Camunda is the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration , enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex, end-to-end business processes. With built-in governance, auditability, and human oversight, Camunda gives enterprises the control they need to move AI from pilots to production — safely and at scale. Trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide , including 9 of top 10 US banks, Camunda helps enterprises boost operational efficiency, accelerate time-to-value, and deliver better customer experiences. Fully remote and global, we are in the middle of something bigger: transforming into an AI-first organisation, built on our own platform . We use Agentic AI to automate, orchestrate intelligent processes, and elevate human contribution across every team. Named GP Bullhound's Top 100 Next Unicorn list, 2025 Great Place to Work certified. Visionary in 2025 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Business Orchestration and Automation Technologies. ranked 3rd in Flexa's 2026 Most Flexible Companies , We're growing fast and looking for top talent to join our team. If you want meaningful work, visible impact and put something genuinely rare on your CV, keep reading. About the Role: Hi there! We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Product Marketing team. We're a group that cares about getting the story right, not just getting it out the door. We work closely with product, sales, and demand gen, and we hold ourselves to a high bar because our work directly shapes how the market understands what we build. This role gives you real ownership. You'll shape positioning and messaging for a meaningful piece of our product portfolio, build the competitive intelligence that keeps our field teams sharp, and work directly with sales leaders who depend on your materials to close deals. It's a role with visible impact, not one where your work disappears into a shared drive. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll drive go-to-market strategy for your area, from positioning through launch through enablement, while partnering with product and sales to make sure the message actually lands. This role matters because clear, credible product marketing is what turns a strong platform into a business result. Camunda operates in a technical, complex space, and getting that translation right is not optional. What You Will Do Own positioning and messaging for your product area, translating technical capability into a clear value proposition for both technical and business buyers. Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that sales actually uses, not just battlecards that sit in a folder. Lead go-to-market execution for launches in your area, coordinating across product, sales, and demand gen so the message is consistent everywhere it shows up. Arm the field with content that works in real conversations: pitch decks, demos, solution briefs, and objection handling. Use market and customer research to inform product and positioning decisions, not just to validate ones already made. Mentor and support other marketers on your team, sharing what you've learned without being asked. What You Will Bring to the Role Significant experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in enterprise software, with a track record of owning positioning and messaging end to end, not just contributing pieces of it. A real competitive intelligence practice under your belt. You've built and maintained a program that sales relied on, not just responded to research requests as they came in. Comfort marketing technical products to technical buyers. You can go deep enough into a technical concept to be credible with a developer, and simplify it enough to be clear to an executive. Field enablement experience at scale. You've built programs that changed how a sales team talked about a product, and you know how to tell if it worked. Strong cross-functional instincts. You know how to build trust with product and sales without relying on authority, and how to bring people along on a positioning decision rather than just announcing it. Comfort using AI tools in your day to day work. This isn't a checkbox, it's part of how the role actually operates. This role is an existing vacancy #LI-JS1 #LI-Remote #C1 What We Have to Offer: Compensation We offer competitive, fair, and transparent compensation. Salary ranges are location-based, with Standard and Major markets (global tech hubs) reflecting local competition. The Annual Total Target Cash (base salary + 100% variable target, where applicable) shown below spans from the minimum in a Standard market to the maximum in a Major market. Final offers depend on skills , experience , and location , and we typically hire in the first half of the range to allow room for growth: United States: $131,300.00 to $211,600.00 United Kingdom: £82,400.00 to £135,600.00 Singapore: S$163,000.00 to S$244,500.00 If you're based elsewhere, you'll be hired via Remote.com (our global employer partner), and your Talent Acquisition Partner will provide a personalized Total Rewards Calculator after your first interview. Equity: We also offer equity (where applicable) through our Virtual Stock Option Plan (VSOP) . Benefits & Perks We invest in your wellbeing, growth, and ability to connect, along with perks that support you no matter where you're based. Our benefits are globally designed and locally delivered where applicable. Remote & Flexible: Work from anywhere with the setup that suits you, home office budget, co-working space support, and flexible time off to recharge when you need it. In Person Connection: We invest in meaningful face time through our Annual Kickoff (Vienna in 2025, Madrid in 2026!), team offsites, and Camundi Connection Budgets , including contributing to meetups while travelling,, and local gatherings with fellow Camundi. Health & Wellbeing: Access locally tailored healthcare, Modern Health for global mental wellbeing, and our Live Well Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA), a flexible, global benefit that puts you in control of your whole life, not just work, from: staying active, to caring for family, exploring personal passions, meaningful experiences, and investing in your financial wellbeing. The Live Well program launches in 2026 and scales to €1,000 annually from 2027 . Financial Security: Retirement and pension plans (often with company contributions), plus life and disability insurance where relevant. Professional Growth: Up to $/€/£1,000 per year for self-driven learning: courses, certifications, books, you decide! About Ema Ema builds AI Employees for HR, IT and Finance. Our AI Employees take on the busy work across the employee experience, from recruiting, onboarding and benefits to IT support, invoice processing and payroll, so people can spend their time on work that needs them. Founded by former executives from Google, Coinbase, Flipkart, and Okta, our team includes engineers from premier tech companies and graduates of Stanford, MIT, UC Berkeley, CMU, and IITs. We are backed by industry leading investors including Accel, Naspers/Prosus, Creaegis, Section32, and angels like Sheryl Sandberg and Dustin Moskovitz. Headquartered in Silicon Valley and with offices in London, Bangalore and Vancouver, Ema is at the frontier of what Agentic AI can do in production. We ship real systems that run real business processes at scale. Role Overview We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager, based in London, to build and run Ema's on-the-ground presence across the UK and Europe. You'll cover industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners and sponsored programs in our priority markets: the UK, France, DACH and Benelux, with the Nordics and wider Europe as they grow. You'll be the connective tissue between our BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing and Design teams, turning live experiences into qualified pipeline. You'll be Ema's first field marketer in the region, working alongside our US Field Marketing Manager. Our Marketing Lead sets the global event strategy and budget. Within that, you own the UK and Europe calendar: which events we back, which cities we show up in, and how we run them. Then you execute it. We need someone who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and doesn't wait for permission to solve problems. If you've built field programs across more than one European market, know how to get scrappy when budgets are tight, and can run a booth in London one week and an executive dinner in Paris the next, we want to talk to you. Key Responsibilities Regional Event Planning Build and maintain the UK and Europe event calendar within the global strategy and budget set by our Marketing Lead. Recommend which conferences, tradeshows and sponsorships to back in each market, based on target accounts, pipeline and cost. Know the difference between an event that matters in London and one that matters in Munich or Amsterdam. Work with the US Field Marketing Manager to share what works, reuse playbooks and assets, and keep the two programs consistent. Event Execution & Operations Plan, manage and execute end-to-end logistics for industry conferences, tradeshows and Ema-hosted events (executive roundtables, dinners, meetups) across the UK and Europe. Manage all on-site operations: booth design, staffing, signage, swag, shipping, A/V, catering and speaker logistics. You're the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. Handle the cross-border details that US events don't have: shipping and customs between the UK and the EU, local venues and suppliers, and GDPR-compliant lead capture. Evaluate sponsorship opportunities, negotiate vendor contracts and manage event budgets to maximise ROI. Pipeline & Sales Alignment Work with the BDR team and Sales to align event programming with target accounts and pipeline goals in each market. Coordinate pre-event outreach, booth and event activations, and post-event follow-up to drive lead conversion. Make sure every event lead reaches Sales quickly and cleanly. No leads die on the vine. Cross-Functional Coordination Coordinate with AI Strategists, Product Marketing and Design so demos, collateral and messaging are event-ready, on-brand and right for the local audience. Support broader demand-generation campaigns as needed, including regional activations and partner co-marketing events. Work across time zones with US-based marketing and leadership, with some early-evening calls. Measurement & Optimisation Track and report on event performance by market (leads generated, pipeline influenced, cost per lead, attendance, deal acceleration) and share insights to improve the program. Obsess over what's working vs. what's noise, and use data to make the case for where we invest next. What You Bring 5–7+ years of field marketing, event marketing or demand-gen experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a track record of running events in the UK and at least one other European market. Startup experience is required. You've built programs, not just inherited them. A working knowledge of the European event circuit and what each market expects, from London tech weeks to Paris and DACH industry shows. Exceptional project management skills. You can juggle 5+ events in different countries and stages at once without dropping a ball. You live in spreadsheets, timelines and run-of-show docs. A roll-up-your-sleeves operator. You're the person zip-tying cables to a booth at 6 AM, getting a pallet of swag through customs, and sending the recap email before the Eurostar pulls in. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You partner naturally with Sales, BDRs, Product Marketing and executives, including colleagues eight hours behind you, without needing to be managed into it. Experience with HubSpot and marketing automation platforms to track attribution and ROI, and a practical grasp of GDPR as it applies to event data. Proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) to speed up day-to-day work, from drafting event briefs to analysing post-event data. We're an AI company and we expect you to work like one. Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments. Priorities shift, budgets change, events get added last minute, and you handle it. This is a fast growing Series B company. If you need a playbook handed to you, this isn't the role. High agency and an ownership mindset. As our first field marketer in Europe, you'll see gaps and fill them without waiting to be asked. Location & Travel Based in/near London, working hybrid from our London office. Travel up to 40% across the UK and Europe, with occasional trips to the US. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation, equity, and benefits. Ema Unlimited is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or genetics. Kurz gesagt: Du bist unser Founding Marketing Manager. Was du hier aufbaust, gehört dir. What's in it for you Founding-Role mit echter Ownership: Du baust nicht in einer Abteilung mit - du baust die Abteilung. Was du hier aufbaust, trägt langfristig deinen Fingerabdruck und bietet dir echte Entwicklungsperspektive in Richtung Marketing Lead.
