Enterprise Account Executive - Payments
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
gocompliancecompliancesalesoutboundcustomer support+2

At Breeze, we're building the AI-powered infrastructure layer for global commerce, making it radically simpler for businesses to sell, get paid, and operate across markets. We go far beyond traditional payment processing. Breeze combines global payments, AI, stablecoins, and a Merchant of Record-like model to take on the complexity businesses typically manage themselves, including compliance, risk, fraud, chargebacks, reconciliation, and customer support. Our goal is simple: let businesses focus on building and selling great products while Breeze handles the complexity behind getting paid. Backed by Sequoia Capital , Multicoin Capital , and The Chainsmokers , Breeze is a successful, rapidly growing, and exceptionally well-capitalized company. We have the runway to think long term while remaining early enough that every person joining today can have a meaningful impact on what we build. We're looking for a Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to turn complex opportunities into meaningful revenue and wants to play a key role in Breeze's next stage of growth. This is an opportunity to help build out our EU Sales team. This is an individual contributor role responsible for a quota. You'll own the sales cycle from first conversation through close, building relationships with high-value prospects, breaking into strategic accounts, and helping companies rethink how they move money. This is a role with real ownership and plenty of room to make your mark. You'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline, shape your approach, and work closely with Product and Marketing to influence how we go to market. We're looking for someone with sharp commercial instincts who can build trust quickly, navigate complex deals, and create a compelling reason for customers to choose Breeze. If you're a builder and a closer who loves opening doors, winning meaningful business, and helping scale an ambitious fintech, we'd love to meet you. This role will be hybrid in our Amsterdam office once finalized. What You'll Do Own the full sales cycle from strategic prospecting through close, building pipeline and winning high-value business across the US Break into key accounts through thoughtful outbound strategies that engage the right decision-makers and create new opportunities Turn customer challenges into compelling solutions, tailoring your pitch and positioning Breeze's value to each prospect's business Build the case for change, creating urgency, challenging incumbents, and showing prospects why Breeze is the better choice Help shape how Breeze wins, bringing customer and market insights back to Product and Marketing to sharpen our GTM strategy and influence what we build next What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 7+ years of B2B closing experience, ideally across payments, fintech, gaming, or related technology sectors A proven closer with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and winning complex, high-value mid-market or enterprise deals A strategic seller who can navigate multiple stakeholders, build compelling business cases, create urgency, negotiate effectively, and close at the executive level An exceptional communicator who builds trust quickly and can turn complex solutions into clear, tailored, and compelling pitches A self-starter with startup grit who takes ownership, moves quickly, and adapts as priorities and opportunities evolve Our Compensation Philosophy! We believe compensation should be fair, competitive, consistent, and transparent. We benchmark compensation against the market and establish thoughtful bands for each role, with compensation reflecting experience, skills, location, role scope, and expected impact. We don't believe pay should primarily depend on how aggressively someone negotiates. Eligible employees receive meaningful equity, so the people building Breeze can participate in the long-term value they help create. Benefits & Perks PTO: 21 days, plus applicable company holidays. Equity: Meaningful ownership in the company you're helping build. Equipment: A new MacBook Air and whatever else you need to do your best work. Office & education allowance: An annual budget for your workspace, tools, and professional development. Wellness: A monthly reimbursement to support your well-being. Annual global offsite: We bring the global Breeze team together every year. Previous destinations include Bali and Singapore, with Japan coming next. Breeze is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants and employees without regard to race, color, religion or creed, national origin, ancestry, citizenship or immigration status, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity or expression, age, marital or partnership status, caregiver status, disability, genetic information, military or veteran status, height or weight, sexual and reproductive health decisions, status as a victim of domestic violence, sexual violence, or stalking, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. Breeze considers qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the New York City Fair Chance Act, where applicable. Why Join Breeze Make an outsized impact: We're successful and still early, with meaningful traction and strong financial foundations. Lean teams, few layers, and direct access to decision-makers mean you'll have real ownership and the autonomy to make things happen. Solve hard, meaningful problems: Work at the intersection of AI, payments, stablecoins, risk, compliance, financial infrastructure, and global commerce as we build an intelligent infrastructure layer that goes far beyond payments. Build AI-first: AI isn't an add-on. It's central to how we're building our products and how our teams operate. You'll experiment with new tools, automate the repetitive, and continuously rethink how to work smarter. Work with an exceptional team: Join ambitious, curious, low-ego people who move quickly, hold a high bar, and care deeply about what they build. Grow with Breeze: As Breeze grows, strong performers can quickly expand their scope and take on bigger problems. Build for the long term: Backed by Sequoia Capital, Multicoin Capital, and The Chainsmokers, we're exceptionally well-capitalized with the runway to think big. In-Office Expectations Employees based in our New York City, NY office follow a hybrid work model and are expected to work from the office three days per week . Employees based in our Singapore office are expected to work on-site five days per week . In-office expectations may vary slightly depending on role, team, and business needs. Certain roles that require closer cross-functional collaboration or operational support may have additional requirements, which will be discussed during the interview process. Our approach is designed to support meaningful in-person collaboration, team building, and real-time decision-making while providing flexibility where applicable. We believe this structure enables strong execution, close collaboration, and effective teamwork across our global offices. Come Build With Us! We offer a rare combination: the ownership and speed of an early-stage company with the traction, backing, and financial foundations of a successful business. We're building at the convergence of AI, payments, stablecoins, financial infrastructure, and global commerce. The opportunity is much bigger than building another payment processor. We're building the intelligent infrastructure layer for global commerce, and there's still an enormous amount left to build. If you want meaningful ownership, hard problems, exceptional teammates, and the opportunity to help define what comes next, we'd love to hear from you! Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

Kinsol Timber SystemsMill Bay, Canada4 hours ago

*Project Manager ? Mass Timber Installation* Kinsol Timber Systems is a Vancouver Island & Oregon based company that erects and installs heavy and mass timber structures across North America. We work from an office in the Cowichan Valley, on projects that take us across Canada and the United States. Our team is high performing and genuinely professional, and we laugh a lot while we're at it. Both of those things matter to us, and we'd like the next person through the door to fit that. *The role* We're looking for a Project Manager to take mass timber installation projects from award through closeout. You'll own scope, schedule, and budget on fixed price contracts, and you'll be the person our clients call. Day to day that means building and maintaining the execution plan and schedule, tracking expenses, performance management, and billing against a rolling forecast, negotiating and administering contracts and change orders, coordinating procurement, and keeping architects, engineers, general contractors, and our own crews pointed in the same direction. You'll be responsible for seeing risk before it becomes a problem and dealing with it early, for holding the line on quality and safety, and for reporting progress in real-time. You see problems as opportunities, and propose solutions to those problems when escalating. When a job wraps, you'll run the post-mortem and make sure what we learned shows up on the next on. Expect occasional travel. Our projects are spread across two countries, and your ability to visit a job site is part of the job. *What we're looking for* You've managed construction projects for at least five years, ideally on the subcontractor side, and you can point to large-scale work you brought in on scope, schedule, and budget. You understand how baselines work and why change management is where projects are won or lost. You communicate clearly with everyone from a crane operator to an owner's rep, and you're comfortable negotiating. You also know when to dig into the details, and when to delegate them. Mass timber or structural steel experience is a significant asset. If you don't have it but you have a real grasp of the materials and the installation methods, we're interested. A degree in construction management or engineering is welcome, as is a PMP, though neither is a hard requirement. Working knowledge of scheduling software, Excel, and Financial ERP?s is expected. You'll need to be able to travel to the US as a business visitor on occasion. *What we offer* * Competitive salary ($95K-$115K) and a full benefits package * Bonus structure on a sliding scale, calculated as a percentage of base salary relative to organizational net earnings * Group RRSP with employer matching * Professional development, with a yearly educational allowance, and real room to grow as the company does * Innovative, sustainable projects and a collaborative team that supports each other *To apply* Send your resume and cover letter through here or to tyler@kinsoltimber.com. Ask for a Job Description if that?s important for you to review. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to apply, and we'll be in touch with those selected for an interview. Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Flexible schedule * Paid time off * Profit sharing * RRSP match Work Location: In person

In what language should I apply? English. Please include your CV and Master's degree transcript or any other relevant test scores (e.g., GMAT) What are the long-term opportunities after the program? This program is a fast track into a high-impact career at Picnic, it's an entry point for a long-term future, not a two-year stopover. Career paths here are as varied as the people on them. Some grow vertically, building deep expertise and a team around them as their project expands. Others move laterally - from Commercial to Fulfilment, Distribution to Customer, or wherever their strengths and ambitions take them. What they share is real ownership, real impact, and a career they shaped themselves. Find Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

In a nutshell What's it like to manage the commercial engine of Europe's fastest-growing online supermarket? At Picnic, we don't just buy products - we redefine how food reaches millions of homes by building smarter assortments, negotiating hard with global brands, and launching our own Private Label lines. 🥑🥐🍎 As part of our Category Management - Future Leaders Graduate Program , you'll take full end-to-end commercial ownership from day one. You'll sit at the intersection of quantitative analysis, supplier negotiations, and product strategy. What you will actually do This is not a rotation program or an advisory role. You won't just recommend what to sell - you will own the P&L of your category and execute every step yourself: Category Strategy & Improvement Plans: Build and execute clear commercial roadmaps for your category - analyzing performance gaps, setting growth targets, and continually balancing customer experience, gross margin, and long-term category health. Supplier Negotiation: Prepare and lead negotiations that secure the best terms. From initial outreach to signed contracts, you'll own the process end-to-end Data-Driven Assortment Strategy: Dive deep into customer purchase data, elasticity models, and unit economics to prune underperforming SKUs and introduce winning products. Private Label Development :Collaborate on the creation of Picnic's own products - from sustainable packaging and pricing to quality checks and market positioning Margin & Price Execution: Continuously monitor cost changes, inflation impacts, and competitor pricing to protect margins while keeping Picnic unbeatable on price. Cross-Functional Rigor: Partner with supply chain, design, and analytics teams to align commercial goals with operational excellence. Your superpowers We set a high bar. We look for top-tier candidates who combine sharp quantitative thinking with a natural commercial drive and zero hesitation to pick up the phone and negotiate. Finishing (or recently finished) an Msc in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Supply Chain, Food Retail, or a related field (0–1 year of full-time work experience) Practical experience gained via internships, student organizations, or extracurricular activities is mandatory - in fast-moving, high-intensity environments Comfortable working with complex data to drive tangible business outcomes, whether that's uncovering growth levers or building a winning negotiation strategy. You enjoy negotiating . You hold your ground with experienced suppliers, build long-term value, and back up your positions with hard data. You don't hand off contract administration, cost recalculations, or SKU setups to someone else - you execute every detail of your strategy yourself . You constantly ask "Why does this product cost X to produce?" and "Why are we not carrying category Y?" Fluent in English (Dutch or German is a strong advantage for local supplier negotiations). Not sure which track fits you best? Choose Category Management if you are driven by products, supplier negotiations, unit economics, and food trends. Choose Strategy if you are driven by app user behavior, digital storefront optimization, and campaign execution. Choose Analytics if you are driven by solving complex business problems, data modeling, and technical implementation.
