Chiffres clés : La performance du Responsable Qualité Stock sera évaluée par des objectifs SMART définies par semestre. 🎯 MISSIONS Activités principales Activity 1: Quality Management 1) Garant de l'implémentation des process Qualité ● Être le promoteur de la politique Qualité Stock dans les entrepôts ● Assurer le respect de l'application des processus qualité, notamment le Book Qualité aux postes des retours client ● Assurer la formation de nouveaux opérateurs, et organiser les formations de nouveaux processus 2) Réalisation des Audits ● Audits qualité aux postes de retour B (retour client) pour s'assurer que les règles définies dans le Book Qualité et les processus sont correctement appliqués. ➢ Réaliser les audits selon un critère de volumétrie de façon hebdomadaire ➢ Suivi et reporting du KPI, compléter le fichier centraliser d'audits Groupe ➢ Analyse du KPI hebdomadaire et définition d'un Plan d'Actions correctif si nécessaire afin d'améliorer les processus de qualification ● Audits de l'expédition des ventes Clearance Online aux membres, afin d'assurer la qualité des produits et du packaging (en collaboration avec l'entrepôt): ➢ Réaliser les audits selon un critère de volumétrie de façon hebdomadaire ➢ Suivi et reporting du KPI, compléter le fichier centraliser d'audits Groupe ➢ Assurer l'implémentation des processus qualité ● Audit des retours: accompagnent à l'utilisation de Defect Tracker (tracking et correction des anomalies produit) 3) Amélioration de la qualité du stock (physique <> IT stock) Être le point de contact pour comprendre les processus de l'entrepôt lors des enquêtes liées aux sujets Stock Data Quality Soutenir le déploiement de nouvelles tâches et de nouveaux processus visant à garantir la qualité des données de stock : ● communication locale auprès des différentes équipes ; ● suivi du déploiement via le pilotage des indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) liés aux stocks ; ● recensement des alertes et des points de vigilance susceptibles de compromettre l'atteinte de l'objectif de qualité. 4) Animer des points réguliers entre IM/site afin de suivre les différents sujets du service autour de la qualité. ● Révision des différents sujets : ➢ Dernières actions ➢ Risques / Points d'alerte ➢ Actions futures et feuille de route ➢ >> Construction d'un rapport de suivi ● Identification de nouveaux sujets et des interlocuteurs pertinents Activity 2: Change Management Soutenir le BPO IM (équipe d'amélioration continue) dans le déploiement du processus et des outils. ● Organiser la communication avec les équipes des entrepôts sur tous les sujets qualités ● Former les key users à tout nouveaux processus et s'assurer que toutes les équipes concernées seront formées par leurs managers. ● Collecter le feedback/besoins d'amélioration pour chaque entrepôt et lever les alertes ● Participer aux comités des projets pour suivre et comprendre les détails et finalité ainsi que les impacts sur le stock et la qualité) Activity 3: Business Development ● Suivre, implémenter et définir les processus de revalorisation du stock : repacking, réparation, recyclage.
