role Requirements We are looking for the following skills, experience and attitudes, but a successful candidate will not necessarily need to meet all these criteria. We can be flexible in shaping the role and salary to your background, expertise, and level of experience. Significant experience writing production-level Python code that is scalable, robust, and easy to maintain, with a track record of delivering substantial technical work. Strong infrastructure and platform skills — experience with cloud environments (AWS), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and job scheduling (Slurm or similar). Experience owning technical projects or major systems as a senior individual contributor. You do not need formal management experience for this role. Familiarity with the AI/ML ecosystem: OpenAI-compatible APIs, PyTorch, and the tooling around LLM-based systems. Ability to work across multiple teams, understanding varied research needs and delivering reliable engineering solutions. A sense of mission, urgency, and responsibility for success: Demonstrated ability to solve challenging problems, implement solutions efficiently and acquire any missing knowledge necessary to get the job done. Motivated to build software with direct policy impact. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment. Strong candidates may also have: Experience working in a research environment — you don't need to be a researcher, but you should be comfortable working alongside them and translating ambiguous research requirements into engineering plans. Familiarity with computational biology tools, workflows, or datasets. Experience building or maintaining internal developer platforms, shared libraries, or CI/CD systems for technical teams. Please note that this is a reserved post. We can only consider applications from UK nationals (including dual nationals who hold British citizenship). Appointment is conditional on successfully completing UK Government SC clearance. Prior clearance is not required—we will sponsor and support you. You should normally have been resident in the UK for the past 5 years. You may also be required to undergo Developed Vetting (DV). DV typically requires a longer period of UK residency (around 10 years). Employment is conditional on obtaining and maintaining the required clearance(s). More detail on clearance eligibility can be found on the UK Government website: National security vetting: clearance levels - GOV.UK. Other core requirements: You should be able to spend at least 9 days per fortnight working with us. You should be willing to work from our office in London (Whitehall) at least 3 days/week. You should be UK-based. What We Offer Impact you couldn't have anywhere else Incredibly talented, mission-driven and supportive colleagues. Direct influence on how frontier AI is governed and deployed globally. Work with the Prime Minister's AI Advisor and leading AI companies. Opportunity to shape the first & best-resourced public-interest research team focused on AI security. Resources & access Pre-release access to multiple frontier models and ample compute. Extensive operational support so you can focus on research and ship quickly. Work with experts across national security, policy, AI research and adjacent sciences. On top of your salary, we contribute 28.97% of your base salary to your pension. Discounts and benefits for cycling to work, donations and retail/gyms. *These benefits apply to direct employees. Benefits may differ for individuals joining through other employment arrangements such as secondments. Salary Annual salary is benchmarked to role scope and relevant experience. Staff Software Engineer, Storage Platform

WayveLondon, United Kingdom16 hours ago
Full TimeOn-sitePrincipal
pythongoawsazuregcpterraform+11

Before the detail, here's the challenge you'd help us solve. We build the embodied intelligence that moves real vehicles safely, and the ecosystem a billion machines will run on in the future. Very few people in AI can say this. Every role here, whatever the team, plugs into that. Here's what this particular role covers. 🛠️ About our AI Platform Teams Our AI Platform teams build the infrastructure that powers Wayve's embodied AI. We store and serve hundreds of petabytes of driving data, growing towards exabyte scale, to support model training, simulation and data pipelines across regions and clouds. As our first dedicated Staff Software Engineer for Storage Platform, you'll set the technical direction for how we manage, protect and serve this data. Working closely with Infrastructure, Security, Privacy, Data Engineering and ML teams, you'll help make training more efficient while reducing one of Wayve's largest infrastructure costs. 🧠 Your day-to-day Lead a hands-on, multi-quarter storage programme, from defining the problems and architecture to delivering platforms that teams adopt. Build production services, controllers and infrastructure using Python, Go or a similar language, alongside Kubernetes and Terraform. Partner with ML and data teams to understand access patterns, remove storage bottlenecks and reduce the time GPUs spend waiting for data. Work with Security and Privacy to strengthen access controls, auditing and safe deletion of vehicle-collected data. Write design documents and RFCs, align teams around shared standards, and mentor engineers as the platform and team grow. 🧩 What you'll be working on Data ownership and governance: Give datasets clear owners, purposes and retention classes, with tagging and team-level cost attribution. Safe lifecycle management: Build retention, deletion and re-tiering capabilities for Azure Blob, backed by dry runs, audit trails and recovery paths. Read performance and caching: Improve throughput and latency by tackling small-object reads, throttling, unnecessary data access and cross-region hops. Secure data movement: Design Kubernetes-native NVMe caching and secure replication across regions and clouds. Measurable platform outcomes: Establish standards, dashboards and SLOs for availability, performance, cache effectiveness, storage tiers and cost. 🙌 You should apply if You've operated at Staff Engineer scope, leading complex infrastructure programmes across multiple teams from problem definition through adoption. You've owned petabyte-scale object storage end to end—including data layout, lifecycle management, performance and cost—with measurable outcomes against a cost target. You've built scalable systems for data ownership, tagging, cataloguing, retention or deletion. You bring strong security and access-management experience, including IAM/RBAC, encryption, secure replication and auditing. You're a hands-on software engineer with strong Python, Go or comparable skills, plus production Kubernetes, Terraform and CI experience. You build durable platforms and services, not just one-off scripts. You can influence technical decisions without formal authority, mentor others and are excited to start in a founding, hands-on role with the opportunity to grow a team. You can work on a hybrid basis from our London office. Experience with AWS or GCP is welcome—you don't need to have worked exclusively with Azure. 🌱 Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! If you're passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. More about Wayve: 🚀 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines. Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility. How we work 💻- Locations & Flexible Working: Our main hubs are in London, Sunnyvale, Yokohama, Herzliya, Vancouver and Leonberg. We operate a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration in our dedicated office spaces with focused time working remotely. This gives our teams the connection and energy of working together, alongside the flexibility to do their best work in a way that fits their lives. 🔍 The Interview Process: Our process is clear and respectful of your time: Initial call / recruiter screen (30 mins) - A conversation with our Talent Partner about your experience, interest in the role and practical details. Competency Interviews (60 mins) - A programming interview to assess your hands-on software engineering skills. Deep-dive technical interviews - A system design interview and a domain-specific interview with the Hiring Manager, exploring your storage experience, technical leadership and approach to the role. Final interview (30 mins) - Mission & values alignment We'll always explain the format and work around your availability. What's in it for you (Location dependant): 💰 Salaries benchmarked against the market annually 📈 Meaningful equity, sharing in the ownership and long term success of Wayve ✈️ Relocation support and visa sponsorship where applicable ✅ Hybrid working, core hours and the chance to work hands on in vehicle workshops and labs 📚 Learning and development budgets with support for training, conferences and growth 🩺 Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, retirement or pension where applicable, access to therapists, wellbeing partnerships, team socials and more A quick, honest note before you apply. Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you'll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one. If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we'd really like to hear from you. At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law. For more information visit Careers at Wayve. To learn more about what drives us, visit Values at Wayve DISCLAIMER: We will not ask about marriage or pregnancy, care responsibilities or disabilities in any of our job adverts or interviews. However, we do look to capture information about care responsibilities, and disabilities among other diversity information as part of an optional DEI Monitoring form to help us identify areas of improvement in our hiring process and ensure that the process is inclusive and non-discriminatory.
