About Us QuantWare is building the world's most powerful quantum processors to solve humanity's greatest challenges. We do this with our unique VIO™ technology, the only QPU architecture that breaks the hardware barriers that have held quantum computing back, unlocking the path to MegaQubit quantum processors. With VIO, we are paving the way for the hyper-scale quantum computers that will change the world. And delivering on that vision demands people who don't shy away from tackling the hardest challenges of our time. That's where you come in! As the Senior RF engineer , you will take full ownership of the end-to-end design, verification, and scaling of our critical flex cable interface, a foundational hardware component of our core VIO technology. In this pivotal role, you will bridge cutting-edge RF engineering with hands-on project management. Because this technology relies heavily on strategic vendor partnerships, you will serve as the primary technical interface driving co-innovation, setting rigorous specifications, and managing deliverable timelines. You will lead cross-functional engineering efforts to balance high-frequency RF performance, mechanical reliability, and high-volume manufacturability to support our R&D roadmap. What you'll be doing Drive Flex Architecture: Drive the full lifecycle of flex interconnect systems across product generations, from early-stage conceptualization through verification, qualification, and high-volume manufacturing. RF & Mechanical Optimization: Maintain high signal integrity and RF performance while ensuring long-term mechanical reliability, durability, and thermal performance. Vendor Management: Work directly with external partners and suppliers to push the boundaries of flex design and manufacturing capabilities. Translate complex RF, mechanical, and system-level specs into unambiguous technical requirements for vendors, secure clear partner commitments. Timeline Execution: Ownership of supplier development schedules, ensuring critical components are delivered on time without compromising quality or yield. Drive internal project execution, setting schedule milestones, tracking deliverables, and keeping the team accountable to QuantWare's roadmap. Direct Line Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow an engineering team dedicated to flex interconnect development and RF integration. Your Profile 4+ years of hands-on experience in RF engineering, signal integrity, or high-frequency interconnect design (e.g., flex circuits, rigid-flex, micro-coaxial interfaces). Deep hands-on experience with standard RF simulation software (HFSS, CST, ADS, or equivalent) and RF measurement equipment (VNAs, Spectrum Analysers, TDR). Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success leading hardware or R&D engineering projects from initial concept through verification to volume production. Vendor Co-Development: Direct experience managing external vendors, JDM partners, or component suppliers to deliver complex custom electro-mechanical parts. Cross-Functional Leadership: Exceptional communication and alignment skills, ability to direct and influence multi-disciplinary teams without formal direct-report authority. Experience designing hardware for superconducting circuits and cryogenic environments is a bonus. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway! Research shows women often self-select out if they don't meet every requirement. Here's our take: nobody ticks every box. This is a description of our ideal candidate, not a filter. If most resonates and you're keen to learn the gaps, apply. We hire for trajectory, not perfection. What We Offer: At QuantWare, you'll be part of a high-performing team of world-class experts in an ambitious, fast-moving environment. From day one, you'll have the trust, tools, and support to do your best work. Here's what you can expect: Competitive salary - A salary that reflects the impact and importance of the role (and of course 8% holiday allowance) Pension that's built to last - A generous and future-proof pension plan that includes partner and dependent coverage. Flexibility built on trust - We focus on outcomes. Work flexibly, in a hybrid setup, with an open vacation policy that lets you manage your time Personal growth - We invest in your L&D, with a budget available to each team member, dependent on their individual ambitions, development needs, and performance A connected team - We make space to celebrate wins together, with team events, offsites, and spontaneous moments that bring us closer Diversity & Inclusion at QuantWare We're an ambitious company, not only for our goals but also to become an even more diverse and inclusive team. We know great candidates don't always follow a straight path, and we value diverse experience, perspectives, and ways of thinking. marketing manager

ZeroKeyCalgary, Canada12 hours ago
Full TimeOn-siteMidFrom CA$95,000 / Year
goeditinghubspotcrmsalespartnerships+3

Description As Product Marketing Manager, you will sit at the junction of product, marketing, and sales, owning how ZeroKey?s portfolio is positioned and launched, from segment-level messaging and competitive strategy to the enablement materials a sales rep opens five minutes before walking into a meeting. The role calls for the rare ability to translate deep tech into value two very different buyers understand: the innovation leader buying a Physical AI data layer, and the plant manager buying cycle time, error-proofing, and throughput. You are a strong writer and a sharp thinker, someone who tests messaging against real sales calls, kills what doesn?t land, and treats a competitor?s win as a personal research project. This is a high-visibility role that reports directly to the VP of Marketing and works alongside our engineering, partnerships, customer success, and sales teams. You will own product marketing end to end, with the latitude and responsibility that come with setting the standard for how our technology is explained. Key Responsibilities Own positioning and messaging across the portfolio (Quantum RTLS, the Spatial Intelligence Platform, and OmniVisor AI) tuned by segment and buyer persona. Lead go-to-market for product launches and major releases: launch narrative, customer-facing materials, internal enablement, and coordinated rollout with marketing and sales. Build and maintain the sales enablement library (pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, demo narratives) and keep it current as the product and the competition move. Develop customer proof alongside marketing and sales: case studies, ROI narratives, and reference stories quantified in the operational outcomes buyers actually care about. Track competing technologies and vendors, run win/loss analysis, and stay current on Physical AI and RTLS market narratives. Gather field feedback (what resonates, what stalls) and feed it back into positioning and product decisions. Translate product capability into customer-facing content, including website copy, presentations, product videos, and whitepapers. Work with the sales and partnerships teams on segment strategy for automotive, industrial, and defence audiences, and equip channel and integration partners with the messaging their sellers need. Support packaging and pricing decisions with market, competitor, and win/loss input. Define and report on how product marketing is performing (enablement adoption, launch results, win rate in competitive deals) and adjust based on what the numbers say. Education, Skills, and Knowledge Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years in product marketing or a closely adjacent role (product management, technical sales, strategy) in B2B technology. Requirements: Exceptional writing: the ability to compress complex technology into clear, credible, differentiated language. Positioning judgment: comfortable deciding what to emphasize and what to cut, then defending that choice with evidence. Technical fluency sufficient to work directly with engineers and translate their work for technical and non-technical audiences. Sales instinct: willingness to sit on calls, join site visits, take unvarnished feedback from reps, and act on it. Ability to prioritize independently in a lean team, own outcomes end-to-end, and make progress without a support layer beneath you. Strong editing and proofreading skills with close attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Working knowledge of CRM and marketing platforms (we run on HubSpot) and the willingness to pull your own numbers. <

As a Quantum Design Engineer in our R&D team, you'll be at the heart of advancing the performance and scalability of superconducting quantum processors. You'll lead the design of next-generation qubit chips and modular, scalable QPU architecture, working from on-chip subsystem architecture to EM simulations, frequency allocation, crosstalk management, packaging, and interconnect strategies. You'll also design and optimise nonreciprocal superconducting circuits, such as isolators and parametric amplifiers that will drive robust, high-fidelity readout chains. These designs will enhance readout signal-to-noise ratio and stability, feeding into our next-gen readout modules and ensuring seamless coupling with the qubit layer. This role is highly collaborative: you'll work in a tight feedback loop with experimentalists and device engineers to transform measurement insights into rapid design iterations, pushing performance, coherence, yield, and manufacturability across the full qubit stack. What you'll be doing Design and simulate cutting-edge quantum hardware to improve performance, coherence, and scalability. Develop high-performance, manufacturable device architectures that accelerate R&D cycles and increase qubit fidelity and yield. Architect and optimize the layout of nonreciprocal superconducting circuits such as parametric amplifiers, targeting robust performance under cryogenic conditions. Interpret simulation results and correlate with experimental data to guide iterative design improvements. Collaborate across teams to ensure rapid design-to-test cycles, connecting theory with experiment. Automate the design pipeline using Python, enabling parametric device generation, simulation sweeps, and data post-processing. Your profile MSc in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or related field, with 2+ years of industry experience or a PhD with relevant hands-on work Strong Python skills for automating designs, controlling simulations, and analyzing data Experience with EM simulation and chip design tools (e.g. Ansys HFSS-Q3D, KLayout); Git and Qiskit-Metal familiarity is a plus Knowledge of cQED devices and superconducting circuit design is a strong advantage Experience designing nonreciprocal superconducting circuits (e.g. parametric amplifiers) or advanced readout techniques is highly valued Solid grasp of microwave engineering, quantum noise sources, and fabrication methods Don't tick every box?
