Onboarding Manager

BoulevardUSA (Fully Remote)14 hours ago

Who is Boulevard ? Boulevard provides the first and only client experience platform for appointment-based, self-care businesses. We empower our customers to give their clients more of the magical moments that matter most. Before launching in 2016, our founders spent months interviewing salon managers and working behind front desks to understand their pain points so we could design a modern, user-friendly platform that meets the unique needs of their business. Our roots may be in hair salons, but we are built for the broader self-care industry, including many types of salons, spas, medspa, barbershops, and more. Our technology not only helps our customers survive but thrive. Take a look at how we (and YOU) can make that happen . We have an insatiable curiosity and embrace experimentation. We believe that simple solutions require the most sophistication, and we design each and every detail to maximize potential, power, and impact. Do our values match? Read through our story and what we value the most . Our team values and celebrates our diverse backgrounds. Being open about who we are and what we do allows us to do the best work of our lives. We believe in equal opportunity for all, and you should too. ABOUT THE ROLE The Customer Experience team is responsible for launching, supporting, and strengthening relationships with Boulevard's customers. As the Onboarding Manager for our Small/Medium Business segment, you will lead a team of 8–12 Onboarding Specialists (OSs) responsible for driving fast, consistent, and high-quality activations across our highest-volume customer segment. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on operational rigor, forecasting discipline, and coaching a team to hit velocity targets at scale. SMB success is defined by speed, standardization, and repeatability — helping customers reach value quickly through a consistent, well-executed process. You'll be accountable for outcomes, not activity: activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and team execution quality. Above all, you'll ensure every customer is positioned to achieve long-term success by balancing implementation speed with solution quality, customer readiness, and adoption. WHAT YOU'LL DO Team Leadership & Development Manage and develop a team of 8–12 OSs through structured 1:1s, Gong-based coaching, and performance reviews. Drive a culture of ownership and accountability — coaching specialists to lead customer timelines firmly rather than passively tracking status. Run structured weekly portfolio reviews covering On Track, At Risk, On Hold/Delayed, Forecasted Out, and Aging accounts, with a defined recovery plan and owner for every at-risk account. Own new hire ramp quality, volume, and velocity, including acting as a buddy/shadow resource for new specialists' early customer assignments. Develop future leaders through mentoring, stretch assignments, succession planning, and career development conversations. Execution & Portfolio Management Own team activation velocity against benchmark targets. Track and enforce efficiency standards across the funnel to eliminate backlog drag. Maintain forecast accuracy and hold specialists accountable for defensible, evidence-based commits. Analyze operational trends to identify root causes impacting activation velocity, forecast accuracy, cancellations, customer delays, and portfolio health. Ensure customers consistently complete implementation milestones and activation readiness standards. Customer Risk Leadership Own customer risk identification, mitigation strategies, and executive escalations to maximize activation success. Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify systemic bottlenecks across onboarding and recommend scalable process improvements. Use portfolio trends and operational data to influence tooling, playbooks, customer journey improvements, and cross-functional initiatives. Partner with Operations to improve reporting, automation, and onboarding efficiency. Coaching & Quality Score and review Gong calls per the coaching cadence. Deliver documented coaching tied to specific behaviors: driving vs. tracking, handling pushback, timeline control, and escalation discipline. Run team meetings that are portfolio-focused and action-oriented — activation pacing, risk cohort review, backlog recovery, and skill development. Cross-Functional Business Partnership Partner with Sales and Customer Success to ensure clean pre-sale to post-sale handoffs for the SMB segment. Serve as the voice of the SMB customer across Product and Engineering, surfacing friction points from high-volume onboarding patterns. Partner with Revenue Operations and Finance on capacity planning, reporting integrity, and operational efficiency. Identify and champion automation, tooling, and process efficiencies that increase throughput without sacrificing quality. Maintain data hygiene standards across project management and implementation platforms. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 3+ years in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or customer success, with at least 1–2 years leading a team. Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume portfolio with velocity and forecasting discipline. Strong coaching skills — able to translate call reviews and metrics into specific, actionable behavior change. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment where speed and consistency matter. Experience with data hygiene and reporting integrity in CRM tools (Salesforce or similar). Experience with project management or implementation platforms. Ability to hold a team accountable to standards while maintaining a supportive, development-oriented culture. Strong written and verbal communication skills for both customer-facing escalations and internal reporting. BONUS POINTS FOR Experience managing high-volume onboarding motions. Experience with Gong or similar conversation intelligence tools for coaching at scale. Experience within wellness, healthcare, med spa, salon, or service-based industries. Familiarity with GuideCX or related SaaS operational platforms. Six Sigma, PMP, or other process-improvement credentials. SUCCESS IN THIS ROLE In Your First 30 Days Gain a deep understanding of Boulevard's SMB onboarding methodology, tools, and team structure. Complete 1:1s with all direct reports and begin baseline Gong call reviews. Build cross-functional relationships across Sales, Support, Product, and Customer Success. By 90 Days Independently run the weekly portfolio governance cadence with clear ownership on all at-risk/aging accounts. Demonstrate improving forecast accuracy and activation pacing against targets. Establish a consistent coaching rhythm and begin closing identified skill gaps. By 6 Months and Beyond Consistently hit or exceed activation velocity, forecast accuracy, and CSAT benchmarks. Reduce aging backlog and eliminate systemic bottlenecks within your portfolio. Be recognized as a driver of team performance improvement and a trusted escalation point for the SMB segment. KEY PERFORMANCE METRICS Activation velocity Forecast accuracy CSAT Cancellation rate Portfolio health Customer readiness / milestone completion Time to Value Time to First Appointment / Working Session Ramp time for new hires Coaching effectiveness Risk recovery rate Team engagement KEY ATTRIBUTES FOR SUCCESS Execution-oriented with strong operational discipline Comfortable holding a team accountable to firm standards and timelines Data-driven — treats forecasting and portfolio health as core to the job, not overhead Strong coach who ties feedback to specific, observable behaviors Thrives on speed, consistency, and process adherence at scale Proactive communicator who escalates early rather than waiting for problems to surface How we take care of our team Our business is deeply immersed in an industry that's centered around helping people feel their best, so we know that taking care of yourself isn't selfish; it's essential. That's why our culture pairs high standards with genuine care. We don't glorify burnout or wear 'always on' as a badge of honor. Instead, we've created benefits designed to support you inside and outside of work, so you can bring your best self to both. Here's how we support you: Competitive base pay and performance bonus eligibility because you deserve to be rewarded for your impact. Equity participation for all full-time employees because we believe the people helping build Boulevard should share in our long-term success. Comprehensive medical coverage with up to 100% employee premium coverage and 75% dependent coverage to help take care of you and your loved ones. An annual $1,200 HSA employer contribution for eligible plans to help support healthcare costs and future planning. 100% covered dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, ensuring you stay healthy, protected, and ready for whatever life brings. 12 weeks of fully paid U.S. parental leave supporting all new parents equally as they take the time to bond, adjust, and be present when welcoming a new family member. Flexible paid time off, plus 10 U.S. company holidays, where you are encouraged to rest, recharge, and take the time you need, guilt-free. Fully remote with support, including a $200 home office setup allowance and a $50 monthly WFH reimbursement so your workspace is set up for success. $200 quarterly Boulevard Bucks to prioritize your well-being and stay connected to the industry we serve. And other perks like One Medical membership and Employee Assistant Program. Chairman Programs Lead

Clover HealthUSA (Fully Remote)11 hours ago
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$160,000 - $160,000 / Year
clinicaldentalmental healthinsurancediversity & inclusion

Own the white space. Operate with autonomy. Drive the programs that move the company. We're hiring a high-agency operator into the Office of the Chairman to drive Clover's most important cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to execution and results. This is a rare role designed for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, systems design, and executional rigor. You'll operate as a force-multiplier to the Chairman and executive team: orchestrating execution across organizational boundaries, defining innovative pilots, testing hypotheses, structuring problems that don't yet have owners, and driving initiatives that directly shape Clover's growth and operational leverage. As a Chairman Programs Lead, you will: Architect Strategic Programs: Translate high-level goals into MECE workstreams with clear interfaces, owners, and timelines. Drive Execution with Chairman-Standard Rigor: Own initiatives from kickoff through outcomes. Set the pace. Maintain altitude and detail without losing either. Align Stakeholders Across Levels and Functions: Influence without authority. Drive accountability through clarity, not escalation. Translate Ambiguity Into Action: When no playbook exists, build one. When priorities are unclear, force rank them. When coordination breaks down, rebuild the system. Collaborate Across Boundaries: Manage projects that touch internal teams and external partners — vendors, regulators, and strategic collaborators. Align internal readiness to external dependencies. Success in this role looks like: First 90 days: Quickly grasp Clover's business model, establish key relationships, identify 2-3 high-priority initiatives, and implement a structured framework for tracking strategic projects. First 6 months: Successfully drive multiple cross-functional initiatives to completion, develop systems improving operational efficiency, and establish yourself as a trusted Chairman advisor on strategic priorities. First year: Create scalable coordination mechanisms that improve execution across teams, resolve strategic misalignments, and deliver measurable business impact on growth and operational leverage. You should get in touch if: You've had 3–10 years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), in BizOps at a tech company, or in a high-trust internal strategy/Chief of Staff-type role. You think in structured logic, write with precision, and speak in synthesized insights. You're not a deck-maker. You're a system builder who wants to see the impact of your thinking play out in operations. You've driven complex, multi-org initiatives to the finish line — not just advised on them. You're energized by ambiguity, allergic to bureaucracy, and motivated by direct proximity to decision-making and value creation. You don't need positional authority to lead. You earn trust and create alignment through clarity, quality, and velocity. Benefits Overview : Financial Well-Being: Our commitment to attracting and retaining top talent begins with a competitive base salary and equity opportunities. Additionally, we offer a performance-based bonus program, 401k matching, and regular compensation reviews to recognize and reward exceptional contributions. Physical Well-Being: We prioritize the health and well-being of our employees and their families by providing comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Your health matters to us, and we invest in ensuring you have access to quality healthcare. Mental Well-Being: We understand the importance of mental health in fostering productivity and maintaining work-life balance. To support this, we offer initiatives such as No-Meeting Fridays, monthly company holidays, access to mental health resources, and a generous flexible time-off policy. Additionally, we embrace a remote-first culture that supports collaboration and flexibility, allowing our team members to thrive from any location. Professional Development: Developing internal talent is a priority for Clover. We offer learning programs, mentorship, professional development funding, and regular performance feedback and reviews. Additional Perks : Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) offering discounted equity opportunities Reimbursement for office setup expenses Monthly cell phone & internet stipend Remote-first culture, enabling collaboration with global teams Paid parental leave for all new parents And much more! About Clover : We are reinventing health insurance by combining the power of data with human empathy to keep our members healthier. We believe the healthcare system is broken, so we've created custom software and analytics to empower our clinical staff to intervene and provide personalized care to the people who need it most. We always put our members first, and our success as a team is measured by the quality of life of the people we serve. Those who work at Clover are passionate and mission-driven individuals with diverse areas of expertise, working together to solve the most complicated problem in the world: healthcare. From Clover's inception, Diversity & Inclusion have always been key to our success. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and our employees are people with different strengths, experiences, perspectives, opinions, and backgrounds, who share a passion for improving people's lives. Diversity not only includes race and gender identity, but also age, disability status, veteran status, sexual orientation, religion and many other parts of one's identity. All of our employee's points of view are key to our success, and inclusion is everyone's responsibility. #LI-REMOTE Pursuant to the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance, we will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records. We are an E-Verify company. Final pay is based on several factors including but not limited to internal equity, market data, and the applicant's education, work experience, certifications, etc. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is: $160,000—$190,000 USD

More than 13,000 customers , including Duracell, McDonald's, Shell, DHL and Volvo, use MaintainX to cut unplanned downtime and run better operations, across 13.9 million managed assets and 79.5 million completed work orders. In August 2026 MaintainX became part of Autodesk, joining Autodesk Operations Solutions , the organization unifying Autodesk's operations platform alongside Tandem, FlexSim and Fusion Operations. Autodesk's strategy is to converge design, make and operate into one continuous lifecycle: design an asset, build it, run it, then feed what you learn running it back into the next design. Autodesk had design and make. Operate is the phase that tells you what actually happened, and it is ours. The Role: We are seeking a visionary and execution-driven AI leader to define and scale our AI strategy and organization . This leader will drive innovation across Agentic AI and Machine Learning solutions to ensure MaintainX becomes the category-defining intelligence layer for industrial operations. GTM Intelligence: Accelerate MaintainX's and potentially Autodesk's business by building AI-powered agents, tools, and internal products that help our revenue, service, and operations teams move faster, close smarter and scale. The flagship platform is MaintainX's data intelligence layer (Atlas) — a unified, agentic system that connects our internal knowledge with external signals. Atlas empowers agentic or conversational solutions through the tools teams already use such as Salesforce and Claude. You'll shape how MaintainX and potentially Autodesk Operations Solutions leverages predictive, generative and agentic AI to unlock new enterprise value. You'll partner cross-functionally with not only Engineering, Product and Design, but also Marketing, Sales and Customer Support; while building and leading a world-class AI/ML team. What You'll Do: AI Strategy & Vision Define the long-term product and platform vision with progressive milestones and KPIs. Empower every MaintainX engineer to incorporate Agentic AI tools into their feature development flows. Translate emerging AI/ML research (GenAI, anomaly detection, RUL prediction, multimodal fusion) into production-ready solutions that deliver measurable customer value. Build and evangelize Autodesk and MaintainX's position as the AI leader in CMMS/EAM , differentiating through workflow-native intelligence. Execution & Delivery Lead the design and build of scalable Agentic AI platforms : Retrieval augmented generation (RAG) systems, evals and agentic orchestration frameworks. Build a data ingestion, processing and inference pipelines that can scale to millions of unstructured documents and videos . Drive delivery of predictive models across sensor modalities (tabular, vibration, IoT, multimodal), balancing time-to-market with reliability and scalability. Ensure models are explainable, trusted, and deeply embedded into MaintainX workflows — not siloed features. People Leadership & Organization Building Build and scale a high-performing AI organization spanning platform, machine learning and product teams . Hire and develop technical leaders; create a culture of innovation and accountability. Establish a feedback-driven and high performance culture, empowering teams to take calculated risks and learn from successes and failures. Cross-Functional Leadership Represent AI internally and externally as a thought leader — with executives, customers, and industry stakeholders. Partner with Product and Design to translate customer needs into AI-powered workflows. Collaborate with GTM teams to develop AI messaging, customer pilots, pricing strategies, and case studies. About You: 12+ years of experience in applied AI/ML, with 7+ years leading teams in high-growth, data-driven technology companies. Proven success designing, building and deploying predictive deep learning models into production at scale (ranking & recommendation systems, anomaly detection, forecasting, multimodal). Track record of organizational leadership : building AI/ML teams, hiring senior technical leaders, and scaling organizations through growth. Deep expertise across one or more: multimodal ML (sensor, text, image, vibration), MLOps or Agentic AI frameworks. Adept at operating at multiple altitudes: from architecture design reviews to C-suite strategic planning . Comfortable working in fast-moving environments; you balance speed with reliability and long-term vision. Strong communication skills, able to influence across disciplines, present to executive leadership and inspire both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in ambiguity, biases for action, and balances long-term vision with near-term execution. Our mission is to keep the physical world running. Factories, fleets, hospitals and campuses stay up because the people who maintain them have tools worth using. That is what we build. Compensation and benefits. Base pay is one part of the package. Depending on the role, compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus and equity. Benefits differ by country. For roles in the United States, Autodesk's benefits are described at benefits.autodesk.com . For roles in Canada and other countries, the plan differs on health coverage, retirement and leave, and your recruiter will walk you through it. Belonging. About Anthropic Anthropic's mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role The IT Operations team keeps Anthropic running. We want every employee to do their best work without friction. We're hiring an IT Support Engineer who pairs strong technical skills with a service mindset and good judgment. Anthropic is growing fast, and IT needs to keep pace. That means onboarding at scale, automating repetitive work (including with Claude), and improving the day-to-day employee experience. You'll handle support across our mostly macOS environment and help with the operational work that lets us scale. You'll work closely with IT Engineering and Security, with room to grow into more technical infrastructure work over time. This isn't a scripted support role. You'll have real ownership, use your judgment to improve our processes, and grow with the team as we scale.  Key responsibilities Triage and resolve issues across hardware, software, networking, and accounts, mostly through our ticketing system, plus Slack and in-person Diagnose and fix issues across macOS, ChromeOS, iOS, Android, and our core SaaS platforms (Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub, Atlassian) Troubleshoot device issues, including enrollment, configuration profiles, and policy enforcement Support access management and employee lifecycle workflows (onboarding, offboarding, reorgs) Handle escalations that need cross-team coordination Join an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours Provide hands-on support for user technology, AV systems, conference rooms, and printers Communicate clearly with users at every technical level Write and maintain internal documentation, including runbooks, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles Spot patterns in support requests, surface recurring issues, and flag opportunities to automate Help streamline onboarding and other high-volume operations as we scale Contribute to automation efforts Maintain and improve device management, identity, and access systems Write scripts (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive tasks Minimum qualifications Hands-on IT support experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting macOS endpoints, and comfortable supporting ChromeOS, iOS, and Android Experience with Google Workspace administration Experience with Slack administration, including workspace management, permissions, and troubleshooting Experience supporting and administering other SaaS tools Understanding of identity and access fundamentals: SSO, MFA, directory services Familiarity with MDM fundamentals and endpoint management concepts Basic scripting (Bash or Python) for automation Strong troubleshooting skills, with a methodical and persistent approach Clear communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems Take ownership of problems and follow through until they're resolved Preferred qualifications Familiarity with zero-trust security concepts and endpoint security tooling Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, VPNs Experience with IT projects beyond day-to-day support, such as migrations, tool rollouts, or process redesigns Experience using AI tools to improve personal or team productivity Interest in developing deeper technical skills and taking on more complex systems administration over time Logistics Minimum education: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience Required field of study:  A field relevant to the role as demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience Minimum years of experience: Years of experience required will correlate with the internal job level requirements for the position Location-based hybrid policy: Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time. However, some roles may require more time in our offices. Visa sponsorship:  We do sponsor visas! However, we aren't able to successfully sponsor visas for every role and every candidate. But if we make you an offer, we will make every reasonable effort to get you a visa, and we retain an immigration lawyer to help with this. We encourage you to apply even if you do not believe you meet every single qualification. Not all strong candidates will meet every single qualification as listed.  Research shows that people who identify as being from underrepresented groups are more prone to experiencing imposter syndrome and doubting the strength of their candidacy, so we urge you not to exclude yourself prematurely and to submit an application if you're interested in this work. We think AI systems like the ones we're building have enormous social and ethical implications. We think this makes representation even more important, and we strive to include a range of diverse perspectives on our team. Your safety matters to us. To protect yourself from potential scams, remember that Anthropic recruiters only contact you from @anthropic.com email addresses. In some cases, we may partner with vetted recruiting agencies who will identify themselves as working on behalf of Anthropic. Be cautious of emails from other domains. Legitimate Anthropic recruiters will never ask for money, fees, or banking information before your first day. If you're ever unsure about a communication, don't click any links—visit  anthropic.com/careers  directly for confirmed position openings. How we're different We believe that the highest-impact AI research will be big science. At Anthropic we work as a single cohesive team on just a few large-scale research efforts. And we value impact — advancing our long-term goals of steerable, trustworthy AI — rather than work on smaller and more specific puzzles. We view AI research as an empirical science, which has as much in common with physics and biology as with traditional efforts in computer science. We're an extremely collaborative group, and we host frequent research discussions to ensure that we are pursuing the highest-impact work at any given time. As such, we greatly value communication skills. The easiest way to understand our research directions is to read our recent research. This research continues many of the directions our team worked on prior to Anthropic, including: GPT-3, Circuit-Based Interpretability, Multimodal Neurons, Scaling Laws, AI & Compute, Concrete Problems in AI Safety, and Learning from Human Preferences. Come work with us! Anthropic is a public benefit corporation headquartered in San Francisco. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, optional equity donation matching, generous vacation and parental leave, flexible working hours, and a lovely office space in which to collaborate with colleagues. Guidance on Candidates' AI Usage:  Learn about  our policy for using AI in our application process.
