Founding Account Executive - UK & Ireland
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
godentaldentistrysalesb2b salesaccount executive+1

TL;DR - We're building the healthcare workforce for tomorrow. Our AI receptionist Luna is already automating patient communication in medical practices today. As the market leader in German and Austrian dentistry, and with major funding under our belt, we've now launched Luna in the UK and Ireland, and are looking for our Founding Account Executive to build on that momentum. This isn't a "follow the playbook" role. You'll be our first person on the ground: growing our UK and Irish customer base and writing the playbook that everyone after you will follow. Why praxipal? The shortage of skilled professionals is the biggest challenge in our healthcare systems. Tens of thousands of positions remain unfilled each year, and demographic shifts are only making things worse. Medical practices rely on our AI receptionist Luna to reduce staff workload and keep care accessible for everyone. We're growing at record speed and closed a $6.7M seed round with HV Capital. What We're Looking For 2+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in a high-performing team, ideally a genuinely best-in-class sales organisation Ideally experience in high-velocity SMB sales: you know how to run short sales cycles, manage a high volume of deals and keep momentum without losing quality A consistent top performer with a track record of beating ambitious quotas, and the numbers to prove it Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to build processes from scratch rather than inherit them; startup or new-market experience is a big plus Someone people trust, who builds relationships that last well beyond the signature Ambitious and hungry to grow faster than any corporate career ladder would allow Excellent, persuasive English, both written and spoken Based in the UK or Ireland, or happy to relocate, with the right to work in either country What You'll Do In short: turn our traction in the UK & Ireland into a thriving business by converting the strong demand we're seeing into customers. You'll own the full sales cycle, from first conversation and demo through to negotiating and closing You'll shape our go-to-market motion, working out what resonates with independent practices, dental groups and corporates, then doubling down on it You'll represent praxipal at industry events and build a name for us in the UK and Irish dental community You'll act as the voice of our customers, feeding insights straight to our product team so Luna is built for UK practices, NHS and private alike You'll work hand in hand with marketing, turning what you learn in customer conversations into campaigns that bring in even more of the right customers What You'll Get A genuine founding role: build a market from (almost) zero, backed by a funded, fast-growing company that has already done it more than once Room to grow with the business, with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as the UK&I team scales Onboarding at our Berlin HQ to kick things off, getting to know the core team, learning the product inside out and soaking up the culture before bringing it all back to the UK & Ireland Learning at the frontier of AI and healthcare, alongside a small, driven and talent-dense team Regular team events and offsites with the wider praxipal team Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow
