01 · Why this role exists Invest in Values. Produce in Freedom. Boost Europe. Behind every megawatt hour our clients save, there are people who make it happen. RIZM helps Europe's largest industrial companies – together around 2% of Europe's total energy demand – make their energy decisions with AI. Our agent RIZMO works as a digital colleague. But the most important colleagues are the ones we haven't found yet. That's your job. We're about 15 people today and growing fast. There is no recruiting playbook yet, no big HR department and no "that's how we've always done it". You'll write the playbook. Not as application admin, but as the person who shapes who RIZM becomes. 02 · Hi, we're Diana and Josh – we'll be working together I'm Diana, 20, I study civil engineering in Münster and I currently run recruiting at RIZM on my own, 20 hours a week. That's not enough for what's ahead of us, which is why we're looking for you. We'll build this together, side by side in our Münster office. Josh, our co-founder & CBO, comes from statistics and risk management and will be your sparring partner whenever you need one – for tricky candidates, for offers and for figuring out who we need next. Got questions before you apply? Just message me on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/diana-pashaian-1637133b2/ 03 · What you'll do Build the team of tomorrow: Design our recruiting from scratch – roles, workflows, tools – and later bring more recruiters and sourcers on board yourself. Find the right people: Track down engineers, energy experts and product people via LinkedIn, Juicebox, universities, communities and your own network. Win people over: Lead first conversations, tell our story convincingly and make sure every candidate feels well looked after – even when it's a no. Make it smart: Automate sequences, screening and reporting with AI instead of maintaining spreadsheets. Steer by numbers: Always know where the funnel gets stuck – and turn the right dials. Get us seen: Shape how RIZM is perceived as an employer – careers page, job ads, events, university partnerships. 04 · What you bring Experience: You've worked in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in startups or tech, and you know how to approach technical profiles. People sense: You spot potential even when it's not on the CV, and you talk to engineers as equals. Tech affinity: You try out new tools, build your own workflows and enjoy making things faster. Builder drive: You don't want to step into ready-made structures – you want to create them, independently, reliably and fast. Background: A degree in psychology, business, HR, social sciences or similar – or a path that prepared you just as well. Languages: Fluent German and English, written and spoken. 05 · What you get Performance counts: Uncapped variable pay plus equity – good work is visible here and rewarded directly. Real ownership: You're the first recruiter. What you build stays. A network that moves you forward: Sparring, mentoring and learning with the networks of our investors Point 9 and Earlybird. Once a year, we get out: A team workation with everyone, including conversations with inspiring guests like Robert Habeck, Kitty Mayo or James Vincent. Stay fit: Urban Sports Club membership. Münster office: You sit right next to our engineering team – the people you'll hire most – and you hear first-hand what makes a great engineer at RIZM. Recruiting thrives on short distances – the best ideas come up at the same table. 06 · How to apply A cover letter is required. Keep it short and answer two questions: Why are you exactly the right fit for RIZM? And what is your biggest achievement in HR or recruiting so far? Golden West Broadcasting has been connecting communities for over 65 years. We are proud to tell local stories on our radio stations and digital news outlets across Western Canada. And together with Homefield, we are proud to help local businesses grow through effective advertising, marketing, and organizational development solutions. We are committed to finding and developing people who share our passion for local communities. We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will help local businesses grow through effective radio and online advertising campaigns. This role includes prospecting for new business, managing existing client relationships, and consulting with businesses to uncover ways Golden West can help them reach their goals. What will you do? Everything you do has one goal: provide an exceptional client experience. To achieve that, you'll: Identify new business opportunities through cold-calling and other outbound sales methods while building and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Conduct discovery meetings to understand the goals and challenges of local businesses. Develop and present advertising plans/marketing plans that align with your clients' objectives. Manage ongoing client relationships by providing campaign updates, insights, and recommendations. Use sales planning tools to manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and achieve your goals. What makes you a great fit? You enjoy a fast-paced environment where every day brings new opportunities. You're self-motivated, take ownership of your work, and don't wait to be told what to do next. You're energized by meeting new people and you naturally build trust with others; you know that the point isn't just being good at pitching or closing deals, it's about building strong relationships and cultivating the type of trust that leads to customers staying with us long-term. You're passionate about helping local businesses grow and succeed. You're comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office, Teams, CRM systems, or other sales tools. This role may not be the right fit if? You don't enjoy the idea of prospecting (cold-calling), networking, or reaching out to potential clients. Sales targets, activity goals, and performance metrics feel overwhelming rather than exciting. You don't enjoy interacting with a tight-knit team and you prefer to work alone. You're looking for "an office job" and enjoy lots of quiet, focus time at your desk. Sure, you?ll have to enter orders and update your sales planner, but the most successful Account Managers thrive on interacting with clients. Why Join Golden West? A diverse team and a large set of resources to help you succeed & hit your monthly targets. A fast-moving, people-first team that prioritizes innovation and agility. Deep commitment to community involvement and giving back. A workplace focused on your growth, with programs like career mapping, regular coaching, employee recognition, and ongoing professional development. Base salary + uncapped commission. Extended health and disability benefits, matched pension plan, and Employee Assistance Plan, paid vacation and sick days ? and your birthday off! Don?t meet every requirement? Studies show that women and people of colour are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. Golden West is committed to providing a fair and equitable work environment and encourages applications from qualified women, men, visible minorities, Indigenous peoples and persons with disabilities. Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Dental care Disability insurance Employee assistance program Extended health care Life insurance Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: Humboldt, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Experience: * b2b sales: 1 year (preferred) Work Loc
