About us Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, working with many of the world's biggest brands — including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank — to transform how they serve customers and grow their businesses. We are primarily an in-person company based in San Francisco, with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. We are guided by a set of values that are at the core of our actions and define our culture: Trust, Customer Obsession, Craftsmanship, Intensity, and a commitment to balancing Family along the way. These values are the foundation of our work, and we are committed to upholding them in everything we do. Our co-founders are Bret Taylor and Clay Bavor . Bret currently serves as Board Chair of OpenAI. Previously, he was co-CEO of Salesforce (which had acquired the company he founded, Quip) and CTO of Facebook. Bret was also one of Google's earliest product managers and co-creator of Google Maps. Before founding Sierra, Clay spent 18 years at Google, where he most recently led Google Labs. Earlier, he started and led Google's AR/VR effort, Project Starline, and Google Lens. Before that, Clay led the product and design teams for Google Workspace. What you'll do Design, build, and deliver enablement programs that drive productivity across our fast-growing European sales and sales engineering teams, including supporting new hire onboarding cohorts as they ramp in seat, in region. Use AI tools to create content faster, run AI-driven role-play and call coaching, and give sellers self-serve answers to their questions. Own training on the tools EMEA sellers and SEs use daily for account research, call prep, call recaps, pipeline updates, and drafting outreach and proposals. Teach sellers when to trust AI output, how to verify it, and how to handle customer data under EU privacy and regulatory requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act), so every seller can explain, demo, and stand behind how Sierra uses AI with customers. Create playbooks and programs, track adoption and impact (tool usage, time saved, ramp speed, deal velocity), and report results to EMEA and global sales leadership. Turn the best field practices into shared prompts, playbooks, and workflows for the global enablement team. Localize and launch global sales plays in EMEA (flagging any that don't translate), collect field feedback for the global Programs Lead, and support regional launches with Sales Leadership and Marketing. What you'll bring 5+ years in sales enablement at a B2B software company, with exposure to both onboarding and plays Experience adapting centrally built programs for a regional audience Evidence of leadership: prior people management, or leading projects and mentoring others, and a genuine interest in leading a team Credibility with senior sales leaders and experienced sellers and SEs, and a strong facilitator Hands-on, daily use of AI tools in your own work, and experience teaching others to adopt new tools and change how they work Comfortable working independently with a team several hours behind you Even better… Experience in AI or enterprise software Additional European languages Experience as the first enablement hire in a region Experience hiring or building a team Experience running an AI fluency or AI tooling program for a sales team Familiarity with the EU AI Act or GDPR as they apply to how sales teams use AI Our values Trust: We build trust with our customers with our accountability, empathy, quality, and responsiveness. We build trust in AI by making it more accessible, safe, and useful. We build trust with each other by showing up for each other professionally and personally, creating an environment that enables all of us to do our best work. Customer Obsession: We deeply understand our customers' business goals and relentlessly focus on driving outcomes, not just technical milestones. Everyone at the company knows and spends time with our customers. When our customer is having an issue, we drop everything and fix it. Craftsmanship: We get the details right, from the words on the page to the system architecture. We have good taste. When we notice something isn't right, we take the time to fix it. We are proud of the products we produce. We continuously self-reflect to continuously self-improve. Intensity: We know we don't have the luxury of patience. We play to win. We care about our product being the best, and when it isn't, we fix it. When we fail, we talk about it openly and without blame so we succeed the next time. Senior Product Manager (Giftcard)
AtollsLondon, United Kingdom7 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteSenior
mental healthcoachingcrmpartnershipstalent acquisition

Atolls is the world's largest community-driven shopping platform, active in 20+ markets. We help millions make smarter spending decisions across discovery, evaluation, and (re-)purchase by connecting people with the right brands and retailers. Our 1,000+ team across 10 countries builds products used every day at global scale, where you'll have real ownership and see your impact. Want to shape the destinations people rely on to shop with confidence? Keep reading. About This Role: We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our Gift Cards vertical - one of the fastest-growing parts of our alternative offers, spanning gift card purchase, redemption, provider partnerships, and cross-market growth across France, Germany, and Spain. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role. You'll set the strategy for a business line generating triple-digit YoY growth in some markets, own the commercial relationships with our gift card providers, and work directly with our Fulfilment leadership on where the vertical goes next. You'll also work closely with - and may grow into ownership of - adjacent parts of our Alternative Offers and in-store rewards portfolio. We want a strong senior product leader: someone who has built and scaled products at a leading tech company and/or a startup, who thinks and acts like an entrepreneur, and who can move a commercial product forward with minimal hand-holding. Our Benefits: At Atolls, we believe in nurturing both your professional and personal growth. Here's what you can expect: A culture that values personal and professional development, with internal mobility opportunities. A supportive and open-minded team that embraces diverse perspectives and innovative ideas. 32 days of paid vacation plus your birthday off, giving you the time you need to recharge. A flexible hybrid working scheme to balance work and life. Access to a learning budget and internal training to help you grow in your role. Mental health coaching to support your well-being. Regular global and local get-togethers to celebrate successes and build connections. The possibility of taking a sabbatical after three years with the company. A cloud-based company setup, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities no matter where you are. These are global benefits that apply to all employees, with additional local perks based on your location. Responsibilities: In this role, you will: Own the gift card product strategy and roadmap - from provider selection and inventory quality to the end-to-end purchase, redemption, and admin experience. Lead commercial and provider negotiations - framework agreements, commission structures, SLAs, and multi-entity contracting with gift card providers (e.g. Finperks, Tillo), in partnership with Operations, Legal and Finance. Drive revenue growth across markets - set and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis. Partner cross-functionally - work daily with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship a coherent gift card experience across web, app, and browser extension. Own delivery end to end - set the roadmap, own the backlog, and take each bet from discovery to launch with engineering, design and data: frame the problem, write the specs and user stories, prioritise sprint by sprint, make the scope calls, and measure what shipped. This is a hands-on build role, not a coordination role. Use data to lead, not just report - build and refine models (e.g. fraud-tier scoring), validate revenue and performance data with Finance, and identify the next highest-impact bet. Represent the vertical at the leadership level - bring clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-team and leadership forums, and help shape Alternative Offers' broader strategic direction. Build for scale - help expand gift cards from a standalone catalogue page into a fully integrated offer type across the platform. Your Profile: 5+ years in product management , including significant time owning a product or business line end-to-end at a leading tech company and/or a startup. A strong entrepreneurial track record - you've built something from close to zero, made judgment calls with imperfect data, and taken ownership beyond your formal remit. Commercial fluency - comfortable owning revenue targets, running vendor/partner negotiations, and thinking in margin, commission, and unit economics, not just features. Strong analytical skills - fluent working with transaction and revenue data to make and defend decisions; comfortable partnering with data/finance teams on models like fraud scoring. Proven cross-functional leadership - experience leading engineering, design, and data counterparts in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, without formal authority over them. Hands-on product delivery - you have recently (last 2 to 3 years) taken features from problem to production yourself, working day to day with engineers and designers: running discovery, writing the specs, owning backlog and sprint priorities, and making trade-offs when scope, time or data ran short. You are as comfortable in the detail as at the roadmap level. Excellent stakeholder management - able to influence and present confidently to senior/executive stakeholders. A degree from a top-tier university (e.g. Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, HEC Paris, ESSEC, Sciences Po, Bocconi, ETH Zurich, or equivalent); an MBA or further qualification from a leading program is a plus. Fluent English required Our hiring process : TA Call : Meet one of our Talent Experts and get to know Atolls better. We remain committed to a culture of diversity, equity and belonging, where all employees are welcomed, respected, connected, and engaged. AI Product Manager Intern - (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)
InternshipOn-siteMid
triage

As an AI Product Manager Intern at Reonic, you'll sit at the intersection of product, engineering, and our customers. You'll help make sure new features are tested thoroughly, releases run smoothly, and customer feedback continuously makes its way back into the product development process. This is not a coffee-run internship: you'll take on real ownership from day one and work closely with engineers and other teams to improve both our product and the way we build and release it. Please note: This is a fully onsite internship in Augsburg for 4–6 months. What you'll do Support release testing: Help coordinate testing for upcoming releases and continuously test new features during development. Identify issues early and give clear, actionable feedback to engineering. Help coordinate software releases: Keep track of features, changes, dependencies, and release timelines. Act as a communication hub between product, engineering, and other teams. Improve product quality: Look beyond whether a feature technically works. Think about edge cases, usability, customer workflows, and how changes affect the overall product experience. Turn feedback into action: Triage user feedback and bug reports, investigate and reproduce issues, and translate your findings into clear, well-described tickets for engineering. Communicate what's new: Write release notes, help run internal demos, and make sure colleagues understand what has changed and how new functionality works. Work closely with engineering: Collaborate with engineers throughout the development process, ask the right questions, and help remove ambiguity before features reach customers. Understand our customers: Build a deep understanding of the businesses using Reonic and use that context to contribute to better product decisions. What makes you a great fit Product mindset: You naturally think beyond checklists. You want to understand why something is being built, who it is for, and what makes it useful. Attention to detail: You spot inconsistencies, edge cases, and potential issues before they become customer problems. Strong communication: You communicate clearly with engineers, product colleagues, and other stakeholders. Professional fluency in English (C1+) is required. Technical curiosity: You enjoy understanding how software works and aren't afraid to dig into technical details, investigate bugs, or learn new concepts. Hands-on with AI tools: Coding isn't required, but you've already vibe-coded a thing or two. You can quickly build a rough prototype to show engineers how a more complex feature could work, so they get a clear picture before the real build starts. Customer orientation: You care about the experience of the people using the product and can turn qualitative feedback into actionable insights. Ownership: You take responsibility, follow things through, and don't wait for someone else to solve a problem you can help solve yourself. Startup mindset: You're comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve and processes are still being built. Student status: You're currently enrolled at a university and available full-time for 4–6 months. A background in economics, engineering, computer science, or a related field is helpful, but not required. Nice to have: First experience through internships, working student jobs, or university projects in product management, product operations, QA, software development, or B2B SaaS. Why join us? Real impact: Help build software that enables businesses to accelerate the transition to renewable energy. A product people use: Our platform is already used by 3,000+ paying B2B customers, so your work will reach real users. Learn fast: Get hands-on experience in product management at a fast-growing startup, with close mentorship from our product and engineering team. High ownership: Nothing is set in stone. You'll have room to shape how we work and how the product evolves, even as an intern. A great international team: We work hard, learn from each other, and make sure we have fun along the way. Great setup: MacBook, gym membership subsidy, regular team events, coffee, Deutschland ticket and other perks. Fair compensation: We offer a competitive internship salary. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply! Imposter syndrome shouldn't hold you back. We value talent and passion above all. About Reonic At Reonic, we're on a mission to simplify renewable technology. Our AI operating system helps renewable energy installers run and grow their businesses, from planning and selling solar, battery storage, and heat pump solutions to managing their day-to-day operations. Today, more than 3,000 businesses use Reonic, and we're growing fast. Location & duration This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Augsburg for 4–6 months . About Hilo by Aktiia High blood pressure is the world's most common disease, causing 18M deaths each year. At Hilo by Aktiia, we're building a world where no lives are lost to its effects — with technology that helps people take control of their health. We're a venture-backed scale-up with $96M raised from investors in Europe and the US. Rooted in 18 years of research at the Swiss Center for Electronics and Microtechnology (CSEM), our device is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily use — clinically validated and CE Marked as a Class IIa medical device, now available in 12 countries. In July, we launched in the US. We're a remote-first company headquartered in Neuchâtel, Switzerland, united by our passion for impact and innovation. Applicants must already hold a valid visa or work permit for their country of residence, as Hilo is not able to provide visa sponsorship. Role overview UX is our number one priority, and we need a design leader who consistently turns design into business outcomes. As Lead Product Designer, you set the quality bar for our app, own our design system and drive our biggest product bets from first idea to shipped result. You are hands-on: you prototype, you craft, you ship. You will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. You will be the design partner who keeps the whole product consistent and high quality, together with our Lead UX Writer and a Senior Product Designer. You will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical, high-visibility role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe. Core responsibilities Direction & Outcomes Set the design direction and quality bar across the app, from new features to health insights and early vision work. Define the success measures for your work and own the business results. Design System & Prototyping Own our design system, built to work with AI tools, and keep it consistent through tokens and clear decisions. Show instead of tell, with high-fidelity prototypes and motion built with AI tools and our design system. Leadership & Collaboration Raise the bar for the team. Support, coach and unblock other designers, and give clear feedback. Challenge product and engineering with evidence, persuade stakeholders and make clear, documented decisions. Work daily with product managers and design engineers. Requirements Background & Experience Essential Proven design leadership, with a track record of consistently delivering strong business outcomes. 2 to 3 shipped case studies that demonstrate high impact: the problem, your hypothesis, your decisions, the measured result. Outstanding visual design craft: hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. High-fidelity prototypes and videos of your work, ideally built with AI tools such as Claude or Lovable. Daily, practical use of AI tools and experience with AI-ready design systems. Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. Strong product thinking: you work with data, hypotheses and measurements. Ideally health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. A public portfolio website (required with your application). Nice to Have Mobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code. How you work AI first — You are already playing with AI tools and you are excited about what they make possible. Builder — You ship, and you can spin up something from nothing. Bias for action — You are autonomous and self-sufficient. You don't wait for a brief and you don't need chasing. Disciplined — Tokens, not screenshots. Decision logs, not memories. Curious — You want to know why, not just what. You can explain who made each decision and how. Clear under pressure — Medical regulation and different market rules are design problems, not excuses. This isn't for you if You need all requirements, research and data before you start. You measure screens shipped, not outcomes moved. You'd rather list risks than own one. How we hire Recruiter screen (30 min) Portfolio interview with the Head of Design (60 min): visual craft, prototyping, AI fluency Product thinking and interaction design deep dive Cross-functional conversation with design engineers and product Final conversation with senior leadership (finalists) What success looks like You take something off our plate and it gets done. If it won't happen, you tell us first. You bring the problem, the root cause and options. You flag risk to dates early, while we can still change it. The product feels consistent, fast and high quality, and design outcomes show up in the numbers. Benefits What Makes You A Great Fit At Hilo by Aktiia, our values guide everything we do: Move the Needle — You focus on what drives real impact. You understand that a great product experience is fundamental to good decision-making and growth, and you take accountability for the quality and outcomes of your work, from first idea through to shipped result. Move Fast, Learn, Refine — You work with urgency and purpose, balancing speed with craft. You continuously improve the way Design operates, experiment with better tools and processes, including AI, and solve root causes rather than accepting repetitive manual work. Team First — You collaborate effectively with colleagues, engineers, product managers and stakeholders across countries and functions. You build trust by being reliable, clear and constructive, while maintaining high standards for quality and consistency. Why Join Us? Hilo by Aktiia is becoming one of the most important med-tech companies, and you can be part of this exciting story. Work on a mission that matters: transforming cardiovascular health at global scale. Be part of a high-impact, fast-growing, and venture-backed scale-up company. Collaborate with a diverse, passionate, and talented team. Competitive compensation and equity program, and other benefits (depending on location). Ready to Move the Needle? If you are passionate about making a meaningful impact in people's lives and excel in an environment where individuals take ownership and are committed to delivering results, we are happy to receive your application. Role overview UX is our number one priority. As a Series B scale-up, we are investing heavily in the product experience, and you will be central to it. You will own our biggest new product bets: new features, health insights and early vision work across the app. You will bring ideas to life fast, with polished high-fidelity prototypes and motion, then take them to a shipped result. You will report directly to our Head of Design and work with product and engineering every day. Alongside you are a Lead Product Designer and a Lead UX Writer, who keep the whole product consistent and high quality. You will have real ownership on a health product people use every day, in a business-critical role where UX is our top priority. You join a team with high talent density, people who raise your game, and a shared focus on speed, clarity and craft. Location: Fully remote, open to candidates across the UK and Europe. Core responsibilities Ownership & Outcomes Own your product areas from first idea to shipped result. Set the measures for your work and own whether it succeeds. Turn research, feedback and data into clear decisions. Prototyping & Design Spin up working prototypes with AI tools and our design system, not just static screens. Collaboration & Continuity Work daily with design engineers and product managers, and unblock them fast. Take over existing product design work and keep quality high. Requirements Background & Experience Essential Senior product design experience, ideally in health, consumer, behavior change or regulated products. 1 to 3 shipped case studies that show the problem, your role, your decisions and the measurable impact. Strong UX and UI craft: visual hierarchy, typography, motion and attention to detail. High-fidelity prototypes you can screen-share and walk through (Figma, AI tools such as Claude or Lovable). Daily, practical use of AI tools, and enthusiasm for trying new ones. Fluent Figma, including components, variables and tokens. Close work with engineers, and clear, short communication. A public portfolio website (required with your application). Nice to Have AI-ready design systems, mobile apps, connected devices, simple prototypes in code. How you work AI first — You'd rather show a working thing than describe one. Builder — You ship, starting from nothing if you have to. Bias for action — You don't need to be told what to do or be chased. You spot what could go wrong, pick the one that matters most and fix it. Disciplined — Tokens, not screenshots. Decision logs, not memories. Curious — You want to know why, not just what. Clear under pressure — Medical regulation and different market rules are design problems, not excuses. This isn't for you if You need a finished brief, all the requirements or all the research before you start. You measure screens shipped, not outcomes moved. You'd rather list risks than own one. How we hire Recruiter screen (30 min) Portfolio interview with the Head of Design (60 min) Product thinking and interaction design deep dive Cross-functional conversation with design engineers and product Final conversation with senior leadership What success looks like You take something off our plate and it gets done. If it won't happen, you tell us first. You bring the problem, the root cause and options. You flag risk to dates early, while we can still change it. Senior Product Designer

Do you think in journeys, not just screens? Can you see where a learner gets stuck, where a buyer needs proof of value, and where an upgrade feels like a natural next step rather than a sales pitch? And do you want to be the person who sets the design direction for a whole product, not one corner of it? AIHR is looking for a Senior Product Designer to be the sole designer on our product team. You'll shape our learning platform end to end: how HR professionals discover content and keep learning, how teams see the value of learning, and how our design system helps everyone build consistently and fast. You'll work across both product squads as a hands-on designer and the team's go-to for design advice. About AIHR Founded in 2016 with the mission to future-proof HR, the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has become the world's market leader in online training for human resources (HR) professionals. We have a global customer base spread across 140+ countries, amongst which companies like Unilever, Reckitt, Goldman Sachs, Philips, Deloitte, Nike, Heineken, and UBS. It is our goal to continuously upskill and empower 1,000,000 HR Professionals. We are an international team of 100+ people, driven by excellence, innovation, and a hunger to grow in everything we do. As such, we strive to provide the world's best courses and excellent support to our customers while continuously optimizing every aspect of our work. With over 30 nationalities, our team is diverse, yet we all share a few traits: we're friendly, enthusiastic, and great team players. Being a fast-growing company, working at AIHR means taking on a lot of responsibility and getting countless opportunities to develop yourself in new areas and potential to craft your own role. Why a designer now We built the AIHR Academy for individual HR professionals who choose to learn on their own. That focus got us here. Now we're at a pivotal point: we're taking the full learning experience, our internal expertise and our content into the B2B market. That shift opens the platform to new personas with different needs. A learner whose employer provides their license comes in with different motivations than someone who paid for themselves. And a manager or buyer needs to see team progress, skill gaps and return on investment before they renew. Much of today's experience wasn't designed with them in mind. Role and Responsibilities As our Senior Product Designer , you own the user experience across the AIHR Academy, from how learners discover content to how buyers decide whether to renew. You represent the user in every product conversation and help the team make better decisions, faster. You report to the Head of Product and work daily with our Learner Experience and Manager Experience Squads, their Product Managers, front-end engineers and our Learning Consultants. PMs already prototype with AI tools, and you'll help them do that well within the guardrails you set. Journeys and engagement Map and design end-to-end journeys for each persona, from first visit to long-term learning habit. Shape how learners discover content and keep coming back. You know which engagement mechanics, like progress, milestones and social learning, suit busy professionals and which feel gimmicky. Propose ideas quickly, test them pragmatically and learn from the data. Growth surfaces Design the moments where members and B2B customers upgrade and renew, as part of the wider journey rather than as standalone funnels. Tread the line between commercial goals and product quality. You know when an upgrade moment helps someone see more value and when it costs trust, and you bring a clear way of making that call that the team can learn from. Craft and UI ownership You don't stop at concepts. You turn decisions into clear, high-fidelity work in Figma, so engineers can build with confidence. During implementation, you're the go-to partner for front-end engineers and co-own the UI with them. You bring the cases and the fidelity, they bring the constraints and the shipping, and you resolve gaps together until what's live matches the intent. Design system and enablement Own our design system. You keep it up to date, audit it regularly across the product and turn what you find into your own improvement ideas and a prioritized plan. Set the bar and the guardrails that others build within. You raise the standard of the whole system, not just individual screens, and make it easy for others to prototype with. How you work You're a partner to Product Managers. You help define problems, challenge assumptions and bring the user's perspective into every decision. You stay with the work after a design is approved. You assess feasibility with engineers early, adapt designs when constraints appear and bring the trade-offs back to Product for a decision. You know where your time matters most. You can easily see when a journey needs a deep dive, when a quick sketch will do and when the right move is feedback on someone else's prototype rather than a redesign. On a typical week On Monday morning, you join the Product Weekly for a rundown of the week's priorities. Silvia shares the outcomes of the latest leadership quarterly meeting, and how this impacts product priorities. In the afternoon, you review a prototype from Alice, PM of the Learner Experience Squad, for a new upgrade flow that moves AI for HR Academy users to a Team Access license. You check whether the upgrade prompt comes after users have seen enough value, and you propose a few changes to the PRD to ensure the proper UX guardrails are applied throughout the experience. On Wednesday morning, you lead a cross-functional brainstorm with Marion, PM of the Manager Experience Squad, and our Learning Consultants. You first share your prototype for feedback, and together you work out how to help buyers identify their team's skill gaps and build tailored learning journeys themselves. In the afternoon, you join the Learner Experience Squad's refinement to get feedback on the technical feasibility of a new bootcamp design. Based on what you hear, you set up a follow-up with the engineers, including Aliia, Front-End Engineer, to dig into the details. On Friday, you review the pages the team shipped over the past month. You find inconsistencies in some components across pages, create a ticket to fix them in the design system and update the prototyping skill so PMs build with the latest version. Then you join the monthly business update, where the founders share the previous month's results with everyone, and end the week with drinks at our weekly team activity, a chance to unwind and get to know colleagues who recently joined. We offer A key role in shaping the learning experience for tens of thousands of HR professionals worldwide, bridging the gap between user experience and world-class visual execution; Competitive, benchmarked compensation; The opportunity to shape your own day-to-day work; Regular growth talks and support to reach your career goals; Flexible working hours & working from home arrangements A high degree of autonomy in a vibrant, result-driven, inclusive, and international team; A key role in a fast-growing scale-up company; A beautiful office right across Rotterdam Central Station (Milleniumtower) and a brand new office in Amsterdam; 26 paid holidays per year + 1 extra day for the first 5 years you work here Exchange any 2 public holiday days for 2 other days of your choice; Work from anywhere policy, where you can work abroad for 20 days in a calendar year; Pension plan; 5 Mental health days per year; Access to OpenUp mental health platform; Personal development budget, training, and we pay for the books you read; All public transport expenses covered (NS Business Card); MacBook + all other equipment you need to do your work; Daily lunch prepared by a chef, weekly drinks, and fun team activities; Free access to the office gym. Apply for the job Are you excited to become our Senior Product Designer ? Then we'd love to hear from you! We are looking to hire for this role as soon as we find an eligible candidate. P.S. Research shows that while men apply to jobs when they meet an average of 60% of the criteria, women tend to apply only when they meet 100% of them. So if you think you have what it takes, but don't necessarily meet every single point above, please still apply. We'd love to consider you and see if you could be a great fit. Who you are You're a senior product designer who thinks in journeys, enjoys wearing multiple hats and gets energy from being the team's go-to, hands-on designer and the team's go-to for design advice. You could be our ideal candidate if: You have at least 5 years of experience as a product designer in B2B SaaS, preferably in elearning, content platforms, or HR tech. You've been the sole or lead designer before, so you know how to hold a high quality bar without a design team around you. You've designed products that work seamlessly for several different personas . You've designed engagement and growth moments that work for users and the business, and you can explain how you decided where to draw the line. You think about the whole journey, not just conversion. You take a pragmatic approach to research and behavioral design. You know when a quick test is enough and when a decision needs deeper evidence. You've owned a design system and have the taste to keep raising its standard. You use Figma as your primary craft tool and AI daily to shape your and the team's workflow. You enjoy turning ideas into build-ready mockups and helping others do the same. You see feedback as a way to improve the work , hold your ground with data and principles, and change course when the evidence says so. You're fluent in English and able to work from our Rotterdam office at least 2 days a week. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Netherlands on Arbeitnow

gomedical codinginsurancerecruiting

At Parallel, we build AI agents to help healthcare facilities automate their administrative processes and unlock additional revenue, starting with medical coding. Today, up to 25% of healthcare spending is lost in manual, repetitive administrative work. Legacy software hasn't helped, it's made things slower, more complex, and more frustrating for care teams. We believe AI agents can change that. Our technology combines Large Language Models with system-level automation to handle real work inside existing hospital tools. No integrations, no disruption. Our first agent automates coding workflows and frees up time for medical staff to focus on patients. We launched in 2024, are backed by top investors (Index, Frst, Y Combinator, Hexa, Kima Ventures, Better Angle), and we're just getting started. The future of healthcare isn't just digital — it's automated. Come help us build it ! Context We're looking for a Product Designer to join our first Designer on Parallel's design: the app used every day by hospital coding teams, as well as the brand. You'll work daily with Product Managers, Engineers and the Ops team. You'll work on complex, domain-specific topics, with demanding users. Your mission Own product improvements end to end, including some product management: understand the need, frame and define the problem, prioritize, design the solution, then follow it through to production. You own the whole chain, from the need to delivery. Design the app's interfaces, from user flows to final UI. Prototype quickly, including by coding with tools like Claude or Cursor when that's the most efficient way. Push code to production. Contribute to branding. Who you are You have 4 to 7 years of experience. You have experience as a strongly product-minded Product Designer, gained in a B2B SaaS startup or scale-up. You have high standards for the visual quality of interfaces. You can take on product management topics. You want to work on the brand as well. You use tools like Claude or Cursor to speed up your work. Our values Play to Win: we don't aim for "good enough". We go for results, move fast and fully commit when it matters. High Trust, High Standards: trust is our starting point. The more autonomy we give, the higher the bar. Low Ego, Hands-On: no one is above the work that needs doing, whatever their title or experience. Don't Take Yourself Too Seriously: we take our mission very seriously, without taking ourselves too seriously. Hiring process First call with the recruiting team (30 min) Interview with Théo, about your portfolio or past experience (30 min) Case study and meetings at our Paris office Reference checks Offer Why should you join us? Real impact: our agents free hospital teams from administrative work. A role that shapes the product: your work goes straight into the app hospitals use. Competitive compensation: salary and equity (BSPCE). A great place to work: bright offices in Paris, regular team moments and two offsites a year. Full benefits: health insurance, meal vouchers, transport coverage, training and wellbeing budgets. We care about who you are, not just what's on your CV. If you're drawn to what we're building but don't meet every requirement, we still want to hear from you. Studies show that women in particular tend to apply only when they meet 100% of the criteria. If that's you, please don't let that hold you back. We'd love to receive your application. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow
