Every day, we bring creativity, experimentation, and advanced AI to reshape access to credit, helping millions move forward financially with clarity and confidence. As the leading AI lending marketplace, we partner with banks and credit unions to expand access to affordable credit through technology that's both radically intelligent and deeply human. Our platform runs over one million predictions per borrower using more than 3,000 signals, powering smarter, fairer decisions for millions of customers. But the numbers only hint at the impact. Every idea, every voice, and every contribution moves us closer to a world where credit never stands between people and their financial progress. We're proudly digital-first, giving most Upstarters the flexibility to do their best work from wherever they thrive, alongside teammates across 80+ cities in the US and Canada. Digital-first doesn't mean distant. We're intentional about in-person connection through team onsites, planning sessions, and moments that spark creativity and trust. If you're energized by tackling meaningful problems, excited to innovate with purpose, and motivated by work that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you. The Team: Upstart's Partner Implementation & Enablement team is responsible for bringing new bank and credit union partners onto our platform and keeping existing partners equipped to run their lending programs. We own the operational core of the partner relationship: the diligence materials partners use to evaluate us, the change management process that tells them when our policies and models change, and the systems that deliver both. How quickly a partner can launch, and how much confidence they have in us once they have launched, is decided by this team's work. As the Diligence Program Lead at Upstart, you will own the diligence and change management programs our lending partners depend on. You will answer the due diligence questionnaires that partners and their examiners require, maintain the document library and access controls behind them, and run the recurring process that notifies partners when our policies, procedures, and models change. You will work across Compliance, Lending Partnerships, Account Management, and Product to turn a set of manual, individually held processes into programs that hold up as the partner base grows. Respond to lending partner due diligence questionnaires and information requests, working with Compliance, Legal, and Model Risk Management to source and verify every answer. Maintain the partner-facing document repository and its access controls, including which materials each partner can reach based on their product mix and stage in the relationship. Run the recurring corrective action reporting cycle: validate the source data, distribute partner-specific reports, and confirm delivery with the teams that publish them. Work with Product to move manual diligence and change management workflows onto supported tooling, and document each process so more than one person can run it. Identify gaps in policy ownership and documentation approval status, and raise them with Compliance and Lending Partnerships before they reach a partner. Minimum Qualificationsu Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 5 years of experience in financial services compliance, risk, audit, or third-party due diligence 2 years of experience responding to due diligence questionnaires, regulatory examinations, or audit requests from banks, credit unions, or other regulated institutions Experience owning a recurring operational or reporting process end to end, including its documentation Experience administering a document management system, virtual data room, or other controlled-access content repository Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of consumer lending products and the policies that govern them, including personal loans, auto, and home equity Knowledge of model risk management practices and how model documentation is shared with third parties Knowledge of third-party risk management expectations at banks and credit unions Skilled in using generative AI tools to draft, verify, and maintain large volumes of written documentation Ability to build process automation in spreadsheet or workflow tools and hand it off to others to run Ability to influence across compliance, legal, product, and commercial teams without direct authority Position location This role is available in the following locations: Remote Travel requirements As a digital first company, the majority of your work can be accomplished remotely. Working at Omnisend is... kind of boring. Not the soul-crushing kind of boring — more like the "no drama, no chaos, just smart people doing great work" kind. The kind that lets you focus on what matters, without pointless meetings, micromanagement, or bureaucracy. We're data-driven. We test, we iterate, we improve. Gut feelings don't drive decisions — insights do. We trust each other. We're transparent, give real feedback, and actually listen. No egos, no hand-holding — just a team of experienced professionals moving fast, adapting easily, and delivering impact. Omnisend is customer-funded and customer-driven. Our work is rooted in solving real problems that help ecommerce brands grow. No empty promises — we bring in results. And yes, we have fun. But the grown-up kind — workations, team gatherings, the occasional party. No forced fun, no awkward icebreakers. Just genuine moments with a team that actually enjoys working together. About the role: We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on backend development. Proactive, product-minded individuals who are enthusiastic about crafting impactful and scalable software products will thrive at Omnisend. You would join the Audience team that helps ecommerce businesses to make marketing messages personal by providing their customer insights and effective targeting capabilities. That's up to 20,000+ events per second. Segmentation engine - turns ~10 billion behavioral events a month into always-fresh customer groups. This position owns the provider journey, developing and executing cross-functional roadmaps to proactively reduce friction while overseeing a world-class, multi-disciplinary escalation management organization. Reporting directly to executive leadership, this role serves as the principal advocate for providers serving Oscar members. By partnering closely with senior leaders across Claims, Network, Utilization Management, Payment Integrity, Contact Center, Clinical Services and Technology, the Vice President will translate data-driven insights into systemic, root-cause remediations that maximize network satisfaction and deliver high-impact enterprise ROI. You will report into the SVP, Provider Operations & Experience. Work Location: This position is based in our New York office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Drive organizational change management, ensuring successful cross-functional adoption of new operational models, workflow metrics, and provider-centric behaviors. Leverage robust operational data, analytics, and ROI assessments to identify systemic root causes of provider friction and prioritize technical or operational resolutions. Establish tracking mechanisms to guarantee that once a root cause is identified, systemic fixes are fully implemented and verified across strategic accounts.  Create and deliver executive-ready reporting, interactive dashboards, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and board members regarding operational health, system trends, and critical blockers. Empower and mentor a senior-level team, aligning their personal growth with the delivery of high-impact organizational outcomes.  Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations  Other duties as assigned Requirements: A bachelor's degree or commensurate 4 years of experience 15+ years of professional experience in healthcare operations, payer operations, network operations, strategic planning, healthcare consulting, or provider relations 7+ years of experience collaborating, influencing, and driving strategic alignment at the executive level (SVP, EVP, and C-Suite). 7+ years of direct senior leadership experience, specifically managing multi-team functions, managers, and directors.
