Job Description: Sr. Project Manager Location: Remote, US Only About The Company: MustardSeed is a project management consulting firm that helps organizations execute complex programs in highly regulated industries. We work alongside clients in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, defense, advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, and other sectors where strong project leadership is essential. Our consultants become an extension of our clients' teams, providing project and program leadership, PMO support, and execution expertise that keeps critical initiatives moving forward. We are trusted to step into complex environments, build alignment across functions, and help organizations deliver with confidence. With operations in the United States and the United Kingdom, MustardSeed serves clients across international markets through a fully distributed team. We look for professionals who are collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by solving meaningful business challenges while making a measurable impact for our clients. About the Role: As a Sr. Project Manager at MustardSeed, you will be contributing to end-to-end project delivery within specified timeframes, budgets, and quality standards. You will contribute to a wide variety of different projects while maintaining a focus on project management best practices and stakeholder satisfaction. Previous projects our team has facilitated include but are not limited to creating a robust integrated master schedule (IMS) for an upcoming clinical trial, identifying, and eliminating bottlenecks in a new product introduction (NPI) process, completing a transformative overhaul of a client's product lifecycle management (PLM) process, ensuring the successful delivery of a newly acquired software, overhauling a client's supply chain management (SCM) practices. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Ensure that communication within and between organizations involved in the various phases is occurring effectively, and that management and other stakeholders are kept informed of progress, as necessary. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress while managing changes to project scope, project schedule, and project cost. Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Perform project risk assessments, including, among others, the risk of exceeding the budget, not meeting schedules, and technology risks. Understand, assess, and embed the right delivery methodologies, considering the project and business constraints. Utilize appropriate Program Management Best Practices throughout the project duration. Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Skills Required: Proven track record of delivery, ideally with at least 5 years in a project management role. Ability to think strategically and tactically about product, technical, and cross-functional issues. Excellent client-facing and internal verbal and written communication skills. High-caliber organizational skills (e.g., attention to detail, multitasking, etc.). Proven leadership and experience in project management. Project Management Professional (PMP) / Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus. Compensation & Benefits: Salary is commensurate with experience. We offer comprehensive benefits including a company sponsored Individual Coverage Healthcare Reimbursement Arrangement (ICHRA), 401(K), Healthcare Savings Account (HSA), Paid Time Off (PTO), Parental Leave, and paid company holidays, Additionally, MustardSeed offers robust support for our team members' professional development, employee incentives, and hands-on experience in a wide variety of projects and environments. Build the Market Leader in Satellite Analytics with us at LiveEO As our Senior Recruiter (f/m/x), you will own how we find, assess and win talent. You'll run full-cycle hiring for senior technical and commercial roles across several countries, partner closely with C-level and hiring managers to define what great looks like before a role goes live, and build a recruiting process that is structured, fair and data-driven. You'll actively source for the hardest-to-fill profiles, shape how LiveEO shows up as an employer, and close candidates with a compelling story about our mission. Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll also have room to grow beyond recruiting, supporting managers and employees across the lifecycle, from onboarding and performance cycles to retention, and turning people data into clear recommendations. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership and a visible impact on how a fast-growing deep-tech scale-up builds its team. This role is a maternity leave cover and is offered on a fixed-term contract for 15 months. Your challenge Must-Have Run full-cycle recruiting for senior, technical and commercial roles, from intake to signed offer, across the globe. Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to sharpen role profiles, must-have criteria and interview plans before a role goes live. Source actively for hard-to-fill profiles, rather than relying on inbound alone. Run structured, fair interview processes: scorecards, calibrated interviewers and well-documented decisions. Prepare and negotiate offers within our budget and close candidates with a clear story about the role and the company. Own the candidate experience and our employer brand in the market, including job ads, LinkedIn presence and university or community partnerships where they pay off. Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance, quality of hire) and use them to improve the process. Nice-To-Have Guide employees and managers through the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding preparation and goal settings till separation. Drive our performance and feedback cycle in some departments, making sure reviews are completed well and outcomes are followed up. Spot retention risks early, understand why people stay or leave, and act on it together with their managers. Turn people data (attrition, engagement, performance) into clear recommendations for leadership Your profile 6+ years in HR, including at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting for senior sales and technical roles and at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist role. Experience hiring in deep-tech, geospatial, climate tech or B2B SaaS. Experience recruiting internationally across several countries and employment setups. A track record of hiring in a fast-growing tech company or scale-up, ideally between 100 and 500 employees. Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search and advanced filters Confidence to advise and, when needed, challenge senior leaders. Talent & People Partner

DeWarmteThe Hague, Germanyyesterday
Full TimeOn-siteMid€4,000 - €4,000 / Year
restsalesonboarding

Daarom zoeken we jou. Onboarding, hoe we gesprekken voeren, employer branding, welke tools we gebruiken. Bel dan even.
