Growth Marketing Manager Retire the ERP Light exists to replace factory-era ERPs with software that feels alive. Our Smart Financial Platform gives modern, global companies superpowers - automated accounting, real-time reporting, and financial flows that move at the speed of the business. We build with our customers, ship fast, and obsess over craft. In a short time, Light has gone from idea to the operating core for leading companies like Lovable, Legora, and Fuse Energy. We're an early team defining a new software category. Think engineers who love debits and credits, designers who care about reconciliation states, and operators who treat finance as a product. If you're excited to modernise how companies run money, you're in the right place. Backed by world-class investors including Balderton and Atomico and advised by industry titans, we're building category-defining products with the freedom to ship ambitiously and own outcomes. Come help us make Light the global default for next-gen finance. Finance deserves better Finance teams at fast-growing companies run global, real-time businesses on a patchwork of legacy ERPs and point solutions. Every new entity, market or tool adds another system to stitch together and another hire to keep the numbers reconciled. Light gives them a way out. We build the finance solution that lets finance teams have it all, through three parts that work as one: Our ledger records every transaction across every entity in real time, so the numbers hold up from day one. Our apps adapt Light to how each business runs, from procurement to billing to reporting. Our agents operate the repetitive work that used to need another hire, so finance teams spend their time on the decisions that matter. We take on the ERP and the legacy point solution world with something fast to implement, AI-native from the ground up, and better the more you use it. Today we run the finance function for companies like Lovable, Legora and Keyshot, with backing from Atomico, Balderton, Seedcamp, Cherry and Entrée, and teams across Copenhagen, London and Stockholm, with remotes world over. The Role We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join our growth team and open up the channels we haven't really touched yet. We've built a lean, efficient demand generation engine on the core paid channels you'd expect at a Series A B2B company, with Google Ads and LinkedIn doing the heavy lifting. It works, and it fills our pipeline every month. Now we want to find the next sources of pipeline, and we need someone who knows how to build them from scratch. You'll work alongside our Senior Growth Marketing Manager, VP Marketing and the wider marketing team, with the freedom to test, learn and scale the channels that move the number. You'll sit close to sales, product and design, and you'll own the results of everything you launch. We may hire more than one person through this process, so if you go deep on some of these channels rather than all of them, we still want to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Building a referral programme that turns happy customers, partners and finance leaders into a steady source of pipeline. Running G2 and Capterra campaigns that put Light in front of buyers at the moment they compare options, and turning our reviews into proof across every channel. Launching and scaling Meta Ads for B2B, testing creative and audiences until you find what drives qualified pipeline. Finding the creators and influencers finance teams follow, writing briefs that land and scaling their content into campaigns that drive pipeline. Growing our presence across search and AI answer engines, so that when a finance leader asks Google or ChatGPT about ERP alternatives, Light shows up. Setting up measurement for each new channel with RevOps, so we know what every dollar returns. Sharing what you learn with the team, doubling down on what works and cutting what doesn't. What We Think You'll Need Enough years in growth to know how to take a channel from zero to pipeline at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Hands-on experience across referrals, review sites, Meta Ads, influencer marketing or SEO and GEO. We don't expect you to master all five, so show us where you go deep. A test-and-learn mindset, with the discipline to measure every experiment against pipeline and revenue. Comfort with numbers and tools, from ad platforms to HubSpot to spreadsheets. An eye for creative and a feel for what makes finance people stop scrolling. Deep curiosity about how AI is reshaping marketing, finance and the companies we serve. A can-do, empathetic and collaborative spirit. No brilliant assholes here, please. If the core of the role sounds compelling but you don't tick every box, we'd still love for you to reach out and convince us you're the right person. The Good Stuff A five-day, in-office culture with a high-density team in Copenhagen. A competitive salary and potential stock options. 25 days of annual leave plus public holidays in the country where you're based. Regular socials and two company offsites a year. The chance to build new growth channels from the ground up at a company defining a new category. Light is an equal opportunity employer. The Famous Last Words We've proven the core of our growth engine works. Now we want to see how far it can go, and we want you to build the parts we haven't tried yet. If you love starting channels from scratch and watching them turn into pipeline, let's talk. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Understanding of the region's priority end markets — automotive, industrial and automation, aerospace and defense, telecom infrastructure, and datacenter — and how design-win cycles differ across them. Practical command of GDPR and regional data privacy requirements as they govern event data capture, lead handling, and email programs. Comfortable building process from scratch, prioritizing without a template, and asking for what the region needs. 📈 Who We Are: We are rebuilding the energy transaction, making it transparent and fair. Our goal is to put power back where it belongs, in the hands of customers and to take on one of the most critical problems of our century, access to low cost electricity. tem exists to fix a broken global energy market that's long favoured legacy operators, intermediaries, and opaque pricing. Today's electricity system was not designed for rapid decarbonisation, AI-driven efficiency or fair access for the actual users - businesses and generators. We've built the first AI native transaction infrastructure to reinvent how electricity is bought, sold and priced. Our technology is designed to cut out the inefficient fees, automate complex market flows, and bring transparency and fairness to energy transactions at scale. In late 2025, after extraordinary growth, we closed a $75 million Series B - led by Lightspeed Venture Partners with participation from Albion, Atomico, Allianz, Hitachi Ventures, Hitachi Ventures, Schroders Capital and others - positioning us for global expansion, deeper product innovation and category leadership. We're scaling internationally and building toward a future where AI-driven infrastructure is foundational to electricity markets worldwide. Since launch, our modern utility product, known as RED, has already facilitated thousands of business customers and billions in energy transaction value, proving that modern software and AI can transform an industry built on legacy systems. At tem, we're not just building another energy company, we're rearchitecting market infrastructure so that transparency, efficiency and sustainability become the default, not the exception. 🚀 The Role We're hiring a GTM Senior Product Marketing Manager who wants to take our product from 1-100, not 0-1 scale. You will join the fastest growing unit inside tem. This team is obsessed about growing our SMB customers and transforming their perception of energy beyond the bill, so we can hand more money and value back in their hands. You will be a hands-on product marketer who can bring sharp judgment and voice of customer consistently back to the table. Your focus is to grow the trial, adoption and experience of our RED product and be ruthless in those goals. Expect to solve problems on your own and with product, content and engineers whilst running your own team of expert GTM agents. Good looks like? Every 48 hours you'll be: Speaking to a customer. Shipping a campaign with Claude. Launching a piece of work that directly solves a customer problem. Showing the goals move forward. You'll be 20% in architecting, 80% in delivery. 🛠️ Responsibilities User research: take control of it. Assets: design and prototype assets to wow and educate our customers. Demos: reinvent them. Positioning and messaging: challenge and consistently redefine them. Communications: untangle and re-build them. Campaigns: drive promotional, time-sensitive campaigns. ✅ Requirements Must-Haves Everyone at tem works from first principles, acts autonomously and builds. For this role, we also need these, in priority order: Deeply analytical. You go to the numbers first and can explain what moved and why. Taste and creative edge. You know what great looks like and the work shows it. Outcome-minded. You can show which of your plays moved a number and which didn't. Customer-obsessed. You start from the customer's problem, every time. Strong risk appetite. You back bets before the data is complete, and cut them fast when they fail. 🎁 Benefits & Perks Stock options so everyone has ownership in our mission. 25 days holiday plus public holidays. Swap public holidays for the ones that matter most to you, and enjoy your birthday off. Remote first and flexible working, with clear core hours and no internal meetings on Friday afternoons. Up to £1,200 or €1,200 per year for your remote setup. Up to £150 or €150 per month for wellbeing. 🤝 Interview Process We move fast. Most processes take 2 to 3 weeks from first chat to offer. If you need us to adapt anything, let us know. First call with our Talent Team. Behaviour Interview with the Hiring Manager. Technical Interview with the Team (90 mins). You'll meet with potential peers in this session and will discuss your approach to GTM systems design and partner activation. Bar Raiser Interview with Stakeholders. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities, including those that are traditionally underrepresented in the tech and energy sectors. If you're excited about this role but not sure you meet every requirement, we'd still love to hear from you. Your unique perspective could be exactly what we're looking for. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to build Camunda's Dutch Government market. This is a territory-building role for a disciplined, consultative seller who can create demand, shape strategic opportunities, and guide complex buying groups through to executive-level decisions. You will own the full sales cycle across a focused set of government accounts, from account strategy and first conversation through business case, procurement, negotiation, close, and expansion. You will combine commercial ownership with public-sector credibility. The successful candidate will be comfortable engaging senior civil servants, CIO and transformation leaders, procurement, security, architecture, and business stakeholders. You will translate government priorities into a compelling value case for process orchestration, automation, and agentic workflows, while navigating formal procurement processes and the governance expectations of public-sector customers. What you will own Own the Dutch Government territory and create a clear account and coverage strategy across priority national and public-sector organizations. Build and maintain a healthy, self-generated pipeline, targeting at least 2.5x pipeline coverage through focused outbound activity, executive engagement, partner collaboration, and market development. Develop relationships across complex buying groups, including CIOs, CTOs, transformation leaders, enterprise architects, process owners, procurement, security, legal, and executive sponsors. Lead the full enterprise sales cycle: discovery, qualification, value engineering, technical evaluation, business case, procurement, commercial negotiation, and close. Apply MEDDICC consistently to create deal clarity, strengthen qualification, identify gaps early, and improve forecast reliability. Build business cases connected to public-sector outcomes such as service quality, operational efficiency, transparency, resilience, compliance, and cost control. Coordinate account teams across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, Product, Legal, Finance, and leadership. Developa partner-first motion with relevant global system integrators, regional partners, and public-sector specialists. Expand successful customer relationships by identifying adjacent processes, departments, agencies, and use cases after the initial land. Maintain accurate account, contact, opportunity, and forecast data in Salesforce as the single source of truth. Share market intelligence on government priorities, procurement dynamics, competitors, partners, and customer needs to improve Camunda's Dutch public-sector go-to-market strategy. What success looks like First 30 days Build a working understanding of Camunda's platform, value proposition, sales methodology, customer evidence, pricing approach, and public-sector references. Align with internal stakeholders on territory priorities, account ownership, partner coverage, and available sales resources. Produce an initial account segmentation and stakeholder-mapping plan for the Dutch Government territory. Establish a repeatable operating cadence for pipeline creation, deal inspection, forecasting, and cross-functional account-team collaboration. First 90 days Complete strategic account plans for the highest-priority government accounts, including business priorities, buying groups, whitespace, partners, competition, and next actions. Create qualified pipeline through a balanced mix of net-new opportunities, partner-sourced activity, executive introductions, and expansion plays. Develop a strong network of relevant government and ecosystem stakeholders, with clear relationship and meeting objectives. Demonstrate consistent MEDDICC qualification and accurate Salesforce hygiene across active opportunities. Identify the most relevant public-sector use cases and value narratives for Camunda's Dutch market development. First 180 days and beyond Establish a credible, repeatable pipeline engine for the Dutch Government market. Progress strategic opportunities through well-defined qualification, value validation, technical evaluation, procurement, and commercial stages. Win new government logos and create expansion paths into additional departments, agencies, or processes. Build trusted relationships with executive sponsors and public-sector ecosystem partners. Contribute actionable market insight that improves Camunda's positioning, messaging, partner strategy, and investment decisions in the Netherlands. Deliver against quota while protecting long-term customer value, adoption, and expansion potential. What you will bring Must-haves 5+ years of success in a quota-carrying enterprise software or SaaS Account Executive role, owning complex deals end to end. Demonstrated experience selling into the Dutch Government or another highly regulated public-sector environment, with a clear understanding of formal procurement, security, legal, and governance requirements. A track record of creating pipeline through proactive outbound activity and converting multi-stakeholder opportunities into material, preferably multi-year, contracts. Strong command of MEDDICC or a comparable enterprise sales methodology, with the discipline to qualify rigorously, manage mutual action plans, and forecast accurately. Executive presence and communication skills in Dutch and English, with the ability to connect operational problems to strategic, financial, and citizen-impact outcomes. A collaborative, customer-focused, and resilient approach aligned with Camunda's FAITH values and global-first way of working. Nice-to-haves Experience selling process automation, workflow, orchestration, integration, business transformation, or adjacent enterprise technology. Existing relationships across Dutch ministries, executive agencies, municipalities, provinces, public-service organizations, or government-focused partners. Experience working with global system integrators, regional implementation partners, or public-sector framework agreements. Familiarity with Camunda, BPMN, DMN, process orchestration, cloud platforms, or agentic automation. Experience creating quantified value cases for service modernization, compliance, operational resilience, or cost reduction. Why this role matters now Dutch public-sector organizations are under pressure to modernize services, improve efficiency, operate securely, and coordinate increasingly complex technology and regulatory environments. Process orchestration gives them a way to make that complexity visible and manageable while connecting people, systems, and automation. This role is an opportunity to shape a market rather than inherit a mature patch. You will have the ownership and visibility to define where Camunda can create the greatest public value, build the ecosystem around those opportunities, and establish a durable foundation for growth in the Netherlands. You will join a global, distributed team that values initiative, transparency, customer impact, and practical collaboration. The role offers the chance to work at the intersection of public-sector transformation, enterprise technology, process orchestration, and the next generation of agentic automation. Accelerating embodied AGI. The next ten years of AI will not be won in software. They will be won in the physical world: in factories, hospitals, kitchens, fields, and homes. The companies that own that data will own the century. microagi is building it. We are a data research and deployment lab. Atlas captures the manual work inside Europe's industrial champions, trains foundation models on it, and deploys the right robot onto the floor, with no teleoperation and no interruption to the line. Shift records how physical work actually happens and turns it into training-ready data. We were founded by former Formula 1 engineers from Red Bull Racing and Mercedes, together with a researcher from the Alan Turing Institute. Our $55M seed round, the largest in German history, was led by Hummingbird with Northzone, LocalGlobe, Village Global, and redalpine. We are based in Munich, with our research centre in Zürich and teams in London, New York, and Istanbul. We are now building the engineering and research teams that will take Atlas into new industries. Most sales roles hand you a territory, a playbook and a quota. This one hands you a market that does not exist yet. We are looking for a builder: someone who would rather create a market than inherit one. Our first enterprise customers are live and the signal is clear. Everything after that is yours to build. Putting physical AI onto a production line is not a software sale. It reaches the plant manager, the COO, the works council, safety and compliance, IT, procurement, and often the CEO. Deals take time, run through site visits and technical assessments, and are won on trust. Your job is to close our first deals in DACH and turn them into a market we own. We look for ownership, high agency and low ego, someone who wants to shape both our customer base, shape how we sell and succeed. What You Will Do Close our first enterprise deals in DACH. Own each one end to end, from first conversation to signed contract. Run the full cycle: discovery, NDAs, use cases and footage, site visits, and a technical deployment assessment covering hardware, data, investment and timeline. Seek the truth on every deal. Find out what Atlas can and cannot do on each customer's line, say it plainly, and never sell what we cannot deliver, even when it costs the deal. Navigate the whole buying group: plant managers, COOs, works councils, safety and compliance, procurement, and the board. Bring each of them along. Build your own pipeline. Find the industrial champions in your market and get in the room. Develop the playbook as you go: who we sell to, how we price, what wins and what does not. The next ten sellers will run on what you build. Take what you learn on the floor back to product, research and deployment. Requirements A track record of building, wherever you earned it: a market, a team, a company, a product line. Something that exists because you made it. Enterprise sales experience. You have closed long, complex deals with many stakeholders, and you know how to keep them moving when they stall. At your best in ambiguity. No map, no precedent, no one to ask. You sell a vision and people trust you with it. Honest, likeable, low ego, high standards. Willing to get your hands dirty. You build the account lists, write the proposals, and go to site yourself. Fluent German and English. Based in Munich, in the office, with regular travel to customer sites. Nice to Have You have sold to operations buyers: plant or site managers, COOs, heads of manufacturing or logistics. You have run pilots, POCs, or hardware-plus-software deals. You have been early somewhere: founding AE, first sales hire, or early Head of Sales. A background in operations consulting, VC, or as a founder. Who Will Thrive at microagi Everyone we hire is assessed on the same four traits: Mission and vision: you care about what we are building and why it matters, and your past choices show it. Intensity: you work at a pace that matches the size of the opportunity, and you sustain it. Entrepreneurial: you start things nobody asked for, and you finish them. Raw IQ: you learn fast, reason from first principles, and get sharper when the problem changes. This is for you if: You would rather own a problem end to end than wait for a spec. You use AI every day, and you can tell a correct answer from a plausible one. You want to work in person, in the office, with people who are very good at what they do. This is not for you if: You are looking for a predictable 9-to-5. You would forward output you cannot explain. "That's not my job" feels like a reasonable answer. How We Hire We read every application and reply within five working days. Talent Screen (30 min): a first conversation, both ways. Technical or Functional Interview (60 min): how you think when the problem changes. Your Work (60 min): bring something you are proud of and walk us through it. Leadership (30 min): a conversation with our CEO. Coworking Day (engineering and research roles): a day building with the team on a real problem. Then a decision, usually within a few days. Pay Transparency Compensation includes base salary and equity. The salary range for this role is shown on this posting. What We Offer Agency: real ownership from day one, and decisions that actually matter. Freedom: to choose how you solve the problem, without layers of approval. A seat on a rocketship: one of Europe's fastest-growing deep-tech companies, at the earliest stage. Free food and drinks in the office. Equal Opportunity microagi welcomes applications from everyone. We assess candidates on their work and potential, regardless of ethnic origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
