About Pelico Traditional industrial manufacturing systems were built for predictability. Supply chains no longer are. Today, real-time data is buried in legacy tools that weren't designed for constant disruption. By the time an issue surfaces, it has already snowballed, sending everyone into firefighting mode. Pelico exists to close the gap between production plans and the daily reality on the factory floor. We've built the manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by the world's most complex industrial operations : companies like Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Our AI connects fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single live operational picture — then puts AI agents to work anticipating disruptions, simulating recovery options, and keeping every team aligned before small problems become expensive ones. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, we've raised $72M and are growing fast — 300% year-over-year revenue growth, deployed in 15+ countries, and supporting factories worldwide. We're headquartered in Paris, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam, and we're just getting started. This is a rare chance to join a company that's redefining an industry that hasn't been disrupted in decades — from the inside. What You'll Do Shape the talent strategy for EMEA Build our EMEA recruiting strategy from the ground up: the processes, playbooks, and operating rhythm that let us scale hiring with quality. Raise talent quality and density: define what great looks like for each role, coach hiring managers on how to spot and hire the right people, and track quality of hire. Partner with People leadership on a data-driven talent strategy, using funnel metrics and market insights to forecast needs and influence hiring decisions. Create our EMEA employer brand strategy, from job sites and career page to school partnerships and events, with a great candidate experience at every step. Stay hands-on: recruit every day Own full-cycle recruiting from kickoff through offer acceptance, with a focus on tech roles and support on select business hires. Run creative, outbound-first sourcing and build talent pipelines before needs become urgent. Advise hiring managers on candidate profiles, interview design, and calibration. Build a TA function powered by AI Embed AI across sourcing, market research, candidate engagement, and recruiting operations, and keep testing new ways of working. Set up the tools and ATS (Ashby) that let the team scale. About You AI-powered and innovative You design recruiting processes where AI does the heavy lifting, and you know when to automate and when to keep the human touch. You're resourceful and curious, and you bring ideas to the team rather than waiting to be asked. 6+ years of tech recruiting experience You have a proven track record hiring tech profiles (engineering, data, product) through full-cycle recruiting. You're comfortable as a generalist, hiring across functions and seniority levels as needs evolve. You're skilled at outbound sourcing and experienced with modern ATS platforms. Scale-up and agile mindset You've worked in a high-growth, fast-changing environment and love building from zero. You think like an owner, balancing speed with quality. You influence leaders with sound judgment and a genuine care for candidate experience. Nice to have International recruiting experience across multiple markets. Experience managing or mentoring recruiters. Why Pelico We're building something genuinely hard and genuinely important. Here's what that comes with: Meaningful equity - you're building this with us, so you'll own a piece of it Competitive salary benchmarked to your market Flexible, hybrid work model - we care about output, not face time Health, dental, and vision coverage Learning & development budget - we invest in people who invest in themselves Opportunity to work with some of the world's most complex and fascinating manufacturing operations A team that takes the work seriously without taking themselves too seriously Pelico is an equal opportunity employer. We're committed to building a diverse team and an inclusive environment where everyone can do their best work. Find Jobs in France on Arbeitnow

About The Team: The Planning team is the most data-driven team at HelloFresh: we plan, schedule and analyse the production of every box, and start the process of feeding the UK. With hundreds of thousands of customers relying on us to get the plan right, this is a role with real ownership and real impact. What You Will Be Doing: Reporting into the site leadership, you'll own the production plan for the UK in its entirety, and lead the planning team. This is a role for someone who wants to build and elevate: to take a team through a step change in maturity, drive it to operate at its full potential, and make the plan as efficient and optimised as it can be. In your first year you will: Own the UK production plan end to end, working daily with the site director to balance efficiency, plan attainment, minimised downtime and flexibility. Own the planning structure for the site, and take full responsibility for scale hiring of our operational workforce, assessing labour requirements continuously. Own the ramp and the seasonal calendar, planning ahead rather than reacting to it. Lead, coach and elevate the planning team, the CS4 Planning Manager and the planning executives, holding them to the level their roles are set at and developing them towards it. Continuously improve the planning strategy, using data and feedback to adapt to changing business needs. Work closely with BI, Operations and wider stakeholders to automate processes, refine planning tools, and move work that shouldn't sit with the team away from it. Generate and analyse weekly and monthly KPIs across operational planning, identify trends and issues, and drive cost-saving initiatives. Own compliance for the team across Food Safety, Health & Safety and applicable standards (e.g. BRCGS, ISO). Who You Are: A strong background in production or labour planning, with proven experience forecasting labour and production needs. Real people-leadership experience: you've managed a team and coached individuals through their development, and you know how to raise a team's performance. A strong technical skillset, advanced in Excel and Google Sheets, with an understanding of AI and how to apply it to planning. Long-term orientation above all: you plan and build for the future rather than firefight, and hold a clear view of where the team and the plan need to be. Data-driven, with the analytical depth to base decisions on fact rather than instinct. A strong advocate for your team, able to protect and develop them while raising the bar. A degree in supply chain management or a related field is preferable. What you will get in return: ● 70% off HelloFresh or Green Chef boxes ● Company pension scheme ● Gym membership ● Bupa private medical insurance (including dental & family cover options) ● Mental health first aiders and an employee assistance programme ● Nursery support scheme ● Cycle to work scheme ● Group Life Assurance Location : The Windmill, Unit 2 SmartParc, Derby, DE21 7HW To be considered for this role, you'll need to have the independent right to work in the UK, as we're unfortunately unable to provide sponsorship at this time. Hybrid Working Policy We offer a hybrid working policy for eligible roles, allowing flexibility to work from home and in the office. For more details on eligibility and how this applies to the role you're applying for, please consult with your recruiter. Next steps : Your application will be reviewed and if successful, a member of the Talent Acquisition Team will be in touch within 2 weeks. You are required to cooperate with HelloFresh in all health and safety matters. You are responsible for ensuring you take reasonable care of your own health, and safety as well as others who may be affected by the work activities you undertake. You must report incidents immediately and actively raise health and safety-related concerns to your Line Manager. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment, we will process Disclosure and Barring Service ( DBS ) checks to the successful individual. Failure to disclose relevant information at application or throughout the process could affect your employment with the company. If you are currently a HelloFresh employee, please make sure you have discussed your application with your Line Manager. Find Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

Own Kairos's hiring and build a recruiting process that can keep up with our rapid growth. We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis. About Kairos Kairos is a nonprofit accelerating talent into AI safety and policy. In just over two years, we've trained 1,200+ people through our flagship programs: SPAR : The largest AI safety research fellowship, with 800+ mentees per round mentored by researchers from Anthropic, Redwood Research, RAND, MIT, the UK AI Security Institute, and others. Generator Residency : In partnership with Constellation, a platform for generalist talent to pitch, build, and ship projects that build capacity and infrastructure across the AI safety ecosystem, with advisors from OpenAI, AI Futures Project, METR, and more. Global Challenges Project : A workshop series introducing promising students to careers in AI safety and biosecurity, run several times a year across Oxford, Boston, and Berkeley. Pathfinder Fellowship : Helping grow the global network of AI safety university groups from a few dozen to nearly 100, with $9.5M in funding over the next two years to support their work. We see ourselves as a portfolio of highly impactful projects in a fast-evolving field. Over the next six months, we expect to double in size and launch several new initiatives addressing critical gaps in the ecosystem. The Role Who we hire over the next year, and how quickly we hire them, will shape which programs Kairos can run and how ambitious they can be. Until now, our hiring has been run by our co-directors and a few staff alongside their other work, so we're looking for a recruiter to take it on full time. You'd run our hiring rounds, find strong candidates, and build the processes that let us hire well as we grow. What You'll Do Run Kairos's hiring rounds end to end. You'll manage every stage of the pipeline, including application review, work tests, interviews, reference checks, work trials, and offers. Source candidates. Many of our best hires have come to us through people we know, so you'll draw on our programs, our network, and the broader ecosystem to find strong candidates. Build and improve our hiring infrastructure. You'll design and refine applications, work tests, interview questions, and candidate tracking. You'll also think a lot about how AI is changing the way people apply and how we can use it to run hiring better. Help build the team. Beyond running hiring processes, you'll help scope new roles and weigh in on org design questions, like who we need next and how roles should fit together. Support hiring for Kairos Labs. Kairos Labs, our upcoming incubator for new AI safety organizations, plans to launch in early 2027, and you may help the organizations it supports find their first hires. Who You Are Experience with recruiting. Ideally you've run hiring processes before, whether as a recruiter or in a role where hiring was a big part of your work. Strong judgment about people. You'll make many calls about who should move forward, and you should be comfortable making them well under uncertainty. Good with people. Candidates should enjoy talking with you and come away excited about Kairos. Organized and reliable. We often have 5–10 hiring rounds running at once, so you'll need to keep track of candidates, interviews, work tests, and work trials across all of them without dropping balls. Mission-aligned with context on AI safety. You care deeply about making advanced AI go well, and you have enough context on the ecosystem to recognize promising people and understand what our roles need. Why Work With Us You'll be working toward reducing risks from advanced AI, potentially the most important challenge of our time. The people you help us hire over the next year will determine how ambitious Kairos can be, including our capacity to launch new, impactful projects and grow the programs we already run. You'd be Kairos's first dedicated recruiter, with a lot of room to shape how we hire. We're building a world-class team, so you'll be in good company. Work alongside people who've come to Kairos from METR, Coefficient Giving, Rethink Priorities, the UK AI Security Institute, and CEA who share your commitment to impact. Collaborate regularly with leading AI safety researchers, policy professionals, funders, and organizers. What We Offer Salary : $105,000–$145,000 (baseline), $130,000–$180,000 (supported hubs, like London, DC, Boston, and NYC), or $145,000–$200,000 (San Francisco Bay Area), depending on experience, with potential for additional compensation for exceptional candidates Location : This is a remote role. We provide access to office space in San Francisco, Berkeley, London, or Boston, with optional coworking elsewhere. If you work from an AI safety office in one of these cities, we cover food, lunches, and office expenses. If you work from home, we cover home office expenses. Benefits : Flexible working hours, highly competitive health insurance, dental and vision coverage, generous vacation policy, and professional development budget Team retreats: We host all-team retreats three times a year to connect in person, collaborate, and build team culture. Travel: Work-related travel and expenses covered. Logistics Start date : Flexible, though we generally expect new hires to be able to start within a couple of months of applying Remote, with expected travel 3–6 times a year for conferences and events, predominantly in the US We'd also be happy for you to work out of any of the AI safety hubs in San Francisco, Berkeley, London, or Boston. We prefer candidates who can attend meetings in the ET time zone (though our team currently spans GMT-8 to GMT+1). Kairos is happy to sponsor visas to the US (typically H-1Bs or O-1As) and will likely be able to sponsor UK visas in the coming months. We can't guarantee visa approvals, however. Our Culture We're a small, high-trust team motivated by the urgent challenge of making advanced AI go well. We try hard to figure out where we're wrong, which means we say uncomfortable things to each other and change our minds fairly often. We value collaborative truth-seeking, a scout mindset, agility, and an alliance mindset with the broader ecosystem. We also believe meaningful work should be enjoyable. We support each other's well-being, celebrate wins, and maintain a healthy sense of humor even when the work is hard. Application Process We're reviewing applications on a rolling basis. Application form (10–20 mins) Take-home assignment (2–4 hours, paid) Interview (45 mins) Reference checks Work trial (3 days, paid) Offer If you're excited about this role but unsure whether you meet every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway. If you're interested in multiple roles, apply to the one that best fits your skills and interests, and note in your application the other roles that you'd like to be considered for. This role's scope, salary, and responsibilities may evolve, and we'll keep you in the loop about any changes if you apply. AI tools help us review applications. If we receive more apps than we can read, some may be declined based on the AI review alone. Learn more → Questions? Reach out at Know someone who might be a good fit? When manufacturing hiring is lighter, you'll flex to support other teams across the company, so you'll never be short on work or on range. The Work Own full-cycle hiring across manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production roles at both sites, from technicians on the floor to the leaders running them Learn manufacturing well enough to follow a layout review. Composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp: you should know what good looks like Recruit from where the talent actually is. Automotive, EV, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing are often better sources for us than legacy aerospace Build our Northwest Arkansas talent pipeline from zero: schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners Hire ahead of the scale-up. Build relationships today with people we may not hire for two years Flex to support aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when manufacturing volume allows. Manufacturing always comes first You Have [4+] years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time recruiting for manufacturing, production, or hardware teams Know the difference between a manufacturing engineer and an industrial engineer without looking it up Have hired through a factory launch, production ramp, or high-growth hardware environment and liked the pace Can run hiring in two very different markets without either one feeling like the afterthought Would rather source a composites tech out of a boat builder than wait for an applicant Bonus Points Recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp Experience hiring hourly and skilled trades at volume alongside engineering roles Familiarity with the Northwest Arkansas or Midwest manufacturing talent market Supply chain or operations recruiting experience Why This Seat You get to build the hiring engine for a factory before it exists, at a company where manufacturing is the whole ballgame. How We Recruit We're a small recruiting team building a defense company that has to win. Here's how we operate, and we hire recruiters who already work this way. The Standard. We know the work deeply. We are not generalists hiding behind job descriptions; we study the engineering, the domain, and the landscape until we can hold a real conversation with a practitioner. Every candidate who talks to us should call it the best recruiting experience of their career, and we each bring our own personality to get there. High touch, never scripted. How We Think. One foot old school, one foot forward: we're obsessive about the fundamentals of recruiting and restless about finding better ways to do it. We play the long game and hire for what someone will do in two and five years, not just next quarter. And we'd rather define the industry standard than follow it. How We Operate. Mission first, always. Speed is a competitive weapon, and we use it. Quality over comfort: we'll have the harder conversation with a hiring manager before we'll make the easy hire. If that reads like a description of how you already work, we want to talk. Our mission: eliminating every barrier to mental health. Spring Health is a global mental health company on a mission to eliminate every barrier to mental health. As an AI-native company, we believe technology should expand the reach, quality, and humanity of care. Every Spring Health team member is expected to use AI tools thoughtfully, apply human judgment to AI outputs, and keep building AI fluency in ways that support their role and our mission. Reporting to the Senior Director of Care Operations Intelligence, the Director, Experience Intelligence & Quality owns the voice-of-customer (VoC) signal infrastructure that captures what Spring Health's members, providers, employers, and payers are experiencing. Additionally, this leader will own the standards our frontline support and clinical teams are measured against: QA methodology, rubrics, calibration, and improvement strategy across every channel. This role will be responsible for continuing to shift the VoC and quality teams into an AI native organization. This is a full time, fully-remote position, though the ability to be onsite in our NYC office once a week is preferred. What you'll do: Build and run the voice-of-customer / signal-synthesis capability: consolidate unstructured member, provider, employer, and payer feedback into a single signal infrastructure. Insights Ops teams can act on directly go to QA, Training, and function owners; systemic issues needing product, policy, or process change get surfaced to Process Engineering, Product, and other cross-functional partners. Own an AI-native cross-channel quality strategy: one measurement standard, one defect taxonomy, one sampling approach, and one calibration process spanning AI-handled and human-handled interactions. Partner with Process Engineering on the diagnose/fix boundary: this role sets the QA rubric and methodology that AI-failure diagnoses are scored against; day-to-day gap-log triage sits with Process Engineering pending the working-session decision on scope. Design a signal- and defect-prioritization framework so the highest-impact issues get worked first, partnering with frontline leadership to design and evaluate quality improvement initiatives (e.g., training updates, workflow changes, automation opportunities). Own the tool stack used across VoC and QA, including consolidating vendors where possible. Build out and manage a high-leverage team spanning all elements of the quality and VoC cycle: VoC analysts, quality strategists, and QA reviewers led by a Senior Manager. What success looks like: A working VoC signal pipeline — feedback synthesized, prioritized, and routed — with a measurable VoC-driven action rate and shrinking insight-to-action cycle time. One quality measurement standard and defect taxonomy in place across AI and human channels, replacing two divergent stacks. QA coverage of support and clinical interactions increasing via automation, with calibration variance and inter-rater agreement inside range. Reliable critical-error (compliance/HIPAA) catch rates. Leadership and cross-functional partners have a trusted, evidence-based read on where quality is breaking and why, across AI and human-delivered service alike. CSAT trending up across member, provider, employer, and payer groups. What you'll bring: 8+ years of experience in operations strategy, analytics, or a related role (e.g., management consulting), preferably within healthcare; 5+ years in a leadership role. Experience running voice-of-customer or signal-management programs and turning unstructured feedback into prioritized, actionable insight. Experience leading quality functions in a high-volume service delivery environment (healthcare, contact center, or similar). Demonstrated ability to partner with senior executives to solve complex business challenges using data, structured analysis, and exceptional communication skills. Track record integrating two teams or tools into one operating model (post-acquisition or post-reorg) without stalling either program mid-transition. A builder's mindset — comfortable establishing frameworks, processes, and standards in a scaling environment. People leadership experience managing managers or multiple sub-functions. Nice to have: Direct experience building or scaling a QA function — scoring rubrics, calibration programs, inter-rater reliability — ideally including a shift from manual/sampling review toward AI-assisted or AI-native scoring. Experience with AI-scoring / auto-QA platforms (e.g., Zendesk QA, Maestro QA or similar). Background spanning both care/clinical delivery and RCM, claims, or another regulated, financial-services-adjacent operations environment. Comfort operating with real ambiguity — this org is still being designed as part of an active M&A integration, and several ownership boundaries with Process Engineering aren't finalized yet. Benefits provided by Spring Health: Note : We have even more benefits than listed here and below, your recruiter will provide more in-depth information as you continue in the interview process. Benefits are subject to individual plan requirements and eligibility criteria. Health, Dental, Vision benefits start on your first day at Spring.
