Orbital is the AI platform for real estate legal work. Real estate shapes the world around us: our homes, our workplaces and our cultural landmarks. It's the infrastructure that powers everyday life and is the world's largest asset class. Yet behind every single deal, real estate and legal teams work hard to navigate decades-old complexity; manually connecting documents, hidden obligations, geo-spatial context, and multiple parties into a path forward. We connect the legal and physical record, so that path is clearer than ever before. Our mission is to make real estate transactions faster, clearer, and less manual. Here, you'll be part of changing how the deals behind the largest asset class get transacted, and will help shape the future of real estate. A bit about us: 🚀 We're building at the forefront of AI technology, without losing the deeply human expertise our clients depend on. 🏢 Orbital is built with former practising real estate lawyers and 250+ years of combined legal expertise. We're purpose-built for the complexity of real estate: accelerating due diligence, drafting and negotiation, and deal coordination with legal-grade precision. 💰 We've just raised a $60m Series B, led by Brighton Park Capital, to accelerate our global expansion – $75m raised to date. 🤝 We're trusted by 5,000+ real estate professionals, spanning UK Magic Circle and US Am Law 100 firms, to household names like M&S. Leading firms like BCLP, Orrick, Goodwin, Womble Bond Dickinson and Clifford Chance rely on Orbital to remove the busywork, freeing legal and real estate teams to focus on sharp judgment, standout client service, and closing deals faster. 💡 Working at Orbital means joining a bold, ambitious team, with the trust to take ownership and make a real impact from day one. About the role As the Senior People Partner you'll be the sole dedicated Partner partnering directly with our Product Engineering leadership and team while also owning the design and build of people solutions that actually scale. What you'll be doing You'll sit across two layers of how our People function operates: Partner and Product. As a Partner, you'll work closely with Product Engineering leadership, coaching them through performance, team health, and people challenges, and building the kind of trusted relationships that give you real signal on what needs fixing. This leadership audience moves fast, has a high bar, and wants a peer, not a support function. As a Product builder, you'll take those insights and turn them into scalable solutions. Frameworks, enablement tools, programmes, and processes that don't just solve the immediate problem but grow with the business. Your early focus will include owning and launching our line manager capability programme, and building a trusted partnership with the Product Engineering leadership team. You'll also be central to delivering our High Performance mentality for Product Engineering: high performers recognised, under performers managed with clarity, middle band genuinely enabled. You'll help shape the roadmap, not just inherit one. What you'll enjoy about this role You'll have real proximity to leadership and genuine autonomy over how you build. The Product Engineering team will push back on you and expects you to push back too. If that sounds like the right kind of challenge, you'll thrive here. You're also joining at the moment it matters where it's early enough to shape how this function is built. What this role is not This isn't a role for someone who needs a playbook to get started as it will be quite reactive and chaotic for the first few months, at least until you get your feet under the desk, understand the gaps and how proactive process can improve the workload. It's not right for someone who's stronger on one side of either the partnering or the building, because both genuinely matter. If you're looking for a steady state to manage, this isn't it. What we're looking for Strong People Partnering experience, ideally supporting Engineering, Product or Technical teams UK employment law you can own end to end: complex ER cases, your call, no hand-holding A product manager's instinct: you diagnose before you design, and you measure what you ship Energised by ambiguity and building from scratch Both the strategic thinking and the hands-on drive to see things through Confident to push back on senior stakeholders, and the judgement to know how Curious about AI and technology and actively looking for ways to work smarter Scale-up background in tech or legaltech, Series A-C, 50-400 people, is a strong plus The process Screening call (60 min) Hiring Manager call (60 min) Take-home task On-site panel and culture conversation (90 min) Offer 🔒 Security is everyone's responsibility at Orbital. We ask all team members to follow our security policies, complete regular awareness training, and handle sensitive data with care in line with ISO 27001 standards. Spot something unusual? Reporting risks or incidents quickly helps us maintain the strong culture of security and compliance we all depend on. 💡 At Orbital, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially welcome applications from people who are traditionally underrepresented in tech. Even if you don't meet every single requirement, or if the right role isn't listed yet, we'd still love to hear from you. 💰 This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting . Pay is based on several factors, which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and business requirements. Everyone who works with Orbital goes through background screening before they start. It's part of how we keep Orbital secure, for the people who work here and for the client information we're trusted with. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

An Introduction to Primer Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. Backed by Sofina, Peak XV Partners, ICONIQ, Tencent, Accel, and Balderton, we're building the payments layer the world's best companies rely on. Watch our showcase > Read up on our $100m Series C Learn more about our culture > Primer processes payments for some of the world's best companies, which makes us an attractive target and means getting detection and response right really matters. We're looking for a Security Engineer to join our Detection & Response function and own a meaningful slice of how we detect, investigate and respond to threats across our cloud infrastructure and SaaS estate. You'll write and tune the detections in our SIEM, build the automation that speeds up how we react, and be a first responder when something looks wrong. You'll have real ownership of the areas you work on, and the freedom to shape how we detect and respond to threats across them. You'll also work closely with our Application Security/Product Security engineers: what we learn from detections and incidents shapes how we build, and what they know about our products shapes what we look for. What you'll be doing Detection Build, tune and maintain detections in our SIEM (Elastic), and identify opportunities to onboard new log sources (e.g. AWS, Google Workspace, Kubernetes) and build new detections on top of them. Find what our current detections miss, and keep the rule set lean by removing what no longer adds value. Use Python and Terraform to build and maintain the infrastructure behind your detections and tooling. Response Own investigation: triage, investigate, escalate and resolve security incidents, and write up findings clearly enough to stand on their own Lead routine incidents end to end, and take a clear role in larger ones, whether that's driving the investigation or keeping stakeholders informed Build runbooks and automations (Python, Tines or similar) to cut manual work out of triage and response Join our on-call rotation for incident response and monitoring Across both Make and document risk decisions in your area, and know when to pull in others. Keep the controls you own audit-ready and contribute evidence for audits (e.g. SOC 2, PCI DSS). Use AI tools to work faster across detection and response, from drafting rules and queries to summarising investigations, while maintaining a healthy level of scepticism. What we're looking for Real experience responding to security incidents, from first alert through to write-up Hands-on experience writing and tuning detections in a SIEM (Elastic, Splunk or similar), using frameworks like MITRE ATT&CK to reason about coverage Experience with cloud-native detection and response in AWS or Google Cloud Comfortable with Python or Go for scripting and automation Clear, structured written communication, including under pressure Nice to have Experience with Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code Experience with no-code security automation or SOAR-style tooling Exposure to compliance frameworks like PCI DSS, SOC 2 or ISO27001 Background in fintech, payments or another regulated industry Experience using AI tools or agents in security work, and a clear view of where they help and where they don't ✅ A typical interview process An initial intro call with a Talent Partner An interview with the Hiring Manager Challenge Stage - Contextualised to the role A final, values-alignment interview What's the culture like at Primer? We're building a culture where people can do their best work and be proud of the impact they have. You'll be working with people who are mission-driven, smart, and reflective, and who are genuinely invested in building exceptional products and delivering success for our merchants. We work remotely, and have done since day one. We believe that building a successful, profitable company goes beyond proximity. We invest in our relationships through great remote working practices and thoughtfully designed face-to-face time, including workations, our annual company retreat, and access to co-working spaces across most major cities. The work is challenging. Scaleups are a challenge, and building category-defining products is a challenge. But there's a meaningful difference between a challenge and a struggle. At Primer, the right challenge comes with the right support: strong onboarding, a collaborative environment, and a team that is genuinely invested in your success. It's never something you face alone. Our benefits 🌍 We are fully remote and globally distributed; and have been since day one 💰 Competitive share options 🌴 Flexible holiday, with 25 days minimum to be taken 🗣️ Co-working space access across major cities 📅 Workations & Company Retreat 💻 The best equipment for your role 🏠 £500 towards your home office setup 🔎 Generous learning budget 🏥 Private Medical Insurance 📈 A broad set of additional perks and benefits ( depending on location) Don't meet every single requirement? About Parloa Parloa's mission is to make every customer conversation feel effortless for both customers and the companies serving them. As agentic AI accelerates, Parloans are shaping the foundation of a new era in customer experience - one where customer support is no longer transactions, but meaningful exchanges. It is not just a vision; Parloa has powered over ONE BILLION interactions between global enterprise brands and their customers, with companies like Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, BarmeniaGothaer, and TUI already deploying Parloa at scale. About the role As a Sr Agent Architect at Parloa, you will act as a solution architect for enterprise AI Agent deployments. You will design end-to-end system architectures that connect Parloa's platform to complex enterprise environments, solve multi-system integration challenges, and apply systems thinking to build reliable, scalable AI solutions for global enterprise clients. You will also shape the conversational experience layer, using prompt engineering and your knowledge of LLMs to translate customer requirements into agent behavior. Architecture and integration depth are the core of this role. Conversational design skills are valued and can be developed on the job. Areas of ownership Design end-to-end solution architectures for AI Agent deployments, mapping how Parloa's platform integrates into customers' enterprise systems (CRMs, ERPs, ticketing systems, contact center platforms). Build and configure integrations using integration platforms and APIs, applying systems thinking to solve complex, multi-system data flows. Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers on complex or custom integration scenarios that go beyond standard integration capabilities. Apply structured testing approaches to validate architecture, integration reliability, and AI agent performance under real-world conditions. Identify and resolve blockers together with other departments at Parloa (e.g., Product, Solution Engineering, Sales) and the customer. Scope AI Agent deployments, providing strategic architecture advice and execution support to customers and partners. Use your knowledge of LLM internals (e.g., embeddings) to analyze customer requirements and design prompts for reliable, user-aligned agent behavior. Translate complex customer workflows into structured conversational components that LLMs can execute reliably. Fine-tune conversational flows and voice output (e.g., SSML, Lexicons, Regex) to align with customer brand standards. Document best practices, how-to guides, and product capabilities for internal and external audiences, representing the expertise of the Agent Architect team. Who you are 3+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing roles, with proven expertise in solution architecture, systems architecture, or enterprise integration. Strong systems thinking, with a track record of solving complex technical problems across multiple systems and data sources. Experience with complex SaaS implementations at scale (CRMs, ERPs, contact center platforms, ticketing systems). Proficiency in REST API design, JSON/XML data structures, API testing tools (e.g., Postman), and API authentication patterns (OAuth, API keys, JWT). Experience reading and consuming API documentation across enterprise SaaS platforms, including data transformation and field mapping logic. Analytical and critical thinker with expertise in risk assessment and problem-solving. Strong project and stakeholder management skills, with a passion for meeting milestones and effective communication. Entrepreneurial mindset with initiative, results orientation, and ability to identify opportunities for impact. Ability to analyze customer requirements and translate them into LLM prompts and conversational flows, with attention to subtle conversational nuance and A/B testing to assess agent performance. Prior conversation design, prompt engineering (e.g., chain-of-thought, few-shot learning), or A/B testing experience is a plus, not a requirement - we will train this. Fluency in French and English is required Our Recruiting Process: Talent Acquisition → Hiring Manager → Technical Interview(s) → Bar Raiser Why Parloa? We're at the beginning of a new era in customer experience, one where AI doesn't just respond, but understands, reasons, and takes action. We're building agentic AI that enterprises trust with their most important customer moments: complex questions, high volumes, real stakes. When millions of people reach out to a brand, those interactions aren't just support tickets; they're defining experiences. We're here to raise the standard: making every conversation seamless, intelligent, and genuinely helpful. Celonis is the trusted platform to industrialize Enterprise AI. At our core is the Celonis Context Model — which combines process data, business knowledge, and intelligence into a living digital twin of the enterprise that AI can actually understand, turning AI's operational blind spots into operational clarity. World's leading companies trust Celonis and its global ecosystem of partners to make their AI agents, people, systems, and processes work together, achieving transformational outcomes. We believe there's a massive opportunity to unlock global productivity and sustainability by giving AI the context to understand how every business process really works. Join our mission to make processes work for people, companies, and the planet. The Team Celonis Services is the delivery engine of our Celonis Customer Organization, responsible for turning the Celonis platform into measurable, business-critical outcomes for our customers. In the AI era, our role has elevated: as AI agents like our own Apollo take on more of the technical build, our people focus on the work that drives real impact—understanding our customers' business-critical problems, designing the solutions that solve them, and quantifying the value delivered. Our Deployment Engineers and Deployment Architects pair deep domain and industry expertise with serious platform mastery and AI-augmented delivery, directing agentic systems while owning the judgment, architecture, and customer relationships that AI cannot replace. We deliver faster and smarter than ever, and we own the outcome: solution go-live, solution adoption, initial value realization support and the long-term success of our customers. The Role As a Lead / Principal Deployment Engineer, you are the backbone of Celonis delivery. You lead the hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers, combining platform expertise with AI-augmented workflows to deliver high-quality outcomes, fast. You use Celonis's AI deployment tools as your primary instruments - directing agents to build data models, generate analyses, and configure operational solutions, while applying your own judgment to validate outputs, adapt to customer context, and ensure business relevance. This is not a traditional consulting role where you build everything manually. You are an AI-augmented delivery professional: you specify what needs to be built, direct AI agents to execute wherever possible, validate the results, and iterate with the customer. You generate value by understanding the customer's business, translating their needs into technical specifications and solutions, and ensuring the platform delivers measurable impact. The Work You'll Do Initiate and Connect Conduct business discovery workshops to translate customers' strategic objectives into high-impact Celonis use cases Collaborate with the customer's IT and business stakeholders to define project scope, data requirements, and success criteria Ensure data connectivity and extraction pipelines are properly configured, working with specialist resources if required Build & Value Direct AI deployment agents (Apollo) to build data models, process analyses, KPIs, and dashboards - writing clear specifications and validating agent outputs against business requirements Build and configure Celonis solutions across the platform: Process Intelligence Graph, data transformations, process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights Identify process inefficiencies and root causes using Celonis technology, always in close collaboration with the customer Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, business relevance, and alignment with customer context - applying domain knowledge where the AI cannot Lead value creation workshops and define measures to improve process inefficiencies Define and build KPIs measuring the customer's success and quantify business impact Design and build operational solutions to drive value, adoption and improve process conformance Rollout, Adoption, and Handover Enable key customer users to use and extend the solution independently, setting the foundation for long-term adoption Manage project outcomes against timelines, scope, and customer expectations Train and demonstrate to customer users, guiding them on the path to sustained value Document solution design decisions and configurations for future reference and handoff Domain & Industry Depth Develop and maintain deep expertise in one or more process domains (e.g., Supply Chain, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, IT Service Management) or industry verticals Translate domain knowledge into scalable solution patterns, reference architectures, and best practices that the broader team can leverage Proactively identify and standardize high-value use cases within your domain, collaborating with Product and Business Apps teams to shape the platform roadmap What Makes This Role Different in the AI Era You work with AI agents as your primary tools - your job is to direct, validate, and refine their output, not to write every line of code or build every analysis manually You need strong specification and context engineering skills - the ability to translate a customer's ambiguous business need into a precise instruction that an AI agent can execute correctly You are expected to continuously learn and adapt as AI capabilities evolve, experimenting with new approaches and sharing what works with your peers You balance speed with quality - AI accelerates execution, but you own the judgment calls on whether the output is right for this customer You think in sustainable software solutions. While AI agents will generate first results quickly, you need to ensure that the operational solutions you build in Celonis are robust, user friendly, maintainable, and scalable The Qualifications You Need Experience: 7+ years minimum in Management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators. Platform skills: Ability to build and configure solutions on the Celonis platform, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation. Proficiency in PQL, SQL, and Python. AI fluency: Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.). Ability to write clear specifications, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and iterate effectively. Experience with prompt engineering or context engineering is a strong plus. Business and process domain expertise : Strong understanding /deep expertise (based on seniority level) of enterprise business processes and financial metrics. Knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas (Inventory Management, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable) is a strong plus. Consulting skills: Ability to steer customer workshops, present findings to management, manage stakeholder expectations, and deliver outcomes in the face of adversity and ambiguity. Comfortable working with both technical and business audiences. Analytical mindset: Excellent problem-solving skills with a value-driven orientation. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and quantify business impact. Learning agility: Willingness to continuously develop expertise through experimentation. Comfort with ambiguity and evolving tools. Education: Bachelor's or Master's in Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field. Languages: Fluency in English and German required. Travel : Willingness to travel to customer location up to 50%, according to customer requirement and project delivery phases. What Celonis can offer you: Pioneer Innovation: Work with the global leader in Process Mining and the Process Intelligence Graph to shape the future of AI-driven business operations. pythonsqlmachine learningcomputer visionpytorchdental+3

Before the detail, here's the challenge you'd help us solve. We build the embodied intelligence that moves real vehicles safely, and the ecosystem a billion machines will run on in the future. Very few people in AI can say this. Every role here, whatever the team, plugs into that. Here's what this particular role covers. 🛠️ About our Data Enrichment Teams Our Data Enrichment team builds the ground-truth datasets and classifiers that describe complex driving scenes across Wayve's data corpus. Drawing on Wayve's World Foundation Model, we help teams find rare scenarios, expose performance gaps and develop better perception and driving models, supporting the safety and reliability of Wayve's ADAS and AI Driver products. As a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Enrichment, you will tackle computer vision problems spanning road geometry, spatial relationships, road users and driving behaviour. 🧠 Your day-to-day • Work with internal customers to define scene and scenario attributes, dataset requirements and measurable acceptance criteria for annotations and classifiers • Design and refine annotation tasks and labelling instructions, using pilots, annotator agreement and expert review to resolve ambiguity and measure quality • Curate and deliver ground-truth datasets for other teams to train and evaluate models, addressing rare scenarios, class imbalance and coverage across countries and vehicle platforms • Build and evaluate computer vision models that draw on Wayve's World Foundation Model to identify scene attributes and driving behaviours • Use error analysis to identify gaps in data, labels and model performance, and test approaches to improve them 🧩 What you'll be working on • Ground-truth datasets and classifiers that describe road geometry, spatial relationships, road users and driving behaviour • Integrating classifiers with enrichment infrastructure to run inference across existing and newly collected driving data, making predictions available for corpus analysis and scenario mining • Improving reusable tools for annotation, training, evaluation and inference • Documenting dataset and classifier quality, and communicating limitations to colleagues across disciplines 🙌 You should apply if • You have practical experience developing and evaluating computer vision models for image or video understanding, including interpreting spatial relationships in visual data • You have strong Python programming skills and experience with a modern machine learning framework such as PyTorch • You have experience curating training and evaluation datasets and assessing annotation quality, with an understanding of class imbalance, data leakage and representative evaluation • You have taken machine learning models beyond experimentation into use, with reproducible training, evaluation and inference • You can investigate model failures and determine whether improvements need better data, clearer labels or changes to the modelling approach • You can translate an ambiguous customer request into clear technical deliverables and quality criteria, and communicate performance and limitations to colleagues from different disciplines • Desirable: experience with 3D geometry, multi-camera systems or temporal scene understanding; autonomous driving, ADAS or robotics; adapting pretrained, foundation or vision-language models; human annotation workflows, active learning or model-assisted labelling; SQL, distributed data processing and batch inference 🌱 Not ticking every box? That's totally okay! If you're passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. More about Wayve: 🚀 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines. Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility. How we work 💻- Locations & Flexible Working: Our main hubs are in London, Sunnyvale, Yokohama, Herzliya, Vancouver and Leonberg. We operate a hybrid working model that combines in-person collaboration in our dedicated office spaces with focused time working remotely. This gives our teams the connection and energy of working together, alongside the flexibility to do their best work in a way that fits their lives. 🔍 The Interview Process: Our process is clear and respectful of your time: Initial call / recruiter screen (30 mins) Competency Interviews (Programming in Python and MLE domain interview) Deep-dive technical interviews (systems design and hiring manager interview) Final interview : mission & values alignment. We'll always explain the format and work around your availability. What's in it for you (Location dependant): 💰 Salaries benchmarked against the market annually 📈 Meaningful equity, sharing in the ownership and long term success of Wayve ✈️ Relocation support and visa sponsorship where applicable ✅ Hybrid working, core hours and the chance to work hands on in vehicle workshops and labs 📚 Learning and development budgets with support for training, conferences and growth 🩺 Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, dental, enhanced maternity and paternity leave, retirement or pension where applicable, access to therapists, wellbeing partnerships, team socials and more A quick, honest note before you apply. Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you'll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one. If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we'd really like to hear from you. At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law. For more information visit Careers at Wayve. To learn more about what drives us, visit Values at Wayve DISCLAIMER: We will not ask about marriage or pregnancy, care responsibilities or disabilities in any of our job adverts or interviews. However, we do look to capture information about care responsibilities, and disabilities among other diversity information as part of an optional DEI Monitoring form to help us identify areas of improvement in our hiring process and ensure that the process is inclusive and non-discriminatory.
