El trabajo ahora es mostrarles que también somos fuertes en React Native, React, Node.js , Python y AI Please mention the word **JOYOUSLY** and tag RMmExMzpkMjAwOjEzOjcxOjox when applying to show you read the job post completely (#RMmExMzpkMjAwOjEzOjcxOjox). Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role Core Platform builds the foundations every other team at ElevenLabs builds on: how users, workspaces and permissions work across our products. Our systems sit on the path of every request and are relied on by millions of users and by enterprise customers, so correctness, security and safe rollout matter as much as speed. We are hiring full stack engineers (backend leaning) for two focus areas. Depending on the team you join, your responsibilities might include: Workspaces & User Management (serving external customers) Building and improving the building blocks customers touch directly: API keys, login experience, analytics, admin tooling, workspace security and more Working closely with Sales, FDEs and customer teams to turn enterprise and self-serve feedback into the right improvements, and helping large customers with complex organisational structures. Shipping customer-facing features end to end, from backend services to the admin and settings UI. Permissions & Resources (serving ElevenLabs engineering teams) Designing and building generic resource and permissioning services that product teams use to build features safely and quickly. Solving hard, largely greenfield problems at scale, for example how a customer with a million agents assigns and manages access. Working across product teams to understand their needs, and driving adoption with changes that don't require every team to rework their code. In both teams you will: Scope work as part of a large existing system: understand what exists, what could go wrong on rollout, whether a migration is needed, and how downstream teams are affected. Roll out changes safely and with minimal disruption to existing users, teams or systems. Debug and operate what you build, working from customer reports, logs and code. Own features from scoping to completion, with the support of experienced engineers who are happy to mentor. Requirements We do not require any formal experience, certifications, or degrees. Instead, we are seeking engineers who can show they have solved impressively hard problems, through past projects or GitHub contributions. We do require: Expertise in Python. A strong background in backend development, with comfort working across the stack where the work needs it. Experience with common software and system design patterns and infrastructure, including APIs, cloud infrastructure tools, storage solutions and data structures. Strong test design and security fundamentals. Care and attention to detail when changing live, business-critical systems, and the ability to learn a large existing codebase quickly. Comfort with ambiguity: working out what should be built, and prioritising among competing signals. Bonus: Experience with authentication, authorization or permissioning (OAuth, SSO/SCIM, RBAC or similar). Experience with Kubernetes. Experience building internal platforms or services used by other engineering teams. Location Our team is based across the UK, EU and US, and this is our main focus. We are flexible for exceptional candidates elsewhere. You will use tools like Cursor, Claude, or Gemini to accelerate scaffolding, refactoring, and test writing, while acting as the ultimate authority on architectural integrity, security, and quality. As agents take on more of the routine coding, your leverage moves up a level - you direct them, shape the architecture, and own the quality of what ships. Shape next-gen architecture: Drive our evolution toward a multi-module Spring Modulith architecture, optimize complex PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch queries, and dive into domain-specific RDF semantic data structures. Elevate quality & team standards: Raise the bar on engineering hygiene by maintaining rigorous test coverage (JUnit, Testcontainers, Playwright), conducting sharp merge request reviews (including AI-generated code), and mentoring junior engineers. What helps you succeed: Proven SaaS Experience: 5+ years of shipping and owning full-stack features in production software. A degree in Computer Science, Fachinformatiker training, or strong hands-on experience as a career-changer are all welcome. AI-Native Mindset: AI tools (Cursor, Claude and Gemini) are an integral part of your daily workflow. You view AI as an output amplifier, combine high curiosity with deep technical judgment, and reject skepticism toward AI-assisted coding. Location & Work Permit: You are based in Germany within a reasonable commuting distance to our Cologne office (NRW) and hold a valid German work permit. Full-Stack Core Stack: Deep expertise in modern Java (17+), the Spring Boot ecosystem (Spring Security, Spring Data JPA), React 18, TypeScript, Redux, and GraphQL (Apollo Client). Data & Testing Rigor: Strong hands-on experience with SQL/PostgreSQL, Flyway migrations, full-stack testing (Unit, Integration, E2E), and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. Languages: Business fluent English is required; German skills are a strong plus. Bonus Impact: Prior experience with semantic web tools (RDF, SPARQL, Apache Jena), Material UI (MUI 5), Elasticsearch, or pharma/life-sciences domains (FHIR, IDMP) is a major plus. Why you'll love working here: Impactful Career Growth: Evolve into a Technical Lead / Lead Engineer role or deepen your specialization in semantic data platforms, AI features, or platform architecture as we scale. Epic Office & Hybrid Work: Work from our brand-new office in the KölnTurm, featuring breathtaking views over the city (even higher than the view from the Cologne Cathedral!). Enjoy flexible hybrid options. (Note: On-site presence in Cologne/NRW is required; fully remote work is not offered). Community & Industry Events: Connect and grow your network through exclusive industry events hosted regularly right in our scenic office space. Competitive Compensation: Fixed salary package of €75,000 – €100,000 per year for a full-time, permanent position. Work-Life Balance & Perks: 30 days of paid vacation, a personal learning budget, hardware of your choice (Mac, Linux, Windows), and your choice between a subsidized Urban Sports Club membership or a €50/month City Plus Card. Empowered Culture: High trust, flat hierarchies, and an environment where your decisions directly shape the product. Not ticking every box? Not ticking every box? We encourage you to apply anyway! We know great talent doesn't always follow a checklist and we care more about your potential, curiosity, and motivation to learn. At ACCURIDS, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive team. We especially encourage women and people from underrepresented backgrounds in tech, science, and data to apply. Full TimeHybridMid

About lemon.markets 🍋 We enable anyone to be an investor. Our mission is to grow investing opportunities for all European customers and businesses. By empowering FinTechs, banks, and wealth managers to offer investment products, we help create financial well-being for their customers. lemon.markets is a Brokerage-as-a-Service platform: simple digital access to capital markets through a single API. Our API-first infrastructure abstracts brokerage complexity with a well-documented API, a self-service customer operations portal, and a clear regulatory framework, so partners can launch customer-centric, compliant products in weeks, not months. As part of the dwpbank group, we're adding a layer of resources and expertise to benefit from, while continuing to operate as an independent fintech with our own team, product, and start-up identity under the dwpbank umbrella. Your Mission: As a Backend Engineer at lemon.markets, you will play an important role in designing the backend services and architecture of our brokerage API platform that allows other companies to easily embed investing into their product. You will independently build and deliver high-quality features and services within a cross-functional team, from implementation through production. You will take ownership of your team's deliverables, make thoughtful implementation choices based on product context and customer needs, and help ensure that the systems you work on are reliable, maintainable and ready to scale. You will work in one of our product domains: Customer Lifecycle, Investing or Banking processes, helping us maintain and improve the Core Platform & Systems around them. Our tech stack is Python, FastAPI, AWS and Postgres. In this role, you will make a meaningful contribution to the development of our core Platform & Systems and to the technical decisions within your team. You will work alongside a cross-functional team of experts as we build the investment infrastructure for the next 100 million retail investors in Europe. About you: You write well-structured, maintainable and well-tested code in at least one modern programming language, such as Python , Go, Java, Ruby, JavaScript or TypeScript. We're technology agnostic, so Python experience isn't required, but you should be excited to learn it. You have experience in designing and implementing highly scalable architecture and reliable REST APIs and bring the desire to make them world-class. You've gained good experience with software in a cloud environment ( AWS , GCP, Azure) and the architectural patterns for this environment. You have a good understanding of any of these document-based or relational database technology such as MySQL/ PostgreSQL . You know how to write high-quality code that is understandable, maintainable and well tested, and can guide other engineers to do the same via code reviews. you're embracing AI tooling and are actively incorporating it into your daily workflow You have good problem-solving skills and the ability to provide in-depth evaluations and analyses of unique and complex technological issues. You have a track record of designing, building and operating reliable and scalable backend systems as part of a cross-functional team. You will be successful in this role if: Growing investment opportunities excites you. We operate in a highly regulated environment and therefore having worked prior in a Fintech or financial Service provider would give you a head start, but is not a must. You see yourself as a product engineer. That means, you are excited by solving customer problems and strive to become an expert in the domain area you are working in. You enjoy building from scratch. This means high involvement in the product development process itself while advocating for the best engineering practices. It also means that you enjoy taking technical decisions. You are ready and willing to take ownership of problems and act on them decisively with no supervision. You always thrive for high quality outcomes through focus, determination and attention to detail. You are a team player. Working together as a team, sharing knowledge & providing mentorship comes naturally to you. Long term - you consider becoming a team lead. You have no problem with learning new technologies on the go. You try to solve problems with more things than the ones you already know. We will always enable you with that, but your willingness has to come first. You understand what working in a startup or a similar lean organisation is like. You are able to work with a small team in a lean environment, can move quickly and focus on what's truly important. You see yourself reflected in the skills above, or you see yourself growing into this path. We're looking for people with passion, desire to learn and that are team players. You're encouraged to apply, even if your experience doesn't precisely match the job description. Your skills and passion will stand out - and set you apart - especially if your career has taken some extraordinary twists and turns. How we take care of you: 🚀 Compensation package: We offer you a competitive salary, based on your experience and the value-add you bring to lemon.markets. 🕑 Flexible working hours: We trust people to choose when they work best and avoid a rigid 9 to 5 mindset. But also in the bigger things: celebrating the onboarding of new partners, growing our teams, and owning a strong discussion culture. 💛 Perks & benefits: We choose benefits that add actual value. We sponsor a Deutschlandticket for employees on unlimited contracts, plus 50% off on Beatvest - our partner for financial education and investing. 🏝 Workation: Get out of here!
