ApaleoFrance (Fully Remote)yesterday

Apaleo is the world's most open, API-first property management platform powering the next generation of hospitality operations. Its modular, AI-powered infrastructure enables hoteliers to customise their tech stack, automate routine work, and deliver seamless, personalised guest experiences, powered by best-in-class apps and autonomous AI agents that adapt to every stay. Why this role You are the technical voice in front of strategic customers, at a moment when hospitality is being rebuilt around AI. We are launching our own AI agent platform, and we need architects who can show operators what comes next. High trust. You own the technical answer in front of strategic customers and deals. High visibility. Your work shows up in deals, key accounts and customer stories, and it reaches Product. High freedom. You decide how to solve a problem, which tools to use and what to prototype. Fast iteration. We test ideas within days, try new technology early and share what works. Your mission Win and grow strategic accounts with technical credibility, and turn what you learn in the field into input for the product. You look at a customer's current architecture and show how an Apaleo-centred setup delivers their goals. You also help them put AI agents to work, deciding what should be an agent, what it costs and how to set it up. Sales and Account Management own the relationship and the commercial terms. You own the technical answer. What you will do Technical discovery and solution scoping. Lead discovery where a standard demo is not enough. Write clear scopes covering what Apaleo delivers natively, what needs a short-term solution and what is out of scope. Proofs of concept. Build fast, working proofs of concept (quick demos that show technical fit). Agree scope in writing first, and build in a safe test environment, never with live guest data. Agents and automations. Design and build agents and automations for customer use cases, using n8n or Make today and Apaleo's own AI agent platform as it launches. Write code where agents need deterministic steps. Hands-on delivery and short-term solutions. Work alongside the customer, building only where it unblocks a named deal, removes an adoption risk or fills a product gap. Agree an exit plan (an end date, a replacement and a named owner) before you start. Post-sale health checks and expansions. Diagnose gaps against the go-live specification, run proactive checks (for example 90 days after go-live) and scope integrations for expanding customers. Reusable assets. Turn every engagement into a reference architecture, pattern or template that the next twenty customers can use. Thought leadership. Join prospect and customer conversations on how AI will change hospitality over the next two to three years. Product feedback. Test new technology on real customer problems. Share prototypes and field evidence with Product, ending every experiment with a clear decision: adopt, hand over or drop. How you work You decide the approach, the stack and the order of work. You protect three guardrails: written scope before a proof of concept, an exit plan before a custom build and no commercial promises. You go from idea to prototype in days and show it early. You think in systems and build for reuse, not one-off projects. You share findings openly with Sales, Account Management and Product. Who you work with Sales/BD and Account Management (they call you in at defined deal triggers), Customer Success, Product, Security, Partnerships, RevOps and Senior Leadership. What you bring Must have Multiple years in solution architecture, solution engineering or technical consulting in B2B SaaS, ideally with complex software such as ERP or enterprise platforms Strong API skills: REST, authentication, webhooks and events, and data-flow design Hands-on workflow automation (n8n preferred) and practical experience building with LLM agents A systems thinker with real AI curiosity, who uses AI tools day to day Stakeholder management experience and credibility with executives and IT teams Self-direction, an ownership mindset and the discipline to say no to scope that does not advance a deal Curiosity that ends in working prototypes, not just opinions Clear, structured documentation habits Fluent English and French skills Willingness to travel, including regularly to France and the UK Strong plus Hospitality or travel experience, including hotel operations and PMS concepts (reservations, folios, rate plans, night audit) Experience with another cloud PMS, channel manager or payments integrations Enterprise architecture experience on large, multi-site projects Applied AI or ML background, or experience with MCP and agent platforms SQL and BI fundamentals How we measure success Architecture engagements and blueprints delivered each quarter Customer satisfaction with your contribution Adoption of recommended apps, integrations and agents Share of engagements served by an existing reusable pattern Revenue impact e.g. deal unblocked, AI adoption, or churn averted Your first 90 days Days 1 to 30: Learn the platform and ways of working, shadow discovery and proof of concept work, and take over open customer projects. Days 31 to 60: Lead technical discovery on live deals and run your first health check with Account Management. Days 61 to 90: Deliver a proof of concept or short-term solution end to end with an exit plan, and share your first experiment with Product. What We Offer Culture & Growth A Diverse & International Team: Work alongside passionate professionals from over 20 nationalities, bringing unique cultural perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to shape the future of hospitality tech. Growth & Development: As we scale, so do your opportunities. You'll benefit from 360° feedback reviews, a dedicated learning budget, and plenty of chances to take on more responsibility. We raised $450M in our Series D funding round in March of 2025 and are on an exciting trajectory as a company. Fleetio is also a proud founding member of the Rails Foundation ! More about our team and company: Fleetio overview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoXyXTFWbkg Our careers page: https://www.fleetio.com/careers Fleetio is looking for a Partner Development Manager to build and grow a portfolio of strategic reseller relationships — Fleet Management Companies (FMCs), telematics providers, and VARs — across the full partner lifecycle. This is a true hunter-farmer role: you'll be equally accountable for sourcing, qualifying, and signing new reseller partners and for managing and growing the partners already in your book. You're comfortable running a cold or warm partner pipeline from first conversation to signed agreement, and just as comfortable sitting across from an existing partner asking "where's our next dollar of growth together." You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to build the partner pipeline, close new agreements, enable partners post-signature, and turn signed relationships into ramped, revenue-generating accounts. What You'll Do New Partner Development Identify, prospect, and qualify new reseller partner candidates across FMC, Telematics, and VAR segments, building and managing your own outbound pipeline. Own the full sales cycle for new partner agreements — discovery, pitch, commercial negotiation, legal/redline coordination — through signature. Score and prioritize prospective partners against Fleetio's qualification criteria (market fit, geographic fit, program maturity, pipeline potential) to focus effort on the highest-value opportunities. Build relationships with executive sponsors at prospective partner organizations to secure buy-in and accelerate path-to-close. Maintain an accurate, up-to-date view of the partner pipeline (stage, blockers, next actions, target ETA) in Salesforce/partner tracking tools. Existing Partner Growth Own a book of signed reseller partners end-to-end — from onboarding and enablement through renewal and expansion. Build and maintain a shared definition of "growth" with each partner: agreed targets for assets under management, ARR, and pipeline, tracked consistently and revisited regularly. Proactively identify incremental revenue opportunities within existing partner accounts — new segments, new use cases, underpenetrated regions, or expanded product attach. Drive partner performance against joint business plans, holding partners (and internal stakeholders) accountable to commitments and timelines. Support QBRs, joint marketing initiatives, and co-selling motions with key partners. Across Both Partner closely with internal Sales teams to ensure partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities are tracked, supported, and closed efficiently. Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, competitive position, and channel economics in order to tailor Fleetio's value proposition and identify white space. Represent the voice of the partner internally — surfacing blockers, feedback, and market intelligence to Product, Marketing, and Partnerships leadership. What We're Looking For 10+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or a strategic account management role — ideally in B2B SaaS, fleet, telematics, or a related vertical. Demonstrated success in both new business development (sourcing and closing new partner/channel agreements) and account growth (expanding revenue within an existing partner book) — this is not a role for a pure hunter or a pure farmer. A strong sales and commercial orientation: you think in terms of pipeline, ARR, attach rate, and growth levers, whether the partner is brand-new or five years in. Proven track record of growing revenue through third-party partners/resellers, with concrete examples from both new-logo signing and existing-account expansion. Comfort managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals — including commercial negotiation and coordinating through legal/contracting cycles. Strong executive presence; experience building and maintaining relationships with senior partner stakeholders and sponsors, pre- and post-signature. Highly organized and self-directed — able to manage a diverse portfolio of partners at very different stages (prospecting, qualification, contracting, ramping, mature) simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting performance and plans to both partners and internal leadership. Experience with CRM/partner tracking tools (Salesforce or similar) for pipeline and account management. Familiarity with the fleet management, telematics, or FMC/VAR reseller landscape is a strong plus. Bias toward action and ownership — you don't wait to be told where the next dollar of growth is, whether that's a brand-new partner or an existing one; you go find it. Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!) 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid) FSA & HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only) Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment. A little about us… Fleetio is a modern software platform that helps thousands of organizations worldwide manage their fleet operations. We raised $450M in our Series D funding round in March of 2025 and are on an exciting trajectory as a company. Fleetio is also a proud founding member of the Rails Foundation ! More about our team and company: Fleetio overview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoXyXTFWbkg Our careers page: https://www.fleetio.com/careers Fleetio is writing a new chapter. We are moving from a well-loved product in a category we helped define to a brand that fleet operators, technicians, and executives recognize at first sight and trust on instinct. We put our name on a NASCAR race. We have a car on track with 23XI Racing. We are rebuilding the company narrative around where fleet operations are actually going — not where it has been. What we need now is the person who makes it all feel like one thing. As Senior Director of Brand, you own how Fleetio looks, sounds, and shows up — everywhere. Our visual identity. Our editorial voice. Our social presence and video work. Our earned media. The creative expression of the company story across every surface a customer, a candidate, or an analyst will ever touch. You will lead a talented in-house team and a set of agency partners, and report directly to the CMO on a marketing leadership team being rebuilt for the next stage of growth. This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's. The narrative foundation is being set now. You get to define the expression of it. Fleetio has a product customers love and a story the market has not yet fully heard. Closing that gap is the single highest-leverage thing marketing can do for this company right now. This seat is where that work lives. What You'll Own Brand system and creative. Visual identity, creative direction, and design standards across web, campaign, product surfaces, events, and sponsorship — the system that makes Fleetio recognizable in a category where most brands look interchangeable. Content and thought leadership. Editorial strategy and the content engine — thought leadership, long-form, owned research, and the always-on content that builds authority with fleet leaders and feeds organic and AI-driven search. Social and multimedia. Organic social and video as a real channel, not an afterthought — the presence that keeps Fleetio in the conversation between sales cycles. Communications and PR. Earned media strategy in partnership with our PR agency, executive visibility programs, awards, and the messaging discipline that holds across every external moment. Brand activation. Turning our 23XI Racing partnership and our field presence into a year-round content and storytelling engine — not a logo on a car. Team and partners. Hiring, developing, and leading the brand and content team; owning agency relationships, creative operations, and the intake and prioritization system that lets a small team punch far above its weight. What Success Looks Like In your first year: The new Fleetio narrative is live and consistent everywhere — from the homepage to the trade show booth to the sales deck — and it looks and sounds unmistakably like us. Awareness and share of voice move measurably in our favor in the fleet management category. The content engine runs at a cadence demand generation, and sales can actually build on, anchored by at least one owned research franchise, the industry cites. The NASCAR partnership produces story, not just impressions — with a content calendar behind every race weekend. The brand and content team is stronger, clearer on standards, and doing the best work of their careers. Who You Are 10+ years in brand leadership, including 4+ years leading and developing teams. You have taken a B2B brand — ideally SaaS, ideally at meaningful scale — through a narrative or identity evolution, and shipped it into market. Not just designed it. Shipped it. You have real taste, editorial and visual, and the judgment to know when good enough ships and when it does not. You are comfortable being measured. Awareness, share of voice, engagement, content-influenced pipeline — you can hold a number and defend it in front of a CEO. You are a genuine partner to product marketing, demand generation, events, and customer marketing. Brand does not work in a room by itself. You have managed agencies well — gotten more out of them than the retainer suggested. You like real-world industries. Our buyers are fleet managers, technicians, and operations leaders. They are not marketers, and they can smell marketing from a mile away. Nice to Have Sponsorship, partnership, or experiential activation experience — sports, motorsport, or large-scale events. Experience building or running an in-house creative studio. Challenger-brand or category-creation experience against a larger, better-funded incumbent. Fluency in how content strategy is changing under AI-driven search and answer engines. Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!) 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid) FSA & HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only) Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment. More about our team and company: Fleetio overview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoXyXTFWbkg Our careers page: https://www.fleetio.com/careers We're hiring a Senior Field Marketing Manager at Fleetio, and we're looking for someone who's excited to roll up their sleeves and build something that truly matters. This role is all about connecting marketing to revenue, customers, and moments in the field. You'll partner closely with sales, bring creative ideas to life, and help us show up in ways that feel human, helpful, and memorable. If you love turning strategy into action and want to help shape what field marketing looks like here we'd love to meet you. This is a chance to help build something from the ground up, not just run someone else's playbook. You'll have the space to experiment, the support to make things happen, and a team that genuinely cares about doing great work together. At Fleetio, we believe the best ideas are simple, useful, and rooted in real customer needs. If that sounds like your kind of environment, you'll fit right in. Who you are The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has been in B2B SaaS long enough to know how things actually get done, but you're still hungry to build and improve. You're just as comfortable mapping out a territory plan as you are running an event or jumping into Salesforce to check pipeline. You don't think of field marketing as "events"; you think of it as creating meaningful touchpoints that move customers forward. You build strong relationships with sales because you genuinely care about their success (and they trust you because you deliver). You're organized but not rigid, creative but grounded in data, and you're excited by the idea of building something from scratch, with a team that values collaboration, ownership, and doing things the right way. Your impact You become the go-to partner for sales, someone they trust, rely on, and want in every planning conversation You create thoughtful, high-quality experiences (events, dinners, customer moments) that feel personal You help turn big ideas into simple, repeatable programs that drive real pipeline You bring focus and clarity to territory marketing, aligning efforts to the accounts and regions that matter most You use Salesforce and data to connect the dots between marketing activities and revenue impact You help us show up in the market in a way that feels authentic, helpful, and distinctly Fleetio You test, learn, and improve, building a field marketing motion that gets better every quarter You find creative ways to break through the noise without overcomplicating things You help us build stronger relationships with customers and prospects, not just leads, but real people Your experience 5–7 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, ideally with a strong field or demand gen focus A track record of working closely with sales teams to drive pipeline and revenue Experience planning and executing events, campaigns, and account-based programs Comfort working in Salesforce and using data to guide decisions Ability to own programs end-to-end—from idea to execution to measuring impact A mindset that balances creativity with practicality (you know what's worth doing—and what's not) Willingness to travel ~30–40% to spend time in the field with customers and sales Benefits Multiple health/dental coverage options (100% coverage for employee, 50% for family) Vision insurance Incentive stock options 401(k) match of 4% PTO - 4 weeks (increases at year two!) 12 company holidays + 2 floating holidays Parental leave - birthing parent (16 weeks paid) non-birthing (4 weeks paid) FSA & HSA options Short and long term disability (short term 100% paid) Community service funds Professional development funds Wellbeing fund - $150 quarterly Business expense stipend - $125 quarterly Mac laptop + new hire equipment stipend Fully stocked kitchen with tons of drinks & snacks (BHM only) Remote working friendly since 2012 #LI-Remote Fleetio provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants and prohibits discrimination and harassment. More about our team and company: Fleetio overview video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YoXyXTFWbkg Our careers page: https://www.fleetio.com/careers Fleetio is looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to own the tools and processes that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate GTM data across our revenue systems. This role will not be a dedicated Salesforce Admin, but Salesforce will be a critical part of the ecosystem. You will own systems like Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, and Slack integrations, and partner closely with Salesforce administrators and GTM stakeholders to ensure the right data gets into Salesforce, routes to the right teams, and supports clean reporting, automation, and follow-up. This is a hands-on role for someone who is equal parts systems thinker, data problem solver, and operator. Your Impact: Own and optimize GTM systems that create, enrich, clean, route, and activate data in Salesforce, including tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Slack integrations, and future GTM data platforms. Own the day-to-day administration and ongoing strategy for Fleetio's GTM data systems, ensuring the tools are well-governed, well-documented, and aligned to business needs. Manage Fleetio's data enrichment strategy, including account and contact enrichment, firmographic and demographic data, buying committee data, segmentation inputs, and enrichment workflows. Collaborate with Salesforce administrators to implement system connections, field updates, automation handoffs, integration users, permissions, and downstream Salesforce impacts. Monitor system integrations and data flows across the GTM tech stack, including sync errors, API issues, authentication issues, field mapping problems, failed automations, and data quality exceptions. Stay current on GTM systems trends, AI-enabled data workflows, enrichment tools, routing tools, and automation capabilities, and recommend practical ways to improve Fleetio's GTM systems ecosystem. Identify opportunities to replace manual work with automation while maintaining clear governance, ownership, and data quality controls. Own vendor relationships for assigned GTM systems, including support escalation, roadmap awareness, usage insights, documentation, and enablement. Your Experience: 3+ years of experience in GTM Systems, Revenue Systems, Sales Operations, Business Systems, Marketing Operations, or a similar systems-focused role. Hands-on experience working with Salesforce-connected GTM systems. This role is not a dedicated Salesforce Admin role, but you should understand Salesforce objects, fields, reports, permissions concepts, and how connected systems write to and read from Salesforce. Experience administering or deeply working with GTM data tools such as Clay, ZoomInfo, RingLead, LeanData, Zapier, Workato, Crossbeam, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of GTM data architecture, including Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, routing fields, source fields, enrichment fields, ownership fields, and lifecycle or funnel stages. You'll own sales compensation and tackle a range of other analytical and operational challenges that help Fleetio's go-to-market teams perform at their best. You'll run the monthly commission process, maintain accurate plans, and help our teams understand and trust their payouts. Alongside that ownership, you'll analyze performance trends, strengthen reporting, and improve the processes that support our revenue organization. You might trace a commission discrepancy back to its source, investigate why conversion changed across a sales segment, or turn a manual workflow into a repeatable process using automation. You'll identify problems, recommend solutions, and work with partners to implement those improvements. This role is a strong fit for someone who thrives on variety, takes pride in precise execution, and wants to build both deep expertise and broad business understanding. You're curious about how things work, comfortable learning unfamiliar processes, and motivated by making them better. You'll report to the Revenue Operations Manager and partner with Sales, Account Management, Finance, People Operations, Marketing, Enablement, and GTM Systems. Your impact You'll work across sales compensation, funnel analytics, and process improvement to help our revenue teams operate effectively and make informed decisions. Document processes and business rules to ensure scalability, repeatability, and strong cross-functional trust. What you bring 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Compensation Operations, Finance, or a similar analytical role in B2B SaaS or a recurring-revenue business. You can explain a payout calculation to a rep, a performance trend to a leader, or a business requirement to a systems partner. You're comfortable asking questions and respectfully challenging assumptions when the data points elsewhere. You've owned a recurring process or project from start to finish and made it better along the way. You can take an open-ended question, structure the analysis, check your assumptions, and land on a recommendation with clear trade-offs. You have a proven track record of building and auditing spreadsheet models using formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and quality checks. You have hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and QuotaPath (or similar commissions software). You learn unfamiliar areas quickly and can move between detailed operational work and broader business problems. You prioritize well, keep partners informed, and raise risks or decisions early. You're curious about AI and automation and can spot practical ways to improve analysis and workflows, with thoughtful validation of the results. Senior Incident & Problem Manager

BloomreachCzechia, Slovakia (Fully Remote)yesterday

jiracompliancecompliancecoachingcustomer successonboarding

Bloomreach is building the world's premier agentic platform for personalization .We're revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey. We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses. We're making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise — available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey. We're designing the future of autonomous marketing , taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do. And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine — Loomi — so that personalization isn't only autonomous…it's also consistent. From retail to financial services, hospitality to gaming, businesses use Bloomreach to drive higher growth and lasting loyalty. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora. About the role Location: Czech Republic or Slovakia. Fully remote. Working hours centered on Central European Time (CET/CEST) Reports to: Director, Global Support Incident and problem management today is fragmented and owned part-time by people whose primary role is technical. We are hiring a dedicated Senior Incident & Problem Manager to own the discipline end to end: define how we respond, lead live incidents personally, and embed a single standard across Loomi. This role pairs process ownership with hands-on incident management. You lead the war room / bridge, drive restoration, and set the bar for how incidents are run. This is not administrative coordination: you are expected to become proficient in Loomi at both a functional and a technical level, so you can lead incidents with real product judgment. This is a hands-on operational role and includes participation in a 24/7 on-call rotation. Availability outside standard hours is a core requirement, not an occasional exception. Current emphasis is roughly 80% Incident Management and 20% Problem Management. Incident management needs consolidation and communication now. Problem management does not exist yet and starts with the basics. Early priorities: unify the incident process across both Loomi products, align Engineering, Customer Success, and Product around it, and stand up Problem Management from scratch (root cause analysis, known error database, and a path from recurring incidents to permanent fixes). Over time, you will act as the functional leader for two additional Incident & Problem Managers (no direct people management): setting direction, coaching on the craft, and raising the quality bar for the function. Success in the first year Establish a unified Incident Management function across the product, where teams understand the value it brings and know how to navigate the process. What you'll do Own incident management end to end for Loomi (Marketing and Search), and personally lead live incidents as Incident Manager, including war-room / bridge leadership through to restoration. Design and implement a single, unified incident process across both products. Own incident communications in clear customer language: status page updates, customer-facing messages, and concise briefings for executives and internal stakeholders during critical incidents. Run post-incident close-out: facilitate the review after major incidents, document what happened and what we learned, assign corrective actions with owners and timelines, and follow those actions through to closure. Establish Problem Management from the ground up: root cause analysis, a known error database, and a path to prevent recurring incidents. Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, and Product, and enable teams through clear training and materials so the process is understood, trusted, and used. Build deep product proficiency in Loomi (Marketing and Search) at both a functional and a technical level: how the products work, how customers use them, and how the main components fit together. Track and report on the metrics that matter (MTTR, repeat-incident rate, SLA compliance) and use them to drive continuous improvement. Work day to day in Jira, Zendesk, and PagerDuty, and own the status page as the customer-facing source of truth during incidents. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. What you'll need Must have 5+ years of experience in incident management, major incident coordination, technical operations, or a closely related SaaS operations role. Willingness and availability to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation. This is a core condition of the role. Proven ability to lead war rooms / incident bridges under pressure: calm, structured, and decisive when severity is high. Excellent customer-facing communication: translating technical disruption into clear customer language, including status page updates and stakeholder briefings. Ability to deliver concise executive briefings during critical incidents (impact, risk, and recovery path). High ownership and a hands-on approach: take an ambiguous mandate, run incidents yourself, make the process operational, and remain accountable for the outcome. Excellent influencing skills, with the ability to align teams without formal authority. Hands-on experience with ITSM / incident tooling (we use Jira, Zendesk, and PagerDuty). Strong analytical skills, including leading root cause analysis and distinguishing symptoms from causes. A track record of building or maturing a process, not only operating one. Genuine commitment to becoming proficient in the product. This role requires a real working understanding of Loomi (Marketing and Search) at both a functional and a technical level. You will learn how the products work, how customers use them, and how the main components fit together, and keep that knowledge current. Solid command of core IT and SaaS concepts (APIs, integrations, webhooks, data flows, logs, environments, service dependencies), enough to assess impact quickly and ask the right questions during an incident. Fluency in English. Nice to have ITIL or equivalent incident and problem management knowledge. Experience establishing or reshaping a Problem Management practice. #LI-KP1 The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above. Base Salary Range 900 000 Kč—1 050 000 Kč CZK More things you'll like about Bloomreach: Culture: A great deal of freedom and trust. At Bloomreach we don't clock in and out, and we have neither corporate rules nor long approval processes. This freedom goes hand in hand with responsibility. We are interested in results from day one. We have defined our 5 values and the 10 underlying key behaviors that we strongly believe in. We can only succeed if everyone lives these behaviors day to day. We've embedded them in our processes like recruitment, onboarding, feedback, personal development, performance review and internal communication. We organize company events to experience the global spirit of the company and get excited about what's ahead. We encourage and support our employees to engage in volunteering activities - every Bloomreacher can take 5 paid days off to volunteer*. The Bloomreach Comparably page Culture score is even higher at 4.9/5 Personal Development: We have a People Development Program - participating in personal development workshops on various topics run by experts from inside the company. We are continuously developing & updating competency maps for select functions. Our resident communication coach Ivo Večeřa is available to help navigate work-related communications & decision-making challenges.* Our managers are strongly encouraged to participate in the Leader Development Program to develop in the areas we consider essential for any leader. The program includes regular comprehensive feedback, consultations with a coach and follow-up check-ins. Bloomreachers utilize the $1,500 professional education budget on an annual basis to purchase education products (books, courses, certifications, etc.)* Well-being: The Employee Assistance Program -- with counselors -- is available for non-work-related challenges.* Subscription to Calm - sleep and meditation app.* We organize 'DisConnect' days where Bloomreachers globally enjoy one additional day off each quarter, allowing us to unwind together and focus on activities away from the screen with our loved ones. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora. Become a Senior SRE for Bloomreach! Join the Fuse team — the team responsible for the item data management capabilities that connect Bloomreach Data Hub with Marketing, Search, Recommendations, and emerging Loomi agent use cases. Fuse owns and evolves the systems behind Data Hub item collections : ingesting items data, transforming and validating it, managing data schemas and lifecycle, and distributing data reliably to downstream Bloomreach products. Item collections provide a unified source of data that can be used across all Bloomreach products. Our current areas of focus include: Unified items data pipelines : processing records into structured items and keeping data synchronized with Marketing and Search destinations. Catalog APIs and lifecycle management : customer-facing and internal APIs, catalog creation and naming, schemas, destinations, migrations, and backward-compatible evolution. Scalable storage and indexing : operating and improving systems built on PostgreSQL, Bigtable, Elasticsearch, Solr. Reliable jobs execution : submission, queueing, execution, progress reporting, retries, cancellation, rate limiting, and operational tooling. Cross-product capabilities : catalog data triggers, multi-dimensional data support, custom item types, catalog data enrichment, recommendations, and semantic catalog profiles for agentic use cases. As a Senior SRE, you will be the team's reliability and operability leader . You will work alongside backend engineers, embedded QA, Product, and Engineering Management to make complex product-data systems observable, scalable, safe to release, and straightforward to operate. Fuse embraces AI-assisted engineering. We expect engineers to use modern coding agents thoughtfully to accelerate investigation, development, testing, documentation, and operational work while retaining full ownership of correctness, security, and production outcomes. Working from one of our Central European offices (Bratislava, Prague, or Brno), or remotely (Czechia, Slovakia) on a full-time basis, you'll become a core part of the Engineering organization. What challenge awaits you? As a P3 Senior SRE at Bloomreach, you are an independent reliability professional who can turn ambiguous operational problems into measurable improvements and lead initiatives end-to-end with minimal day-to-day guidance. Your challenge will be to make Fuse's distributed data platform dependable across the complete data path: customer or integration → Data Hub API → records and transformations → items → asynchronous jobs execution engine → storage and indexes → Marketing, Search, Recommendations, and Loomi consumers Your responsibilities a. Platform reliability and observability Own and improve the reliability posture of Fuse services, workers, APIs, queues, storage systems, and destination synchronization pipelines. Establish meaningful SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for customer-facing APIs, asynchronous jobs, catalog data freshness, destination synchronization, and indexing. Build end-to-end observability across Data Hub item collections, from API request and job submission through processing, persistence, indexing, and downstream delivery. Ensure engineers can trace a workspace, item collection, catalog, or job across services without manually correlating disconnected logs and database records. Create and maintain actionable dashboards, alerts, and service health views using Grafana, Prometheus-compatible metrics, OpenTelemetry, PagerDuty, and GCP tooling. Detect missing, stalled, duplicated, or inconsistent processing before customers or downstream teams report it. Improve capacity planning and autoscaling using workload telemetry, queue depth, processing throughput, latency, memory usage, storage growth, and customer-level traffic patterns. Reduce noisy alerts and replace symptom-based monitoring with signals tied to customer impact. b. Reliability of catalog storage and indexing Improve the availability, scalability, and operability of catalog data across PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Elasticsearch, GCS, Kafka, and related storage systems. Support catalog placement, routing, index lifecycle, shard management, safe migration, and recovery across multiple Elasticsearch clusters. Develop safeguards for full replacements, delta updates, deletions, schema changes, destination changes, and catalog reindexing. Define and automate data-consistency checks between source records, transformed items, job state, Bigtable, Elasticsearch, and downstream destinations. Help establish practical platform limits and quotas for catalog size, API traffic, job concurrency, queue depth, payload size, and expensive operations. Partner with engineers on performance testing for large catalogs and high-throughput customer workloads. c. Infrastructure, deployments, and release safety Own and evolve Kubernetes configuration and operational infrastructure for Fuse components. Improve deployment automation, progressive rollout, rollback, and validation across development and production environments. Make coordinated releases safer when changes span app/app , Fuse workers, Kubernetes configuration, and PostgreSQL migrations. Automate operational procedures that currently depend on manual commands, one-off scripts, or specialist knowledge. Maintain CI/CD pipelines with tests, linters, dependency management, security checks, image publication, and release verification. Create reusable tooling for local development, ephemeral environments, end-to-end testing, load testing, and production diagnosis. Ensure runbooks remain executable and are validated through exercises rather than existing only as documentation. d. Incident management and L3 support Participate in and help improve the Fuse L3/on-call rotation . Lead incident investigation, mitigation, stakeholder communication, and follow-up for Fuse-owned systems. Use logs, metrics, traces, database state, queue state, and Kubernetes signals to diagnose failures across distributed workflows. Build safe operational tools for common support activities such as job tracing, queue inspection, rate-limit diagnosis, catalog health checks, and index recovery. Facilitate blameless incident reviews and ensure resulting actions address root causes rather than only immediate symptoms. Improve the handoff between customer support, L2, Fuse L3, Infrastructure, and dependent engineering teams. Reduce recurring support demand by turning incident knowledge into safeguards, automation, tests, dashboards, and clear documentation. e. Security, isolation, and compliance Help Fuse meet Bloomreach security and compliance requirements, including ISO and SOC 2 controls. Enforce least-privilege access, workload identity, service-level authentication and authorization, secret rotation, encryption, and auditability. Protect customer isolation across workspaces, item collections, projects, accounts, databases, indexes, buckets, and asynchronous jobs. Ensure operational tooling and incident procedures respect production-access restrictions and PII-handling requirements. Partner with engineering teams to make security controls observable and testable rather than relying on undocumented assumptions. f. Reliability by design Participate early in the design of new Fuse capabilities so reliability, recovery, observability, limits, and operational ownership are defined before implementation. Review designs for failure modes, retry behavior, idempotency, backpressure, ordering, consistency, timeout handling, cancellation, and safe rollout. Clarify ownership boundaries and service contracts with teams including Campaigns, Data Pipeline, Integrations, Discovery, Recommendations, Infrastructure, Frontend, and QA. Help teams choose architectures that balance immediate delivery with long-term operability and cost. Coach engineers in production readiness, operational testing, debugging, and sustainable on-call practices. Our tech stack Primary languages: Go, Python, SQL APIs and application: REST APIs, Python application monolith, Go workers and services, Java Infrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes/GKE, internal Kubernetes deployment tooling Databases and storage: PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL, Bigtable, Elasticsearch, GCS, MongoDB, Redis Messaging and coordination: Kafka, ETCD, asynchronous job queues Observability: Grafana, Prometheus-compatible metrics, OpenTelemetry, GCP Logging and Monitoring, PagerDuty CI/CD and collaboration: GitLab, Jira, Confluence Testing: Go and Python unit/integration tests, API and end-to-end automation, performance testing AI-assisted engineering: Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Gemini CLI, or comparable tools You do not need to have used every technology listed. You should, however, have operated distributed production systems and be comfortable learning unfamiliar components while diagnosing real incidents. Your qualifications Professional experience Impact You can show how your reliability work improved customer outcomes, engineering velocity, deployment confidence, or operational sustainability. You have introduced practices or tooling that changed how a team builds and operates production systems. You can define meaningful reliability measures and demonstrate improvement using data. Ownership You embrace the you build it, you run it principle and remain accountable from design through production operation. You can lead ambiguous reliability initiatives without requiring a fully prescribed solution. You take incidents from detection through mitigation, root-cause analysis, and prevention. You are cost-aware and use telemetry, capacity planning, and architecture—not guesswork—to manage cloud spend. Systematic approach You treat observability, limits, runbooks, rollback, idempotency, and recovery as part of the product design. You design for partial failure in distributed systems. You distinguish symptoms from root causes and prioritize systemic improvements over repeated manual intervention. You are comfortable working in systems where a single customer operation crosses multiple services, queues, databases, and team boundaries. Data-driven engineering You use metrics, logs, traces, profiling, and workload data to form and validate hypotheses. You can turn operational telemetry into actionable feedback for developers and Product. You are comfortable analyzing throughput, latency, saturation, error rates, queue behavior, database performance, and storage growth. Technical skills Strong hands-on experience operating services on Kubernetes in a major cloud environment, ideally GCP. Strong experience with observability and incident diagnosis for distributed systems. Experience with Go or Python ; practical ability in both is a strong advantage. Experience operating at least one relational database, preferably PostgreSQL or Cloud SQL. Experience with one or more large-scale data or indexing systems such as Bigtable, Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, Kafka, GCS, or comparable technologies. Experience designing or operating asynchronous job-processing systems, queues, workers, and retry mechanisms. Experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, deployment automation, and safe database migrations. Understanding of API reliability, rate limiting, backpressure, idempotency, and multi-tenant isolation. Comfort participating in an on-call rotation and responding to production incidents. Ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote-first team. Practical use of AI coding tools to accelerate investigation and implementation without outsourcing engineering judgment. Strongly preferred Experience operating catalog, product-data, ingestion, transformation, or indexing platforms . Experience with large Elasticsearch/OpenSearch clusters, shard management, index lifecycle, routing, or reindexing. Experience with Bigtable or another distributed wide-column database. Experience designing consistency validation across multiple storage or indexing systems. Experience with customer-facing data APIs, high-volume bulk ingestion, or full and incremental synchronization. Familiarity with product catalogs used by search, recommendations, marketing, or personalization systems. Experience coordinating reliability improvements across several engineering teams. Experience working in an environment with ISO, SOC 2, data-isolation, retention, and audit requirements. Personal qualities Ownership and accountability — you stay with a problem until it is understood, resolved, and less likely to recur. Systematic thinking — you identify patterns and root causes instead of repeatedly treating symptoms. Pragmatism — you balance reliability, delivery speed, complexity, and cost. Clear communication — you explain technical risks and trade-offs to engineers, Product, Support, and other stakeholders. Collaborative leadership — you raise the team's operational capability rather than becoming the only person who can operate the system. Customer awareness — you connect technical reliability to catalog freshness, data correctness, product availability, and customer trust. Continuous improvement — you are comfortable revisiting assumptions and improving systems incrementally. Remote-first effectiveness — you communicate asynchronously, document decisions, and make progress across time zones. Your success story In 30 days Get to know the Fuse team, its engineers, embedded QA, Product partner, Engineering Manager, and key cross-team collaborators.
