The product operations team enables product excellence at scale at Datadog. With over thirty standalone products on a single platform, product operations drives consistency, efficiency, and quality across the organization. As a Product Operations Manager, you will help the product organization do its best work. You'll build and scale the processes, frameworks, and cross-functional workflows that enable PMs and their partners to ship effectively. This includes touchpoints with inbound, delivery, outbound workstreams in product development. This is a role for someone who thrives in the space between teams: driving alignment, removing friction, and ensuring that the operational foundations of the product org can keep pace with Datadog's growth. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture, the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do Own and improve the full Product Development Life Cycle . Own and drive operational excellence for product launches. This includes coordinating across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support to ensure we are ready to bring quality products and support to our customers. Build AI-powered workflows and agents that automate and accelerate operational work. From customer feedback triage to launch tracking to cross-functional reporting, you'll experiment with and deploy AI tools and custom agents to help the product org move faster and smarter. Build and maintain a single source of truth for launches giving cross-functional partners real-time visibility into what's shipping, when, and what's needed from each team. Drive centralized product knowledge and enablement , ensuring PMs and stakeholders have the tools, resources, templates, and context they need to succeed and making it easily discoverable. Analyze and quantify product signals. Query product, CRM, and customer data systems to surface high-signal insights — aggregating and quantifying feature requests, identifying revenue opportunities, and measuring the impact of product decisions. You'll bring an analytical lens to operational work, turning raw data into clear, actionable recommendations for PMs and leadership. Minimum Qualifications 4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or a related relevant experience Experience collaborating across multiple departments (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc.) and aligning stakeholders with different priorities toward shared outcomes. Experience communicating with and presenting to senior leadership at the Director+ level, both in writing and live settings. Hands-on experience with product management and engineering tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, or similar), with a willingness to build and improve tooling as needs evolve. Experience working in ambiguous environments where you've had to define the approach, prove out value quickly, and iterate, not just maintain an existing playbook. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence rather than authority, building trust and driving outcomes across teams you don't directly manage. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of software engineering, technical product management, or other relevant technical experience. Experience with GitHub for CI/CD, documentation workflows, or collaboration with engineering teams. Proficiency in programming languages or SQL for data analysis, automation, or scripting Experience building or deploying AI agents or automated workflows using frameworks Professional use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor, including prompt engineering and integrating AI into day-to-day workflows. Senior SEO Strategy Lead (SEO, AEO, GEO)

AirbnbUnited States (Fully Remote)yesterday
InternshipFully RemoteLead$196,000 - $196,000 / Year
pythonsqlbigqueryllmdata sciencearchitecture+2

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join Organic search is one of Airbnb's largest and most efficient acquisition channels, and the rise of AI answer engines is reshaping how travelers discover places to stay, things to do, and trusted Hosts. This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, content strategy, and emerging AI search behavior, partnering closely with product, engineering, content, and data science teams to make Airbnb the trusted source that search engines and AI models cite.   The Difference You Will Make As Senior Growth Marketing Lead, SEO, AEO, GEO, you will own the strategy and day-to-day execution for how Airbnb shows up in Google, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and the assistants that come next. You are an execution-focused operator with a career built in SEO — you write your own SQL, size opportunities from raw data, and ship. Success in this role means measurable gains in organic visibility, rankings, AI citations, traffic, bookings, and downstream conversion, along with a measurement framework that proves the business value of organic channels. This is a chance to define what AEO and GEO mean for Airbnb and build the playbook others follow.   A Typical Day Own the organic growth strategy and content roadmap across SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — covering technical SEO, content, on-site experience, and visibility in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and Perplexity. Manage internal content strategy for these acquisition channels: set priorities, briefs, templates, and quality standards for content and landing pages that drive organic and AI-referred traffic. Run the channel hands-on — pull and analyze your own data in SQL, size opportunities, prioritize by impact, and drive launches and experiments from backlog to measured result. Lead cross-functional relationships with product and engineering teams, embedding SEO and AEO best practices into web properties, app surfaces, and structured data. Improve how well AI models understand Airbnb's listings, product, and policies so they represent Airbnb accurately and cite it as a source. Build and evolve the measurement framework for SEO, AEO, and GEO — attribution models, leading and lagging indicators, dashboards, and revenue impact — including the ability to demonstrate the value of work that's difficult to attribute, such as preventive technical work or emerging AI channels. Establish Airbnb's point of view on how AI-generated answers are reshaping travel discovery, and translate complex technical concepts into clear business narratives for senior leaders. Your Expertise 10+ years of experience in SEO, including 2+ years in a senior/leadership capacity engaging with executives. Strong SQL skills, writing your own queries to analyze crawl, log, search console, and conversion data without relying on analysts for core questions. Proven track record of shipping SEO programs at scale and driving significant organic growth, from prioritization through launch and measurement. Expertise in both technical SEO and content strategy, including site architecture, structured data, indexation, and content quality. Working knowledge of how AI-powered search and answer engines operate (LLM-based retrieval, citation behavior, entity recognition), with a clear point of view on how to optimize for them. Strong analytical foundation, comfortable with attribution challenges and building measurement frameworks that quantify the business impact of organic channels. Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, product, content, and data science teams to implement SEO and AEO improvements at scale, and a track record of developing and retaining high-performing teams. Preferred: experience in a two-sided marketplace or travel business where listing, location, and user-generated content pages are major organic surfaces; background in international SEO across multiple markets and languages; experience building programmatic or product-led SEO at scale; early-mover experience in AEO/GEO visibility monitoring and optimization; hands-on skill with Python, BigQuery, or similar tools and log/crawl analysis at scale. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and progressive experience. Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: When a significant severe safety incident impacts, or threatens to impact, our community or company, the Community Crisis Management (CCM) team works to coordinate a swift and effective response across the company to mitigate any continued damage. The team is responsible and accountable for immediate decisions, managing the cross-functional response to severe safety crises on the platform, keeping Airbnb leadership properly informed and involved, and for alerting relevant team leaders to any root causes or vulnerabilities that may have been uncovered throughout the response. The Difference You Will Make: As a Community Crisis Investigator, you carry your own caseload and run the day-to-day response, with a defined check-in point for the calls that set precedent or carry external exposure. You assess incidents and bring what you learn back to the team.  A Typical Day: Crisis Case Work Assess incoming incidents and recommend whether a case meets the threshold for crisis implementation, drafting summaries concise and comprehensive enough that the decision-maker can act on them without sending them back. Outline and drive the case management actions needed for stakeholders to respond effectively, keeping the response moving inside the incident's timeline. Research case precedent and consult stakeholders when a case does not fit an established pattern, and bring your recommended option with its reasoning rather than an open question. Prepare concise overviews and next steps for urgent, monitoring, or implemented cases, and note team updates or housekeeping items during regional check-ins. Communication and Stakeholder Management Draft crisis case communication for senior stakeholders, and supply the case detail and assessment that executive notifications are built from. Keep stakeholders and GCM (Global Crisis Management) leadership current on case status proactively, before they ask. Hold day-to-day communication with your assigned cross-functional partners: maintain regular contact, come prepared to the agenda, and bring what you learn back to the global GCM team. Systemic Improvement Flag where policy, product, or process failed the community member, with enough specificity that the owning team can act. The goal is closing the gap that allowed the incident, not only resolving the incident. Keep the case management tool accurate for your own cases and raise data or backlog problems you notice, so the team's view of the global caseload stays trustworthy. Team Contribution Review peers' assessments as a second pair of eyes before submission, checking for errors, missing stakeholders, and recommendations worth adding. Share what you learn from your cases and stakeholder relationships with the team. Contribute to team culture and to a working environment where people can do this work sustainably. Operational Rigor Maintain case documentation and trackers to a standard that supports accurate analytics and clean handoffs within and across regions. Complete work within the dedicated SLAs, and raise it early when a case is at risk of slipping rather than after it has. Your Expertise: 6+ years of experience in customer support or front-line work handling escalated, sensitive cases, including crisis or survivor-facing work such as a crisis line, victim advocacy, emergency response, or trust and safety. Proven track record of working collaboratively with multi-functional leads in a matrixed organization. Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay focused with a calm demeanor in stressful situations. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed. Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager. If you need assistance, or an accommodation, please let your recruiter know once you are contacted about a role. A Note on Recruiting Scams: Scammers sometimes pose as Airbnb recruiters to get money or personal information from candidates. A few things that will always be true for Airbnb's hiring process: our open roles are posted on Airbnb's Career's Page at careers.airbnb.com, and our recruiters correspond only from @ airbnb.com or @ ext.airbnb.com email addresses. Our recruiters will never ask for your Social Security number, bank account details, passport, or payment app information while you are interviewing.  We'll also never ask you to pay a fee, send money, deposit or cash a check, or purchase work-related equipment (such as a company laptop) during the interview process. We encourage candidates to remain vigilant of these recruiting scams and not share sensitive information if you do not believe an individual is actually affiliated with Airbnb.

Technical Program Manager, Extensibility Platform

typescriptplatform engineeringpartnerships

Who we are About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world's largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone's reach while doing the most important work of your career. About our organization The Developer Experience & Product Platform (DEeP) organization empowers all of Stripe's products with a shared product platform that delivers high-quality, consistent, cross-product experiences across our UI and API surfaces. DEeP focuses on providing a scalable developer experience that any developer can leverage to accelerate a customer's ability to create value from Stripe. Within DEeP, the Extensibility program is how Stripe expands its total addressable market, and increases customer retention. With extensibility, Stripe becomes programmable — customers and product teams can adapt Stripe to their needs on a common platform. Stripe has three interconnected extensibility primitives: Scripts — Secure, isolated TypeScript runtime allowing merchants and developers to customize Stripe product behavior (e.g., discount calculations, invoice logic, proration). Custom Objects — User-defined data models (e.g., Shipments, Locations, Warranties, Entitlements) with first-class APIs, SDKs, and Dashboard experiences. Workflows — A programmable orchestration layer (graduating to GA at Sessions) enabling no-code and pro-code business logic across Stripe, including custom actions, delays, smart retries, and 3P integrations. These primitives are deeply interdependent, involve 10+ cross-functional teams and culminate in a flagship product launch. What you'll do We are seeking a product-focused Technical Program Manager to drive the Extensibility program across the Workflows, Custom Objects, and Scripts workstreams. This is a newly created, high-impact role at the intersection of platform engineering, product management, and cross-organizational program ownership. In this role, you will own one of the most strategically consequential programs in DEeP — driving the direction, health, and outcomes of Stripe's Extensibility platform across Scripts, Custom Objects, and Workflows. You will set the program strategy in partnership with DEeP leadership, holding organizations accountable to the success of the program.  Drive cross-org decisions across DRIs in Script Platform, Custom Objects, Apps, SDK, Observability, DevEx, and Versioning — actively resolving the hard, ambiguous integration and ownership questions that fall between team boundaries. Own the critical path to major launches — proactively shaping scope, driving descope decisions, and negotiating trade-offs across teams so that launches reflect deliberate strategic choices. Influence and shape product and engineering roadmaps — bringing a program-level perspective to team planning cycles, pushing back where individual team roadmaps are misaligned with broader extensibility strategy, and advocating for cross-cutting investments that no single team will prioritize on their own. Support ProServ and Partnerships — Ensure ProServ and Partnerships requirements are surfaced into the roadmap with the same rigor as product requirements, and hold the bridge between what the platform delivers and what those teams need to close and serve complex customers. Qualifications Minimum requirements 5+ years of technical program management experience with demonstrated success in driving complex cross organizational programs. Strong product sense and ability to understand enterprise customer needs Demonstrated ability to communicate with precision and credibility across engineering, product, and executive audiences, translating complex technical trade-offs into strategic decisions, and driving alignment. Demonstrated ability to lead and align cross-functional teams — driving decisions, resolving conflict, and building consensus across organizations with competing priorities Proven track record of successful program delivery in complex technical environments Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience Preferred Qualifications Background in product management or product operations Experience with developer platforms, API products, or payment systems

About the team In this role, you'd be joining the Alloy Integrations team. We own how Metronome's customers collect payments and recognize revenue. We build and run the integrations that connect Metronome's usage-based billing platform to the systems businesses depend on to get paid: Stripe invoicing and payments, cloud marketplaces (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud), ERP systems like NetSuite and QuickBooks, and CRM systems like Salesforce. We also bring Stripe products such as Checkout into Metronome, so customers can move from contract to cash in one place. Our team helps Stripe increase the GDP of the internet by making sure every invoice reaches the right system and every payment is collected and accounted for correctly, at scale. We focus on two areas: Invoicing: collection, dunning, and invoice delivery Quote-to-cash automation: connecting the full journey from a signed deal to recognized revenue What you'll do You'll build and operate distributed systems that move billing data between Metronome and the platforms our customers use to run their finances. The work combines product engineering and reliability. You'll ship features that customers ask for directly, and you'll strengthen the event-driven pipelines that handle large invoicing spikes every month-end. You'll work closely with our product manager, with partner engineering teams that own contracts, usage rating, and invoice finalization, with solutions architects who build ERP integrations with customers, and with technical support engineers who work with customers every day. In your first few months, you'll ship a customer-facing improvement to one of our integrations, join the on-call rotation, and take ownership of one of our core systems. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain integrations between Metronome and external billing, payments, marketplace, ERP, and CRM platforms Build reliable, event-driven systems for invoice delivery, payment workflows, and status sync, with safe retries, rollbacks, and reconciliation Ship features that help customers control how they invoice, collect, and account for revenue, from design through launch Improve observability and automated repair across our systems so problems are caught and fixed before customers notice them Participate in an on-call rotation and lead incident response, root-cause analysis, and follow-up work for the systems the team owns Plan and carry out migrations and changes to existing integrations without disrupting customer billing Partner with product, support, solutions architecture, and other engineering teams to scope work and represent customer needs Who you are We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement. Minimum requirements This is a Staff level role, so we typically target 10+ years of professional experience building and operating backend systems in production Experience designing and integrating with third-party APIs, including handling failures, retries, and data consistency across systems Experience with distributed or event-driven systems, such as message queues, streams, or workflow engines Experience owning services in production, including monitoring, on-call, and incident response Ability to communicate technical tradeoffs clearly to engineers and to people outside engineering Preferred qualifications Experience with billing, invoicing, payments, tax, or other financial systems where correctness matters Experience with AWS serverless and data services such as Lambda, Kinesis, SQS, or Step Functions Familiarity with ERP or CRM platforms such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Salesforce, or with cloud marketplace billing Experience with GraphQL APIs and relational databases such as Postgres Experience leading cross-team projects or large migrations

Product Manager, Global Self-Serve Product

salesonboarding

Product Manager, Global Self-Serve Product About Stripe Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. About the team The Global Self-Serve Product team's goal is to make Stripe the #1 self-serve financial infrastructure provider for users outside the U.S. We drive product-led growth for the millions of users who adopt Stripe without a sales relationship, and we own self-serve activation goals across our ex-US business. We're a cross-functional team of Engineers, Data Scientists, Growth Marketing Managers, Designers, and Product Managers, organized around three focus areas: Growing our self-serve domestic business across a portfolio of our core, mature markets Growing cross-border self-serve business across the next wave of emerging markets and launching bespoke registration, onboarding and upsell pathways for new markets Raising the bar on the quality of the localized experience of our international users by building and improving our localization platform at scale About the role Most of Stripe's future users outside the US will never speak to a salesperson—they'll discover, sign up, and scale on Stripe entirely on their own. Getting that self-serve journey right, in every market and language, is one of the biggest growth opportunities ahead of us.   We're looking for a Product Manager to own self-serve activation and growth across our ex-US business. You'll set the strategy for how we win self-serve users in international markets and then make it real—turning funnel data and customer insight into a sequenced roadmap, and shipping the experiments and features that move the metrics.   The right person for this role thinks like a growth PM and a founder: you're fluent in funnels and experimentation, you have genuine taste for 0-to-1 product, and you move fast under ambiguity. You bring deep user empathy to localizing Stripe with contextual relevance, and you think in systems and platforms—turning experimental features into scaled growth levers  What you'll do Own the self-serve growth roadmap: identify the highest-leverage opportunities to grow activation across our ex-US markets, and build the case for investment Build a deep understanding of our customers—from bootstrapped solopreneurs to well-funded founders—synthesizing funnel metrics, experiment results, and time in the product into sharp hypotheses about what will drive growth Partner with engineering to ship—you'll drive specs, prioritization, and execution with a high degree of hands-on involvement, and run experiments to build conviction in your roadmap Scale what works: take wins proven in small samples and roll them out through our localization and recommendation platforms, so the right experience reaches each market and use case Collaborate with Stripe's global product teams to ensure regional needs are reflected in platform decisions, and advocate for regional investment at the right moments Who you are You have 7+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time spent shipping 0-to-1 products You reason from first principles—breaking ambiguous growth problems down to fundamentals, forming a sharp point of view, and moving fast under uncertainty with the ownership of a founder You're data-savvy: fluent in funnels, metrics, and experimentation, you let the numbers sharpen your instincts, and you know when a test earns conviction and when it only adds noise You have strong product taste and are technically comfortable—you sweat the details of a localized experience (message clarity, contextual guidance) and can engage credibly with engineers on API design and system tradeoffs You're an exceptional communicator—verbal and written—who can influence without authority across a matrixed organization You're based in Singapore or have a strong reason to be Why Stripe Stripe is still early in its presence outside the US, which means the person in this role will have genuine influence over how we show up in some of the world's most important emerging markets. You'll have the scope of a startup with the resources of a company that processes hundreds of billions of dollars a year.
