💰 £40,000–£45,000 📍 Salary based on London. Other locations may vary. Fanvue is one of the fastest-growing creator monetisation platforms globally. We're an AI-powered, creator-first platform helping creators connect, engage, and earn directly from their audiences at scale. Following our recent Series A, Fanvue has surpassed $200m+ in annual recurring revenue, with triple-digit year-on-year growth, supporting hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans worldwide. Behind the product is a finance function that needs to be as fast and reliable as the platform itself. 🎯 The Role We're hiring an Assistant Accountant to own the accounting engine of the finance team: the ledger, the month-end close, and the admin that keeps both clean. Our day-to-day transaction processing is supported by an outsourced bookkeeping partner. You'll own the quality of that work, the reconciliations behind it, and everything between a receipt landing and a number reaching the board pack. Everything else in finance, reporting, forecasting and investor diligence depends on the ledger being right. You'll make sure it is: reviewing what goes in, reconciling what comes out, and closing the month on time. About a quarter of the role is finance admin. It means running the invoice inbox, chasing receipts and keeping supplier records clean, and it's what keeps the numbers right. 🚀 What You'll Do Ledger and close Review and own the ledger in Xero, including our outsourced bookkeepers' work on coding, supplier bills and daily bank reconciliations across GBP, USD and EUR accounts Prepare month-end journals, accruals and prepayments, and the balance sheet reconciliations behind them, so we close by working day 5 with our Finance Manager Keep intercompany balances with our US entity reconciled Reconcile payroll, PAYE and pension control accounts to Rippling each month Prepare the UK VAT return in Xero for review Prepare year-end schedules and answer queries from our external accountants and auditors Finance admin and communication Run the invoice inbox, logging, chasing and routing supplier invoices so nothing reaches the ledger without a document Chase receipts and missing context from colleagues for card spend, and keep receipt compliance high Maintain supplier records and support onboarding, including verifying bank details before anything is paid Be the first point of contact for finance questions from the wider team 👀 Who You Are 2 to 4 years in a finance team or accounting practice, with at least one month-end close owned end to end AAT qualified, or studying towards or part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA or ACA. We'll support your studies Confident in Xero or similar cloud accounting software, and comfortable with large data sets in Excel or Google Sheets Experience with multi-currency reconciliations and high transaction volumes Clear, friendly written communication. You'll chase people across the company and keep it pleasant Fintech, marketplace or payments experience is a strong plus ✨ You'll Thrive Here If A fully reconciled balance sheet gives you real satisfaction You chase people for answers instead of waiting You see the admin as part of getting the numbers right, not a distraction from it You're comfortable in a startup where things move fast around you, even if your work is methodical You want to grow into a management accountant or financial controller role as the team scales ⚠️ You'll Struggle Here If You want to work only on the numbers and see chasing colleagues for receipts as beneath the role You need heavy supervision or detailed instructions for every task You're not comfortable working with high transaction volumes daily 🌍 Why Join Fanvue? Sunday Times Best Places to Work, two years running. We don't just say we have great culture, we prove it Your work has immediate, visible impact. When the books are clean, the whole company moves faster, leadership gets reliable numbers, and investor conversations go smoothly A clear path to grow, with study support and room to step up as the finance team expands Fanvue supports hundreds of thousands of creators and millions of fans globally. The problems you solve here are real and immediate Fully remote with unlimited PTO, flexible working hours, a London office and WeWork access when you want it Salary reviews every six months, we don't wait for annual cycles to recognise your growth Travel and office budgets for team off-sites or kitting out your home setup A benefits package we're actively building out, including gym memberships and apps A culture built on innovation, speed, excellence, ownership and transparency ⭐ Fanvue is for Everyone We know that diverse teams build better products. Its work is grounded in community service and guided by the values of respect, honesty, integrity, compassion, fairness, courage and accountability. As one of Canada's fastest-growing major cities, Calgary continues to experience significant growth and change, creating new opportunities and increasing demands on public safety and those who serve within it. ZeroKeyCalgary, Canada6 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMidFrom CA$95,000 / Year
goeditinghubspotcrmsalespartnerships+3

Description As Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the junction of product, marketing, and sales, owning how ZeroKey?s portfolio is positioned and launched, from segment-level messaging and competitive strategy to the enablement materials a sales rep opens five minutes before walking into a meeting. The role calls for the rare ability to translate deep tech into value two very different buyers understand: the innovation leader buying a Physical AI data layer, and the plant manager buying cycle time, error-proofing, and throughput. You are a strong writer and a sharp thinker, someone who tests messaging against real sales calls, kills what doesn?t land, and treats a competitor?s win as a personal research project. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works alongside our engineering, partnerships, customer success, and sales teams. You will own product marketing end to end, with the latitude and responsibility that come with setting the standard for how our technology is explained. Key Responsibilities Own positioning and messaging across the portfolio (Quantum RTLS, the Spatial Intelligence Platform, and OmniVisor AI) tuned by segment and buyer persona. Lead go-to-market for product launches and major releases: launch narrative, customer-facing materials, internal enablement, and coordinated rollout with marketing and sales. Build and maintain the sales enablement library (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives) and keep it current as the product and the competition move. Develop customer proof alongside marketing and sales: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference stories quantified in the operational outcomes buyers actually care about. Track competing technologies and vendors, run win/loss analysis, and stay current on Physical AI and RTLS market narratives. Gather field feedback (what resonates, what stalls) and feed it back into positioning and product decisions. Translate product capability into customer-facing content, including website copy, presentations, product videos, and whitepapers. Work with the sales and partnerships teams on segment strategy for automotive, industrial, and defence audiences, and equip channel and integration partners with the messaging their sellers need. Support packaging and pricing decisions with market, competitor, and win/loss input. Define and report on how product marketing is performing (enablement adoption, launch results, win rate in competitive deals) and adjust based on what the numbers say. Education, Skills, and Knowledge Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in product marketing or a closely adjacent role (product management, technical sales, strategy) in B2B technology. Requirements: Exceptional writing: the ability to compress complex technology into clear, credible, differentiated language. Positioning judgment: comfortable deciding what to emphasize and what to cut, then defending that choice with evidence. Technical fluency sufficient to work directly with engineers and translate their work for technical and non-technical audiences. Sales instinct: willingness to sit on calls, join site visits, take unvarnished feedback from reps, and act on it. Ability to prioritize independently in a lean team, own outcomes end-to-end, and make progress without a support layer beneath you. Strong editing and proofreading skills with close attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (we run on HubSpot) and the willingness to pull your own numbers. <
