About Pleo Messy spend management is tricky business. And tedious processes are a lose-lose situation for all involved, not just finance. At Pleo, we're changing that. We build spend solutions that make managing money seamless, empowering, and surprisingly effective for finance teams and employees alike - with a vision to help all businesses 'go beyond'. The word 'Pleo' actually means 'more than you'd expect', and living by that mantra has been the secret to our success over the last 10 years. Now, we're at a pivotal moment in our journey; every move we make has a direct impact on our 40,000+ customers, our business, and our collective success. We need people who take pride in uncovering customer needs, who turn complex problems into simple solutions, challenge the way things are done (respectfully), and always aim high. With great ambitions driving us forward, we can't say we've got this whole thing figured out. And frankly, that's half the fun! What we can say is that we're a driven, progressive, and, importantly, a kind bunch of 850+ people from over 100 nationalities, all committed to delivering the future of business spending, together. About the role We're looking for a Sales Operations Business Partner to sit between our sales leadership and the systems, data, and processes that run the revenue engine. You'll help the sales team understand where deals stand, where revenue is coming from, and where it's at risk. You'll own how we track pipeline, report on performance, and build the dashboards leaders rely on to make decisions. This is a role for someone who thinks in business outcomes first and uses data and tools as the means to get there. What you'll do Own pipeline management processes, including stage definitions, forecasting cadence, and hygiene standards, and work with sales managers to keep the pipeline accurate. Build and maintain regular sales reporting covering bookings, pipeline coverage, conversion rates, win/loss, and rep and team performance. Design, build, and maintain dashboards that give leadership and frontline managers a clear view of performance against targets. Act as a business partner to sales leaders: understand their priorities, translate them into operational requirements, and bring data-backed recommendations to planning and business reviews. Support forecasting and quarterly business reviews by preparing the data, challenging assumptions, and flagging risks early. Own day-to-day administration and configuration of the CRM (e.g. Salesforce or HubSpot), including fields, workflows, user access, and reporting structure, in partnership with the RevOps or systems team. Drive adoption of CRM and sales processes by working with managers and reps, and by making the right behaviour the easy one. Support territory, quota, and compensation-related analysis as needed, in partnership with Finance. Identify process gaps and inefficiencies across the sales funnel and lead improvements, documenting changes and training the team on them. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Product Ops to keep data consistent across systems. What you'll bring 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, GTM operations, or a related commercial role, ideally in a [B2B SaaS / relevant industry] environment. Strong experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce or HubSpot, including reporting and basic administration. Solid understanding of sales metrics and funnel dynamics, including pipeline coverage, conversion, forecasting accuracy, and sales cycle length. Proven ability to build clear reports and dashboards in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable working with data and spotting what matters. Experience running pipeline reviews or forecast calls, or supporting leaders who do. A consultative approach: you can listen to a sales leader, ask the right questions, and turn their needs into a practical solution. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to senior stakeholders and explain trade-offs simply. Good judgement and attention to detail, with the ability to balance speed and accuracy. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Nice to have Experience supporting a sales team through a scaling or transformation phase. Familiarity with sales compensation or territory planning tools. Exposure to revenue analytics or forecasting methodologies. Experience with a BI tool or basic SQL, though this is not required. What success looks like Leadership trusts the pipeline and forecast numbers and uses them to make decisions. Sales managers run their reviews from the dashboards you've built, without needing manual reports. CRM data quality improves measurably over time. Sales leaders see you as a partner who brings ideas, not just reports. About your application English first. Since it's our company language, please submit your application in English. We're not just updating insurance; We're leading the AI evolution in insurance 🤖 For us, AI isn't a line on a roadmap or a buzzword on a slide. It's our operating reality, and it's how we build products that back drivers instead of the old insurance playbook. We don't do things slowly, and we don't do bureaucracy. We back high-performance builders who want ownership, early responsibility and the chance to do the most career-defining work of their lives. You'll get the space to try things, the tools to move fast, and the room to see your ideas reach millions of drivers. Do not take our word for it. Read what Zegons say about us on Glassdoor . If you're ready to build the future of insurance, we're hiring. The role Zego Insurance Limited (ZIL) is a Gibraltar-based motor insurer regulated by the GFSC. We're growing, and as we do, we need to keep maturing how we operate as an insurer - proportionate to our size, with strong governance and a firm regulatory focus. This is a pivotal role to help us do that in a scalable and sustainable way. Reporting into the Executive Director, Insurance Operations, you'll own ZIL's operations and lead insurer-focused projects across the business. You'll make sure we operate effectively as an insurer, bring more of our regulatory and project delivery in-house, and help us get ready for the bigger initiatives and partnerships ahead. You'll also be involved in the management and oversight of our insurance partners and outsourced service providers, helping make sure the right operating rhythms are in place and contractual and regulatory requirements are met. Here's what you'll be doing Lead insurer-focused projects and regulatory workstreams, such as onboarding new insurance partners, operational resilience and GFSC deliverables. Be hands-on in delivery. The expectation is to get things done and see them through to completion, not just oversee or track progress. Take ownership of ZIL's operational resilience framework, as well as business continuity and disaster recovery, keeping them embedded and aligned to regulatory expectations. Support ZIL's internal audit programme, coordinating reviews, working with the business on findings and making sure actions are closed out. Further enhance ZIL's governance, strengthening our frameworks and controls, proactively documenting procedures and keeping policies up to date, clearly owned and on their review cycle. Support the oversight of our outsourced service providers, including Zego MGA. This includes maintaining our outsourcing register, due diligence and exit plans for critical providers, keeping intragroup agreements and service schedules up to date, and producing SLA and KPI reporting for committees. Support the management of our insurance partners, ensuring effective operating rhythms, strong relationships and that contractual requirements are met. Continually improve how we operate, simplifying processes and making the most of AI and the right tools to drive us forward. What you'll need to be successful in the role Experience in an operations, project or governance role within a regulated insurer. Knowledge of Gibraltar, UK or EU insurance regulation is a plus. A solid understanding of how an insurer works, such as co-insurance, reinsurance or MGA oversight. A track record of delivering complex projects across multiple teams. Experience with governance, policies or audit. Operational resilience experience is a bonus. Strong stakeholder management, both internally and with external partners. Detail-oriented, proactive and good at solving problems. Able to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams in a structured way. What is Finary? We are on a mission to give power back to investors . Great financial guidance has always existed, it just came with a minimum net worth. We're changing that by building the AI-powered one-stop shop for investing, where you can track your assets, manage your budget, invest, and learn. One simple, ambitious idea drives us: put a private banker in everyone's pocket. Mounir launched Finary in 2021, and more than 1,000,000 people now trust us with their financial lives. We ship cutting-edge products with touches of delight, and we care deeply about experience, performance, and ease of use. Why now? A new generation of investors is emerging: ambitious, involved, done with taboos around money. We see a world where investing empowers everybody to live the life they've always dreamt of. To fuel that, we raised €40M from Hedosophia, Y Combinator, and Speedinvest, alongside founders and operators like Steve Anavi & Alexandre Prot (Qonto), Matthieu Rouif (Photoroom), Eric Demuth (Bitpanda), Axel Weber (former UBS Chairman), and Harsh Sinha (CTO at Wise). In July 2026, the AMF granted us our MiCA license, on top of our Investment Firm license: one of the very few French platforms holding both, offering stocks, ETFs and crypto on a single regulated platform, right as Europe consolidates around licensed players. There's never been a more exciting time to join. What we offer We're 70 builders who genuinely love what they do: real ownership from day one, tier-1 salary and equity, offices in the heart of Paris with hybrid remote, and quarterly gatherings we actually look forward to. We hire A-players who are as kind as they are demanding, people whose ideas transform not just our product but the way we work and think. Our culture is direct, transparent, and built on radical candor: we challenge each other openly, then commit. And we don't hedge on AI. It's the single most important skill of the next decade and a real bar here. Everyone at Finary has rebuilt how they work around it. If that's already second nature to you, you'll be surrounded by people pushing that frontier every day. Read more about our values here . The opportunity More than 1M people track and grow their wealth with Finary. In 2021, when a simple registration was enough to offer crypto in France, we chose to build fully regulated. Today Finary is a crypto-asset service provider under MiCA, an investment firm, a payment institution and an insurance broker. Very few European platforms hold that combination. Our compliance team is organised by role, not by product: compliance officer, AML, senior advisory, and now control. Each role covers every licence. You'll be the one who checks that what we say we do is what we actually do. What you'll do Execute the permanent control plan: about 40 controls a year, 3 to 5 days each, across all four licences. Design each test and run it yourself: population, sampling, test steps, evidence. Write findings and recommendations based on evidence, and review them with the teams concerned, taking their remarks into account. Improve the control plan: keep regulatory references up to date, raise the quality of each control, and run spot controls, validated by the Head of Compliance, when the compliance team detects a risk to prioritise. Follow every recommendation until it is closed: re-test, and escalate what is overdue. Automate as much as possible: with data and AI tools, from testing full populations to keeping the control library current, so your time goes to judgement. Control only, by design: no operational tasks. Your variable pay depends only on the quality of your controls and how much of the plan is executed. What we're looking for You've spent 6+ years in permanent control, regulatory consulting or inspection in financial services, and you executed the controls yourself. Your working papers have been through a regulator inspection or a periodic control (internal audit). You've tested controls in at least two types of licensed institution: crypto-asset service provider, investment firm, payment or e-money institution, insurance intermediary. Investment firm experience is not required. You test with data and AI tools, and you've already automated parts of your control work. This is a must, not a plus. You base findings on evidence, and you take the business's remarks into account when reviewing them. You plan and deliver on your own, following the control plan and risk map: there is no control framework team around you yet. Native-level French and professional English. About us Most labs still count cells under a microscope by hand. It's slow, repetitive, and error-prone. We're replacing that manual work with software. By combining a standard microscope with a smartphone, we run computer vision models that locate, track, and measure cells automatically in real time. We're starting with semen analysis and expanding to other routine microscopic samples. We're a small, well-funded team in Berlin, founded in 2026. Our goal is to make automated, reliable diagnostic analysis accessible on any phone connected to a microscope. The role We're looking for an engineer who wants to own the whole platform behind a medical product: services, data, infrastructure, security and identity. A first version runs today. The hard part is making it trustworthy enough for clinical use: patient data that stays safe, an audit trail that holds up for years, and a system that recovers when something breaks. You'll own all of it, working closely with the founders and our CTO. What you'll do Own the platform end to end: backend, data, infrastructure and security. Get it ready for clinical use, and keep it reliable as we grow. Build identity, access and data handling that clinics and auditors can trust. Make the architecture calls: what to build now, what to defer, what to cut. Set the engineering standard and help hire the team that follows. What you bring Platforms you've built and run. You've built backend platforms from scratch and run them in production, through outages, data incidents, migrations and growth. Database depth. You know what happens under the query: indexing, locking, transactions, replication, zero-downtime schema changes, and backups you've actually restored. Security by default. Authentication and authorisation, tenant isolation, secrets, audit logging. You think about how a system gets attacked before it ships. Identity done properly. Identity providers, sessions and tokens, roles and permissions, onboarding and offboarding. Infrastructure. Infrastructure as code, containers, Linux, networking and cloud are everyday tools for you. Beyond the backend. The backend is your home, but when the product needs it, you read and change the app yourself. Systematic troubleshooting. You reproduce first and fix root causes. You work from evidence like logs, traces, metrics and query plans, and you stay calm when production breaks. AI-native engineering. Coding agents are part of your daily work. You give them good context, split work into reviewable steps, and stand behind every line you ship. Ownership. You help shape the roadmap, push back on weak ideas, set your own priorities and raise problems early. Nobody has to chase you. Strong opinions, held with evidence and open to revision. Range. You've worked across several companies, stacks or environments. How you work counts far more than how many years you've done it. Nice to have Regulated environments with audits: medical devices, health, finance. Serving ML models in production. What we offer Ownership from day one. As a founding engineer, you're part of the company through our virtual share option plan (VSOP). You grow with us. As the company grows, your role grows with it. Real influence. You decide how we build software, and you shape the engineering team we build. A competitive salary. A product that matters: a medical device for real clinics, built together with clinicians and lab staff. Flexible hours and office days. We work from Berlin and meet in person regularly, up to several days a week. This isn't a fully remote role. English is our working language. German isn't required. We sponsor the EU Blue Card if you're moving to Berlin. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
