Tracksuit exists to help marketers prove their brand building is working. We give teams the data they need to make smarter decisions, convince stakeholders, defend budgets, and track their progress. The brand tracking industry is dominated by 100-page reports, static data and big price-tags. We're doing things differently by being built for the modern marketer: always-on, accessible, and approachable. We're now tracking more than 1,000 brands across 25 countries globally. With offices in Auckland, Sydney, London and New York City, we're scaling fast with a brilliant team of collaborative and ambitious humans. Our culture is defined by "high care, high performance". We strive to be the best and look after each other while we do it. Are you our next Account Executive in London? The UK and Europe are Tracksuit's fastest-growing markets, and there's a huge amount still to build. As a Senior Account Executive, you'll own new business across the region - running the full sales cycle, closing deals that span multiple markets, and helping shape how we win here. Tracksuit is a tool, but it's also a community for brand marketers and ambitious leaders who believe in the power of brand. You'll thrive in this role if you're excited to connect with the best brands and agencies in the world and help shape how modern consumer companies are built. What you'll do Own a monthly new business target, running the full sales cycle from first conversation to close Work inbound and SDR-sourced opportunities alongside our UK SDRs, mostly with mid-market brands across a wide range of B2C industries Co-sell agency-referred deals with our UK Partnerships team - agencies brought in around 20% of EMEA new business over the last year Run deals that span several UK and European markets; recent big wins have each covered 5–7 markets Deliver sharp, story-led demos that show the value of Tracksuit, tailored to each brand Work hand-in-hand with the wider go-to-market team - marketing, events, partnerships and referrers - to drive new business into the funnel Be a face of Tracksuit at London events and dinners What we're looking for 4+ years of quota-carrying experience, with a track record of independently owning pipeline and closing deals against an individual revenue target Clear evidence of working outbound opportunities, not just inbound Experience selling into mid-market, and ideally enterprise A collaborative seller who works across go-to-market functions such as digital marketing, events, partnerships, and referrers, to build pipeline, or at least understands how those pieces come together to drive new business Thoughtful, kind and structured, with an activity-based, goal-oriented mindset Someone who loves networking, showing up at events, and being the face of a fast-growing startup An SDR background is welcome, but this isn't a step straight up from an SDR seat as we're looking for someone who's already carried a closing number. Bonus points if you love brands, or know marketing or MarTech. Why you'll love it Greenfield, and a seat at the table. The UK and Europe are our fastest-growing markets, so there's enormous opportunity and a real chance to help build and shape GTM strategy in the region. Deals that span the region. We're now live across 17 European markets, so your deals are cross-country and genuinely international. Small team, high visibility. You'll have room to make your mark, with a bigger London office on the way. A product with a point of view. We're changing how brands get tracked, and you'll be selling to the people who care most. A high-performing team that likes to win together. 🐾 FYI: we're pet-friendly in principle and practice, with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos. Compensation: £45K – £55K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission • Base salary range as listed. This role includes commission of 100% of base at target (OTE £90,000 – £110,000) £45K – £55K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

By automating workflows, integrating with over 60 tools, and centralizing translation memory and terminology, Lokalise enables product, engineering, and marketing teams to collaborate without friction and launch globally up to 10× faster and at 80% lower cost. Trusted by thousands of businesses across more than 100 countries, Lokalise empowers millions of people worldwide to use digital services in their native languages. Backed by a customer-loved support team, our platform fits seamlessly into your design, development, and content workflows, helping you scale with consistency and control. Location While our company operates exclusively on a remote basis, you must reside and have the legal right to work in one of the following countries: the United Kingdom, Latvia, or Spain. This is a full-time, remote position. Please note that we do not engage on a B2B or contractor basis. We do not partner with search firms. About The Role We are looking for an Account Executive to join our EMEA sales team and help drive Lokalise's growth across one of our most commercially significant segments. The customers you'll engage span a broad range of industries across EMEA — from high-growth tech companies and digital-native brands to more established businesses undergoing meaningful transformation. These are companies at genuine inflection points: some are taking their first structured steps into localisation, moving away from fragmented, agency-reliant processes; others are further along, looking to consolidate tooling, automate workflows end-to-end, and unlock the full potential of AI-assisted translation at scale. AI is increasingly at the centre of these conversations. Prospects want to understand how intelligent automation can accelerate time-to-market, reduce manual review cycles, and enable their teams to scale content globally without scaling headcount — and you'll be equipped to lead those conversations with real credibility, backed by a platform that is purpose-built for this moment in the industry. Reporting into EMEA Sales leadership, you'll own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, collaborating closely with Sales Development, Marketing, and Customer Success to position Lokalise as a trusted, long-term partner for growth. What You Will Do Manage the full sales cycle: From prospecting and identifying qualified leads to delivering compelling product demonstrations, navigating proof-of-concept processes, and negotiating contracts. Engage prospects: Position and articulate Lokalise's value proposition to key decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their business needs and objectives. Build a robust pipeline: Commit to daily targeted outbound prospecting to consistently maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey and tailor solutions to prospect needs. Exceed sales targets : Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas while driving long-term relationships with customers. Track and report sales activities: Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce and provide accurate forecasting and account planning. Stay informed : Continuously educate yourself on Lokalise's products, the localisation industry, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions. What You Must Have Proven sales experience: 3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably managing complex sales cycles with mid-market and enterprise clients. Track record of success: Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding quotas and closing new business. Outbound prospecting and pipeline generation: Proven ability to proactively identify and engage target accounts, generate your own pipeline through outbound outreach, and turn cold prospects into qualified opportunities. You're comfortable taking ownership of prospecting rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or SDR-generated pipeline. Experience selling to Marketing teams: A track record of selling SaaS solutions to Marketing audiences. Given the technical complexity of our product, experience engaging with technical stakeholders and navigating product-focused conversations is also a plus. Sales methodology expertise: Familiarity with methodologies like SPICED, MEDDIC, or similar frameworks. Strong communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders. Technical aptitude: Comfortable with tools like Salesforce, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and able to quickly learn new technologies. Resilient and proactive mindset: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is motivated to drive urgency and outcomes. It's a Plus If You Have Experience selling localisation or translation management solutions. Knowledge of the SaaS market and a strong grasp of B2B sales processes. Familiarity with outbound sales tools such as Outreach or Salesloft. Experience working with distributed or remote teams. Our Benefits 💰 Competitive salary and employee stock options. 🌍 Fully remote setup with flexible working hours. 🏢 Co-working budget — for those days you want a change from your home office. 🌴 Flexible vacation policy to recharge when you need to. 🖥️ Home office setup budget — monitor, desk, ergonomics, whatever helps you do your best work. 📚 Learning & development budget to grow your skills and career. 🏥 Health insurance to keep you covered. 🧘 Wellness allowance to support your mental and physical well-being. 🤝 Great startup culture — remote but close-knit, with regular retreats and social events to stay connected. Senior Account Executive - Americas
HopaeRemote (Fully Remote)7 days ago

🌍 About Hopae At Hopae , we're building the world's most trusted digital identity platform — private, secure, and built for real life. We believe identity should be in your control — not locked behind outdated systems or centralized gatekeepers. Our product, Hopae Connect, lets businesses verify real people across borders through a single API — no need to build country-by-country integrations themselves. Our technology powers instant, privacy-first verification across fintech, credentials, supply chain, and gaming — for IDV providers, e-signature platforms, and enterprises who need identity to just work, everywhere. Backed by top global investors, Hopae operates across Seoul, Paris, Luxembourg, and San Francisco , bringing together exceptional talent from over 10 nationalities. We move fast, think globally, and build products that define the future of identity. 💡 Why You'll Love It Here Global DNA: Work with exceptional peers across Seoul, Paris, and San Francisco High Impact: Build technology shaping the global trust and identity landscape Ownership Culture: No micromanagement — full trust, full accountability Elite Standards: Work fast, learn fast, and grow with world-class peers Inclusive & Respectful: 10+ nationalities, diverse perspectives, one vision Growth Mindset: Access mentorship, leadership visibility, and continuous learning This position is open only for candidates based in the US & LATAM 🎯 What You'll Do The Americas is where Hopae's next wave of growth gets built. The US, Brazil, Mexico and Argentina are live on Hopae Connect, and demand is coming from three directions at once: IDV providers adding government eID coverage, eSignature platforms facing new compliance deadlines, and regulated industries that need to verify real people across borders. As Senior Account Executive, Americas, you own that territory end to end. You are accountable to revenue, not activity. • Own the full cycle . First conversation to signed contract: qualification, technical discovery, commercial structuring, negotiation, and close. No handoffs to hide behind. • Sell across all three of our buyer types. IDV's, eSignature providers, and medium to large regulated industry players. You will learn to move between a platform integration conversation and a bank compliance conversation in the same week. • Sell the recurring motion, not just the one-time check. Our strongest accounts use eID verification for ongoing login and session assurance, not a single onboarding event. Building that story into every deal is a core part of the job. • Work direct and through resellers . A meaningful share of Americas revenue arrives through resellers whose own customers are the real relying party. You will also sell directly to large platform companies that need ID verification in many countries. (banks, casinos, crypto, ride share, etc.) • Partner with BDR and Marketing on pipeline . You will inherit a researched target list and a BDR to work with, and you are expected to self-source alongside it. • Run a credible technical sale . Work directly with Engineering and Product on integration scoping, sandbox evaluations, and production testing, so deals close on substance rather than enthusiasm. • Keep the forecast honest. Clean HubSpot hygiene, real stage discipline, and a number you stand behind. We would rather hear bad news early than good news that does not land. • Be the voice of the Americas internally. Which countries, rails and use cases you keep hearing about should shape what Hopae builds and where it goes next. 🧠 Who You Are • Experience: 6 to 8 years in B2B SaaS or API and infrastructure sales, with at least 3 years carrying a full-cycle quota on complex, multi-stakeholder deals. You have closed deals where legal, security and compliance all had a veto. • Market: Background in identity, KYC and AML, payments, fintech infrastructure, or reg tech. You understand why verifying a person in Brazil is a different problem from verifying one in Denmark. • Technical Credibility: Comfortable with API-first products. You can read documentation, run a discovery call with engineers in the room, and scope an integration without needing a solutions engineer on every call. • Territory & Language: Based in the Americas, with real coverage experience across the US and Latin America. Fluent in English is required; Spanish and/or Portuguese are a significant advantage for the LatAm side of the territory, but not required. • Commercial Range: Equally at home selling direct to an enterprise and selling through a reseller or platform partner, including deals where your customer's customer is the one who actually needs the verification. • How You Work: Outcome-driven and self-directed. You set your own targets based on quota, hold yourself to them, and operate well across time zones in an async, global team. • Bonus: Experience with LatAm identity rails (INE, CPF, CNH, RENAPER), regulated-industry selling, or the eIDAS 2.0 and EUDI Wallet landscape. ⚡️ Fast Facts 💰 $13.5M+ raised from top global investors 📦 2.6M+ downloads of our sd-jwt-js library 🌍 10+ nationalities across 3 hubs 🔬 82 eID research projects completed 🌐 3 projects accepted into the OpenWallet Foundation 🎁 Benefits & Culture Unlimited PTO Remote-friendly work model Real ownership from Day 1 High-impact, global product Multicultural, respectful team 🧭 Interview Process Recruiter Intro Call (30 min) – Get to know Hopae Functional or Technical Interview (45 min) – Dive into your skills Culture Fit Conversation (45 min) – Collaboration & alignment Offer 🎉 Note: The process may vary slightly depending on the role.
