We are looking for an ERP Specialist to maintain, integrate and continuously improve our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations environment. You will be the day-to-day owner of the system: you keep it running, connect it to the shop floor, and turn user requests into working, tested changes. You will work directly with production, finance, procurement and quality. If a material is booked wrong or an order does not reach the line, you are the person who finds the root cause and fixes it. About us We're a Germany-based rocketry startup currently in stealth mode, scaling up rapidly to meet the demand for high-performance, reliable, and scalable solid propulsion technologies for space and defense applications. We are building our first production facility in Steyerberg, Lower Saxony, and are applying our knowledge toward serial production of solid rocket motors. If you're excited by hard technical challenges and want a role where you will make a real difference each day to the future of the company, we may be the place for you. At our company, job titles and career progression are earned, not determined by years of experience alone. They reflect the responsibility you take on and the dedication you bring to each project. If you're ready to rise to the challenge, we'd love to hear from you. Working knowledge of at least two modules: production control, procurement, inventory, finance or project accounting. Experience building or maintaining system integrations (REST/OData APIs, data import and export, middleware). Structured problem-solving and strong documentation habits. The ability to work independently and handle several user requests in parallel. A degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. Desirable experience X++ development experience and Dynamics 365 F&O certification. Azure Integration Services or Power Platform. SQL and data analysis. PLC, SCADA or MES data integration. Every employee is awarded stock options in the company, you will directly benefit from your own hard work and success. Comprehensive relocation support including flights, shipping and visas. Lunch, dinner and drinks provided everyday Free access to shared company housing Please note, we are a fast paced, hyper-scaling startup. You will need to be comfortable working extended hours with high levels of autonomy, ownership, and flexibility, with contracts structured around a 48-hour working week. We are looking for a Process / Production Engineer to design the hardware that turns our process into a repeatable, scalable production line. As hardware designer, you will develop the equipment, tooling and fixtures for dosing, mixing, casting, curing and demolding of solid rocket motors, and take them from concept to installed machines. Good production equipment starts with a good process understanding. You will work at the interface between process engineering, mechanical design and the shop floor, and your designs will decide how fast, how safe and how reliable our production becomes. We are working hard to build something truly spectacular. To thrive here you will need to be comfortable working at pace, with the autonomy to make decisions and execute on them quickly. Key responsibilities Develop process equipment concepts for dosing, vacuum mixing, vacuum casting, curing and demolding, from requirement definition to detailed design. Design tooling, mandrels, carriers, transport boxes and fixtures for motor casings and containers, with a focus on manufacturability and safe handling. Translate process parameters (pot life, mixing profiles, vacuum levels, flow behaviour) into equipment specifications and design requirements. Create release-quality 3D models, assemblies, drawings and tolerances, and maintain the CAD baseline. Lead design reviews, FMEA and risk assessments together with process safety and quality assurance, and close design-related non-conformances. Work with suppliers and the workshop to build, install and commission equipment, and support process validation and trials. Improve equipment throughput, uptime and cost as we move from pilot to series production. What we are looking for A degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering or a related discipline. Strong CAD skills (ideally Siemens NX) with clean modelling practice and accurate drawings. Working knowledge of process engineering fundamentals. Experience with design for manufacturability and production ramp-up. Familiarity with FMEA and structured risk assessment. Fluent English. German is an advantage. Desirable experience Several years of hardware design experience in process equipment, machinery, or a comparable process industry (chemical, pharmaceutical, food or similar). Handling of energetic materials, powders or pastes (dust, compaction, electrostatics, pot life). Knowledge of explosion protection (Directive 2014/34/EU, TRGS 720 ff.), pressure equipment (Directive 2014/68/EU) or hazardous-materials handling. FEA or CFD for equipment design. Process simulation or material-flow simulation. Experience building production capability in a startup or scale-up environment. Benefits and important information: We offer top-decile compensation packages, bonuses and meaningful equity, to attract exceptional aerospace talent.
