Join BLP and help make the world's business processes autonomous! Our agentic platform helps finance and operations teams worldwide remove manual work from their core business processes, so work runs end-to-end with greater control and significant productivity gains. Today, over 550 enterprise customers use BLP across 1,300+ deployed projects. In the processes we automate, customers achieve productivity improvements of 5 to 10 times. To date, BLP remains majority employee-owned, with Goldman Sachs holding a minority stake as a growth investor. Our success is driven by deep expertise in technology and business processes, a superior product with strong product-market fit, reflected in an expanding customer base that includes Fortune 500 companies. BLP is one of Switzerland's fastest-growing SaaS scale-ups; we are now entering our next phase of growth. From our headquarters on Zürich's Bahnhofstrasse, we're expanding globally, with a growing presence across Europe and North America. Join us and help make autonomous operations the new standard. Location This is a full-time position based in Munich or Cologne. Following a comprehensive onboarding period at our HQ in central Zurich (minimum one month), you will work from your home location, with regular visits to customers across the DACH region. Team collaboration matters a lot to us. You will regularly spend time with the team in person, in Zurich and at our hubs, for team days, all-hands and offsites. These visits are financially supported by blp. Your Mission You get customers live. Hands on, end to end, and fast. As a Senior Project Manager , you make large, global blp transformations happen. These programs touch finance, procurement and supply chain at once, run across multiple ERP systems and legal entities, and roll out country by country. Your job is to orchestrate all of it and get the customer live: the first go-live above all, because that is where credibility is won or lost, and then wave after wave with the same discipline. You run the steering committee, you lead a blp team on each engagement, and you do that across several engagements at once. At both levels, scope is the single biggest lever on whether a project goes live on time. Protecting it is a daily job, not a contract clause. You escalate early and precisely rather than absorbing problems until they become critical. You will not be alone with the technical side. Integrations Engineers handle the connection into the ERP, Technical Project Managers handle the harder solution design, and our Consultants take over the automation work after go-live. On our largest strategic accounts a Client Partner carries the relationship and the commercial number, so your attention goes to delivery quality. We have done this many times, so you are not inventing the approach each time. A proven onboarding method and a strong toolkit are what let you carry your own customers from early on. Your Career Path in Project Management This is the path most of our delivery leadership came through, and we hire at every step of it. We place you according to your experience and the size of the programs you have delivered, and we are explicit about what the next step requires. Project Manager: You get customers live end to end, several in parallel: guided onboarding for commercial customers, leading enterprise projects yourself, or a workstream on our largest programs. Typically you bring 2+ years in consulting, implementation or project management. Senior Project Manager: You make large, global transformations happen: multiple ERPs, entities and countries, the steering committee, and a blp team on each engagement. Typically you bring 5+ years delivering complex, multi-country programs. Next steps: Lead a delivery team, or move into Consulting and from there towards our Client Partner role on strategic accounts. Moves into Consulting or Customer Success Engineering are open at every level, and many of our people make them. Key Responsibilities Run implementations end to end: kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing and go-live. Manage several customers in parallel at different stages, and keep every one of them on date. Work with customers on their processes, and flag early where a process assumption will not hold. Coordinate the specialists on your projects: Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers and AI Automation Specialists. Own scope actively. Recognize a change request for what it is and handle it deliberately. Keep the project inside its budget, and raise it early when the effort is drifting. Hand over cleanly at go-live to our Consultants and support organization. In addition, as a Senior Project Manager Own the delivery outcome of global programs from kick-off to the last go-live: plan, scope, dependencies and date. Drive the first go-live relentlessly, then run wave planning across ERPs, entities and countries. Run the steering committee and own the decisions that come out of it. Write and execute the recovery plan when a program is off track. Lead the blp team on each engagement and coach the Project Managers working on your programs. What We're Really Looking For The following key attributes ensure success in this role: Scope Discipline – You notice when a project is quietly growing, and you raise it rather than absorbing it. Ownership & Autonomy – You take initiative, move things forward, and deliver end to end without being chased. Escalation Judgment – You escalate early, to the right person, with a proposal rather than a problem. Client Confidence – You are comfortable running a meeting with a customer's finance or IT lead in it. Four-Language Fluency – Technology, process, data and people. You speak each well enough to spot where a roadblock really sits. Structured Under Pressure – When a project goes sideways you get sharper and more organized, not louder. What You Bring 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects: management consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery. Proven track record running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders, and steering a committee that includes client executives. Experience leading a delivery team rather than only a plan. Strong analytical and communication skills. You can translate a business need into something a technical team can act on. Fluent in German and English, spoken and written. Bonus points for ERP implementation experience, finance or supply chain processes, or AI-driven SaaS. Benefits High ownership environment – you shape your projects, outcomes, and career path. Impact at scale – your work powers automation across global enterprises. Cross-functional exposure – work with engineers, data scientists, and business leaders daily. Real growth – fast-paced environment, steep learning curve, and structured career progression. Employee ownership – be part of a majority employee-owned company with a best-in-class stock option program. Amazing team – become part of a driven and collaborative group of innovators. Technology exposure – be at the forefront of AI and enjoy continuous learning opportunities. Visits & offsites – paid visits and stays at our HQ in Zurich, including collaborative team offsites. 3D Reconstruction Research Scientist/Engineer
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythonmachine learningdeep learningcomputer visionpytorchprototyping+4

About Niantic Spatial AI has learned from almost everything online, but it still struggles with the physical world, where 99.5% of economic activity happens. It doesn't know where things are, how spaces fit together, or what changes over time. That's one of the biggest unsolved problems in AI, and it's the one we're solving at Niantic Spatial. We build spatial AI models and services so people and machines can reason, learn and act safely in the physical world. We turn camera imagery, video, sensor data and archives into accurate, AI-readable representations of real places that robots can train in and machines can use to know exactly where they are. In physical AI, mistakes have real consequences. That's why we build AI grounded in measured reality, not guesswork, so the people and machines relying on it can trust it to get things right. Our team built some of the world's most widely used maps. Now we're building something bigger: a living, measured record of the real world that machines can query, learn from and use to understand how places change over time. If you want to help AI understand the world we actually live in, come build with us. About the Role You'll join our Research Team in London as a 3D Reconstruction Research Scientist/Engineer — working at both ends of the pipeline, from cutting-edge academic research to shipping directly to customers. Our team builds the reconstruction technology that turns casually captured or domain-specific imagery into high-fidelity 3D reconstructions: everything from Structure-from-Motion through 3D Gaussian Splatting, feed-forward models, and generative models. We've shipped 360 splatting to consumers and enterprise customers, developed the splatting tech that runs on phones, and published at CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, and SIGGRAPH — more often than not, our papers end up in production. You'll work alongside world-class researchers in computer vision, machine learning, graphics, and robotics on large-scale spatial understanding, localization, reconstruction, scene understanding, and geospatial foundation models. This role is open to junior and senior researchers; scope and responsibility are calibrated to your experience. What You'll Do Research & Publication — Conduct original research in 3D computer vision, machine learning, and spatial AI; publish findings at top-tier venues including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, and SIGGRAPH. Algorithm Development — Design, implement, and evaluate novel algorithms across 3D reconstruction, neural scene representations, 3D Gaussian Splatting, SfM, meshing, geometric deep learning, feed-forward models, generative models, and spatial foundation models. Research-to-Production — Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to transition promising ideas into customer-facing products — working directly with real capture conditions, real hardware constraints, and real customers on short turnarounds. Large-Scale Experimentation — Build and run large-scale experiments and benchmarking frameworks to rigorously validate and advance new methods. Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration — Partner with world-class researchers in CV, ML, graphics, and robotics to advance large-scale spatial understanding, localization, reconstruction, and geospatial foundation models. Rapid Prototyping — Implement and iterate on state-of-the-art methods for both academic publishing and production deployment, delivering working prototypes to enterprise customers with speed and quality. What You'll Bring PhD in Computer Vision, Robotics, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field — or equivalent demonstrated research experience in industry. A strong research track record in 3D computer vision: reconstruction, depth estimation, novel view synthesis, SfM, SLAM, or closely related areas. A meaningful publication record at top-tier venues (CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, SIGGRAPH, NeurIPS, or equivalent). Strong programming skills in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch. Evidence that you can carry an idea from research into something real — a shipped feature, a production pipeline, a widely used open-source release, or similar. The independence to drive research projects from idea generation through experimentation, publication, and handoff. Nice to Have Experience with classical reconstruction tooling (COLMAP or similar). C++ or CUDA experience, and a feel for performance and on-device constraints. Experience with traditional 3D techniques — meshing, texturing, or bringing modern geometry or generative representations into native 3D. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: Competitive market rate. Compensation also includes an annual bonus, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package. Location & Work Model This role is based in our London office, with three days per week in office. Inclusive Application We know the strongest candidates don't always tick every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you could do it well, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't match every qualification listed — you may be exactly who we're looking for. Equal Opportunity Niantic Spatial is an equal opportunity employer. Individuals seeking employment at Niantic Spatial are considered without regard to race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding or related medical conditions), marital status, physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, military or veteran status, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, or any other protected category under applicable laws. Niantic Spatial will also consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in accordance with applicable laws. Who We Are Notion is the collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together . We're building one place where your knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, so work is faster, clearer, and less fragmented. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. Notinos (our employees) are customer zero in bringing this future of work to life. We care about craft, building things that last, and the belief that great work is still fundamentally human. Our goal isn't to ship the next feature. Each and every team of Notinos is working to set the standard for how humans work together in the AI era. From building a business's system of record to making and managing AI agents to automating away the busy work, we care deeply about giving our customers more time for their life's work. About The Role Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As a first-line leader directly managing a team of Outcomes Architects, you'll own your team's execution across workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, expansion qualification, and at-risk account recovery — accountable for both the customer outcomes and the quality of execution that produces them. This isn't a traditional Customer Success management role. The best OA Managers are coaches first: they know what great workflow discovery looks like, can review a mutual success plan and identify where value realization is breaking down, can inspect an executive business review and sharpen the value narrative, and can help an OA turn account activity into measurable customer and commercial outcomes. You'll run an inspection cadence and cultivate a coaching culture that make consistent execution possible across the team. You'll partner closely with Solutions Consultant leaders, Sales, Services, Support, Product, and RevOps to ensure customers move from workflow design to adoption, value realization, expansion, and renewal readiness. If you're a builder who loves developing people as much as driving customer impact — and you want to lead a team in a post-sales motion that's being redefined for the AI era — this is the role. What You'll Achieve Own the Net Revenue Growth performance of your team's book of business, accountable for both headline outcomes and the quality of execution that drives workflow adoption, value realization, renewal readiness, and expansion. Coach OAs on the OA builder motion: AI Transformation Plans, build-beside workshops, value reviews, use-case consultations, and renewal processes. Build and run the operating cadence for the team: metrics reviews, account support sessions, adoption and renewal-risk reviews, call coaching against the OA quality rubric, and forecast calls with senior leadership. Hire, onboard, and certify new OAs to the GTM builder motion, driving readiness from ramp through consistent execution and managing performance with clarity when expectations are not met. Partner closely with Solutions Consultant managers and leaders on strategy for expansion and renewal across shared accounts, ensuring clear ownership for flat and at-risk renewals. Partner with Services leadership to identify complex implementation needs early, create clear handoffs, and ensure Services delivery accelerates workflow adoption and measurable value. Set the standard for product, AI, and workflow fluency across the team so OAs can help customers navigate new ways of working and build durable systems in Notion. Represent your team or region in leadership forums with clear signal on what's working, what needs investment, and where execution is breaking down Uphold excellence by coaching to the global OA methodology, quality rubric, and activity KPIs. Skills You'll Need to Bring Frontline management experience leading customer-facing GTM teams in B2B software, ideally across Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Account Management, or post-sales strategy. Direct experience coaching teams through customer discovery, workflow design, adoption planning, value realization, renewals, expansion, or technical/workflow implementation. Strong coaching orientation: you can review a customer call, account plan, mutual success plan, or executive value narrative and identify specifically what needs to change — not just whether the outcome was good, but why and how to improve it. Commercial instincts at the team level: able to read account health, renewal risk, adoption depth, expansion potential, and customer sentiment, then drive urgency without micromanaging every account. Deep customer-facing discovery instincts, with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical adoption and implementation plans. Experience operating in a shared account ownership model with Sales, Solutions, Services, Support, or Implementation teams. Operational rigor: you know how to build inspection cadences, coaching rituals, performance standards, and accountability systems that improve execution across a team. Ability to develop talent from onboarding through consistent performance, including hiring to profile, setting clear expectations, coaching skill gaps, and managing performance with clarity. Executive communication skills: able to synthesize account patterns, customer risks, team performance, and cross-functional asks into clear signal for leadership. Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor. You do not need to build every workflow yourself, but you should be able to understand Notion systems, coach workflow design, and help your team troubleshoot adoption blockers. You operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy, bringing structure to ambiguous problems and helping teams move from ideas to working systems. You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious, hands-on, and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter, coach better, and help customers deliver better outcomes. Fluent in English and French Nice to Haves Experience managing in a consumption, usage-based, or product-led business where adoption signals matter as much as renewal or expansion outcomes. Track record building high-performing frontline teams from an early stage: hiring to profile, structured onboarding, certification, coaching, and performance management. Experience leading teams through GTM motion changes, coverage-model shifts, or evolving commercial ownership. Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts and helping teams return customers to a clear value path. Experience partnering closely with Solutions Consulting, Sales, Services, or Implementation teams in a shared customer lifecycle model. Familiarity with AI transformation, workflow automation, agents, or collaboration/work management software. By clicking "Submit Application," I understand and agree that Notion and its affiliates and subsidiaries will collect and process my information in accordance with Notion's Global Recruiting Privacy Policy. #LI-Onsite A Note on AI You don't need deep AI expertise for every role, but we do expect every Notino to be intellectually curious, drawn to tinkering and discovery, and excited to use AI as a real collaborator in their work. For some roles, AI fluency is a core requirement — when that's the case, we'll say so explicitly in the qualifications. People who thrive here don't treat AI as a novelty. About the Role: You will lead Notion's GTM strategy and growth for France, one of EMEA's largest and highest-priority markets. France is a Tier 1 region in Notion's country-first EMEA model, with significant room to scale into a standalone, high-growth business. Notion is shifting from a traditional sales model toward a builder-led model with fewer handoffs, stronger technical fluency, and more direct ownership of customer outcomes. As General Manager, France, you will be the second-line leader responsible for overall revenue outcomes, regional GTM strategy, and the operating model for the French business. You will lead through frontline managers, teams of Business Development Representatives, Solutions Consultants and Outcomes Architects as well as partner cross functionally with Professional Services, Channel Partnerships and RevOps. This is a hands-on builder-leader role for an AI-native, country-first GTM model. You will bring Notion's new GTM model to life in France: moving from a segment-first motion to a country-first, AI-native operating system where teams help customers diagnose problems, design agentic workflows, and build real systems with Notion AI. This role sits on the EMEA Leadership Team and reports to the General Manager, EMEA. This role will be based in Paris. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We're looking for someone who's excited to work alongside the team during those days. What You'll Achieve: Own the GTM strategy, operating rhythm, and growth plan for France, with accountability for overall regional revenue outcomes across Sales Assist and Self Serve contribution. Lead as a second-line manager: hire, coach, and develop frontline leaders and IC teams across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, and supporting GTM functions. Scale a country-first GTM motion that brings Notion closer to French customers through local executive engagement, market nuance, and faster field-level decision-making. Accelerate the land engine by opening the right front doors, growing professional workspaces, increasing net-new and upgrade opportunities, and connecting self-serve signals to sales-assisted motion. Win lighthouse customers and turn them into market momentum by making them wildly successful, telling their story locally, and using those wins to influence peer companies across France. Embed Notion's AI-era GTM model across the team, including agent-enabled customer journeys, first-agent workflow activation, AI/agent demo proficiency, and stronger "build with the customer" motions. Make agentic transformation central to the French GTM motion: help customers identify high-value workflows, build and deploy Notion Agents, automate cross-functional work, and measure outcomes from AI adoption. Partner tightly with Solutions Consultants, Outcomes Architects, Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers, Professional Services, Marketing and Channel to reduce handoffs and deliver faster, more durable customer value. Build "sell with" partner motions in France, including partner-sourced pipeline, co-sell plays, enablement, AI/agentic solution packages, and joint account planning. Establish Notion as a visible force in the French ecosystem through executive dinners, field events, startup and community engagement, partner activations, and customer advocacy. Represent the voice of French customers back to Product, PMM, Marketing, and EMEA leadership, especially around AI transformation, enterprise requirements, security, compliance, localization, and competitive dynamics. Create a talent destination in France by hiring builder-oriented leaders and ICs, raising the craft bar, and developing the next generation of AI-native GTM talent. Drive operational excellence across forecasting, pipeline quality, territory planning, inspection cadence, performance management, and cross-functional execution. Who We're Looking For: A strategic and hands-on GTM operator who has scaled enterprise SaaS or AI businesses in France and knows how to build a market, not just inherit one. You have led through managers, owned complex revenue outcomes, and created local market momentum through customers, partners, community, and talent. You combine second-line leadership with builder energy. You can set a crisp country strategy, install the operating system to execute it, and step into the field when needed — whether joining an executive customer conversation, sharpening a pipeline plan, coaching a manager, or helping the team translate a customer problem into an AI-powered, agentic workflow. You are excited by Notion's shift to an AI-native, country-first GTM model and believe the best GTM teams will increasingly be builders: BDRs who identify transformation opportunities, Solutions Consultants who build with customers in the room, Outcomes Architects who turn early workflows into durable adoption, and Forward Deployed Architects/Engineers who design the technical systems behind complex agentic workflows. Skills You'll Need to Bring: 12+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading SaaS or AI sales & GTM teams in France. Deep knowledge of the French enterprise and startup ecosystem, including executive buyer networks, local partner channels, and market-specific buying dynamics across all market segments (commercial, midmarket and enterprise) Proven second-line leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing frontline managers and high-performing IC teams. Track record of owning and exceeding revenue targets across new business, expansion, and renewal/churn dynamics. Agency & Urgency: experience building or scaling a regional/country business in a high-growth or ambiguous environment. Experience selling, implementing, or leading GTM teams around AI, automation, agentic workflows, collaboration, productivity, developer, or data products. Strong strategic judgment: ability to define a country plan, segment the market, prioritize accounts and plays, and align cross-functional teams around outcomes. Operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline generation, inspection, performance management, territory planning, and sales process. Executive presence with CIO, CTO, CPO, COO, and business transformation buyers, with the ability to shape a compelling AI and agentic workflow narrative. Strong understanding of modern GTM motions across Business Development, Solutions Consulting, Outcomes Architecture, Forward Deployed Architecture/Engineering, Professional Services, Channel, Marketing, RevOps, and Product. Builder mentality and deep AI curiosity: comfortable learning, demoing, and coaching teams on agent-first workflows, proof-of-value motions, and customer co-building. Fluency in French and English. Nice to Haves: Experience launching or scaling a country-first or regional GTM operating model. Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, APIs, webhooks, connectors, data residency, AI governance, and technical evaluation processes. Experience scaling partner, channel, marketplace, or consultant-led GTM motions around AI or workflow transformation. Notion is committed to providing highly competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits. The compensation offered for this role will be based on multiple factors such as location, the role's scope and complexity, and the candidate's experience and expertise, and may vary from the range provided below. The estimated range for total on target earnings (including base salary and on target incentive pay) for this role is €350,000 - €408,000 per year. The impact you'll have: Own full-cycle recruiting for international roles across Sales, Post-Sales, Compliance, Marketing, and other functions. Create an exceptional candidate experience where every touchpoint reflects TRM's talent bar, mission, and operating principles. Use data, market insight, and funnel conversion metrics to diagnose search health, influence hiring teams, and adjust strategy in real time. Strong search fundamentals including market mapping, talent intelligence, passive candidate engagement, candidate assessment, and closing. The ability to quickly understand complex business roles across GTM, compliance, marketing, and operations. Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting metrics, funnel health, conversion rates, and pipeline quality and translate them into action. Exceptional stakeholder management that includes building trust, influencing hiring managers, pushing back thoughtfully, and operating as a strategic advisor. Excellent written and verbal communication, including synthesizing market insight, candidate tradeoffs, and search progress clearly for stakeholders. High ownership, autonomy, persistence, and judgment in navigating ambiguous, specialized, business-critical searches. The ability to operate effectively in a remote, globally distributed environment with strong overlap across EMEA and U.S. business hours. About the team: Our talent team is fully remote and async-first. We keep work moving across time zones through Slack, thorough documentation, and proactive updates. We stay tightly aligned through weekly hiring syncs, team sourcing syncs, and bi-weekly team meetings where we solve challenges together. Company Overview Metrea delivers effects-as-a-service to national security partners across five domains and more than a dozen mission areas. These include airborne ISR, electronic warfare, secure communications, aerial refueling, special air missions, aerial firefighting, and advanced simulation. We own the whole stack: designing, building, and operating turnkey capabilities that give our partners decisive, asymmetric advantage against rapidly evolving threats. Our operating model is built around three interlocking pillars. The Support Groups provide a global shared-service – spanning people, finance, platform, operations, legal, and engagement. This frees up our Core Groups, who develop and own mission capabilities end-to-end, to focus entirely on delivery. The Market Groups apply a regional lens, ensuring that our agile and adaptable capabilities remain aligned to the wicked problems that matter most to our partners across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. At the heart of our model is a simple but powerful idea: be a true partner with skin in the game. Our partners need effects, not just equipment. By owning the full stack – from the lab to the field – we are able to drive a continuous cycle of innovation that keeps our partners ahead. It's a fast-moving, intellectually demanding environment where talented people are given real responsibility, work on problems that matter, and contribute to an enterprise that is growing quickly and deliberately. Headquartered in Silicon Valley, California, Archer is a leader in the next-gen aerospace sector building an end-to-end advanced air mobility platform that delivers air taxis, unmanned aircraft systems ("UAS"), aviation-related physical artificial intelligence ("AI") solutions, and other technologies to customers worldwide across the commercial aerospace and defense sectors. Our sights are set high and our problems are hard, and we believe that diversity in the workplace is what makes us smarter, drives better insights, and will ultimately lift us all to success. We are dedicated to cultivating an equitable and inclusive environment that embraces our differences, and supports and celebrates all of our team members. Archer is best known for Midnight, our electric air taxi. This role isn't on that program. The AI Products Org is building consumer software for people who love to fly: mobile apps, websites, and web apps for flyers, flight enthusiasts, and pilots. We haven't announced what we're building, and we're not going to spoil it in a job posting. What we can tell you: it's a consumer app with a large user base, and the design decisions made in the next year will define the next chapter of growth for the product. That's why we're hiring a UX Product Designer; specifically, someone who has shipped consumer apps that real people download, rate, and decide to keep or delete, and who can take a loosely defined problem and come back with something worth building. What You'll Do: End-to-end product design for consumer aviation apps on iOS and Android, along with the websites and web apps that support them Design for a wide range of users, from casual flyers and aviation enthusiasts to working pilots who need information that's fast, accurate, and trustworthy Run product explorations: sketch out directions, pressure-test them with users and the team, and kill the weak ones early You'll get context and constraints from Design Leadership, PM and engineering, but the design leadership on your projects is yours Ship to the App Store and Google Play, then keep refining based on how people actually use what you shipped: analytics, experiments, reviews, and user research Raise the bar on craft across the org, through your own work and through feedback on everyone else's What You Need: 5+ years of product design experience minimum. A track record of shipping features for consumer mobile apps on the App Store and Google Play, ideally at a startup, a big tech company, or both Products you've designed that are live and in users' hands. We will ask about them, in detail: what you decided, what you got wrong, what you'd change Deep fluency in native iOS and Android design (Human Interface Guidelines, Material Design) and strong systems thinking across mobile and web. You know when a pattern should be shared across platforms and when it shouldn't Experience using data to shape design decisions, from engagement and retention metrics to App Store feedback Comfort with ambiguity. If you need a fully scoped ticket before you can start, this won't be a fit A portfolio that shows your thinking, not just polished final screens Bonus Qualifications: You're a pilot, student pilot, plane spotter, or all-around aviation nerd. You'd be designing for people like you, and that matters Experience designing consumer apps built around real-time data, maps, or location Experience growing a consumer app: onboarding, retention, subscriptions, or monetization, social posting and marketing collateral Experience working alongside AI/ML teams, or designing products with AI-driven features You've shipped consumer products in a domain with real-world constraints (regulated industries, safety-adjacent, hardware-adjacent) and know how that shapes design About The Team: AI Products is a roughly 100-person software org inside a company of aerospace engineers, and we expect to grow substantially over the next year. You get the resources and momentum of a real org, but the product development startup culture of a smaller team based in the UK – building for an audience that genuinely cares about flying. If you want to hear more about what we're building before you apply, you can't. Apply, and we'll tell you plenty.
