Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. We're seeking talented Solutions Engineers to partner with the full Go To Market team of Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Product Marketing as we rapidly expand our product portfolio. You'll be the connective tissue between these organizations who bring Synthesia to life for our prospects, customers, and partners, articulating the daily value delivered by our platform. This is a founding role. You'll be one of the first Solutions Engineers building the presales function at Synthesia. That means shaping the playbook, the tooling, and the best practices as we scale, not simply executing steps handed to you from an already established operating model. We're looking for people who want to build something The Role As a Solutions Engineer, you'll partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to build relationships with prospects and customers throughout the sales and renewal cycle. You'll run discovery conversations, deliver demonstrations, support POC scoping, and help design the technical solution for each engagement, working alongside more senior SEs as you build toward full ownership of your own deals. You'll act as a trusted advisor focused on how to make our clients' lives better when using Synthesia, and you'll bring feedback from your customer conversations back to Customer Success and Product. Sales Cycle Ownership & AE Partnership Co-plan and support discovery calls with your AE to understand customer requirements, technical environment, and business challenges. Deliver demonstrations that speak to customer problems and tell a credible story of why Synthesia is the right solution. Identify technical objections and integration questions as they come up, working with your AE and the broader ecosystem to find a path forward. Contribute your assessment of technical fit and opportunity risk to help your AE shape account and deal strategy. Keep your deal team and manager informed on deal status, timeline, and technical dependencies. Demo Excellence Design and execute repeatable demo methodologies that prove Synthesia's business value quickly, whether the customer is deploying Studio at scale, building Roleplay Sessions for skill uplift, or integrating Interactive Avatars into their product. Identify, build relationships with, and actively enable technical champions within customer organizations so they can advocate for Synthesia internally. Develop and maintain reusable assets across demo environments, use cases, integration templates, objection handling, and industry playbooks, brought to life directly in Synthesia's platform. Provide technical guidance on platform capabilities, API and SDK integrations, security, compliance topics (SOC 2, GDPR, enterprise identity), and scalability for global deployments, troubleshooting issues and validating integrations with LMS, HCM, and content systems as they surface. Product Expertise Build and maintain strong working knowledge of Synthesia's platform capabilities, roadmap, and positioning across all product lines, so you can speak to the use cases that drive value. Partner with Enablement to complete certifications, stay current on new releases, and keep your demo and objection-handling skills sharp. Stay ahead of the AI-native learning and enablement space, so you can credibly discuss how customers are shifting from static methods to interactive practice and measurable skill development. Ecosystem Collaboration Product: share customer and prospect feedback with Product, flagging pain points, missing capabilities, and gaps that surface in your deals to help shape the roadmap. Product Marketing: work with Product Marketing to understand and apply messaging and positioning in your deal cycles, and contribute to reusable assets like demo scripts and competitive battlecards. Customer Success: brief Customer Success on technical context and champion relationships at handover, so your POCs and pilots convert cleanly into production deployments. What We're Looking For 2+ years of pre-sales, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience in a SaaS environment (or equivalent technical customer-facing experience). Delivers a strong standard demo aligned to the discovery points and agenda set with the AE, with a solid grasp of core demo technique (e.g., Tell-Show-Tell). Applies established solution designs and best practices to the customer's use case, working with core ecosystem functions (Product, Customer Success) as the deal requires. Identifies and surfaces deal risk and next steps based on what the customer tells you, escalating clearly to your AE so it gets actioned. Working knowledge of MEDDPICC and Command of the Message, and can articulate why Synthesia is a fit for the prospect. Resourceful: knows how to find the right person or tool internally, and is building their own network across the GTM organization. Comfortable with the technical fundamentals in at least one area (creation flows, APIs, integrations, security, compliance) and eager to build depth quickly. Self-motivated and organized, able to manage a growing book of POCs, demos, and customer conversations while hitting deadlines. Willing to travel for customer discovery and on-site demos as needed. About Gladia Gladia builds the audio AI infrastructure behind the new generation of voice products. Our mission is to give every voice platform true conversational intelligence — the audio infrastructure that understands every conversation, turning voice into the world's most valuable data layer. Our API turns real-world conversational audio into accurate, structured, real-time output — powered by our proprietary Solaria ASR , across 100+ languages, with industry-leading latency. Hundreds of companies build their voice products on Gladia — from meeting assistants and voice agents to sales-enablement and contact-center platforms. We started in Paris, our growth is developer-led and heavily US-driven (and we're going after the US market hard). Headquartered in vibrant tech hubs like Paris and New York City, Gladia has been by OVH Groupe — Europe's leading cloud provider — and now operates as a fully autonomous brand and company within the Group. We're guided by four values : Honest — Say the real thing, kindly. Smart — Work smart, ship fast. Builders — Own your scope, build to last. Caring — Support people, take pride in the craft. As a Senior AE , you'll uncover the challenges organisations ( voice agents, meeting assistants, contact-center platforms) face when they build and run Speech AI at scale and land the right Gladia solution for them. You'll sell a technical, usage or contract based API product to engineering and business stakeholders. The role Run a rigorous, repeatable sales process across a range of company types and buyer profiles — from developer-led teams to enterprise buying committees. Own the relationship map for your territory: existing accounts and the aspirational logos you want to win. Build a deep understanding of each customer's business and the technical problem they're solving. Negotiate pricing and terms by selling value and ROI, not discounts. Expand reach and depth across your territory — grow existing accounts while landing new logos. Navigate complex, technical deals with resourcefulness, and know intuitively what it takes to get to close. Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers in complex Sales cycles and Gladia evaluations Identify the real business drivers behind every opportunity, and qualify hard. Keep forecasting accurate and consistent — your pipeline is always clean. Who you are 5+ years of closing experience in B2B, ideally selling a technical or API/SaaS product. Consistent track record of meeting or beating direct sales targets Comfortable managing deal sizes of 50K to 150K USD You build your own pipeline — you can show the method, not just the results. Experience selling to engineers and IT decision-makers . Strong knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC, BANT, or similar). Experience winning new logos in an innovative tech environment (SaaS, API, dev tools, IT infrastructure or similar). Collaborative problem-solver, with high standards, proactivity and genuine curiosity. Fluent in English ; French a plus. What Gladia offers The compensation offered is based on seniority and experience, and would typically range from 100K to 140K OTE Hybrid work from our offices in the heart of Paris Lunch vouchers (approx. 200€/month) An allowance of 360€/year for your sports activities An allowance of 300€ for the adaptation of your workstation Health insurance (100% coverage) and a pension contract for you & your family Flexible vacation policy Please submit your application in English. It's our company language so you'll be speaking lots of it if you join. We treat all candidates equally - if you're interested please apply through our careers portal. Account Executive (m/f/d)

BliqBerlin, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteExecutive
crmsalesb2c salesoutboundaccount executiveresearch

Your mission At Bliq, we are building and launching driverless vehicles for everyday life and business operations across Europe. We are looking for a Account Executive to help bring them to customers. You will acquire business and individual customers across European markets and own the commercial process end-to-end: identify and engage prospects, run discovery, demonstrate the product in person, design the right commercial and operating model for each customer, build proposals, negotiate, and close. Our customers can look very different. One week, you may be discussing a fleet deployment with a taxi or car-sharing company. The next, you may be showing the vehicle to a real-estate company, law firm, mobility operator, or prospective individual customer. This is not a role where you inherit a mature market, established category, and optimized sales playbook. Driverless technology is only getting started in Europe. You will need to understand unfamiliar customer problems quickly, figure out how Bliq can solve them, and help us discover how this technology should be sold. You will work closely with the Commercial Lead and founders to refine Bliq's sales playbook market by market. Responsibilities Own the sales cycle from first conversation through signed contract Build pipeline through targeted outbound and proactive prospecting across European markets Run sharp discovery conversations that uncover customer operations, economics, pain points, and decision criteria Conduct live Bliq vehicle demos and turn the experience into a compelling commercial conversation Develop deployment concepts together with prospects, including use case, fleet size, operating model, responsibilities, economics, and rollout plan Create proposals, commercial models, LOIs, and contracts together with the relevant internal teams Navigate complex buying processes involving operators, management teams, fleet owners, partners, and other stakeholders Build relationships with customers across mobility, taxi, car sharing, rental, real estate, professional services, and other relevant sectors Own defined markets and be accountable for commercial progress within them Keep CRM data, pipeline, next steps, and forecasts accurate Test new segments, messages, channels, and commercial models and turn what works into repeatable processes Work closely with the Customer Deployment team to make sure signed customers can actually be deployed successfully Represent Bliq at customer meetings, industry events, demos, and market visits across Europe Support B2C sales initiatives when they become part of the GTM strategy Bring customer feedback directly into Bliq's product, operations, and commercial decisions Your profile Apply if this describes you: You have at least 2 years of Account Executive or comparable full-cycle sales experience You are a hunter and enjoy creating opportunities rather than waiting for inbound demand You learn quickly and can become credible on a complex technical product without hiding behind technical jargon You are excellent face-to-face and comfortable walking into an important customer meeting, running the room, and demonstrating a physical product You are customer-first and care about finding solutions that make customers satisfied You have strong commercial judgment and understand how to turn customer needs into a viable deal You write clearly and can produce concise, convincing emails, proposals, and commercial documents You are highly organized and detail-oriented; pipeline hygiene, follow-ups, and commitments do not get lost You have CRM experience and understand disciplined sales processes Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar is a plus You know how to use AI to research, prepare, analyze, and move faster while keeping the thinking and customer judgment your own You have a figure-it-out mindset and remain effective when there is no existing template for the problem You are comfortable owning a market or commercial project and being measured by the outcome You can work professionally in German and English; additional European languages are a plus You are based in Berlin You are willing to travel regularly across Europe Experience selling hardware, mobility, automotive, physical technology, or other operationally complex products is a strong plus This role will probably not suit you if you want an established sales process, a narrowly defined territory, a predictable product demo, or a manager telling you exactly what to do next. It will suit you if you want to help create a category, sell something people can experience in the real world, and build the commercial machine while running it. Why us? Sell a product people are excited about Build Bliq's sales playbook together with the Commercial Lead Work directly with the founders and senior team Own meaningful customer relationships and markets from an early stage Work on complex deals combining technology, vehicles, operations, economics, and regulation See deals move from your first message to vehicles operating on public roads with the customer Fast decisions, direct feedback, and no bureaucracy Strong compensation package with meaningful upside for performance Significant room to grow as Bliq expands across European markets Tips for a successful application Show us that you can sell. Generic applications tell us very little. Tell us what you have personally owned and what results you produced. If you have built pipeline, opened a new market, sold a difficult product, or closed an unusual deal, tell us how. Use AI as a tool. Make sure the thinking and personality in your application are yours. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
