Director, Product Management (Security)
Full TimeFully RemoteDirector$275,000 - $275,000 / Year

Join the company that's building the telemetry infrastructure for the AI era. At Cribl , we partner with IT and Security teams at many of the world's biggest enterprises, including half of the Fortune 100, to bridge the gap between AI ambition and infrastructure reality. As the AI Platform for Telemetry, we give customers the choice, control, and flexibility to manage and analyze telemetry for both humans and agents, so they can build what's next. We're one of the fastest‑growing private companies and a leading player in a massive, fast‑moving market. With a global workforce, we're remote‑first and grounded in a simple idea: software is a people business. Cribl is the place where curious, collaborative people can do their best work, grow fast, and bring their full selves to the herd. Why You'll Love This Role Cribl just launched Cribl Detect , our SIEM built on the Cribl platform. Detection and response is the foundation. Your job is to figure out what comes next - and then build it. As Director of Product Management for Security Products , you'll own the next wave of Cribl's security portfolio. You'll evaluate the most promising areas beyond Detect. You'll recommend which ones to pursue and in what order, with a clear case for build, partner, or buy. Then you'll lead what we fund, from the first customer conversations to launch and growth. We'll be honest: the exact scope isn't fixed yet. That's the point. This role is for a product leader who wants to shape a portfolio, not inherit one - and who has the security depth to make the right calls. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will… Drive the strategy for the next wave of security products - market analysis, customer discovery, competitive landscape, and a clear recommendation on what to do first, second, and not at all. Build the business case for each area - the customer problem, market size, why Cribl can win, build / partner / buy options, and what it takes to get there. Lead execution for what we fund - define the product, write the requirements, set success metrics, and drive delivery with engineering from 0 to 1 and beyond. Make it one platform - make sure new capabilities work natively with Cribl Detect (shared data model, detections, alerts, and workflows), not as a set of separate tools. Spend real time with customers - CISOs, SOC managers, detection engineers, and analysts - and work with design partners to validate direction before we commit. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and technology partners on positioning, packaging, launch, and field enablement. Grow the team - as areas get funded, hire and lead product managers to own them. Represent Cribl security externally with customers, analysts, and at industry events. We are a remote-first company and work happens across many time-zones - you may be required to occasionally perform duties outside your standard working hours. If You've Got It - We Want It 10+ years in product management or a closely related role, with 5+ years building security products. Deep understanding of security operations - SIEM, detection engineering, incident response, and how SOC teams actually work day to day. Hands-on product experience in at least one of: security automation and response (SOAR), identity security (ITDR, UEBA), AI or agentic security, or threat detection and response. A track record of taking a product from 0 to 1 - from problem discovery to a product customers pay for and use. Portfolio-level thinking - you have evaluated new markets, built business cases, and made clear recommendations with incomplete information. Leadership - experience leading or mentoring PMs, and leading through influence across engineering, marketing, and sales. Technical depth to go deep with engineers on data architectures, detection logic, and AI/LLM-based systems. Strong written communication - you write clear strategy docs and PRDs, and you make decisions in writing. Good judgment under uncertainty - you can say "we shouldn't build this" as confidently as "we should." Bonus Points Earlier career experience on a security operations team (SOC, detection engineering, or incident response). Experience with security data platforms, data pipelines, or security data lakes. Experience with partner-led product strategy or M&A evaluation. Familiarity with OCSF, KQL, and MITRE ATT&CK. Experience working with security customers in both the US and Europe. Experience in remote-first, distributed organizations. No fear - speak your mind, share your ideas. Good jokes (or better yet, bad ones). A love for goats. #LI-AM #LI-Remote The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location and will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base salary, for sales and some sales-adjacent roles, employees are eligible to earn incentive compensation (commission). For all other roles, employees are eligible to participate in the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program. In addition to a competitive salary, Cribl also offers a generous benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance, paid holidays and paid time off, a fertility treatment benefit, 401(k), and equity. Base Salary Range $275,000—$310,000 USD Bring Your Whole Self Diversity drives innovation, enables better decisions to support our customers, and inspires change for the better. We're building a culture where differences are valued and welcomed, and we work together to bring out the best in each other. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or any other applicable legally protected characteristics in the location in which the candidate is applying. Mission before ego. Everyone contributes. No one coasts. If you're driven by impact, pace, and raising the bar. This is the place. What you'll do Let's get the tricky part out of the way: this role doesn't fit neatly into a box. It's part client facing accounting advisory, part product specialist, part solutions architect, and part trusted advisor. If you're looking for a role that stays static, this isn't it. Your mission is to help some of the world's leading accounting firms get the absolute most out of Legora. Partner closely with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to ensure customer feedback translates into meaningful product improvements. What you'll bring You're an accountant who enjoys improving the way work gets done. You understand the realities of practice; the deadlines, the review cycles, the file, and are excited by the opportunity to combine that expertise with technology to solve meaningful customer problems. We're looking for someone who has: A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CA or equivalent) with experience gained at a leading firm. A strong understanding of accounting workflows and the challenges facing modern engagement teams. Curiosity about technology and AI, with an enthusiasm for learning how products are built and implemented. The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and confidently with partners, product managers and engineers alike. Strong problem-solving skills and the judgement to navigate ambiguity with confidence. The ability to build credibility quickly and develop trusted relationships with senior practitioners. A proactive, self-directed approach, balancing multiple customer engagements while maintaining a high bar for quality. A bias for action; you enjoy experimenting, learning quickly and continuously improving how work gets done. Legora is an Equal Opportunity Employer At Legora, we believe great teams are built on diversity of thought and experience. We're proud to be an equal opportunity employer and committed to creating an inclusive, high-performance culture where everyone can do their best work. We welcome people of all backgrounds and don't discriminate based on race, color, religion, national origin, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. That's totally okay! If you're passionate about autonomy and keen to learn, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every requirement. More about Wayve: 🚀 Wayve is building the leading AI platform for autonomous driving. We are pioneering an end to end AI approach that enables vehicles to learn directly from real world experience, developing the ability to adapt, generalise and improve at scale. Instead of relying on hand coded rules or pre mapped environments, our AI Driver learns to drive by understanding the world around it. The result is technology that navigates complex urban environments with intelligence, precision and natural flow, unlocking meaningful advances in both safety and efficiency. We believe autonomy represents a once in a generation transformation in how people and goods move, comparable to the shift from horses to cars, and from human driven vehicles to intelligent machines. Our ambition is to make autonomy universal. Wayve's mapless and hardware agnostic AI platform integrates with global OEM partners, enabling continuous software evolution and unlocking advanced levels of automation from L2 plus through to L4 as our core AI model scales. In a race increasingly defined by intelligence and real world learning, Wayve is taking a distinct approach, building a generalisable driving intelligence that can power any vehicle, anywhere. By combining embodied AI with scalable deployment, we are creating technology that can be shaped to each OEM brand and driver experience, accelerating the transition to a safer, more intelligent future of mobility. How we work 💻- Locations & Flexible Working: Our main hubs are in London, Sunnyvale, Yokohama, Herzliya, Vancouver and Leonberg. Wayve is not a mature, fully-structured place with the playbook already written. Much of how we work is still being written, and if you join, you'll help write it. That suits people who want real ownership more than people who need a settled structure from day one. If that sounds like the kind of problem you want to spend your time on, we'd really like to hear from you. At Wayve we're committed to creating a diverse, fair and respectful culture that is inclusive of everyone based on their unique skills and perspectives, and regardless of sex, race, religion or belief, ethnic or national origin, disability, age, citizenship, marital, domestic or civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran status, pregnancy or related condition (including breastfeeding) or any other basis as protected by applicable law. To learn more about what drives us, visit Values at Wayve DISCLAIMER: We will not ask about marriage or pregnancy, care responsibilities or disabilities in any of our job adverts or interviews. However, we do look to capture information about care responsibilities, and disabilities among other diversity information as part of an optional DEI Monitoring form to help us identify areas of improvement in our hiring process and ensure that the process is inclusive and non-discriminatory. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
