RevOps Manager

RyftpayManchester, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteMid
architectureforecastingcompliancecompliancehubspotcrm+6

About Ryft Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing, allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity. We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform. About The Role We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the RevOps function at Ryft from scratch. This is our first RevOps hire, reporting into [Commercial Director / commercial leadership], and you'll own the entire revenue engine end-to-end — the systems, the data, and the reporting the commercial team runs on. There is no function to inherit. You'll be doing the work as well as designing it: getting HubSpot into a state we can trust, building the forecasting and pipeline visibility leadership needs, and putting the operating rhythm in place that keeps the commercial motion honest. As the team and function grow, this role grows with it. You will... Get the foundations right • Audit and architect the GTM tech stack, establishing HubSpot as the single source of truth for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success • Define the commercial motion end to end — stages, ownership, what moves a deal forward — and the small set of fields it depends on • Make sure leads are picked up and worked, with nothing dropped between inbound and owned pipeline Build visibility and forecasting • Stand up a forecasting process built on pipeline health, accurate enough to plan and raise against • Build the dashboards that give the commercial team and leadership one shared, trusted view of the funnel • Implement attribution models that show leadership what's actually driving pipeline Sharpen how we operate • Put operating cadences in place — the regular reviews that keep the motion honest • Analyse conversion across the funnel, find where deals stall, and fix it through process, tooling or training • Sharpen our view of ideal customer profile so effort concentrates where it converts Extend the data layer • Build and manage the outbound data layer — signal sourcing and enrichment — to operationalise high-performing outbound plays using tools like Clay Cross-functional • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to keep planning, reporting and execution aligned • Feed data-driven insight back into commercial strategy and leadership decisions What we are looking for Experience • 3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops within B2B SaaS, ideally as first or sole operator in a high-growth startup • Hands-on CRM architecture experience — HubSpot expertise strongly preferred • Experience building forecasting, reporting or attribution frameworks from a messy or early-stage starting point • Experience with modern GTM tooling (e.g. Clay) for outbound data and enrichment Skills that will help you succeed • A builder mindset — you want to build the function, not inherit and maintain one • Comfortable being the person in the CRM and the data, not just directing others • Strong analytical communicator who can turn messy datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives • Commercially fluent — you understand pipeline, conversion and the economics of the sales motion • Startup temperament — thrives with ambiguity, ships a usable version early, iterates • Payments or fintech experience is a strong advantage, though builder instinct matters more than sector background Please note these are not all absolute requirements. We value attitude and cultural fit as much as experience, so if you don't match all of the above but are interested in the role, please don't hesitate to apply. Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist

UforceUnited Kingdom | Remote (Fully Remote)yesterday
Full TimeFully RemoteSenior
goaccountingtaxexcelpayrollcompliance+1

UFORCE exists to make aggression unaffordable. Founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, UFORCE is a defence-technology company with operations across Europe, the United States and Asia. UFORCE builds uncrewed vessels, ground robotics and aircraft, autonomy software, and the command-and-control layer that operates them together. Each platform is deployable on its own, and stronger as part of the system. Its product lines include the MAGURA family of uncrewed surface vessels, the NEMESIS family of strike platforms, the LIUT family of ground robotic platforms, and counter-UAS systems. About the Role We're hiring a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist to own payroll processing and compliance for our workforce across the US and Europe. You will be the main contact between the company and our US EOR provider and international payroll advisors (UK, US, Poland, Portugal, Estonia, Germany). For European entities that run payroll locally, you will receive their payroll data, keep one accurate record of who sits on which entity's books, and consolidate it into group-level reporting. You will also own benefits administration, the annual renewal cycle, and pensions in every country where we operate. The job covers more than processing. You will run live payroll cycles accurately and also improve how payroll works: writing SOPs, tightening controls, consolidating reporting, managing providers, and supporting audits. Over time you will reduce our reliance on third-party providers by moving payroll onto our in-house platform in each country where we hold a local entity, including setting up payroll for a separate US entity on its own system ahead of a planned handover to local ownership. You will work closely with People, Finance, payroll providers, benefits brokers, pension providers, and auditors, and you will be the person employees go to for fast, accurate answers on pay, pension, and benefits. The role is UK-based. Responsibilities Run UK and US payroll cycles from start to finish: validate all inputs (new hires, leavers, salary changes, bonuses, commissions, time off), review every payroll register, and coordinate with the US EOR and international payroll advisors. Act as the main contact for European entities that run their own payroll: receive monthly payroll data, reconcile it against HRIS headcount, and keep a single accurate record of who sits on which entity's books. Own statutory filings and tax portal access for UK and US payroll, and produce consolidated group payroll reporting to support month-end close, accruals, reconciliations, and audit. Administer benefits and pension schemes in every country: enrollments, changes, leaver removals, entity transfers, reconciliations to payroll and provider invoices, and the annual renewal cycle with brokers and providers. Move payroll onto our in-house platform in each country where we hold a local entity, covering statutory registration, data migration, parallel running, and cutover. Set up and run payroll for a separate US entity on its own system ahead of a planned handover to local ownership. Build and maintain the payroll operating rhythm (calendars, SOPs, controls, knowledge-base materials) with regular audits across payroll, HRIS, benefits, and provider data. Hold external providers and country contacts to agreed timescales, and resolve discrepancies before they reach an employee's pay. Answer employee questions on pay, pension, and benefits quickly, accurately, and confidentially, against a published response standard. Requirements Must-have: Direct coordination of EOR providers, payroll advisors, or local payroll contacts across multiple countries. You hold providers to deadlines, check their outputs, and consolidate data into a reliable group view. You have owned UK payroll cycles from start to finish, have credible US payroll exposure (direct processing, EOR coordination, or advisor management), and have reconciled payroll against HRIS or entity data across several countries. Benefits and pensions administration experience, including enrollments, leavers, provider invoices, payroll deductions, UK auto-enrollment, member data, and annual renewals. Payroll migration or entity setup experience: you have supported or led a move from an external provider or EOR to in-house processing (statutory registration, data migration, parallel running, cutover, provider exit), or set up payroll for a new entity. You have built payroll systems, processes, controls, calendars, and documentation from scratch or in a very immature environment, and can turn compliance requirements into workflows that hold up under live payroll deadlines. Experience producing payroll reporting for Finance and supporting close, accruals, reconciliations, and audit, with strong documentation and control discipline. Strong vendor coordination: you hold external partners to timelines, challenge discrepancies, and escalate constructively across time zones and jurisdictions. Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills and fluency across payroll, HRIS, benefits, and accounting systems, with close attention to data accuracy. Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field. Proficiency in English required. Nice-to-have: Experience with commission and bonus calculations. Experience running a payroll migration from an external provider to in-house processing yourself. Experience in high-growth, multi-entity, multi-country environments. The nature of combat has changed. Tomorrow's battlefield success depends on autonomy, speed, and adaptability. And UFORCE is ready. Are You? Hands-on proficiency in Python. Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompting and tuning. Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Founder mindset: highly independent, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Why join us? Join a world-class team of engineers and builders. Backed by top investors including a16z, Y Combinator, Base10, Prysm Capital and Eurazeo. Have ownership and autonomy of projects and are encouraged to ship. Comprehensive Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision coverage. Competitive salary + equity in a high-growth startup. Our Operating Principles Extreme Ownership We take full responsibility for our work, outcomes, and team success. No excuses, no blame-shifting — if something needs fixing, we own it and make it better. This means stepping up, even when it's not "your job." If a ball is dropped, we pick it up. If a customer is unhappy, we fix it. If a process is broken, we redesign it. We don't wait for someone else to solve it — we lead with accountability and expect the same from those around us. Craftsmanship Putting care and intention into every task, striving for excellence, and taking deep ownership of the quality and outcome of your work. Craftsmanship means never settling for "just fine." We sweat the details because details compound. Whether it's a product feature, an internal doc, or a sales call — we treat it as a reflection of our standards. We aim to deliver jaw-dropping customer experiences by being curious, meticulous, and proud of what we build — even when nobody's watching. We are "majos" Be friendly & have fun with your coworkers. Always be genuine & honest, but kind. "Majo" is our way of saying: be a good human. Be approachable, helpful, and warm. We're building something ambitious, and it's easier (and more fun) when we enjoy the ride together. We give feedback with kindness, challenge each other with respect, and celebrate wins together without ego. Urgency with Focus Create the highest impact in the shortest amount of time. Move fast, but in the right direction. We operate with speed because time is our most limited resource. But speed without focus is chaos. We prioritize ruthlessly, act decisively, and stay aligned. We aim for high leverage: the biggest results from the simplest, smartest actions. We're running a high-speed marathon — not a sprint with no strategy. Talent Density and Meritocracy Hire only people who can raise the average; 'exceptional performance is the passing grade.' Ability trumps seniority. We believe the best teams are built on talent density — every hire should raise the bar. We reward contribution, not titles or tenure. We give ownership to those who earn it, and we all hold each other to a high standard. A-players want to work with other A-players — that's how we win. First-Principles Thinking Strip a problem to physics-level facts, ignore industry dogma, rebuild the solution from scratch. We don't copy-paste solutions. We go back to basics, ask why things are the way they are, and rebuild from the ground up if needed. This mindset pushes us to innovate, challenge stale assumptions, and move faster than incumbents. It's how we build what others think is impossible. The personal data provided in your application and during the selection process will be processed by Happyrobot, Inc., acting as Data Controller. By sending us your CV, you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of evaluating and selecting you as a candidate for the position. Swarm Aero is redefining air power, building the largest swarming UAV and the most versatile swarming aircraft network in the world. The company is moving quickly to launch the first aircraft designed specifically for swarming, as well as the Command & Control software to mobilize swarms of thousands of heterogeneous autonomous assets and empower human operators to achieve superhuman results. The team has created and exited multiple startups, negotiated defense deals worth billions of dollars, and designed and built 30+ novel aircraft, with aerospace experience from Scaled Composites, Airbus, Archer Aviation, Blue Origin, and Boom Supersonic. The Role Great technology loses to good technology that reaches the customer first. You'll hire the people who make sure ours gets there, and the people who keep the company running while it scales. This seat owns hiring for Mission and defense business development, business operations, finance and accounting, real estate, and marketing. The searches are fewer, but every one of them matters. Many are the first hire in a function: the finance leader who takes us into our next stage, the real estate lead who helps stand up a new facility, the capture and program people who put our aircraft and software in front of the warfighter. We treat them like the high-stakes searches they are. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across Mission, business operations, finance and accounting, real estate, and marketing Recruit defense BD, capture, program, and mission roles with real credibility, and know where those people come from: primes, defense tech startups, the Pentagon, and the operational force Run senior and first-of-kind searches like an executive search partner: map the market, calibrate early, and close hard Be the advisor first-time hiring managers didn't know they needed. Challenge the role when it's wrong and help define what great looks like Build relationships with future leaders before we need them, so the next search starts warm Convince exceptional people who never pictured themselves in defense that this is the most important work they'll ever do You Have [5+] years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including senior or executive-level searches Have recruited in or around defense, government, or national security, and know the difference between BD, capture, and program management Have closed candidates who had other options, including at the leadership level Earn hiring managers' trust by telling them the truth about the market, even when it's not what they want to hear Love range. A controller, a head of marketing, and a defense BD lead in the same week sounds like a good week to you Bonus Points Executive search or agency background paired with in-house startup experience A network in the defense BD, capture, or military community Experience hiring finance, real estate, or marketing leaders at a scaling company Military service or experience recruiting veterans and transitioning service members Why This Seat You'll build the teams that take our technology to the fight, and the teams that keep us standing while we grow. How We Recruit We're a small recruiting team building a defense company that has to win. Here's how we operate, and we hire recruiters who already work this way. The Standard. We know the work deeply. We are not generalists hiding behind job descriptions; we study the engineering, the domain, and the landscape until we can hold a real conversation with a practitioner. Every candidate who talks to us should call it the best recruiting experience of their career, and we each bring our own personality to get there. High touch, never scripted. How We Think. One foot old school, one foot forward: we're obsessive about the fundamentals of recruiting and restless about finding better ways to do it. We play the long game and hire for what someone will do in two and five years, not just next quarter. And we'd rather define the industry standard than follow it. How We Operate. Mission first, always. Speed is a competitive weapon, and we use it. Quality over comfort: we'll have the harder conversation with a hiring manager before we'll make the easy hire. If that reads like a description of how you already work, we want to talk. ITAR requirement To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State. Swarm Aero is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse backgrounds and experiences and make employment decisions without regard to race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, or disability. What We Offer Meaningful equity in a high-growth defense technology company Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, vision, and 401k PTO and paid sick leave Monthly wellness stipend Daily catered lunch (office) Paid parental leave Direct impact on a critical national security mission A world-class team of engineers and operators solving genuinely hard problems Compensation: $130K – $180K • Offers Equity • $130K – $180K • Offers Equity Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Accelerating embodied AGI. The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world: in factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century. MicroAGI is building it. We are a data research and deployment lab. Atlas captures the manual work inside Europe's industrial champions, trains foundation models on it, and deploys the right robot onto the floor, with no teleoperation and no interruption to the line. Shift records how physical work actually happens and turns it into training-ready data. We were founded by former Formula 1 engineers from Red Bull Racing and Mercedes, together with a researcher from the Alan Turing Institute. Our $55M seed round, the largest in German history, was led by Hummingbird with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and redalpine. We are based in Munich, with our research centre in Zürich and teams in London, New York, and Istanbul. We are now building the engineering and research teams that will take Atlas into new industries. Our models learn from data captured in the physical world, by hardware we design and build ourselves. As Electrical Engineer, you will own that hardware end to end, from sensor choice and PCB to firmware, so that the data reaching our ML team is clean, synchronized, and trustworthy. What You Will Do Design, build, and integrate the hardware that captures the data our models learn from: sensors, motion-capture rigs, custom IoT setups, and prototype robots. Own the firmware and embedded-software layer: real-time data collection, multi-sensor sync, calibration, and time-stamping. Spec and select sensors and compute for new hardware projects, balancing physical constraints against downstream ML needs. Work shoulder to shoulder with ML engineers. Your hardware delivers their training data, and bad sensor choices haunt them for months. Prototype fast: bench builds, custom rigs, breadboard to working device in days, not quarters. Requirements Up to 5 years building production-grade hardware or IoT systems. Strong embedded-software skills: C/C++, RTOS, and microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar). Experience integrating sensors: IMUs, cameras, depth sensors, force sensors, or similar. A strong understanding of how hardware decisions affect data quality, especially for EMG/EEG sensing: electrode placement, sample rate, filtering, noise floor, and motion artifacts. You know that a great model on a noisy signal still loses to a decent model on a clean one, and you design accordingly. Comfortable with PCB design and hardware debugging (logic analyzer, oscilloscope), with at least one foot in firmware. Genuinely curious about ML: you read papers, you have trained at least one model end to end, and you understand that dataset quality beats model architecture choice. High agency: you don't wait to be told what to do. You are comfortable in 0-to-1 ambiguity, where the spec is "figure out what the spec should be". Discreet: you handle confidential hardware roadmaps and customer data with care. Fluent in English. German is a plus. Nice to Have A background in robotics, motion capture, or wearable devices. Experience with real-time or hard-deadline systems: audio, video sync, or robotic control loops. Familiarity with ML training pipelines. Even if you don't run them, you can read a training script. Open-source firmware or hardware contributions. Experience scaling from prototype to small-batch production: DFM, vendor management, and certification. Who Will Thrive at MicroAGI Everyone we hire is assessed on the same four traits: Mission and vision: you care about what we are building and why it matters, and your past choices show it. Intensity: you work at a pace that matches the size of the opportunity, and you sustain it. Entrepreneurial: you start things nobody asked for, and you finish them. Raw IQ: you learn fast, reason from first principles, and get sharper when the problem changes. This is for you if: You would rather own a problem end to end than wait for a spec. You use AI every day, and you can tell a correct answer from a plausible one. You want to work in person, in the office, with people who are very good at what they do. This is not for you if: You are looking for a predictable 9-to-5. You would forward output you cannot explain. "That's not my job" feels like a reasonable answer. How We Hire We read every application and reply within five working days. Talent Screen (30 min): a first conversation, both ways. Technical or Functional Interview (60 min): how you think when the problem changes. Your Work (60 min): bring something you are proud of and walk us through it. Leadership (30 min): a conversation with our CEO. Coworking Day (engineering and research roles): a day building with the team on a real problem. Then a decision, usually within a few days. Pay Transparency Compensation includes base salary and equity. The salary range for this role is shown on this posting. What We Offer Agency: real ownership from day one, and decisions that actually matter. Freedom: to choose how you solve the problem, without layers of approval. A seat on a rocketship: one of Europe's fastest-growing deep-tech companies, at the earliest stage. Free food and drinks in the office. Equal Opportunity MicroAGI welcomes applications from everyone. We assess candidates on their work and potential, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity. As Embedded Engineer, you will own the firmware that runs on that hardware, from the first register write to the moment data leaves the device, so that what reaches our ML team is clean, synchronized, and trustworthy. What You Will Do Write and own the firmware for our data-capture hardware: sensors, motion-capture rigs, custom IoT setups, and prototype robots. Build real-time data acquisition: drivers, DMA, buffering, and streaming from many sensors at once without dropping a sample. Solve multi-sensor synchronization, calibration, and time-stamping so every data point lines up across devices and modalities. Bring up new boards with our Electrical Engineer and turn fresh hardware into working devices fast. Build the path from device to dataset: communication protocols, on-device logging, and handoff into our data pipeline. Work shoulder to shoulder with ML engineers. Your firmware decides what their training data looks like, and a timing bug can quietly ruin months of data. Make firmware reliable in the field: testing, OTA updates, error handling, and diagnostics that tell us what went wrong. Requirements Up to 5 years writing production firmware for embedded or IoT systems. Strong C/C++, experience with an RTOS (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or similar), and deep familiarity with microcontrollers (STM32, ESP32, NXP, or similar).
