ABOUT US: Impossible Cloud is a fast-growing B2B cloud company headquartered in Hamburg, Germany. We have built a cloud object storage solution comparable to AWS S3, purpose-built and optimised for AI and compute workloads. Our commercial hyper-growth speaks for itself, powered by our channel-first go-to-market strategy. We are now expanding beyond storage: we are building a high-performance compute platform, offering an end-to-end solution from GPU infrastructure to full GPU platform software stack. In doing so, we are redefining the cloud ecosystem by bridging the gap between decentralised infrastructure (DePIN), mainstream B2B cloud use cases, and AI applications. Find out more about us here . Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid, unrestricted work permit for the EU. Your Impact Our partner network in the UK and Ireland is the main route to market for this region, and it has room to grow well beyond today's footprint. You will own that market: recruiting the right distributors, MSPs and resellers, getting them selling, and joining the deals that matter. Alongside storage, you will bring our managed inference offering into the same partner base and into AI-native end customers. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Own the UK&I revenue number for our storage product, with personal accountability from partner recruitment to closed deals. Win and activate distributors, MSPs and resellers, and turn signed agreements into partners who actively sell and renew. Join partner-led opportunities with end customers and lead the commercial and data sovereignty conversation through to signature. Run structured pipeline reviews with each key partner, so that every account has a plan, a next step and a forecast you can defend. Bring managed inference into your partner base and into AI-native companies and software vendors, working with Solutions Engineering on proofs of concept. Feed what you learn from won and lost deals back to Product and Marketing, so that our positioning in the UK&I market keep improving. WHAT YOU BRING: A verifiable track record of hitting and exceeding quota in channel-led technology sales. Hands-on experience selling storage, backup or wider cloud infrastructure through distributors, MSPs or resellers, and enough technical depth to hold your own with a partner's engineers. An existing network across UK&I channel partners, so that the first conversations in your market start in week one. You have owned hard problems end to end, such as opening a new market or building a partner programme from a standing start, as the person who figured it out. Exposure to AI or inference sales is a clear advantage. If you have sold model serving, GPU or AI infrastructure and can talk about latency, throughput and token-based pricing, tell us. Professional proficiency in English. AI-native working style: you use AI tools to move faster and work smarter. This is a baseline expectation at Impossible Cloud, not a differentiator. WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive salary coupled with direct engagement in your success through an enticing ESOP. Clear and transparent career progression scheme inspired by the best performing organisations incl. fast track promotion opportunity for exceptional performance to support your growth ambitions. Prime growth-stage company with proven revenue and a sharp edge in cloud — founded by serial entrepreneurs with multiple successful exits. Experienced, passionate team working with cutting-edge cloud technology. A vibrant office in a trendy location with free brain food and a canteen — plus a subsidized premium gym membership and monthly team meet-ups that bring the whole crew together! OUR CULTURE: We are committed to success. We embrace individuals from all backgrounds who share the goal of building a future European cloud champion, celebrated through a richly diverse team of 15+ nationalities and 10+ languages spoken. OUR HIRING PROCESS: Apply : Submit your CV or LinkedIn profile via the application form. First response : We review every application carefully and get back to you within a few days. If your profile is a strong match, we'll invite you to an intro call via Google Meet. Get to know us : We move quickly through two to four interview steps, including a meeting with our founders. Offer : If it's a mutual fit, you'll receive a personal offer and feedback call, followed by a written offer document. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow

Description Legartis is on a mission: to unlock legal work at scale. We set the standard for AI-powered contract review. Today we build a holistic platform that changes how legal teams operate from review to negotiation, powered by our Legal Agent. We are looking for the person who makes that value real for customers: in the demo, in onboarding, and inside the AI itself. When you join Legartis, you don't just take a job, you take ownership. We are a team of product builders and legal experts. We don't chase hype; we build substance. Your mission This is not a classic legal role, and not a classic sales or product role. You operate at the intersection of Law, Revenue, and AI, where you are a lever, not a bottleneck: your job is to build the demos, playbooks, and standards that let the whole company scale, and to step into the calls where your expertise closes the gap. 1. Commercial impact. You help win and grow customers. You build and run demos that create a "wow" moment, join high-stakes prospect calls as the legal expert who speaks at eye level with GCs, and run our trials and workshops: onboarding sessions where customers solve their own use cases live, with you coaching. You turn objections into use cases and interest into next steps, and you enable our Sales team to tell the legal story without you in the room. You think of outcomes in terms of trial-to-signature conversion, adoption, expansion. 2. Customer transformation. Once a deal is signed, you make the value real by acting as a strategic sparring partner in onboarding: defining review requirements, tuning playbooks and prompts, and showing legal teams where Legartis delivers the highest ROI. You turn individual learnings into scalable standards and documentation. 3. Making the AI better. You work hands-on with the Legal Agent: prompting, testing, diagnosing where it breaks and why. You feed what you learn from customers back into Product and Engineering (playbook quality, test sets, edge cases) so the product improves with every customer. 4. Internal legal support. You don't just sell the tool; you use it. When necessary, you support Legartis as in-house counsel on contract reviews and specific legal questions. Your profile We are honest: people who combine all of this are rare. We hire for aptitude and attitude, assess hands-on in a case study, and train the rest side by side, in real customer work. 1. You can sell the product (key). Not in the cold-calling sense, but in the way a great expert sells: by making the customer succeed in front of their own team. Concretely, this means you can (or want to learn to): Run a live demo with confidence including customized, high-stakes demos and recover gracefully when something doesn't land: pull out a better prompt, adjust on the spot, turn a skeptical question into a stronger result. Coach the customer hands-on. In trials and hackathons, the customer drives and you navigate: you get them to enter their own real legal questions, create the first "wow" moment themselves, and build the habits (saved prompts, reusable workflows) that make them stay. Turn objections into use cases. When a customer says "that won't work for us" or "we'll build it ourselves," you respond with a concrete path: a workaround, a workflow, the honest maintenance cost of the alternative. You're straight about limits, because credibility is what closes. Speak at eye level with GCs and legal teams asking sharp discovery questions, translating their friction points into what the product can do, and framing value in their language (ROI, risk, time saved). Always leave with a next step. Trial licenses, a hackathon, a follow-up workshop, a scoped rollout conversation. You instinctively convert interest into momentum, and you remove friction ("we can make that happen") rather than adding process. Ideally you can point to moments where you influenced a deal, a renewal, or an expansion in any prior role. 2. Legal foundation. Solid legal training and hands-on experience with commercial contracts from in-house, law firm, or legal tech. You understand the "why" behind a clause and can teach that logic to an AI and to a customer. A German 2. Staatsexamen is welcome but not required : we explicitly encourage candidates with qualifications from other jurisdictions or non-traditional paths (e.g. law + IT). 3. Hands-on AI builder. You have spent serious time with LLMs, not as a spectator, but pushing them to their limits. You see prompting and evaluation as a craft and enjoy figuring out where AI systems break and how to fix them. 4. Ownership & communication. You can point to things you built, launched, or drove. You are structured enough to run projects with multiple stakeholders, and precise enough to know that a sharp prompt beats a thousand vague instructions. Excellent German and English; other languages are a plus. Why us? Impact over hype. You define a new discipline at the intersection of law, revenue, and AI. Your work directly shapes how thousands of legal professionals will operate. Leverage, not grind. You build the standards, playbooks, and demos that multiply your expertise across the whole company. We invest in you. Structured training on the Legal Agent, side-by-side customer calls, and a clear growth path — we build the capability the market doesn't have yet. True ownership. Competitive salary and employee stock options (ESOP). Offices in Berlin, Leipzig, and Zurich with a flexible hybrid setup, plus apéros, lunches, and hiking trips. Process Get to know each other: a chat with our People & Operations Manager. Deep dive with our General Counsel & Head of Legal AI into Legal Engineering at Legartis. Case study: real tasks at the crossroads of legal thinking, AI prompting, and making the commercial case to a customer . Meet the team in our Berlin or Leipzig office. Mutual decision, and we welcome you on board. Find more English Speaking Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
LOCATION: London · PATTERN: On site, five days a week The opportunity We're a stealth startup in AI and bio, building infrastructure for data generation. The team is small and elite, the problems are hard, and the foundations are being laid right now. You'd help write them from the first line, with real ownership and a direct line to the founders. Someone has to make sure that our lab is ready every morning: stock on the shelf, deliveries booked in and in the right freezer, equipment serviced, orders placed early enough to matter. That is this role. Most people who run lab operations inherit a system that somebody else designed. You will set one up in a lab that is still being built, and it will still be running when the company is several times its current size. About us AI for biology has a data problem. The data that matters most doesn't exist yet, so we're building the infrastructure to produce it, with quality and traceability built in from day one. We're in stealth and heads-down on execution. We'll share more about what we're building once you've spoken with the team. The role You will run the day-to-day operations of our lab in London. You will be the person the scientists come to when something is missing, broken, late or lost, and the person who makes sure that happens as rarely as possible. The day-one work is what you would expect. Consumables and stock: knowing what is on the shelf, what is running low, and what needs ordering before anyone notices it is short. Goods in and cold chain: receiving deliveries, booking them in, getting temperature-sensitive material into the right storage quickly, and recording where it went. Equipment: service schedules, calibration records, routine maintenance, and being the contact for engineers when something needs fixing. Suppliers and purchasing: raising orders, chasing them, managing lead times, and running the quote process when we buy something new. And the lab floor itself: waste streams, housekeeping standards, and safety records kept current alongside our health and safety partner. Two parts of the role go beyond a standard lab operations job, and they are why it matters so much here. The first is provenance. we sells the quality and the provenance of its data, which means every experiment carries a record of the decisions behind it, down to the lot of the consumable used and the conditions material was held in. Stock control and goods in are part of that scientific record rather than a back-office task. If a lot number is not captured, the data point is worth less. That part of the record runs through you. The second is that the systems are not written yet. Inventory, goods in, asset registers, ordering, supplier management: none of it exists in a form that will survive the next year. You are not expected to build the software and you are not expected to run the science. We are not looking for a developer or a bench scientist. You are expected to help define what everything else in the lab needs to capture, and to work closely with the science, software and operations teams so that it does get captured, at the point the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards. Anyone who wants to run an established system will find this uncomfortable. Anyone who wants to shape one will find there is a lot of room. The role will not stay where it starts. The lab in front of you is the first of several. Automation arrives on top of the current setup, functional genomics builds out alongside protein characterisation on the same London site, and a larger production lab follows after that. Each of those changes what lab operations means here, and what you set up for the first one is what the next ones are built on. Your first 90 days FIRST 30 DAYS ◆ Learn the lab and the science that runs in it. Sit with the protein team, understand the assay cascade and what it consumes. ◆ Take ownership of goods in. Every delivery received, booked in, stored correctly and recorded. ◆ Build the first accurate picture of what we hold: a stock and equipment baseline that did not exist before you arrived. DAYS 30 TO 60 ◆ Put a working inventory and reorder system in place, with minimum levels set from real consumption rather than guesses. MEMBER OF OPERATIONS STAFF, LAB OPERATIONS ◆ Own the purchasing loop end to end: quotes, orders, chasing, receipting, and lead times tracked against when the science needs the item. ◆ Get equipment records current, with service schedules and calibration dates in one place anyone can check. DAYS 60 TO 90 ◆ Run the lab as a routine that does not depend on being asked. Stock replenished, deliveries handled, equipment serviced, waste moving. ◆ Work with the operations and software teams so consumable, lot and storage information is captured at the point of use and feeds our provenance record. ◆ Support what has to change as the site expands, with automation and a second science vertical arriving, and flag what should be hired or automated first. Who you are You have run the physical side of an operation where being out of stock stops the work. That might be a biotech or pharma lab, a university or institute lab, or a warehouse, cold chain or manufacturing operation with no lab in sight. What matters is that you have handled real volume, real deliveries and real inventory, and that you know the difference between a system that works on paper and one that works at eight on a Monday morning. You are organised in a way other people can see. You notice the thing that is about to run out. You chase a supplier without being told twice. You are comfortable being the person who says the delivery is wrong. You do not need a biology background and we will not test you on one. The scientists know the science. We need someone who can keep the operation underneath it working. We do not hire people into boxes. This role will stretch past its description, sometimes into the science, sometimes into software, sometimes into the building itself. Early hires here are expected to pick up what is in front of them. MUST HAVE ◆ Two or more years running lab, stores, warehouse or comparable physical operations, hands-on and accountable for the result. ◆ Practical stock control: goods in, inventory records, reorder points, stock counts that reconcile. ◆ Experience buying from suppliers: raising orders, comparing quotes, managing lead times. ◆ Careful record-keeping, and the discipline to keep it accurate on a busy day. NICE TO HAVE ◆ Lab environment experience: cold storage, hazardous waste, containment, controlled materials. MEMBER OF OPERATIONS STAFF, LAB OPERATIONS ◆ Working with inventory or ERP software, or the appetite to help choose one and set it up from scratch. ◆ Health and safety training such as IOSH. ◆ Experience of a company that grew quickly around you. Why this is unusual Most lab operations roles are about keeping an established lab running to an established standard. This one is not, in two ways. The lab is still being built, and it will keep changing under you. You will arrive while instruments are being installed and the first experiments are starting. Automation follows, a second science vertical builds out alongside the first on the same site, and a larger production lab comes after that. The systems you set up in your first three months are the ones the company will run on for years. And the operational record is part of the product. The lot numbers, storage conditions and handling steps you capture end up inside what our customers are paying for, which is not usually true of stock control. Some people find that energising; some find it outside their lane. Worth knowing in advance which one you are. How we work This role is on site five days a week at our London Lab. The lab is a physical place and the work is in it. We work in the open. Decisions are written down, work happens in Slack rather than scattered across tools, and the week is bookended by a Monday kick-off and a Thursday wrap that the whole company attends. There is a quarterly offsite. Each person owns their area and makes the call inside it, and we will expect that of you early rather than late. UK benefits are 30 days of annual leave plus public holidays, a pension with a 10% employer contribution, and top-tier Bupa private health cover. More is added as the team grows. The team you will join You will report to a member of our scientific staff working on protein characterisation, who is one of the lab's heaviest users and knows in detail what the science needs from it. Day to day you will work alongside the rest of the protein science team, with the engineers building the software and automation the lab runs on, and with our operations team on facilities, health and safety, and purchasing. Our process and how to apply Our process has four stages. A short screening call about the role and the practicalities. A conversation about how you work, run from the same template for every candidate, before anything technical. A practical exercise drawn from a real problem in our lab, followed by a discussion of what you did and why. Then references, aimed at whatever we still want to understand. We are an equal opportunity employer. We make hiring decisions on merit, scope-fit, and the strength of the working relationship we expect to build with each hire. Applications welcome from candidates of any background. Find more English Speaking Jobs in United Kingdom on Arbeitnow

About Ryft Ryft is a regulated payment facilitator and authorised payment institution building the infrastructure layer for modern commerce platforms. We enable marketplaces, SaaS platforms and multi-party ecosystems to embed and monetise payments natively. Our technology handles onboarding, compliance, orchestration, split payments and revenue sharing, allowing our partners to focus on growth while we manage complexity. We are now entering the next phase of scale, expanding into new verticals and building a category-defining embedded payments platform. About The Role We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to build the RevOps function at Ryft from scratch. This is our first RevOps hire, reporting into [Commercial Director / commercial leadership], and you'll own the entire revenue engine end-to-end — the systems, the data, and the reporting the commercial team runs on. There is no function to inherit. You'll be doing the work as well as designing it: getting HubSpot into a state we can trust, building the forecasting and pipeline visibility leadership needs, and putting the operating rhythm in place that keeps the commercial motion honest. As the team and function grow, this role grows with it. You will... Get the foundations right • Audit and architect the GTM tech stack, establishing HubSpot as the single source of truth for Sales, Marketing and Customer Success • Define the commercial motion end to end — stages, ownership, what moves a deal forward — and the small set of fields it depends on • Make sure leads are picked up and worked, with nothing dropped between inbound and owned pipeline Build visibility and forecasting • Stand up a forecasting process built on pipeline health, accurate enough to plan and raise against • Build the dashboards that give the commercial team and leadership one shared, trusted view of the funnel • Implement attribution models that show leadership what's actually driving pipeline Sharpen how we operate • Put operating cadences in place — the regular reviews that keep the motion honest • Analyse conversion across the funnel, find where deals stall, and fix it through process, tooling or training • Sharpen our view of ideal customer profile so effort concentrates where it converts Extend the data layer • Build and manage the outbound data layer — signal sourcing and enrichment — to operationalise high-performing outbound plays using tools like Clay Cross-functional • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance to keep planning, reporting and execution aligned • Feed data-driven insight back into commercial strategy and leadership decisions What we are looking for Experience • 3+ years in RevOps or Sales Ops within B2B SaaS, ideally as first or sole operator in a high-growth startup • Hands-on CRM architecture experience — HubSpot expertise strongly preferred • Experience building forecasting, reporting or attribution frameworks from a messy or early-stage starting point • Experience with modern GTM tooling (e.g. Clay) for outbound data and enrichment Skills that will help you succeed • A builder mindset — you want to build the function, not inherit and maintain one • Comfortable being the person in the CRM and the data, not just directing others • Strong analytical communicator who can turn messy datasets into clear, executive-ready narratives • Commercially fluent — you understand pipeline, conversion and the economics of the sales motion • Startup temperament — thrives with ambiguity, ships a usable version early, iterates • Payments or fintech experience is a strong advantage, though builder instinct matters more than sector background Please note these are not all absolute requirements. We value attitude and cultural fit as much as experience, so if you don't match all of the above but are interested in the role, please don't hesitate to apply.
