About GeneralMind GeneralMind builds AI Systems of Action for complex enterprise workflows. We deploy AI employees that automate messy operational handovers across supply chains - processing orders, validating invoices, coordinating suppliers, and handling exceptions directly on top of enterprise systems like SAP, Oracle, JDE, and Dynamics. Our platform combines AI agents, operational context graphs, and real transaction data to achieve Autopilot-grade automation in real operational environments. We work closely with leading global companies across manufacturing, retail, and logistics to deploy AI into mission-critical workflows. About the role As a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager at GeneralMind, the customer is yours after the first pitch onwards - through the close, the rollout, and everything that follows. You work at the core of our go-to-market, side by side with the founders, marketing, product, and sales ops, refining how we sell and keeping the pace high. You join a small, ambitious team and help define how we win customers and grow them across international markets. Whether you come from a generalist background or have years of selling behind you matters less than this: you pick things up quickly, you are comfortable with complex problems, and you can explain value in plain terms. The job sits where AI, SaaS, and operational excellence (supply chain, for example) meet. You will use AI tools in your daily work and get noticeably better at your job because of it. What you will do Take ownership of the customer after the first pitch and carry the relationship through close, integration, and later expansion. Build lasting relationships with C-level executives and their teams inside large, complex enterprises. Lead customers through deep dives and product Go-Lives, then keep the relationship growing over time. Develop a thorough understanding of what our customers struggle with, particularly in operational areas such as supply chain. Work closely with product engineers and founders, bringing what you hear in the market back into messaging, strategy, and roadmap. Keep the pipeline clean and the forecast accurate in our CRM. Help shape our product and go-to-market strategy, and keep testing, learning, and improving how you work. What we are looking for 3-8 years of professional experience in a demanding setting: top-tier management consulting, venture capital or growth equity, a fast-moving high-growth startup, or B2B SaaS / enterprise software sales. Driven and quick to learn, with an appetite for complexity. You want to build rather than just execute, and you take responsibility early. Able to grasp complex products and business processes fast and explain their value clearly to buyers without a technical background. A structured, analytical, and highly proactive way of working. Someone who gets their hands dirty. Nobody here is above any task, and that is a big part of why we move fast. Real curiosity about AI tools and the willingness to make them part of how you work. Excited to help define what modern, AI-driven go-to-market looks like. Keen to become a top commercial operator, whether or not you have a classic sales background. Strong academic record. A well-regarded university is a plus. Excellent communication skills in German and English. Additional languages are a plus. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector, co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms. We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited. About the team The Applied AI for Critical and Sovereign Institutions team is Mistral's specialized unit dedicated to delivering high-impact, secure AI solutions for institutions operating in highly regulated and strategic environments. We work hand-in-hand with clients to design, deploy, and maintain AI systems that meet the highest standards of reliability, security, and operational excellence, including on-premise, disconnected, and air-gapped deployments. As an AI Deployment Strategist on this team, you will drive the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions inside sovereign institutions and critical infrastructure, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, under real operational, security, and compliance constraints. You will partner with senior leaders and mission owners to design AI roadmaps, collaborate with the Applied AI team to deliver solutions in production, and ensure seamless transitions from presales to postsales. Your work will directly contribute to projects with significant societal, operational, and strategic impact. What you will do Strategic Discovery & Vision Setting Lead executive-level and mission-owner workshops to identify challenges and opportunities where Mistral's AI can drive step-change improvements in strategic environments. Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the "art of the possible" and a clear path to value within their regulatory and security perimeter. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop business cases, quantify impact, and align solutions with mission and organizational objectives. AI Solution Design & Deployment Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows and secure technical infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, disconnected, air-gapped). Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability, security, and impact. Own the execution of pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the potential of our technology and paving the way for full-scale deployment. Value Realization & Customer Success Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize the value of their investment in Mistral. Monitor key performance indicators tied to operational and business outcomes, and communicate progress to executive sponsors. Proactively identify expansion opportunities across use cases and units, building on initial successes to drive long-term partnerships. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product, science, and security roadmaps. Develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence in regulated settings. Travel (~30-60%) to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment. How we work in Solutions We care about people and outputs. What matters is what you ship, not the time you spend on it. Bureaucracy is where urgency goes to vanish. You talk to whoever you need to talk to. The best idea wins, whether it comes from a principal engineer or someone in their first week. Always ask why. The best solutions come from deep understanding, not from copying what worked before. We say what we mean. Feedback is direct, timely, and given because we care. No politics. Low ego, high standards. What we're looking for 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role (e.g. data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales). A degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering). Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science, with the credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar) to demonstrate value. Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into actionable solutions. Executive presence and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level, mission owners). Resilient, results-driven, and comfortable leading through influence in a collaborative environment. Comfort operating under security, compliance, and confidentiality constraints. Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus. Experience deploying AI in regulated or sovereign environments (defense, public sector, critical infrastructure) is a plus. 🎤 Why voize? Because we're more than just a job! At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people . Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don't replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact. Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload. As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we're looking for you to join us on this mission! 💡 Your Mission: Own the First Contact and Grow the Sales Pipeline! We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to own the first step of the sales process: identifying who our next customers should be, building the approach to reach them, and shaping how our go-to-market strategy evolves as we scale into new segments. Nobody hands you a list and a script here. You build your own view of the market, test what works, and feed what you learn directly back into how we sell. If you think in terms of pipeline health rather than call counts, and want real input into the commercial strategy of an early-stage company, this is that seat. For this particular position we are looking for someone who can work from our Berlin office in a hybrid setup. 🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike Build and own your outbound strategy for the healthcare segment, from account research through to a qualified meeting Run a sustained, high-intensity outreach cadence across calls, email and LinkedIn, supported daily by AI tooling that handles the groundwork so your time goes into judgement, not admin Qualify opportunities against clear criteria and hand off meetings that are genuinely ready for our Account Executives Keep a clean, accurate record of every conversation and outcome in our CRM, your data shapes decisions beyond your own pipeline Feed customer and market signal directly into our GTM strategy , your read on the market changes how we approach it, not just how you execute it Track industry shifts and translate them into sharper positioning over time 🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table First experience in B2B sales , preferably in SaaS or tech environments Confidence in conducting cold calls and handling rejection professionally Curiosity to understand customer needs and match them with our solution Excellent communication skills: You know how to get to the point and make complex topics easy to understand Technical affinity: Comfortable working with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion. Fluent in German (C2), to effectively support our German customer base and a good command of English. Based in/close to Berlin - or willing to relocate. 🌱 Growing together – what you can expect at voize A 70/30 base-to-commission split, ahead of the 60/40 industry standard, because we build compensation the same way we build product, with conviction, not caution Real influence over how the SDR function itself is built, you're shaping the playbook, not just following one We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving healthcare professionals more time for real patient care We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events. Become a co-creator of our success with stock options Generous perks: 30 vacation days plus your birthday off, Germany Transport Ticket, Urban Sports Club, regular company off-sites, and access to learning platforms such as Blinkist and Audible You decide when you work best, that means flexible working hours and a good hybrid set-up ✨ Ready to talk? Apply now! 🚀 We look forward to your application and can't wait to meet you – no matter who you are or what background you have! Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
