AdaptyvLausanne / Hybrid / Remote, Germany (Hybrid)4 days ago
Full TimeHybridMid

Adaptyv is building an automated lab that lets AI agents run biology experiments. We're entering the era of agentic science where AI models can now design novel proteins, propose hypotheses, and iterate on experimental results. But they can't run the experiments themselves - that's still a manual, months-long process. We're building the infrastructure that gives AI agents access to the physical world. We are one of the fastest growing biotech companies, trusted by leading biopharmas, frontier AI labs, and the techbio companies pushing the field forward. This is a rare chance to help advance some of the most important work happening in biotech today. Our automated lab is powered by a deep software + hardware stack: lab instruments worth millions of USD reverse-engineered into API-controllable hardware, dozens of devices orchestrated through complex workflows, full observability on everything that happens in the lab, processing pipelines for messy physical-world data, and AI systems that troubleshoot production results and accelerate assay development. We're growing rapidly and are hiring for talented people to scale and support the massive demand for AI-driven wet lab experimentation. About the role You'll be the person who makes sure Adaptyv shows up well in public, every day. That means managing our social presence across X and LinkedIn, running the Proteinbase community, owning the participant side of our open competitions and hackathons, and triaging inbound community and customer messages. Whatever it takes to keep our community-facing surface area healthy as we grow. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You'll be the go-to person for anything community: content, social, events, and the day-to-day rhythm of how Adaptyv talks to the outside world. You'll work closely with the founders and the science team, and you'll have a direct impact on how the protein design and AI bio communities experience us. Responsibilities Manage Adaptyv's day-to-day social presence on X and LinkedIn: product updates, customer wins, blog amplifications, conference content, and reactive posts on what's happening in the field. Run the Proteinbase community day-to-day: newsletter, competition updates, designer spotlights, and the Slack where participants and contributors gather. Own the participant-facing side of our open competitions and hackathons, from applicant communication and rules through to judging logistics and post-event recaps. Turn each event into a public artifact (leaderboard, dataset, blog post). Triage inbound community and customer messages, routing deeper technical questions to the right person on the team. Coordinate with the founders and the science team on what to post, what to amplify, and what to hold. What we're looking for 1-3 years running social, content, or community for a technical company, a science-adjacent media brand, an event series, or a community platform. Self-built audiences and adjacent experience count equally. A strong, distinctive writing voice. You move between LinkedIn announcements, customer replies, and community posts without defaulting to generic AI phrasing. Genuine curiosity about biology and AI. No science degree required, but you should be able to follow technical conversations in protein design and AI without needing them explained. Highly organized. You'll juggle multiple channels, partnerships, and ongoing threads simultaneously, and build the systems to track them. Comfortable with ambiguity. There is no editorial calendar or playbook. You'll decide what's worth posting based on what we're shipping and what the field is discussing. Bonus: existing presence in protein design or AI bio circles, prior experience running a hackathon or competition, short-form video editing, or a track record of building a technical community from scratch. Location: On-site or remote, with timezone overlap with US or Europe. Occasional travel to Lausanne and to events. Application deadline We are reviewing applicants on a rolling basis. About ElevenLabs ElevenLabs is an AI research and product company transforming how we interact with technology. We launched in January 2023 with the first human-like AI voice model. Today, we serve millions of users and thousands of businesses - from fast-growing startups to large enterprises like Deutsche Telekom and Meta. Our investors are some of the world's most prominent, including Andreessen Horowitz, ICONIQ Growth and Sequoia. We've raised $781M in funding and our last valuation was $22B - multiples of 11, always. We have expanded from voice into three main platforms: ElevenAgents enables businesses to deliver seamless and intelligent customer experiences, with the integrations, testing, monitoring, and reliability necessary to deploy voice and chat agents at scale. ElevenCreative empowers creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages. ElevenAPI gives developers access to our leading AI audio foundational models. Everything we do is the result of the creativity and commitment of our team - builders doing the best work of their lives. We are researchers, engineers, and operators. IOI medalists and ex-founders. If you want to work hard and create lasting positive impact, we want to hear from you. How we work High-velocity: Rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy. Impact not job titles: We don't have job titles. Instead, it's about the impact you have. No task is above or beneath you. AI first: We use AI to move faster with higher-quality results. We do this across the whole company—from engineering to growth to operations. Excellence everywhere: Everything we do should match the quality of our AI models. Global team: We prioritize your talent, not your location. What we offer Innovative culture: You'll be part of a generational opportunity to define the trajectory of AI, surrounded by a team pushing the boundaries of what's possible. Growth paths: Joining ElevenLabs means joining a dynamic team with countless opportunities to drive impact - beyond your immediate role and responsibilities. Learning & development : ElevenLabs proactively supports professional development through an annual discretionary stipend. Social travel : We also provide an annual discretionary stipend to meet up with colleagues each year, however you choose. Annual company offsite: Each year, we bring the entire team together in a new location - past offsites have included Croatia and Italy. Co-working : If you're not located near one of our main hubs, we offer a monthly co-working stipend. About the role Music is becoming a first-class part of ElevenLabs Creative. You'll own the UI that lets creators make it, working closely with Research to turn new music models into products people use the next day. The open question is what the best interface for AI music creation looks like. Creators come for video, dubbing or ads, and music is part of that flow. Making a song from scratch, scoring a video and localising a track into other languages each need a different flow. You'll form a view on the right experience, build it end to end, and make it easy to adopt each new model as it lands. You'll take an ambiguous problem, decompose it, and carry it through legal, design, engineering and launch with Growth. You'll work in a small, high-ownership team across product, research and go-to-market. Requirements Strong Frontend experience: you've shipped complex, production UIs (React/TypeScript or equivalent) and are comfortable on the backend when the work needs it You've owned ambiguous, zero-to-one product work from problem definition to launch, without a PM or a prescriptive backlog You've worked closely with designers (Figma) and have taste and opinions about UX You've worked across functions such as legal, safety, growth and design to ship, and keep stakeholders updated without prompting You weigh trade-offs and make pragmatic decisions with no single right answer, and build so that new models can be swapped in as they land Bonus Music, audio or creative-tools experience, or music as a hobby (singing, an instrument, production) Experience building media-heavy interfaces such as audio, video or timeline editors Experience working with ML models or research teams Location This role is remote-first, so it can be executed from anywhere in Europe or on the US East Coast, with the ability to operate in Central European timezones required. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Dublin, London, New York and Warsaw. #LI-Remote We are an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, veteran status, disability or other legally protected statuses. Growth Manager
MelotechBerlin, Germany4 days ago
Full TimeOn-siteMid
pythongosqldata sciencetiktokonboarding

Who we are Melotech is revolutionizing media and entertainment. We create art through technology for humans to enjoy. In just 24 months, our work has been heard, watched and loved for over 4 billion minutes worldwide. Founded by entrepreneur and investor Soheil Mirpour, we are backed by top VCs Cherry Ventures, Speedinvest and GFC, alongside world-class angels from firms such as Spotify, Blackstone and KKR. What you will do Melotech is scaling fast. As Growth Manager, you own our paid growth end to end: the budget, the channels, the creative testing and the numbers behind them. You decide where the budget goes, and you work directly with our founders, product and data team. Your first job is to bring structure to our paid social account: decide what to consolidate and what to split, separate testing from scaling, and segment by geography, age and placement so every number means something. We will walk you through exactly what we are building as you go through the process. On a typical day, your tasks may include: Account structure: deciding what to consolidate and what to split, keeping testing and scaling apart, and segmenting ad sets by geography, age and placement Campaign operations: running the campaigns day to day on Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, including budgets, pacing and the targets behind them Creative pipeline: building a system that keeps new creatives flowing every week, with clear rules for what wins and what gets killed, and briefs that turn last week's numbers into next week's ads Creative partners: directing editors, video producers, UGC creators and agencies to the volume and quality the account needs Budget allocation: moving budget across campaigns on data, weighing upside against risk Measurement: knowing which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not, and catching a shift in cost the day it happens Tooling: building the reports, scripts and automations you need, with the ad platform APIs and AI tools as your daily coworkers Who you are We're looking for a hands-on paid operator, or a sharp growth generalist who has done the buying. Either way, you have run real budgets yourself, not through a team or an agency, and you can show the numbers. Typically, your profile will look like this: Experience: 2 to 7 years of hands-on paid buying, ideally in a startup or small team where you set things up yourself Paid social channel ownership: you have owned Meta, TikTok or Snapchat end to end, ideally more than one of them and more than once, and you have run accounts at real volume, so you can explain how you structured a large account without losing control of it Creative testing at scale: you test on a schedule with kill rules, direct creative partners instead of making the ads, and notice when a hook or format is burning out; ideally you bring a network of trusted editors, creators and agencies Budget decisions: you are comfortable allocating a budget across many tests and making structured decisions under uncertainty Measurement: you check what platforms report against your own data, you have run holdout or lift tests, and you know which metric answers which question, for example what CPM tells you that CPC does not Data and tooling: you work in SQL or Python, have used the ad platform APIs, and build your own reporting and automations; a data science background is a plus Pace: you thrive in a fast-paced and performance-oriented environment A big plus: you stay close to what works in paid social right now, and you're into music, media, gaming or social What makes this exciting You own a lever the whole company feels, and your work shows up directly in how fast we can grow. You're not a cog in the machine but the captain of your own ship, rewarded for performance and respected for leadership. Flat hierarchies mean that your voice matters, your ideas get implemented, and your impact is immediate. We pay competitive salaries and make you an owner of the business with equity. We work remotely to give you complete freedom over your life, while meeting regularly around the world for global offsites where we strategize, bond, and push boundaries together. What the process will look like We hire on a rolling basis. Earliest starting date is always ASAP. Once you begin our process, you can progress from start to offer within a week, depending on how quickly you can move through each stage: Initial interview: 30-minute introductory call, getting to know you Case interview: 90-minute case discussion, present and debate your skills Founder interview: 90-minute interview with our CEO, going deep on all topics Offer, contract signing and onboarding Note: As we are still in stealth, you will learn more about Melotech as you progress through the stages. By the end of the Founder interview, you will have a full grasp of our business and the details of your role. Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
