LemFi (Series B) is building the go-to financial app for the Global South. Moving to a new country shouldn't mean starting from zero. That's why our team of 400+ spanning 20+ countries is building a financial ecosystem that helps immigrants stay connected to home, build stability, and create wealth regardless of where they are from or where they live. What began as fast, affordable remittances is now evolving into a complete platform for multi-currency accounts, payments, credit, and long-term financial growth. With millions of users across the globe, we process over $1B in monthly transactions to 30+ countries, proving that borders shouldn't limit financial opportunity. About the role As Senior Technical Accountant, reporting to the Head of Financial Control and Reporting, you will be LemFi's go-to authority on how we account for what we do. You will own the Group accounting policy manual, write the technical papers on every key judgement area, get ahead of new products before they launch, and be the main contact for auditors on complex technical questions. You will partner closely with Global Finance Operations and Reconciliation and Strategic Finance, ensuring that US GAAP consolidated accounts and local entity statutory accounts are accurate from revenue recognition to balance sheet classification. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys hard accounting questions and explains the answers clearly. The role is based in London or Dublin, with dedicated time in either hub. What you'll build and own Own the Group accounting policy manual across US GAAP, FRS 102 and local frameworks, keeping it current as standards and the business evolve. Write clear, defensible technical papers covering key judgement areas: revenue recognition on fees and FX, credit losses (CECL and IFRS 9), safeguarded customer funds and share-based payments. Get ahead of new products - assess accounting treatment for new products, markets, partnerships and funding facilities before launch, working with Product, Legal, Tax and Treasury. Lead on technical audit areas: be the auditors' main contact on judgement areas, close out findings related to accounting treatment, and ensure no material audit adjustments in your areas. Set the rules for transaction accounting - define how fees, FX, chargebacks, settlements and processor flows are recorded, and work with Finance Transformation to build those rules into NetSuite posting logic and automated controls. Bridge the frameworks: maintain the US GAAP to statutory reconciliation, support the consolidation with the Financial Reporting and Consolidation Manager, and keep intercompany recharges consistent across the Group. Run a prioritised technical accounting log, reviewed monthly with the Financial Control and Finance Operations leads, so nothing falls through the cracks. Your experience ACA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent qualification, with 7 or more years of post-qualification experience. A background in Big 4 (or similar) audit, ideally in financial services, or in a technical accounting team in-house. Direct experience in a remittance, payments, e-money or similarly regulated financial services business - as an auditor or in-house. Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, and solid working knowledge of FRS 102 or IFRS. Experience with credit loss accounting under CECL or IFRS 9. Clear, concise technical writing and the confidence to defend a position with auditors and senior stakeholders. A hands-on approach: as comfortable posting a complex journal as writing the policy paper that justifies it. Nice to have Experience in US GAAP consolidation for a multi-entity international group. Experience designing accounting rules for ERP or automation projects, ideally in NetSuite. Exposure to share-based payments, debt facilities or equity fundraising accounting. Why Join LemFi? Love shouldn't be expensive, yet those working hardest for their families often face predatory fees and banking exclusion. We're changing this. At LemFi, you won't be just a cog in a machine. Whether designing products, scaling operations, or telling our story, you'll tackle complex challenges with real, immediate impact. Your work goes beyond metrics - it puts money back in families' pockets and offers access to the previously excluded. Join us to make a meaningful difference, where high performance is a lifeline for millions. You can connect with us on LinkedIn and Instagram and if you haven't already, download the app on the App Store or Google Play . Description As Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the junction of product, marketing, and sales, owning how ZeroKey?s portfolio is positioned and launched, from segment-level messaging and competitive strategy to the enablement materials a sales rep opens five minutes before walking into a meeting. The role calls for the rare ability to translate deep tech into value two very different buyers understand: the innovation leader buying a Physical AI data layer, and the plant manager buying cycle time, error-proofing, and throughput. You are a strong writer and a sharp thinker, someone who tests messaging against real sales calls, kills what doesn?t land, and treats a competitor?s win as a personal research project. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works alongside our engineering, partnerships, customer success, and sales teams. You will own product marketing end to end, with the latitude and responsibility that come with setting the standard for how our technology is explained. Key Responsibilities Own positioning and messaging across the portfolio (Quantum RTLS, the Spatial Intelligence Platform, and OmniVisor AI) tuned by segment and buyer persona. Lead go-to-market for product launches and major releases: launch narrative, customer-facing materials, internal enablement, and coordinated rollout with marketing and sales. Build and maintain the sales enablement library (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives) and keep it current as the product and the competition move. Develop customer proof alongside marketing and sales: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference stories quantified in the operational outcomes buyers actually care about. Track competing technologies and vendors, run win/loss analysis, and stay current on Physical AI and RTLS market narratives. Gather field feedback (what resonates, what stalls) and feed it back into positioning and product decisions. Translate product capability into customer-facing content, including website copy, presentations, product videos, and whitepapers. Work with the sales and partnerships teams on segment strategy for automotive, industrial, and defence audiences, and equip channel and integration partners with the messaging their sellers need. Support packaging and pricing decisions with market, competitor, and win/loss input. Define and report on how product marketing is performing (enablement adoption, launch results, win rate in competitive deals) and adjust based on what the numbers say. Education, Skills, and Knowledge Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in product marketing or a closely adjacent role (product management, technical sales, strategy) in B2B technology. Requirements: Exceptional writing: the ability to compress complex technology into clear, credible, differentiated language. Positioning judgment: comfortable deciding what to emphasize and what to cut, then defending that choice with evidence. Technical fluency sufficient to work directly with engineers and translate their work for technical and non-technical audiences. Sales instinct: willingness to sit on calls, join site visits, take unvarnished feedback from reps, and act on it. Ability to prioritize independently in a lean team, own outcomes end-to-end, and make progress without a support layer beneath you. Strong editing and proofreading skills with close attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (we run on HubSpot) and the willingness to pull your own numbers. <
