GitLab is the intelligent orchestration platform for DevSecOps. GitLab enables organizations to increase developer productivity, improve operational efficiency, reduce security and compliance risk, and accelerate digital transformation. More than 50 million registered users and more than 50% of the Fortune 100 trust GitLab to ship better, more secure software faster. The same principles built into our products are reflected in how our team works: we embrace AI as a core productivity multiplier, with all team members expected to incorporate AI into their daily workflows to drive efficiency, innovation, and impact. GitLab is where careers accelerate, innovation flourishes, and every voice is valued. Our high-performance culture is driven by our values and continuous knowledge exchange, enabling our team members to reach their full potential while collaborating with industry leaders to solve complex problems. Co-create the future with us as we build technology that transforms how the world develops software. Fortune 500® is a registered trademark of Fortune Media IP Limited, used under license. Claim based on GitLab data. Fortune 100 refers to the top 20% ranked companies in the 2025 Fortune 500 list, published in June 2025. Fortune and Fortune Media IP Limited are not affiliated with, and do not endorse products or services of GitLab. An overview of this role As the Corporate Development Director, you'll help influence how GitLab invests to win: what we build, what we buy, where we partner, and what we should not pursue. This role sits within the Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team, reporting to the VP, Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships. This role straddles strategy and M&A engagements. You'll lead research that frames GitLab's options: mapping the markets in and around our AI-powered DevSecOps platform, testing where we have a right to win, and turning that into clear recommendations for the executive team. When the answer is to acquire, you'll drive the deal process end to end, from outreach through close and integration. Success here is not measured by deal count. It looks like sharper strategic choices: a well-reasoned point of view on our priority markets, investment theses that product and executive leaders rely on, acquisitions that speed up the roadmap when buying is the right answer, and an educated no when it isn't. You'll own the wider market perspective rather than individual product categories, and work with the team's Analyst on the research behind it. What you'll do Strategy and research Own the wider market view. Research the broader market GitLab competes in, beyond specific product categories: competitive dynamics, AI-native entrants, technology shifts and where value is moving. Collaborate with the team's Analyst on the research and turn the findings into a clear point of view on where GitLab should play. Build an investment thesis for each focus area. Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define the problems worth solving, the capabilities GitLab needs, and what it would cost in time and money to get there on our own. Own the competitive and landscape view. Maintain market maps and a current read on GitLab's competitors: their strategy, product direction, positioning, pricing, and M&A and funding activity. Produce competitor analyses that show where we lead, where we're exposed and how rivals are likely to move. Flag shifts by competitors, hyperscalers and AI labs that change our options, and bring the implications to Product and the executive team. Define where GitLab should not play. Identify adjacencies that dilute focus and markets where the economics or competition work against us. Make the case for a no with the same rigor as a yes. Build, buy or partner Run the build, buy, partner analysis. For each strategic gap, compare the options side by side on speed, cost, risk, control and strategic fit, and bring a clear recommendation. Deliver strategic clarity to executives and the Board. Produce short strategy memos/decks and business cases that set out the decision, the trade-offs and what we give up with each path. Feed company strategy and planning. Bring an outside-in view of the market and the inorganic options available into annual and long-range planning. Work hand in hand with Strategic Partnerships. When partnering is the right answer, frame the opportunity and hand it to the partnership owner with a clear thesis. When it isn't, explain why. Deal execution and integration Own end-to-end deal process management. Validate target fit against GitLab's our target profile, product roadmap and other criteria, and build the acquisition rationale and business case. Drive our M&A process from intro call through the various steps through to closing and integration. Evaluate the deal. Develop valuation, commercial integrity assessment, impact on GitLab's business and provide negotiations assistance to the VP and the executive team. Lead cross-functional diligence. Run pre-LOI validation and diligence across Product, Engineering, Security, Finance, Legal and People, and communicate findings clearly. Drive deal documents with Legal. Prepare NDAs, LOIs and purchase agreements with GitLab Legal and outside counsel. Own integration outcomes. Lead post-acquisition integration as the DRI, measured against the roadmap and business goals in the business case. Bring lessons learned back into the strategy work. Build the external network. Maintain relationships with founders, executives, investors, bankers and advisors that bring us early insight and pipeline. What you'll bring Strategy and deal experience. 8+ years across corporate development, corporate strategy, strategy consulting or technology investing, including 5+ years leading acquisitions end to end in enterprise software. Structured strategic thinking. You form a point of view from incomplete information, test it against data, and change your mind when the evidence says so. You're as comfortable recommending that we stay out of a market as that we enter it. Market research depth. Skilled in market sizing, competitive analysis and landscape mapping, and in turning research into a recommendation, not a report. Deal craft. Skilled in valuation, financial modeling, deal structuring, negotiation and integration planning, with experience across varied consideration structures. Technical fluency. A working understanding of software development, DevSecOps and the AI landscape, enough to hold substantive conversations with product and engineering leaders about roadmaps and architecture. Clear executive communication. You write short, decision-ready updates and present trade-offs plainly to executives and the Board, in an async-first environment. Influence without authority. You build trust across Product, Engineering, Finance and Legal and move decisions forward across functions. Ownership with collaboration. You own the strategic view and the recommendation, and partner closely with the team's Analyst on research and analysis. Preferred: familiarity with the DevSecOps, security, AI and open source ecosystems. You value the all remote lifestyle and share our values . About the team The Corporate Development & Strategic Partnerships team helps GitLab decide how to grow beyond what we build on our own. We own inorganic strategy: acquisitions, strategic partnerships with hyperscalers and AI labs, and the research that tells us which to pursue and which to pass on. We work across Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal and the executive group. We set direction and do the detailed work ourselves, with a high degree of ownership and transparency in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. How GitLab Supports Full-Time Employees Benefits to support your health, finances, and well-being Flexible Paid Time Off Team Member Resource Groups Equity Compensation & Employee Stock Purchase Plan Growth and Development Fund Parental Leave Please note that we welcome interest from candidates with varying levels of experience; many successful candidates do not meet every single requirement. Additionally, studies have shown that people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply to a job unless they meet every single qualification. If you're excited about this role, please apply and allow our recruiters to assess your application. Country Hiring Guidelines: GitLab hires new team members in countries around the world. All of our roles are remote, however some roles may carry specific location-based eligibility requirements. Senior Recruiter | GTM Expansion
Full TimeOn-siteSenior$92,000 - $92,000 / Year

About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $275B in annualized spend flows in and out of 85,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you've built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 7.5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role At Ramp, people are the single biggest lever on our trajectory, and the bar for who joins this team gets higher every quarter, not lower. We are hiring our first dedicated Recruiter for GTM Expansion, based in London: someone who can map a market, identify the operators who will outperform their peers and run a full-cycle process that wins them. The UK is the immediate mandate. You will partner with local and US-based leaders to turn an ambitious growth plan into a real commercial team, from first conversation through offer close. You will also help us build the recruiting approach, market knowledge and candidate networks that support Ramp's expansion into new GTM markets over time. The recruiters who do this best combine craft on the front end, research, identification and calibration, with execution on the back end, closing, candidate experience and pipeline discipline. We are looking for both. What You'll Do • Own full-cycle recruiting for priority GTM Expansion hiring, starting with UK roles across Sales, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships and Customer Success. • Build a sharp point of view on the UK market and future expansion markets: the companies producing strong talent, the people who outperform their peers and the communities that matter. • Use research, data and AI as part of your everyday craft to identify and qualify exceptional candidates. We expect a written market point of view, not just a slate of profiles. • Run thoughtful, personalised outreach grounded in the candidate's actual background, commercial motion or recent work. We care more about quality, replies and conversion than send volume. • Partner with GTM leaders to turn ambitious hiring plans into a clear profile, credible process and realistic compensation strategy. Surface hard market truth early and push back constructively when needed. • Own the candidate experience from first conversation through offer close: fast follow-up, clear communication, strong process discipline and a tailored closing plan for the candidates we most want. • Build real presence for Ramp in London through the right relationships, referrals and targeted community activity. The point is pipeline and credibility, not events for their own sake. • Work tightly with the wider GTM Recruiting team on calibration, sourcing support, insight and operating rhythm, while bringing strong local judgment. • Help improve how Ramp recruits for expansion by capturing what works in the UK and applying it thoughtfully as we enter new markets. What You Need • 5+ years of full-cycle GTM or Sales recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth technology company where quality and pace both mattered. • Strong knowledge of the UK technology talent market and a credible local network, or clear evidence that you can build one quickly. • A track record of finding and closing exceptional people, not simply running inherited processes. You can point to candidates you identified who became strong hires. • Excellent sourcing and research instincts. You can explain why someone is genuinely differentiated, not only that they have the right title at the right company. • Experience hiring across several GTM functions, such as AEs, Sales Leadership, Solutions Consulting, Partnerships, Customer Success or RevOps. • Strong candidate-closing judgment. You listen closely, understand what each candidate is weighing and can build conviction against serious alternatives. • The confidence to influence senior leaders, challenge a mis-scoped search and make a hiring process better without creating unnecessary friction. • Comfort using data to understand funnel health, diagnose problems and hold an honest conversation about what needs to change. • High ownership. You book the next step while you have the candidate, chase what is stuck and do not wait for a detailed brief to get useful work moving. • Specific, sharp written communication. Your outreach and candidate updates should never feel template-driven. Nice to Have • Experience recruiting for a fintech, SaaS, infrastructure or similarly complex B2B product. • Experience joining a company as the first recruiter in a new geography, or helping to scale an international business. • Experience building an AI-augmented recruiting research workflow. Why this Role You will have unusual ownership over one of Ramp's most important growth priorities, with the support of an established Talent team rather than the isolation of a one-person recruiting function. The work is practical and high impact: build the UK commercial team, help leaders make better hiring decisions and raise the bar for how Ramp recruits as it enters new markets. About Kyra Kyra is an enterprise influencer marketing platform working with brands like SharkNinja, Coach, H&M, Ray-Ban, and Converse. Our platform manages the full lifecycle — creator discovery, campaign management, content review, payments, analytics, and AI-powered intelligence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. About the role Paid amplification is how our creator work reaches beyond organic. This role sits alongside our Director of Paid Strategy and owns the performance of paid campaigns across our client portfolio — planning them, running them, and being the person in the room who can explain what the numbers mean. rmachine learninghydraulicsmechanical engineeringmanufacturingchemical engineering+9

WHO WE ARE Proxima Fusion is Europe's fastest-growing fusion company and the continent's best-funded fusion player, as well as the first spin-out from the Max Planck Institute for Plasma Physics (IPP). Backed by over €650M and powered by a growing team across Munich, Zurich, and Oxford, we are developing the hardware and infrastructure needed to deliver the world's first commercial stellarator fusion power plant. Our concept advances the most mature fusion technology out there, the Wendelstein 7-X stellarator, through two next-generation machines: Alpha and Stellaris. Our work combines stellarator optimization, advanced computation, machine learning, and high-temperature superconducting magnets to unlock higher-performance designs that were previously out of reach. Turning these designs into a functioning fusion power plant requires excellence and ownership across every discipline, from physics and engineering to software, manufacturing, law, and business functions. TEAM AND ROLE Shape the architecture of the world's first commercial fusion power plant – Own system-level decisions that determine how a first-of-a-kind energy technology is designed, integrated, and ultimately deployed at scale. Solve some of the most complex engineering challenges in industry – Work across tightly coupled disciplines (plasma physics, magnets, cryogenics, manufacturing, controls, and more) to resolve critical trade-offs and turn cutting-edge science into a functioning product. Build real hardware with a pragmatic, fast-moving team from all over the world – Combine advanced simulation and systems thinking with a strong execution mindset, focusing on practical engineering solutions that accelerate the path to commercial fusion energy. WHY JOIN PROXIMA FUSION You will get to work on some of the most complex tech challenges to bring abundant, safe, clean energy to the world. You'll get to join and learn from an exceptional selection of accomplished and driven individuals. Do your life's best work and enjoy the journey. Get to show that big things are possible in Europe when you assemble the best talent. YOUR IMPACT As Lead R&D Engineer for the Stellaris tritium-breeding blanket, you will build and lead Proxima Fusion's blanket development from initial concept to first prototype tests. You will translate a defined R&D budget into a small set of parallel breeder-blanket concepts, developed rapidly with external research and industrial partners. Remote maintainability is a fundamental part of the blanket architecture from day one. Each concept must be thought with the power plant architecture in mind and demonstrate how blanket modules can be installed, connected, inspected, replaced and recovered remotely. The objective is to leverage existing public research, challenge the most consequential assumptions, learn from hardware quickly and iterate to a functional blanket concept for our future commercial plant fleet. WHAT YOU WILL DO Own the blanket design from initial requirements through conceptual design, prototype manufacture and testing, with accountability for budget, schedule and technical outcomes. Own the integrated remote-maintenance architecture for each concept, including segmentation, access, handling, service connections, inspection, replacement and recovery from failed operations. Own the compliance analysis across neutronics, thermal hydraulics, structural integrity, materials, tritium, decommissioning, safety and remote maintenance. Own the rapid fail-fast prototype: select what to test and lead its design, procurement, manufacture, instrumentation, commissioning and test campaign on ambitious timelines. Own the translation of test results into updated models, requirements, risk assessments and design decisions. Own and build the multidisciplinary, technical design team. WHO YOU ARE A Master's degree or higher in mechanical engineering, nuclear engineering, materials science, chemical engineering, physics or equivalent experience. Have led the development of complex nuclear, thermal, chemical or energy technology from conceptual design into hardware and testing, under budget and time constraints. Able to lead multidisciplinary trade studies without converging prematurely on a preferred solution. Strong knowledge in several relevant domains, such as thermal hydraulics, structural mechanics, neutronics, nuclear materials, tritium systems, high-temperature coolants, corrosion, manufacturing or remote handling. Able to distinguish between analysis that enables a decision and analysis that merely adds detail. Comfortable structuring and managing technical work with external institutes, industrial partners and specialist suppliers. Willing to test critical assumptions early, learn from failure and stop weak development paths. Able to make clear and defensible engineering decisions under uncertainty. Experience with fusion blankets, fission-reactor components, breeder materials, tritium systems or remotely maintained nuclear equipment are an advantage, but are explicitly not necessary. INTERVIEW PROCESS Recruiter Interview (30-60 min) Technical Screening (30 min) Technical Panel (3x60 min) At Proxima Fusion, our mission is bold: making limitless clean energy a reality. To get there, we need a high-performing, diverse team that brings different perspectives, challenges assumptions, and builds together with purpose. We know that diversity of thought and experience leads to better ideas, stronger execution, and a more resilient team. We don't look at how you identify, what you look like, who you choose to worship or what ethnicity you are. We care about what you can bring to the table. Support Trainer - EMEA
Full TimeOn-siteMid$64,000 - $64,000 / Year
gosnowflakefacilitationcoachingcustomer successrecruiting+3

Hello! I'm Allie, Head of Support at Ashby. 👋 As our team has grown, one of the keys to providing exceptional Support is ensuring every new hire can hit the ground running on a product with a lot of depth and nuance. Helping someone move from "just joined" to confidently helping customers takes exceptional care. We pride ourselves on delivering an onboarding experience that helps each person who joins our team be successful and, in turn, help our customers be successful. Our onboarding program has given new hires a strong foundation. As the team continues to scale and the product keeps evolving, we know there's more to build. That's why we're looking for one Support Trainer in AMER and one in EMEA to partner with our Training Lead and help take onboarding and ongoing training to the next level. This role goes beyond running sessions off an existing curriculum. We're looking for someone who can dig into what's working, spot where new hires are still struggling to get up to speed, and turn that insight into better materials and better training. You'll partner closely with our Training Lead to deliver onboarding day to day, while also helping evolve the program as our product and team continue to grow. If you're energized by joining a strong program and pushing it further, love making complex product knowledge click for new learners, and want to stay close to frontline Support work, this might be the role for you. About This Role As the Support Trainer, you'll design, develop, and deliver the training programs that enable the Support team to provide exceptional service. You'll work closely with Support team members and cross-functional partners to build training materials, assess where the team needs support, and ensure everyone stays current on product knowledge and best practices as we grow. Since this function is central to how our team scales, you'll have the opportunity to build on a strong foundation, strengthen how we onboard and continuously develop our team, and create a culture where growth and knowledge-sharing are part of everyday work. What You'll Own Training Program Design and Delivery Deliver and further develop training programs for new Support hires and ongoing team development, covering product knowledge, Support processes, internal tools, and talent acquisition-related processes. Facilitate workshops, one-on-one coaching, and asynchronous learning sessions to help new team members provide a high-quality customer experience. Create clear, engaging, and comprehensive training materials, including guides, videos, and tutorials. Measuring and Improving Training Collaborate with Support Leadership to assess training needs and create customized learning experiences. Continuously update training materials based on product updates, new features, and feedback from the team. Track the progress of trainees and provide feedback to support continuous improvement. Use trainee-progress and performance data to measure the effectiveness of training initiatives, connect changes to outcomes such as ramp speed, CSAT, and QA scores, and refine the program as needed. Staying Close to Support Regularly spend time handling Support tickets to maintain continued familiarity with processes and workflows. Use firsthand experience with the work to keep training grounded in what the job actually requires. Role Requirements Proven experience designing or delivering training programs within a Support or Customer Success organization, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment. Meaningful experience working in Support or another customer-facing technical function. Experience building onboarding programs, facilitating workshops, and coaching individuals through skill development. Ability to connect training outcomes to real performance and customer experience improvements, not just completion rates. Strong ability to translate complex or technical information into clear, engaging, and digestible learning materials. Analytical mindset for identifying skill gaps, spotting trends in performance, and iterating on programs over time. Comfort working in ambiguity and building structure and process where none exists. Passionate about customer experience and the role well-trained Support teams play in creating trust and loyalty. Skilled at delivering constructive, actionable feedback and coaching people toward growth. Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners across different styles and experience levels. You Should Apply If: You're excited about iterating on a strong program foundation and thinking creatively about enabling Support on highly technical topics. You thrive on turning complex product and process knowledge into training that's clear, practical, and engaging. You want to stay close to the frontline work you're training people to do, not just design programs from a distance. You're data-driven and want to tie training effectiveness to real performance and customer outcomes. You love coaching people and watching them grow into confident, capable support professionals. You May Not Want to Apply If: You'd rather focus solely on individual coaching than program design and materials development. You prefer not to spend regular time handling Support tickets to stay connected to the work. You're not interested in balancing program-building with hands-on training delivery. You're uncomfortable iterating on training programs based on feedback and changing product needs. About Ashby Ashby builds a suite of products that helps talent leaders, recruiters, and hiring managers run their hiring process significantly better.
